What are causes of sciatica?

While sciatica is most commonly a result of a lumbar disc herniation directly pressing on the nerve, any cause of irritation or inflammation of the sciatic nerve can reproduce the symptoms of sciatica. This irritation of nerves as a result of an abnormal intervertebral disc is referred to as radiculopathy. Aside from a pinched nerve from a disc, other causes of sciatica include irritation of the nerve from adjacent bone, tumors, muscle, internal bleeding, infections, injury, and other causes. Sometimes sciatica can occur because of irritation of the sciatic nerve during pregnancy.

What are sciatica symptoms?

Sciatica causes pain, a burning sensation, numbness, or tingling radiating from the lower back and upper buttock down the back of the thigh to the back of the leg. The result is leg pain. Sometimes the pain radiates around the hip or buttock to feel like hip pain. While sciatica is often associated withlower back pain (lumbago), it can be present without low back pain. Severe sciatica can make walking difficult if not impossible. Sometimes the symptoms of sciatica are aggravated by walking or bending at the waist and relieved by lying down. The pain relief by changing positions can be partial or complete.

How is sciatica diagnosed?

Sciatica is diagnosed with a physical exam and medical history. The typical symptoms and certain examination maneuvers help the health-care practitioner to diagnose sciatica. Sometimes, X-rays, films, and other tests, such as CT scan, MRI scan, and electromyogram, are used to further define the exact causes of sciatica.

We usually intrested in other's mistakes than their success.

Someone told me that. My mother... So in life, no matter what you do, u can't run away from being misjudge, step on or misunderstood.

All you can do is, just stand in who u are and what you believe in.

And some people don't know what they have until they lost it.. I've been patience I thank God for every bits of it but I think its time to just give up and leave totally.. My effort of being protective of my past to my child was being wasted by those related-not wanting to appreciate.. When ure old and wrinkley, all the money in the world (that u have ) won't be sufficient at all to aid ur pain and loneliness due to being forgotten by ur own 'meat and blood'..

And in life, I appreciate advise. But not judgemental remarks. I will shut down and off from such person.. I appreciate the concern but it leave me in doubt, are they genuinely care... when I'm in a trouble state of mind, it doesn't help to remind me of things that I've tried hard to do my best even tho I'm juggling, I know I've done my very best...

But then again, like my mother always said, be careful child, for your 1 mistake will ALWAYS going to be seen rather than your success or 100 deeds.

Been there done that, mother...thanks for the 2 cents.

i cook.. but only during weekends.. because i hate the bloated feeling that i get the next day-to work if i cook weekdays..heheh..sebab mmg akan tambah nasi... silly huh?

But, my dear sis, Aynz insist to have these 2 recipes (... a very pemalas meal really..hehehe) so here goes to my dear adik.... sila try.. =P

Ayam Cilipadi + Soy Sauce + brown rice ( what a "name" ehh.. malas nak pikir lahh)

Bahan-Bahan:

1/2 kg Ayam ( of course) diced- if u like.. i like to go munch2 the bones..hehe
7 biji bawang putih ( tayah rajin nak dice ler.. smash je pakai belakang pisau-auto peeled dah)
8 biji cilipadi ( biji ke? lupa..hahah) - cili burung better.. seriously.
2 sudu besar oyster sauce ( ikut suka la jenama apa.. )
2 sudu kecil Maggie seasoning sauce ( gambar kat bwh ye )
2 sudu kecik soy sauce ( yg hitam pekat chinese use utk nasi ayam tu kan)

aik pakai picnic, jadi lebar pulak the pic.. >,<

Cara-Cara: ( eceh..terasa macam rancangan mari memasak Ramadhan)

- goreng bawang putih tu dalam 5 sudu besar minyak kacang.. ( diet la sgt.. tp the oil yg makes it sedap..minyak KACANG tau..try la bau...serious,kalau time puasa jgn over.. makruh..hidu sikit2 sudah)

- bila dah harum semacam semerbak tak ingat tu, masuk ayam.. jgn goreng sampai rangup pulak.. the point is nak bagi dia moist2 je...

- then masukkan cilipadi tu.. (tayah rajin la nak potong halus2 - just potong tengah je and toss them in.. unless u nak kunyah cilipadi tu, ha potong la bagi halus.. tak direkemen tau.. kang kene appendix makan biji cili)

- then dah lembut the cilipadi tu, masukkan la all the sauces bagai tu.. then stir.. Halia? letak la kalau nak. me tak suka halia..hehe..

- then tada, siap.

- Brown rice tu? ahh, beli kat pasaraya... a bit mahal but it has less starch thus less carbs thus less, err kilo melekat kat lemak2 yg sedia ada dalam badan? =P

1 mangkuk baby tomatoes ( yellow + red)
1 pack feta cheese. toss it all with the oil inside tau ( any brand lah..me beli haritu dah lupa..tp cheese ni mmg sedap)
4 sudu olive oil ( tayah yg virgin..yg biasa pun dah ok)
2 sudu besar grated lemon peel + juice
11/2 sudu besar garlic juice ( korang perah la cemana2 pun.. me blender 3-4x)
1/2 sudu kecik pepper
1 sudu besar Oregano ( Mc'Cormick ade )

Cara-Cara:

Yeah... i know the Norway massacre is worst and i can just relate as a sensitive human to others being slaughtered, but Amy's death gave me some kind of impact, enough to give me tears-the night i read the news via pulse.me for android last saturday night.. worth having the stream..

she's been singing for me, through my pain - going through a dark and alone phase.. giving me somewhat "stone" effect that says, heck yeah -ill be just fine..

Ahh, went to Aquaria last Sunday.. what a trip. and i really mean it. 2nd time went and still didnt manage to snap lotsa pics.. because its dark and lots of tourist that day..kinda cramp...

managed to snap this.. if im THIS close to this shark in the sea, i wud be sooo dead by now..haha. But i wudve drown to death either because i cant swim... hah!

the arabs were soo astonished by this stingray.. it literally "sucked" itself - clinged..and we all can see its underneath.. Masya-Allah, God's creation.. it has human-like face isnt it..
