About Wall Street and stuff

Allrighty!!! Today I am going to skip the bullshit introduction and simply cut to the chase.
There is a reason why the world today is messed up…there is a reason why education is bullshit and it’s the same reason it’s never ever going to be fixed. Never, don’t look for it, be happy with what u got because the owners of this country don’t want that. I am talking about the real owners. The BIG FILTHY rich people all the way at the top of the food chain; all the way beyond our reach. Forget the politicians; the politicians are put there to give you the false idea that you have freedom of choice. You don’t. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important lands; they own and control the corporations; they have long since bought and paid for the congress; the senate; the state houses; the city halls; they have all the judges in their back-pocket and they own all the big media companies so they control just about all the news and information you get to hear. They got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for others. But I’ll tell you what they don’t want: they don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking; they don’t want well-informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking…they are not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. That’s against their interest. They don’t want people sitting around in their kitchen table and figuring out how badly they are getting fucked by the system that threw them overboard 30 fucking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. It’s like wearing uniform in the military. It makes u more obedient. You think you don’t wear a uniform to your office? Try wearing pajamas for a change. There is a dress code. Only the color of what you wear can be different because you might end up having a different skin color anyways. Not only do they want everyone to think the same, they also want everyone to look the same. They want people who are just smart enough to run the machines and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay; the longer hours; the reducing benefits; the less rewarding overtimes and the vanishing pensions that disappear the minute you go to collect it and now they are coming for your social security money. They want your fucking retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street. And you know something? They will get it. They will take it all from you sooner of later because they own this fucking place. It’s a big club and you ain’t in it; you and I are not in the big club. By the way it’s the same big club that use the media all day long and tell you what to believe; all day long beating you over your head telling you what to believe; what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks; the game is rigged and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care; good honest hard-working people: white collar, blue collar – doesn't matter what color shirt you wear as long as you wear one – good honest hard-working people, people of modest beings continue to elect these rich cock-suckers who don’t give a fuck about them. They don’t give a fuck about you. They don’t care about you at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That’s what the owners are counting on: the fact that Americans will keep on being willfully ignorant of the big red, whit and blue bureaucracy that is being jammed down their throat everyday. They know what the truth is and that’s why they call it the "American Dream" because you have to be asleep to believe it.

I will take off for now. Always remember, the only thing necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing. Peace.

Down the memory lane of life with my favorite quotes and stuff

"God's benisons(blessings) be with you.and with those who make good of evil and friends of foes"-William Shakespeare:Macbeth

"In my opinion, it's [Life] is a highly overrated phenomenon. Mars gets on perfectly without so much as a microorganism. See: the south pole now; No life. No life at all, but giant steps, 90 feet high, scoured by dust and wind into a constantly changing topographical map, flowing and shifting around the pole in ripples ten thousand years wide. Tell me... would it be greatly improved by an oil pipeline or a giant shopping mall?"-Dr.Manhattan, Watchmen

"If you want to do a business just because everyone else is doing it then forget about it; that's not a good enough reason"-Warren Buffet

“Once upon a time, there was a prostitute called Maria. Wait a minute, ‘Once upon a time’ is how all the best children stories begin and ‘prostitute’ is a word for adults. How can I start a book with this apparent contradiction? But since at every moment of our lives, we all have one foot in a fairy tale and the other in the abyss, let’s keep that beginning.

Once upon a time, there was prostitute called Maria.”-Paolo Coelho: Eleven Minutes

"I would quote from Plato. According to him, at the beginning of creation, men and women were not as they are now; there was just one being, who was rather short, with a body and a neck, but his head had two faces, looking in different directions. It was as if two creatures had been glued back to back, with two sets of sex organs, four legs and four arms.
The Greek gods, however, were jealous, because this creature with four arms could work harder, with its two faces, it was always vigilant and could not be taken by surprise, and its four legs meant that it could stand or walk for long periods at a time without tiring. Even more dangerous was the fact that the creature had two sets of organs and so needed no one else in order to continue producing.

‘Zeus, the supreme lord of Olympus, said:” I have a plan to make these mortals lose some of their strength.”
‘And he cut the creature in two with a lightning bolt, thus creating man and woman. This greatly increased the population of the world and at the same time, disoriented and weakened its inhabitants, because now they had to search for their lost half and embrace it and, in that embrace regain their former strength and their ability to avoid betrayal and the stamina to walk for long periods of time and to withstand hard work. That embrace in which two bodies re-fuse to become one again is what we call sex.’ “- Paolo Coelho: Eleven Minutes

"I’m not so sure about everything I’ve said, but I will fight with all my might in both words and actions for this claim: We will be better and braver and more useful if we think that we ought to search for what we don’t know than if we believe there is no knowledge and no point in searching for it." - Plato

"This rock... this rock has been waiting for me my entire life. It's entire life, ever since it was a bit of meteorite a million, billion years ago. In space. It's been waiting, to come here. Right, right here. I've been moving towards it my entire life. The minute I was born, every breath that I've taken, every action has been leading me to this crack on the out surface."-127 Hours

"The power of the people is much stronger than the people in power"-Egyptian Rebel

"Quiet is how the strong man leads. Within these walls is how the honest man lives, and throughout these passages he dwells, living his life in secret. He tries not to stir attention but instead stir the light within your hearts. You speak and he will listen, as to take away the hurt and pain of living. Your eyes dart and yet he struggles to keep them on his. For it seems too clear but within his words you shall see and hear love. and as time passes, you may learn that only an honest man is one you shall yearn."- Matthew Nesheiwat

"Some people are unreasonable, illogical and self centered. Love them anyway. If you do good, people will accuse you of selfish ulterior motives. Do good anyway. If you are successful you win false friends and true enemies. Succeed anyway. The good you do today will be forgotten tomorrow. Do good anyway. Honesty makes you vulnerable. Be honest anyway. What you spend years building may be destroyed overnight. Build anyway. People really need help but may attack you if you help them. Help them anyway. Give the world the best you have and you'll get kicked back down. Give the world the best you've got anyway"- Mother Teresa

"God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference."- Ben Rappaport

"So no matter what you been through, no matter what you into
No matter what you see when you look outside your window
Brown grass or green grass, picket fence or barbed wire
Never ever put them down, you just lift your arms higher
Raise them till your arms tired, let them know you here
That you struggling, surviving, that you going to persevere"-Lupe Fiasco

"It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society"-J Krishnamurti

"The reason why resistance to change is so dangerous is because it prevents people form questioning their actions regardless of the repercussions. It makes people think since whatever they are doing is part of the system therefore by default its the right thing to do. It also makes people worry more about whether their actions are "socially" right and less about whether it is morally right." - Self

"As soon as your born they make you feel small
by giving you no time instead of it all
Till the pain is so big you feel nothing at all
They hurt you at home and they hit you at school
They hate you if you're clever and despise a fool
Till you're so fucking crazy you can't follow their rules
When they've tortured and scared you for 20 odd years
then they expect you to pick a career
When you can't really function you're so full of fear
There's room at the top they are telling you still
But first you must learn how to smile as you kill
If you want to be like the folks on the hill"- John Lennon

"Why do they run from you, when all you carry is flowers?"- Matthew Nesheiwat

"Did you hear about the rose that grew from a crack in the concrete?
Proving nature's law is wrong it learned to walk with out having feet.
Funny it seems, but by keeping it's dreams, it learned to breathe fresh air. Long live the rose that grew from concrete when no one else ever cared."- Tupac Shakur

"The boundaries dividing nations were only drawn by the hands and not by the soul."- Self

"Music is the universal language of mankind"- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

"Everyone seems to have a clear idea of how other people should lead their lives, but none about his or her own."
— Paulo Coelho (The Alchemist)

"Everyone strives to escape from something. Its human nature. They run and fly away as far as its possible. By leaving old places and people they call it a sweet escape. But does it really make sense!!! Wherever they go they transport something within ...themselves. How many miles must someone walk down to escape from someones very own stupid mind!!!"- Paulo Coelho

"Risin' up, back on the street
Did my time, took my chances
Went the distance, now I'm back on my feet

"Instead of putting up a sign that says 'Drive carefully, slippery when wet' put abrasive on the highway, so it is not slippery when wet. When a person is driving a car when he is drunk and the car oscillates a great deal there could be a little pendulum that swings up and back and that will pull the car over the side, not a law, a solution. Put sonars and radars on automobiles so they cant hit one another. Man made laws are attempts to stop occurring problems because they do not have a solution."- Jacque Fresco

"the most magnificent things are the things that pass, not the things that endure"- Self

‎"If you, wanna break free, you better listen to me, you've gotta learn how to see in your fantasy!
Everybodies talking, somethin' very shockin', just to keep on blockin' what they're feeling inside
But listen to me brother, you just keep on walkin', cause you and me and sister ain't got nothin' to hide!
Scatman, fat man, black and white and brown man, tell me bout the color of your SOUL.
If part of your solution is an ending of pollution, then i don't want to hear your stories told, I want to welcome you to my world.
Everybodies born to compete as he chooses, but how can someone win if winning means that someone looses?
I sit and see and wonder what it's like to be in touch, no wonder all my brothers and my sisters need a crutch.
I wanna be a human being, not a human doing, i couldn't keep that pace up if I tried.
The source of my attention really isn't crime prevention, my attention is prevention of the lie, yeah, welcome to my world."

First blog and stuff

2010-10-10T00:37:00.001-07:00

Hey guys! this is me, Shams (your average guy from your average city), blogging for the first time in my life. To be very honest when I was first introduced to the idea of blogging I really did not think that I would ever be interested. But, then again, life is full of surprises which is undoubtedly one of life's many beauties; more importantly I realized that all of us of have this craving inside us. A craving to share; a craving to let others know who we really are, a craving to be one and yet be unique; a craving that people will love us for who we really are and not for who they think we are. Well, blogs make it much easier. So I thought I might as well join. It's almost 1:30 in the morning right now. I think I will leave you guys here for now and go off to bed. Till then, Adios. Have fun and live life to the fullest.

N.B: I appreciate constructive criticism but no disrespectful remarks please. Thank you again :).
