Completing a workout or exercising takes a choice. Not ten minutes from now, not five minutes from now, but now. Once you make that important choice you are half way there.

You will notice once you make that choice you may get get into a groove and a determined state of mind. This can become enhanced with music, and can make exercising an enjoyable experience which may provide more muscle gains.

There are several benefits to making goals and completing them. Even if the goal is just completing a workout for the day. There is an importance to this. The more you complete your goals, and the more consistent you are with completing your goals, the better you become. This will benefit you not only physically but mentally and will provide you with the mindset that any goal can be achievable.

This can be a very powerful way of thinking and can bring an enhancement to your everyday life. Before you know it you will be completing some kind of workout all the time because of the satisfaction and positivity you feel after completing one of your goals.

Just make the choice that you are going to get into a workout routine and give it your all. It is that simple.

The more I see these goals, the clearer they become in my mind, and the harder I train. The reasoning for this may be that seeing positive outlooks and positive outcomes makes me want them even more, which means I work harder trying to achieve this future goal.

Every time I train I always think about the future. I think about things such as what kind of workout results I want, what I want in life, and life in general. This gives me a clearer mind and allows me to get into a unique groove while training.

Training in my opinion is an essential part of being a healthy human being. Training is great for the mind and body, and gives you the feeling of fulfilling something. The feeling of fulfillment gives not only your body but your mind a sense of ease and happiness. I believe this is because you did something positive. You trained and made the correct choice, so this is basically your reward for the positive work you put in.

Milk is a delicious drink with many benefits including essential vitamins and minerals your body needs to stay healthy and strong. Milk also has an incredible amount of protein per cup which is a huge benefit for your workout and overall muscle gains.

I have noticed that milk has been a big influence on my workouts and my muscle gains. I usually drink 2 cups of milk before my workout and 2 cups after my workout. I find this is the best way for my body to gain muscle.

So the next time you workout and are looking for a quick protein boost, drink some milk and watch your muscle gains grow!

Until next time my fellow workout friends.

An effective way I incorporate muscle confusion to my workout routine is to focus on the speed and how the exercises are completed. An example of this would be for my first set I might do 20 pushups as fast as I can, then I would do 20 pushups again but holding the up motion and down motion for 3 seconds each time. On my second set I might do the 20 pushups holding the up and down motion for 3 seconds first and the 20 pushups as fast as I can second.

Experiment with different ways such as moving your hands more out and more in to change how the pushup is completed.

Adding this simple and powerful technique to your workouts can help boost your muscle gains, help your overall workout routine and give you the workout results and you have always desired.

Until next time...Peace.
There are several benefits in completing two workouts in one day. These benefits are as follows:

By completing two workouts in one day you can workout more muscle groups in a shorter amount of time which benefits you overall and allows you to gain more muscle in a fast and efficient way.

You can give your body a rest for the following day. If you were to complete one workout in one day, the following day you would be working out gain which gives your body no rest.

You can have a better 2nd workout of the day. The reason for this is because you are already pumped and your blood is flowing from your first workout. You can just use this energy for the second workout which will give you an overall better workout which leads to more muscle and faster gains.

So if you are in the process of making your workout routine or workout schedule, be sure to add two workouts for each day you are planning to workout. This will make your workout experience and workout routine a more enjoyable and beneficial one.

The workout routine tip is adding an extra rep on your present workout from your last workout. Lets say you did 100 push ups your last workout, do 101 your next workout. Lets say you did 20 squats your last workout, do 21 squats your next workout. By adding this 1 extra rep you can add massive muscular gains.

The trick is that by adding an extra rep from your last workout, you have worked harder from your last workout. This little bit of extra work can trick your mind into thinking that you have accomplished an overall better workout from the last workout which means better gains. Also since you have added another rep in you are actually working harder then your last workout so this as well gives you gains.

This simple trick can boost your muscle gains and allow you to gain muscle in a sufficient way

So the next time you go do your workout routine, remember to incorporate this powerful tip to increase your muscle size and muscle gains.

After a workout you do feel differently physically and emotionally. On the emotional side your thinking becomes clearer, your focus becomes better, your confidence rises, and you feel a greater sense of well being. On the physical side you become stronger, healthier looking, and obtain an increase in overall health.

You would think a lot more people would be dedicating a few hours a week to their workout routine knowing all these benefits it provides. Plus you don't even have to go to the gym to work out. There are several at home workouts which you can do to obtain results.

There are people out there who complain of never obtaining any results or working out being too hard. I think they probably spend more time complaining though then ever actually working out. Working out to me is fun and exciting. I look forward to working out, and I think alot more people would as well if they made it a part of their routine.

Don't procrastinate and think about starting your workout routine. Just do it. Before you know it you will be done and can enjoy the rest of your day!

Thanks and have a good day!

Most people who have trouble with muscle gains never get into a workout routine. The hardest part is attempting to workout . If you dont attempt to workout you never will workout. This makes people lose focus and makes their attention wonder off onto something else. Once you lose focus on working out and gaining muscle, it is very hard to get back in. It doesn't take very long either completing workouts 1-2 hours a day is all you need to gain muscle and get that ripped body you have always dreamed of.

If you think about it if you worked out 1-2 hours a day you would gain muscle and you will start feeling better about yourself. 1-2 hours a day is not very much considering there are 24 hours in a day. Even if you do pushups every 2nd day, you will gain muscle. Pushups are a great exercise for gaining muscle. They are a very underated workout, and when you try to improve each time you do them, the muscle gains are insane. You can do a variety of different pushups in order to gain muscle.

My advice is before your workout get pumped. Getting pumped for a workout is important because it puts you in the zone for your workout, which can mean an increase in muscle. Also, get on a workout routine and stay on it. Make a schedule of which workouts you are going to complete on which day, and make it a habit to workout. You will gain muscle and your life will change for the better!

Gaining muscle takes time, effort, and dedication, but the work truly pays off.

There are many benefits to gaining muscle, such as looking good, building confidence, getting stronger, and staying healthy.

I believe most people just need to get on a workout routine and stick with it until they can notice any muscle gains. Adding muscle confusion can also allow you to gain muscle. If you give your best effort, and stay committed, nothing can stop you and you will be moments away from that body full of muscle.

This is a workout I do which helps me gain muscle.

Workout routine progress videos allow you to observe any changes your body has made. You can also view any muscle gains your body has made at any given time. Workout routine progress videos do not take a long time to make, and are simple to create.

Workout routine progress videos can play the role as a big motivator to your overall training because of the observable muscle gains and changes your body has made. Once you notice these changes by comparing videos from one date to another, you will be focused on the workout . You will also be inspired to keep trying harder every workout just to view those noticeable gains.

Workout routine progress videos can also make you dedicated to exercising and working out. Once you start noticing the gains on video, you will want to workout everyday just to keep increasing your muscle and noticing this improvement.

Thats all for now.

When you are in the middle of completing your workout routine, your focus should be on the particular exercise you are doing. I try to imagine that the area I am working out is getting bigger and stronger, every rep and exercise I complete.

Exercising or getting on a workout routine is something most people hate, and they always come up with excuses of why they don't do it. This is partially due to negative thinking, and to see positive results you need a positive mindset on whatever you are completing.

From positive thinking, you would be surprised how much you can get into a workout routine just by focusing on it and thinking to yourself that you are getting stronger. Pretty soon exercising will become something you enjoy and want to do rather then something you dread.

Go on a workout routine for a couple months, and focus on improving each workout at a time and think to yourself you are getting stronger and gaining muscle. The results will come, if you put in the work, energy, and commitment.

By adding this, you end up confusing your muscles because your muscles are not used to this sudden switch and this forces you to workout different muscles. The end result is a healthier, and stronger body, and overall a drastic increase in muscle.

Since adding this strategy to my workouts, I have noticed a change in my overall muscle size, definition, and strength. I feel more stronger then I ever have before, and have noticed changes in my energy levels.

So my advice is to switch up your workout routine...Sometimes change is good!

Good luck.
Pushups are a great exercise which can be completed at home to build up your chest, and give you that strong upper body you have always desired. Pushups can be overlooked by many people, which results in them not doing pushups as often as they lift weights. However, I feel muscle confusion is a great thing, your muscles need to get confused, so switching up your routine sometimes can be a huge benefit to your overall workout.

I have added three pushup exercises to my current chest workout routine and am starting to notice some results in my strength and upper body. Each of these exercises can be preformed by basically anyone, and the great thing is- you dont need any weights and your workout can be completed at home.

My workout routine is currently doing normal pushups, diamond dog pushups, and incline pushups.
To make sure I am contracting all my muscles and getting the most out of my chest workout routine, I complete my sets by doing 8 slow while holding at the top for 3 seconds and bottom for 3 seconds, and 8 fast normal ones.

Once you feel that burn, you know your making progress!
No pain no gain!

I have been practicing kundalini yoga for about 6 months now, and have recently added a meditation practice to my schedule. I have noticed great improvements in my thinking and my overall well being in a very short amount of time.

Meditating provides my mind with a break, which we normally never get because of the busy schedules which influence our everyday lives. It allows me to think in a more clearer and genuine way, and feel like the universe at the tips of my fingers. It is a great stress reliever, and makes me feel well and satisfied once the practice is completed.

I truly believe there are a tremendous amount of people out there which can drastically improve their lives by practicing meditation for a half an hour daily. There are several people out their who are mentally unstable, or depressed, who would choose to take a bunch of chemicals before even practicing meditating or yoga.

Meditating allows your overall state of being and consciousness to be shifted to a new level. Since we use our brains and minds for everything, you will start seeing the errors decreasing, and more positive changes happening to your life because of this positive change.

The next time you are feeling down, sad or mad, take the time and meditate;
Sit with your legs crossed and your thumb and index fingers slightly touching each other gently touching the knees.
Close your eyes and drift away!

Having an incorrect form and technique can lead to all sorts of negative issues with your body, some of which include walking around with a bad posture, bodily aches and pains, an increase in chance of obtaining a severe injury, and also looking like a complete fool in the gym.

Everyone has to realize that at one point in time, we were all weak. Building muscle is something which you have to work towards and you must stay committed. Its not like you can wave a magic wand and BAM you got big muscles and are a ripped freak. It takes time, dedication and you need to get on a workout routine.

I believe a large margin of people who lift with incorrect form and bad posture, are either trying to show off how much they can lift to everyone in the gym, or they do not want to look weak so they attempt to lift huge, or they simply dont know how to workout and nobody has ever taught them the correct way.

There is nothing embarrassing about lifting a lighter weight then someone. We all had to start out somewhere, and just because someone is lifting more then you on an exercise should not be something taken to heart.

You could have an advantage on other exercises, which their muscles are not used to lifting yet. There are thousands of different exercises which can be completed, and even if you are weak, or don't have that ripped muscular body you have always dreamed of, you should look at it as a goal, and something to work towards, when you see someone lifting alot of weight with the correct form and posture.

The true way you will see the improvements are if you take your time with the exercise, make sure your form is the best you can possibly make it before moving up in weight or reps, and stay dedicated to your workout routine!

After recently doing more research on yoga and the different types of yoga which can be done, I have found out that doing an exercise called Super Brain Yoga activates your brain and several chakras in the body.

Chakras are major energy centers in the body and each represent different things which benefit your overall lifestyle and health in ways you could not believe. When this activation occurs your thinking becomes more clearer, and your brain starts to even out more and improve, and your overall health becomes better.

Several studies show that Super Brain Yoga can make you smarter by looking at the brains of several people who have done Super Brain yoga before and after and noticing drastic improvements.

All you do is take your left arm and grab your right ear with your thumb and index finger, then take your right arm and grab your left ear with your thumb and index finger. Make sure your right arm is on the outside of your left arm. Do a squat and breathe in on the way down and out on the way up. Complete it 25 times.

This exercise only takes 1-2 minutes a day to do, and can provide you with results you thought were not possible. After doing this for only three days, I have noticed my quality of thinking has improved.

I told myself I was never going to be in proper and healthy shape unless I obtained a set of ripped six pack ab muscles and a strong core area.

I have been training my abs consistently for a while now using the Ab Ripper workout on P90x, and am starting to notice some drastic improvements in my six pack abs definition.

These are the following tips I recommend you do to take full advantage of your next ab workout

1. Add weight to yourself- I usually put on some steel toe shoes while doing my ab workout which focuses a lot on the leg movements. You can experiment with this many ways. This benefits my workout because it makes the workout a lot more harder then just doing them bare feet because of the added weight which is applied.

2. Make a schedule Make a schedule and follow it. I complete my ab workouts 3-4 times a week. Get into a routine and force yourself to do the workout. Just because nobody is making you do it doesn't mean you shouldn't. Pretend like you must do the workout at all costs, and force yourself to complete it.

3. Listen to music Listening to music can have a huge influence on your ab workout. It can get you hyped up and can make you think in different ways which can benefit your overall workout. I always listen to music I enjoy and gets me thinking, this forces me to not think about the pain and to think about the results.

4. No pain no gain If you are not feeling yourself getting bigger, then chances are you are not. When you feel that burn and pain in your core area when completing your ab workout this means that your muscles are working and the gains are just around the corner.Try and push yourself because anything you do from this point on a result in you obtaining some serious muscle.

5. Take videos or pictures Make videos or take pictures of your progress. This can be a huge confidence booster because you can observe yourself obtaining the results, and observe your body change. I find doing this also motivates me to try harder and even staying more committed to my next workouts just to see that change in progress.

Train safe, and train hard!

By adding a beneficial change to your lifestyle, you can provide yourself with success in basically anything you desire.

Most people who are overweight in my opinion are lazy and wont change their lifestyle because of their laziness.

In my opinion, working out is one of the best ways to stay in shape, and shred off the pounds. Whether it is doing a couple sets of push ups at night, to doing a workout at the gym, your body needs that release of energy.

We all know the answer to the overweight problem, and we all know it is attainable with some work and dedication, but it seems that just because people are not forced to do workouts, they choose not to, and then start making excuses of why they didn't do it just to block out their laziness.

By adding a few workouts to your schedule you will see the pounds get shredded and the muscle being added. Next time you think about changing your lifestyle, block out any excuse and just do the workout. Force yourself to do it, and you will obtain benefits.

I can eat quite a bit, and usually have about 5 meals a day. I drink a lot of 2% and 3.25% milk as well since it is high in protein, and is delicious.

If I were to be asked which foods I typically eat, it would mainly be fruits, vegetables, pastas, and meats.

I'm fairly active throughout the day, so my weight generally stays the same, I also try and do some sort of workout each day which helps burn any extra fat my body has gained.

I think the reason people have such a hard time losing weight, is because they don't workout much, which will provide a challenge to their body through different stages.

No pain no gain.

The human mind is very powerful and may be actually more powerful then people think. If you approach your desired workout with a confident mindset, and can mentally see yourself completing the workout, chances are you will.

It has been proven that the placebo effect works. There was a study which showed many people who were sick with these terrible illnesses were told they were given something which would make them feel better , the truth is, they were given nothing. They all thought they were given a medicine to make them feel better, and they started to feel better.

I think that is the same for everything in this world. If you think and feel yourself getting stronger and think to yourself that you will be bigger, then there is no room for failure.

So the next time you do your workout, visualize yourself completing the workout and achieving the results.

The ab workout is tough, but I always seem to push through it and complete it, obtaining some nice ripped 6 pack abs.

I find I am obtaining more muscle in my ab and core area every time I complete the workout. The more I practice and complete the ab workout, the better I become at doing it.

I am noticing my form is becoming much better and proper, which is providing me with quick and efficient results.

I am currently using the Ab ripper ab workout which is located on the P90x workout program. I highly recommend this program as it can truly provide you with a change in your lifestyle and allow you to accomplish your fitness dreams.

When I go to the gym and lift weights, It allow me to be focused only on a targeted set of muscles. An example of this is when you work chest, and you are focusing on exercises such as dumbbell flies, this allows you to only work a certain set of muscles. This has its negatives because it can make your body unbalanced and can make some muscles stronger then the others.

Working out at home such as doing pushups and using resistance bands, gives you the benefit of giving your body a total body workout. Whether its pushups or diamond pushups, or resistance band curls, your whole body is feeling the tension, and gaining muscle throughout your body as you complete the various exercises.

I find when I am at home I can focus more on the exercises as their is no pressure to rush. It also allows me to work my body to its maximum potential and gain the massive amounts of muscle from the effort produced while working out. Also you do not have to rely on the help from spotters, which can allow you to give your best effort to obtain maximum muscle gains.

Working out at home for several months has provided me with a more balanced and muscular body, which makes me overall feel much stronger.

The resistance band allows my whole body to work, as with weights it only works a set of targeted muscles.

My bicep workout is starting to become much more enjoyable and I am starting to feel the muscle gains which I am obtaining.

I am working hard to staying committed to my bicep workouts focusing on working the biceps out every 3rd day as this has been the best and most positive workout routine.
