Am adoptat in proportie de 98% autodiversificarea (BLW), adica ii servesc Nataliei mancarea bucatele si ea le mananca singurica. Dupa ce in&lt;a href="http://amainbucatarie.blogspot.com/2012/01/pulpe-la-gratar-in-marinata-de-sos.html"&gt; postul trecut&lt;/a&gt; v-am povestit despre cum gratarul nu mai ramane indelitnicirea barbatului si este foarte usor facut si de o femeie, dupa ce am facut gratare in miez de iarna cat nu am facut toata vara trecuta, am decis sa mai atac un mit: gratarul e doar pentru carnivori! :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ei bine nu! :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu am gatit doar garnitura, dar daca aveti rabdare cu mine, am sa va arat cum se pot face mult mai multe bunatati pe un gratar - nu doar fripturi! Pare atat de simplu, mai ales ca eu gatesc adeseori mancaruri in sos, dar e dificil de ales o tocanita care sa aiba atat de multe de spus ca aceasta. Ingrediente putine, arome puternice!&lt;br /&gt;Am ales sa fac o tocanita cu multa boia, ungureasca, pentru ca aceasta este culoarea unei tocanite gustoase!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cum fac de fiecare data, va recomand si de aceasta data, ca pentru retetele unde boiaua trebuie sa lase culoare sa folositi boiaua ungureasca. Cand untul incepe sa se topeasca, adaugati si zaharul si lasati sa dea in colocot pana cand se dizolva zaharul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turnati acest amestec peste granola si amestecati bine sa se lege. Apoi intindeti intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de cop si intindeti si apasati bine cu o spatula.&lt;br /&gt;La final presarati peste bucatelele de ciocolata si ungeti cu untul de arahide. Recunosc ca sunt un fan al usturoiului, dar cred ca painea asta poate cuceri pe oricine. Merge grozav cu ciorbe, in sandwich si sa nu va spun ce aroma a avut prajita langa niste oua ochiuri.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 capatana de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;350 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;450 g faina&lt;br /&gt;1 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;1 pachet de drojdie&lt;br /&gt;1 ou bătut&lt;br /&gt;1 lingurita miere&lt;br /&gt;2 linguri de ulei&lt;br /&gt;sare grunjoasă&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/8264324@N03/6707535807/" title="IMG_7195 by amainbucatarie, on Flickr"&gt;&lt;img src="http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7175/6707535807_f73e9fc2b7.jpg" alt="IMG_7195" width="351" height="500" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Intr-un vas incalziti laptele pana da in clocot si adaugati usturoiul dat pe razatoarea fina (ca pentru mujdei). Lasati laptele sa se raceasca pana ramane doar caldut (adaugat fierbinte va omori drojdia).&lt;br /&gt;Atunci adaugati in lapte oul batut, mierea si uleiul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intr-un bol amestecati ingredientele uscate, faceti o gaura in mijloc si adaugati drojdia. Turnati peste ele cate putin lapte si framantati aluatul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lasati aluatul la crescut in loc caldut, ferit de curenti timp de o ora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi mai framantati putin si dati forma dorita. Puteti sa faceti chifle (la mine asta era planul initial) sau sa faceti o paine normala.&lt;br /&gt;In ambele cazuri, dupa ce ati dat forma, mai lasati la crescut 20-30 de minute si apoi dati la cuptor pana se coace - timpul depinde de forma painii. Cel putin pe la noi, daca facem gratar inseamna ca barbatul e bucatarul ;)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cand am primit de la &lt;a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.grill-society.ro/"&gt;Grill Society&lt;/a&gt; acest grill &lt;a style="font-weight: bold;" href="http://www.outdoorchef.com/index.php?lang="&gt;European Outdoor Grill&lt;/a&gt;  imi faceam griji ca va trebui sa depind de sot sa apuc sa prajesc si eu o bucata de carne. Ca doar eu asa stiam - iti ia o gramada sa faci jarul, sa pregatesti gratarul, sa faci vant la jar, apoi stai si bibilesti carnea, o tot intorci, mai picuri pe ea bere sau apa sa nu ia foc cu totul si pe deasupra nu mereu si reusesti si ai si cateva bucatele carbonizate de fleica in farfurie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Si eu, cu copil mic in grija, cum as avea timp de toate astea?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Adevarul e ca acum fac gratar si singura acasa cu copilul. Este atat de simplu si absolut de necrezut cum gratarul asta isi face aproape singur treaba. Intre carne si foc exista o tava inclinata care protejeaza carnea dar si colecteaza grasimea care se scurge intr-un recipient din mijloc. Eu am ales mixul de 5 spices, dar noua nu ne-a placut aroma.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Este indicat sa puneti pieptul de rata in sare intr-un vas de plastic acoperit pentru a preveni oxidarea.&lt;br /&gt;Lasati vasul la rece 3-4 zile, sa aiba timp sarea sa traga afara apa din el.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu una am ramas surprinsa cata apa a scos sarea din rata. E important ca pieptul de rata sa respire, asadar nu ingramaditi acel raft din frigider!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In timp de iarna il puteti lasa si afara, doar sa nu ajunga pradatorii la ea :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa 7 zile sunca de rata este gata. Puneti peste pulpa de curcan, ungeti-o cu soia si miere. Se adauga apoi legumele tocate, se completeaza cu apa si se lasa sa fiarba molcom.&lt;br /&gt;Eu varza am taiat-o foarte subtire, fideluta. Am explicat in postari trecute despre neajunsurile combinatiei fructe &amp;amp; cereale si in cazul nostru nici argumentul ca cerealele ii tin mai bine de foame nu tin.&lt;br /&gt;Am incercat sa tin programul prescris de doctorita (si regasit in majoritatea literaturii de specialitate) cu un orar de masa ce pune fructele la 10.00 dimineata si masa de legume sau pranzul la 13.00. Natalia ajunsese sa nu mai manance mai nimic la pranz si eram ingrijorata ca nu ii plac legumele. Abia cand intr-o zi, epuizata de joaca, a dormit si s-a trezit la 15.00 am depistat ca ei de fapt nu ii era foame. Framantati bine painea si cand aluatul are consistenta dorita (nu se mai lipeste de peretii vasului) puneti-l la crescut pentru o ora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa o ora impingeti aluatul cu pumnul, rasucind in aluat. Si sa nu va spun cat pofteam la ele! :)&lt;br /&gt;Asa ca de aceste sarbatori am de recuperat pofte stranse de un an.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Reteta de carnati este de la bunica, doar ca ea facea totul "la ochi". Mama a definitivat-o si a adus-o la gramaje exacte:)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;11 kg carne macra porc&lt;br /&gt;5 kg slanina cruda&lt;br /&gt;0,150 kg sare&lt;br /&gt;0,320 kg usturoi&lt;br /&gt;0,050 kg piper&lt;br /&gt;0,250 kg boia&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se amesteca mai intai condimentele cu ulei si apa pana se obtine o pasta lichida si abia apoi se incorporeaza in carnea si slanina macinate. Se amesteca bine compozitia sa se omogenizeze.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dupa ce umpleti carnatii ii lasati 48 de ore la zvantat agatati pe o bara.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi ii puneti la afumat cu lemn de fag sau stejar (cu putregai sau inmuiate in apa sa fumege). De aceea eram curioasa cum il va accepta Natalia, daca ii va placea gustul si daca va avea probleme digestive de la el - broccoli este indicat sa fie introdus ceva mai tarziu pentru ca poate produce gaze.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Avand nevoie de inca un ingredient verde, pentru a putea mai bine jongla cu lista mea cromatica de nutritie, am introdus broccoli pe la 7.5 luni si nu au fost prbleme cu el. Si cred ca asta este ceea ce conteaza - faptul ca putem descoperi mereu alti oameni talentati si pasionati de bucatarie!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Am stat si m-am gandit si la un regulament si vreau sa va prezint si voua planul.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Principiul de baza al provocarii:&lt;/span&gt; fiecare participant (cu minim 20 de retete pe blog) va primi pe mail - &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;in secret si nu are voie sa dezvaluie pana la publicarea retetei&lt;/span&gt; - numele unui blog de pe care trebuie sa se inspire pentru o reteta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"&gt;Programul provocarii&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Bloggerul va trebui sa frunzareasca blogul primit, sa-si aleaga o reteta si sa o incerce. Apoi sa publice la finalul lunii rezultatul pe blog, citand evident blogul de pe care s-a inspirat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ce ziceti? E cineva tentat de aceasta provocare?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ca sa pornesc provocarea vreau sa am&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; macar 5 inscrisi.&lt;/span&gt; Sa vedem - se strang 5 bloggeri culinari romani?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pentru inscrieri trimiteti-mi un mail la &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;ama2675@gmail.com. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daca ne adunam suficienti, tot pe mail veti primi numele blogului dupa care trebuie sa va inspirati.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/7026006736390242290-364744832942069209?l=amainbucatarie.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Acest amestec se adauga incet peste zaharul cu ou si se amesteca bine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La final se toarna in forme ceramice (ramekins) putin unse si se pun intr-o tava inalta in care ati turnat 2-3 degete de apa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se dau 30 de minute la cuptor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se scoate tava si se lasa la racit alta jumatate de ora, lasand formele in apa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apoi se pregateste al doilea strat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ouale si zaharul se bat bine cu mixerul timp de 5 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intre timp topiti ciocolata si adaugati-o in ou.
