I just had to write this post and express my own opinion. Mass Effect 1 to 3 had solid game play and great stories, that brought the universe to Mass Effect to life. So when I see the complaints about the ending needing to be changed, I took it upon myself to play ME3 all the way to the end. So having experienced the greatest finally of my life, I would have to say to you the members of the gaming community.

What the fu#$ are you bitching about, the Mass Effect series has done its job. Its told a great story and spanned three full length games and not only that, has kept the fans happy with editor choice reviews. What more do you want? More Mass Effect? come on people look at what happened to Star Wars. Ep 4 to 6 were great and we didn't really need the back story of the newer more hamfisted episodes. The point is that if you try and milk a franchise then your going to loose its special place in everyone's heart. I personally loved the ending of ME3 and thought it was a great way to end the series. Well, that's all I have to say about that.
You can see it here http://redsungames.blogspot.jp/2012/03/red-sun-games-self-kickstarter-take.html

When asked why he would take such a bold move? "I just want a chance to produce a game that is thought provoking and entertaining, that's all. Everyone deserves a fighting chance at their dream. I couldn't start this with kickstarters, so I decided to try an alternate way to get support. My hope is that people will support my dream"

There you have it, a man with a dream, and a hope to someday soon be able to realize that dream.
“As we’re counting down the days until we’re ready to announce a release date for Diablo III,” the company explained on the game’s official blog. “We’ve come to realize that the PvP game and systems aren’t yet living up to our standards.

John Carmack expressed his opinion of mobile devices and how they are becoming more powerful than the current generation of consoles. Devices like the android and iPhone have all happened within the development cycle of Rage id software’s latest project.

Carmack said that “it’s amazing to think that when we started Rage, iOS didn’t exist. There was no iPhone, all of that happened just in the space of one project development timeline. And that’s a little scary when you think about it, because major landscapes change could be happening underneath our feet as we work on these large scale projects.” In addition to all this Carmack has noticed that colleges and friends have become iPad and mobile gamers and have spent fewer and fewer hours on their consoles.

Though Carmack believes that mobile devices will replace consoles in the near future he also believes that iPad and iPhone games are “a different experience… a diversion rather than a destination.” In my opinion Carmack is a genius but I would have to disagree with him as mobile devices only act as a distraction while we traverse through life’s hardships. Consoles and the PC will never be replaced because there will always be that gamer that can’t get his fix from a mobile device. StarCraft 2, CS, TF2, WoW, Eve Online, and Minecraft these games will most certainly not come to mobile devices and the games that mimic the features of these games are nothing more than half baked versions that don’t give you the same feeling and satisfaction that you would otherwise get from the Consoles or PC.

No More X-men or Batman for PSP

I hope you don’t like reading comics on the PSP, because the Sony is going to discontinue its digital comic book service. This announcement was made aware to the public July 09th when they announced their latest Digital Comic patch.
Sony has not made it clear as to why they are discontinuing the service.
