dota 2 steamworks

2011-08-21T09:59:00.001-07:00

Valve boss Gabe says the company will migrate aspects of DOTA 2′s tech into Steamworks, allowing all licensees to take advantage. In order to make DOTA 2 an eSports friendly title, Valve created a robust streaming system that allows matches to be easily broadcast across the globe. This is just one of the features that will be incorporated into Steamworks. “With Dota 2, we think the technology we’re building will be valuable to our other games, and we’re going to migrate the tech into Steamworks for our Steam partners to use,” Newell told Develop. He added, “So if your studio is building a game for Steam they can use the same tech you’ve used for the Dota 2 competition.” Newell says the effort is geared towards pushing community involvement, providing players with an avenue to share and publish their work. “When I was watching the tournament earlier, I was learning something about how to play every ten seconds. People are creating content for you, so you have to build a system that allows them to create and publish their work.”

A new revolution required in the field of DOTA

2011-04-27T05:39:00.000-07:00

Dota requires a new revolution...............

1) It requires a competition held in every town cities colleges states and countries.

2) Selection of teams on the basis of each competition.

3) Then there should be competitions like english premier league........

4) By following these steps Dota would be preferred as the biggest cyber games.

5) Have a tv channel based on Dota.

6) Magazines and Award functions as for Hollywood.

DAILY DOTA

2011-03-09T06:16:00.000-08:00

I play dota at nights everyday.Dota has become a part of my life.
Some days I play with noobs to get compliments from the noob and practice some difficult heroes with them which gives me some extra confidence whenever I play clan.
I would advice all to play dota or practice heroes by seeing some interesting videos and try the steps. But videos are not everything that matters. Its all about ur mind and skills you put in your game.Being lucky is the greatest thing in this and if not dont get harrased, try regularly to put some extra effort or tricks which would definitely help you to improve your gameplay.
