What? How? When? Why?

It's almost Christmas you guys! It's crazy!!!!

SO every December, our Elf Tim with a new pal The Grinch comes and visits us to watch over the kids and they can report back to Santa if they've been naughty or nice.

CHRISTMAS is my favorite Holiday ever! So I plan our month with some family activities

and yearly Holiday Traditions.

I am not the best baker. But I try to have with Raine during the Holidays and bake some yummy cookies. We also started creating peppermint popcorn with melted chocolate on top.

It's actually really yummy! Lol. Just thinking about it makes me mouth water.

Planning out activities always help.

And i've discovered and started using a new planner.

It's called the JIBUN TECHO and I am really loving it.

It has a Weekly Vertical Layout and Some Monthly pages too!

It's like my favorite Hobonichi Planner but what's missing is the daily layout.

i am still undecided which planner to use for next year. I am so torn between these two planners

but I will definitely update and late you know what I end up using.

Are you happy? If so, What does it mean to you?

Have you ever asked the question to yourself,

"What is it that I really want?!"

I have. Many times.

And mostly, I noticed that my answer was always about others.

My Children, My Parents, My Husband, And My Family.

Please don't get me wrong.

I am not saying that it's wrong to find your happiness through others.

But, what about you? What do you want???

My Husband always ask me this:

"If you do not have us? just take us out of the picture. What is it that you want?"

Believe me when I say, it's not an easy question for me to answer.

I still sit and ponder on this.

Why is that you may ask? I think it's because It's how we were programmed.

The pattern of society. How it was induced on us that if we seek for our personal desires

it's considered being selfish. UGH! That guilt 😢

But why do we have to feel guilty? We shouldn't. I shouldn't. YOU shouldn't.

Don't you think that if you are completely, truly happy and fulfilled

that it will cause a domino effect in your family? To the people around you?

And It will.

You are teaching your kids (if you have any) and others, that happiness starts with you.

And it starts with knowing what it is that you really want.

Your passion - your heart's joy.

I found my passion through music and arts.

And I've been so blessed to be able to connect with a lot of people through

these gifts. My talents. I found my purpose. I found my "HAPPY"

I realized that I am most happy when I am serving my purpose.

And that purpose is to inspire, to create music, and to bring colors to other people's lives.

I am Happy when I am being creative & when I am being real & vulnerable.

It may sound cheesy. But I am sincerely happy when I am in service to others.

When I make someone smile, and laugh.

And my greatest passion is for others to find their own.

To help them create their own happiness. Wether it's through my music or my art.

Arteza Real Brush Pens: My first thought & opinions!

I woul like to thank the kind people from Arteza for sending over these markers for me to try.

I will be honest with you and let you know that I was first hesitant and skeptical

about this company. I've been seeing their ads all over my social media feed and didn't know if they were just a scam! Or one of those companies where you will get what you've paid for.

But when their representative contacted me - I kept an open mind.

So far, i've used their Premium Watercolor Set and these Real Brush Pens.

And I can totally say that they may NOT be the VERY best in the market,

but the products are actually very comparable and can be a great competition to the leading brands out there. I am also happy to know that there are some companies out there that

are creating great products without breaking the bank.

My Ultimate Favorite Pen Ever!

This pen right here.

This is it.

This is the beginning of my addiction.

But after hundreds and hundreds of pens.

This still reign the King.

Even before the brand approached me to be an ambassador for them,

I was already sharing this with everyone who ask and everyone who wants to know.

This is the TOMBOW FUDENOSUKE hard tip.

It is my no. 1.

I am not over exaggerating when I say that 99% of my purses has to have one of

these pens inside.

I use this with lettering. With doodles.

With simple writing and everything else in between.

This is the Blue One which is the harder tip.

I love this than the soft because I feel like I can get better control

with all my thick and most especially think strokes.

If you ever decide decide to try it, one tip that I can share with you

is that do not be afraid to really press on the pen.

You need to give a good pressure to get your thick lines.

I also suggest practicing in a smoother copy paper.

The one I love to use is Hammermill Color Copy Paper.

It is 100% Brightness and the paper is just amazingly smooth.

And I do know that it's not hurting the nib of my pen.

My 1st graduate

Mixed emotions.

My first princess is now a highschool graduate.

Now officially a young adult.

So proud of her. All her accomplishments.

All her ”trying” and building character. Hehe.

It’s all that teenage life.

We were so happy to have my aunt come over to celebrate with us.

Stayed with us for a couple of days - it was short but sweet.

My dearest one,

It’s time to spread your wings, fly and rule the world.

Loves playing with his Friends on his PS4.

He tried Football, Basketball

and now he's thinking about tracks.

Quit his piano lessons but still plays.

He just finished a song he wrote that he will perform

in his school's Talent Show.

A little Bit of a Show Off, LOL! Most of the time Disoriented.

I blame it on Puberty. Hehe. But the most important of all. is that He has a big big heart.

Brooklyn, NY.

It looked like a scene from a movie.

Coming from the Philippines, And being in Brooklyn for the 1st time is like walking into a music video.

I was in awe looking at street art everywhere.

It seems like it has it’s own charisma, beauty.

Old infrastructures, dirt, homeless people out in the street all of a sudden seemed like they all fit.

It was cold. But I think the streets were colder.

I was afraid. I think that’s the best description of my feelings. I didn’t go anywhere other than the event i’m speaking at. I ordered food and had it delivered.

I enjoyed Brooklyn from my room.

But you know me, I had to take advantage of some amazing street art. So I walked a couple of blocks and snapped some pictures.

I had an amazing time with friends though. There’s a small bar/karaoke At the lobby of the hotel. So the girls & I had fun...

The next day, our sweet friend Raquel took us to her favorite cappucino place in Brooklyn. It was sooooo yummy.

That same day was the day of the event and it was loads of fun... I sponsored a table for the planner girls. I Made sure that it’s all packed with all our Mommy Lhey goodies and well... decorated to the brim too!

We had a few hiccups with our workshop. There was no overhead camera and a lapel mic. So I was having some difficult time. But over all I think it went really well. But you know what was The best part? Aside from having the chance to spend time with friends, I actually gained a whole lot more!!! 😍

Have you ever been to Brooklyn? Any special memories there. I’m planning on coming back when it’s not so cold and I will explore it next time.

Brand New Year

It’s 2019. What? How? It’s so crazy fast. Don’t you think so too! Or am I the only one who feel like time is not as long as it used to be. That maybe we are not really living 24hrs a day anymore. It feels more like 18hrs now. Aaaaaaaaah. It’s so crazy. Or maybe i’m just really getting old. Pffft 🤣🙈

So... 2019. Am I ready for it? There are moments when i feel like ROCKY and SO ready for my big fight. And then there are those moments when I feel like a turtle that just wants to hide inside my shell.

It’s so weird really.

But I have big hopes for this new year. I can’t say I have big plans though. But I have a few I guess - just ideas, wishes, and dreams. No concrete PLANS. I’ve never been great at creating one. I always wish that i’m better at it. Maybe it’s not too late. Maybe I can still make one. The one. Hmmmmm....

This was a collaboration between Paper House Productions and our Company.

And I am soooooo darn proud of it.

I hope and pray that this is just a beginning.

I hope that one day, we'd be able to reach a bigger audience

and create more exciting and fun products.

But right now, I will soak everything in.

I am so grateful for all the blessings that are bestowed upon me.

Lavender Young Living Essential Oils

How's your summer been? Are you a mom with crazy kiddos like me? Well if the answer is yes, I can already visualize how your summer may have been. Here at home, we had our share of crying and fighting. I've also heard the phrase "Mom, I'm Bored!" probably a million times or more.

But one thing i'd like to share with you that helped me a few times or more to help calm my children are my favorite young living essential oils. At first I didn't know if it would work.

But I never gave up, I diffuse Lavender and I noticed some changes in them.

They weren't running around 20X anymore, only 5X lol.

Well, it was minimized for sure. It really did helped. And I am so happy.

During at night, I would add some drops of lavender in some jojoba oil and massage all over

my baby girl to give her a relaxing sleep. It works!!!

Life and Essential Oils

Hello Everyone!

I haven't been active on my blog for the longest time. I had great plans for this space on the internet. I wanted to make this channel to become more of my personal connection to the world but it seems like ever since I started a business, I feel like all of my social media accounts are all connected to our business account. But lately i've been trying to revive my dying personal Instagram account as well and slowly but surely it's going well...

So, How am I? Lately it seems like a trick question. Is anyone out there who still really cares? I mean who sincerely care about the answer when they ask the question. Well, at least I hope so. Because I do. I care about your well being. Your JOY Level.

I am - on a scale of 1 to 10 - on a 8.5 now. I was somewhere between 4-6 the past few weeks to a couple of months. If you ask me why? I don't really know why.

I guess feeling of just so overwhelmed. Slightly bit stuck.

And most of all TIRED.

But all of these are caused by a common denominator. Which is ME.

I am stubborn. I do not ask for help.

I do not allow myself to rest. I feel guilty when I let other people do something for me.

I am terrible at putting boundaries for other people. I do not know how to say NO.

I allow myself overwork. And so many other reasons...

BUT LATELY, Something seems to help...

My Aunt sent me some Essential Oils.

Was I skeptical at first? Of course I was. But i've been practicing holistic healing already with Crystals, and Meditations. But it'll be a new experience with Essential Oils.

I have been using the Peace and Calming Blend II for almost a month and I also mix it with some Lavender at times especially at night time. I swear by this, it works!!!

I have been more calm, and in a much better state of mind. My moods has been so much better.

I feel like I have better control of my emotions and better focus.

I place a few drops in the palm of my hands, rub them together, and do a deep breathing technique 3 times every morning when I wake up. And I repeat this 3x a day when I feel like I need it.

Today, I am so proud to share that I officially joined the Young Living Family.

It wasn't a hard decision because I truly believe in their products.

I've already used another blend called PURIFICATION on my daughter and it was perfect for some insect bites that she had, I am meaning to write another post about it as well. So just watch out for that.
