I am a proud Mommy!

Although it's a great milestone, we are still not in a hurry for her to grow up. We believe that she will do it when she's ready. No rush on our side. We want her to take her time.

Couldn't wait to paint my nails, so after shower, I applied MARIA on my nails. And right then and there? Maria had me at "hello" LOL

THOUGHTS:

It was bloody awesome. I love the brush. I love the texture/quality of the product. It wasn't runny at all. And not too thick that sometimes makes it so hard to apply.

I used O.P.I's Base Coat.

Applied 1 coat of MARIA (that didn't sound right, LOL!)

The color payoff was insanely great! 1 coat was all I needed.

Applied O.P.I's Top Coat to finish! And right then and there, I became a fan!

No Strong Yucky Scent, it dried off quick.

What more can I ask for?

Inside my box was the two nail polish I mentioned and a full-sized Age Defying Hand Brightener.

And A Sample Packet of a SPF 30 Hand Cream.

I might buy a full size of their cream. It felt and looked really good on my hands. My hands looked so radiant after applying the cream. So nice. And it's also odor free which I like by the way.

So I guess you know now that I'm staying with JULEP and cannot wait for my next box, next month.

To Clean. Cleaning. Cleaned. And more Cleaning.

Ha ha... Story of my life.

Jason & I clean at least 2 times a day. And i'm only talking about our living room and floors.

We have so much windows, It gets so dusty so easily. Ugh!!!
Either that, or too much windows that we can see every dust and speck.
Sheeshz, Tinkerbell!!! Stop playing with your fairy dusts Already!!! LOL!

So anyways, today I decided to rearrange Zy & Raines bedroom.

It was absolutely crazy. Toys were all over the place...

Hi Guys! How was your long weekend? I hope that y'all had a restful but fun 3 day weekend.

Tonight Hubs and I had a date night, We went to a mexican restaurant called Maria's.

It's been a while since we went out on a date. We are so attached to our kids so much that it's very hard to leave them even for a little bit.

I bought the cute little top from Charlotte Rousse for $5 on Clearance.

I love bright colors. I don't really follow fashion trends a lot, So i'm not even sure if bright colors are fashion-appropriate this time of year. But the heck? For $5? I say forget fashion trends, LOL.

I wore a nude pump to keep things simple.

Here's Jason going over the menu.

He takes his time choosing especially when it's our first time in a new restaurant.

We actually both agreed that this place has the best chips and salsa ever.

So anyhow, he chose Chorizo Fajitas and I ordered me some Fried Tilapia.

And this is what it looked like after some serious chowing.

Ha-Ha-Ha!!! It was sooooooo yummy!!!

Last stop was Ulta, I got me some Vanity Mirror. I've been wanting one for some time now.

And I just can't wait for my little diva room anymore. I had to get one already.

Purchased one from ULTA for $49.99 w/o tax.

Here is my little corner in our bedroom while my diva room is in the building process.

I keep the essentials out. Favorite shade of nail polish, Foundation, Brushes, Etc.

I bought this cosmetic organizer from Target for $15 something I think.

It's made by Caboodles. I really like it, and thinking of getting one more.

I keep the rest of my goodies inside my train case.

So, I also bought this make up remover from E.L.F for $3 at Target

I like the softness of the cloth, I like how my skin feels moisturized and not greasy after cleaning.

The scent reminds me of M.A.C make up wipe remover. It has that aloe fresh smell.

I love that I don't smell any strong alcohol or even floral scent.

It's very gentle on my eyes, but tough on removing any product.

Even waterproof mascara. Removing mine was a breeze.

1 cloth was more than enough for my whole face and neck.

$3 for 20 pre-moistened cloths. I say it's pretty good!

After using it for almost a week now.

My Rating: 4★ out of 5

Good bye all yucky product!

Although we didn't get a lot of snow, Raine and Zy still had fun.

Snow and Songs

Ugh!!! I am so frustrated. I feel like, I don't know how to sing anymore. I mean I know how to sing, but I don't know how to sing WELL anymore, waaaaaaaaaah!!! It's just not right. I am sad.

But it's snowing!!! Yey!!! Made me happy again, LOL!!!

Kids kept me busy today. We had so much fun... Although studying new songs is just too overwhelming.

If you're wondering why in the world am I trying to learn new songs? It's because i'm working on few projects. First is that we're putting together a band, then the next is still quite unclear so I feel like I shouldn't spill anything out yet. But as soon as I find out more, trust me, you'll be the first to know. How's your day? Hope you're well and staying healthy!

The Princess is 11

The Party is very simple. Small, but fun!

She invited few of her closest friends.

And her Sister/Best Friend Madison and her family.

The girls and everybody else had such a great time.

I did the inline skates, unfortunately I don't have any picture.

Thank God, because can you imagine a hippo doing inline skates? I don't think so.

I'm sorry for giving you that visual. But I look very close to that.

So anyways, enough of my self-pity-lose-weight-issues.

Emotional Post

I told myself I am gonna wait until tomorrow to post a blog about my daughter's birthday. But I just couldn't help it because I have too many thoughts in my head that I really want to put down into writing, or in this case type in.

11 years ago, I was 18 years old. Scared? Maybe. Excited? Thrilled! Happy? Ecstatic! I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Right then and there, I knew life will never be the same again... There will never be another dull moment, I'll never have to be alone and lonely ever again. And from then on, I knew I will always have a best friend-forever.

From a baby girl to a young lady. How did that happen? Where did time go?it always seem like it was just yesterday when the only word she knows was "mama" and now she's a very beautiful, kind, young lady. I love her so much.

We may battle at times, Hey, We're talking about some raging hormones here... Her and I. But at the end of the day. We know that we can count on each other, and that we have each other, no matter what. Love is 100% present, even with hormones in action, or not.

I thank God for them every single day. I pray to the Lord to make me live longer so that I will be able to take care of them and love them for a very very long time. They MAKE me. They are ME. Without my Family, I am completely NOTHING.

I apologize for being so emotional, but I am just so grateful that I was chosen to be the mother of these 3 little angels in front of me.

Jazzle, I love you sweetheart. Happy Happy 11th birthday. You make me proud everyday. And thank you for giving me the strength and inspiration to be a better ME every single morning that I open my eyes. New day, New chances, New beginning.

Every day with you guys is a sweet life. We are blessed!

Looking back 2011.

Material things are just things. Should never have a room in your dreams. In a superficial world it would probably be on top of your list, but in REAL world, LOVE and FAMILY; they're all that matters!

Today, I did a lot of thinking. A lot of reminiscing. Wondering and also day dreaming. Year 2011 is about to end. It made me look back... All the mistakes i've done; things accomplished; new hopes for the new year, plans, and expectations.

In every twists and turns I did in my head, above it all are my FAMILY. behind every dream and hope attached are my family. They are the reason and my inspiration.

Well I also probably had some few selfish thoughts earlier today. But before I even started digging deep, I masterfully knocked some senses into my head. This world is not about me anymore. I made that choice 11 years ago when I had my first born child. I made some sacrifices through the years and the rewards I got in return doubled the expectations I had in mind. Now I have 3 beautiful kids. And an amazing husband. I know you read a lot of other blogs or just heard that line before, where the wife would start talking unbelievably great things about her husband; although in REALITY, they are living in HELL.

But hear me out, and trust me when I say, I married the best person I know.
If he was part of any mistake I might have done in the past, lemme tell you now, I might just never want to be right ever again. He is the best part of my journey aside from my children. He gave MARRIAGE a whole different meaning. I love him with all my heart, and he loves me with all of him.

I try my hardest to be always nice to him; but GOD invented hormones. So that's what's to blame. I swear it wasn't me that's doing all those wrong things, it's THE hormones. I'm sorry. But in all seriousness, I try really hard to control the wickedness of chemical imbalance, and the downfall of being a woman. But given all that, HE LOVES ALL OF ME, HORMONES AND ALL.

2012.

It's my year. To be better. To do more. To love more. To sing more.

I have plans. To live life well. To start believing that I deserve to. And To make things happen, for me and my family. It's gonna be an AWESOME year. More blessings great health and prosperity.

I wish you the same. Let us forget all the negativity and bad things. Let's start living... Live everyday like it's our last. Make every breath we take worth it. Let's make more memories. Things that will take every of our special breath away... Let us all be kind to one another. Start making this world a better place. And let's all start in our very own home.

Christmas is my favorite holiday. I truly believe that somehow, it beings out the best of everybody. And It's also a special day to remember that someone was born, and to live, then died to save us from the Sin of the World.

I am blessed. With a great life. With a beautiful family - and wonderful friends. Like what they said, it's not the presents under the tree that matters, it's whom surrounds the tree. I once thought that Christmas are just for kids... Definitely not true. It's for everybody. The beauty of giving and caring. It's making people happy, smile, even cry from happiness. It's the "getting together" all the laughs, the great food, solemn prayers, the thought of gratefulness, appreciation, and contentment.

This year, I wanted to count my blessings. But I didn't know where to begin. My blessings are overflowing, and No, I don't mean material or worldly things. But the things that truly matters... The things that fills our hearts. The things that makes us complete.

I sit here and I type while tears are flowing down my face. Wishing that I can gather all my loved ones to celebrate Christmas with us. I miss my family back home in the Philippines. I truly wish that I can just blink and like magic they will all be here to have fun and celebrate Christmas all together again with me. My Father, aunts and uncles, brother, sisters, nieces, and nephews... I wish them a Merry Christmas.

And to you also, thank you for being there and continuously reading my blog. I appreciate you. I wish you a Merry Christmas and I hope that you're spending it with all the special people that you love.

Finally. They have a room. I'm still not done decorating the wall. But as far as organizing and sorting out their toys; that task is done. I am having such a hard time trying to choose a picture to put in a frame to place above their beds. I have thousands of pictures to choose from, ugh! Stressful. Lol.

I ordered the toy boxes from walmart. I ordered it online. I am not sure if you can find it in your local stores. You might wanna check first. I bought it for $59.99 each. There are 12 plastic bins. 4 of it are bigger in sizes and the rest are smaller bins. It feels so good to finally get organized. Now Zy and Raine can actually see their toys and will be able to play with 'em without diggin' forever for their toys. I am happy. We are slowly getting settled. Almost a HOME.
