Deixe cozinhar até a batata quase derreter.&lt;br /&gt;Se necessário dissolva uma colher de amido de milho em um pouco de água e junte ao recheio para engrossar. /&gt;Recheie com a escarola refogada.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Feche em formato de rocambole e pincele com gema.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asse em forno quente por 30 minutos aproximadamente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu ainda não fiz, mas quando fizer vou abrir sobre um filme para facilitar na hora de enrolar e também pretendo colocar ricota no recheio e um pouco de gorgonzola pra dar um Hoje em dia acredita-se que 20% de todos os sorvetes consumidos nos Estados Unidos são Frozen Yogurt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;· 2 potes de iogurte natural&lt;br /&gt;· 8 colheres (sopa) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;· 1 lata de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;· 1 colher (sopa) de raspas de limão&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calda&lt;br /&gt;· 1 xícara (chá) de frutas vermelhas variadas&lt;br /&gt;· 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparoNo liquidificador, bata o iogurte, o açúcar e o creme de leite. Misture as raspas de limão, coloque em um recipiente, cubra com filme plástico e leve ao freezer por 6 horas no mínimo. Retire do freezer, deixe amolecer um pouco e bata na batedeira até dar consistência de creme.
