Fat</title><content type="html">I still have not figured out why the entire diet products promote the low fat, or no fat on their products. People might think eating a low fat diet is going to make them lose weight, this is absolutely wrong. Fats are really important for brain function, and stimulating the metabolism. On the other hand the real enemies that people don’t really think about are the sugars. Sugars are your worst enemy when you are trying to lose weight, and the really bad ones are the refined sugars. When sugar is consumed your body produces more insulin to absorb the sugar, which also puts your body in a fat storing mode. They are eating like 700-1000 calories a day, and somehow not losing weight. Some might argue that calorie deficiency is the only way to lose weight; and that is absolutely right. However, the quality of the calorie is even more important. One example would be 150 calories from a chocolate bar, and 150 calories from vegetables are not the same.
