INAUGURA SEGUNDA ETAPA DEL DESARROLLO ECOTURISTICO DE SANTA ROSA DE LIMA

La Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales del Gobierno del Estado (SEMAREN) inauguró la segunda etapa del Desarrollo Ecoturístico del Ejido de Santa Rosa de Lima, perteneciente al municipio de Coyuca de Benítez, donde se invirtieron más de 2 millones de pesos.

En representación del Gobernador del Estado, Ángel Aguirre Rivero, el Secretario de Medio Ambiente, Carlos Toledo Manzur, inauguró la segunda etapa de "Aventura Santa Rosa", proyecto que consideró exitoso por las virtudes biológicas que posee, los atractivos de recreación que propone y su ubicación geográfica, cerca de la región Centro y Acapulco.

"El Gobierno del Estado está comprometido con la conservación del medio ambiente, con el desarrollo de los pueblos a través de actividades y acciones como esta, en la que los ciudadanos conserven su riqueza natural y a su vez se genere, mediante esa conservación, el sustento de las familias" afirmó, luego de felicitar la organización y el esfuerzo ejidal para potenciar el turismo de naturaleza.

Inauguró también el curso-taller de escalado de árboles y colecta de germoplasma forestal, impartido por especialistas de Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Forestales y Agropecuarias (INIFAP), con dos días de duración y en el que los representantes de las comunidades y ejidos que asistieron de los municipios de Chilpancingo, Acapulco, Leonardo Bravo, Taxco, fueron capacitados para la recolección de semillas y producir plantas para reforestación, así como plantaciones forestales comerciales.

En el acto inaugural, Toledo Manzur destacó la importancia de la diversificación del turismo en Guerrero, a través de nuevos destinos que promuevan la riqueza cultural y natural de Guerrero, como en el caso de este destino Ecoturistico que cuenta con cabañas de alojamiento, tiendas y espacios para acampar, servicios recreativos como tirolesas de 150 y 250 metros de longitud y 35 metros de altura, en promedio, ciclismo de Montaña, Balnearios, sala de usos múltiples y senderos de explicaciones botánicas de enseñanza de usos y costumbres.

En su intervención, el Comisariado Ejidal de Santa Rosa, Tomás Castrejon Brito, expuso que este proyecto de ecoturismo es una realidad debido al apoyo del Gobierno estatal y la federación y detalló que el ejido organizado, mediante asamblea y consejo de administración, aprovechan sustentablemente su bosque, a través del manejo forestal, turismo de naturaleza y servicios ambientales, mismos que pueden coadyuvar con la mitigación de dos grandes problemas; la contaminación y el cambio climático.

"Este es un refugio de la fauna silvestre. Por eso es necesario que en las zonas urbanas comprendan que tanto su calidad de vida como sus actividades económicas están relacionadas con el estado que guardan nuestros recursos naturales, su conservación y aprovechamiento sustentable son sumamente importantes, por ello agradecemos el apoyo que nos han brindado para lograr lo que hoy tenemos" expresó.

Santa Rosa de Lima, que se halla a dos horas de la capital del estado, pertenece al municipio de Coyuca de Benítez pero se encuentra en los límites con la Sierra de Chilpancingo, se ubica en la red de los denominados "Pueblos Santos" San Miguel, Santa Bárbara, Santa Rita y San Cristóbal; cuenta con un área de conservación de 300 hectáreas de bosque prioritariamente de pino y encino.

Al acto formal de la entrega e inauguración del Desarrollo Ecoturístico de este ejido acudieron también el Gerente Estatal de la Comisión Nacional Forestal (CONAFOR), Mario Mosqueda Vázquez, Luis Alberto Carbajal Martínez, representante de la Procuraduría Federal de Protección al Ambiente (PROFEPA) y autoridades municipales y ejidales de Santa Rosa, San Miguel, San Cristóbal, Compuertas, Zoyatepec, Coapango, municipio de Chilpancingo, San Pedro y San Felipe Chichila, municipio de Taxco, Yextla, municipio de Leonardo Bravo, Compuertas, además representantes del Consejo Consultivo Núcleo para el Desarrollo Sustentable.

Con la finalidad de consolidar la cultura como un vehículo de transformación para Guerrero, el gobernador Ángel Aguirre Rivero firmó la iniciativa de decreto para crear la Secretaría de la Cultura.

Durante la conferencia realizada en el Museo Histórico de Acapulco Fuerte de San Diego, en donde se hizo el anuncio del estreno de la película "Morelos" para este día, protagonizada por el actor guerrerense oriundo de Coyuca de Catalán, Dagoberto Gama, el mandatario estatal expresó su interés por hacer de la cultura una política pública de vital importancia.

Se pronunció asimismo por cimentar estrategias encaminadas a la promoción de la cultura como el establecimiento de bibliotecas populares, a fin de que sean espacios donde niños y jóvenes tengan oportunidad de leer diferentes libros.

"No quiero que vean esta firma para crear la Secretaría de la Cultura como una pose, sino porque la cultura es un vehículo de transformación, además de que Guerrero es rico en cultura y tradición", expresó el mandatario.

En cuanto a la película dirigida por Antonio Serrano, el gobernador dijo que este filme refleja las aportaciones históricas que hizo Guerrero para forjar un país libre e independiente.

La directora del Instituto Guerrerense de la Cultura, Alejandra Frausto Guerrero, manifestó que el gobierno que encabeza Ángel Aguirre ha dado muestra de que está preocupado por darle la importancia que se merece a la cultura.

El director de la película, "Morelos", Antonio Serrano agradeció las facilidades otorgadas por el gobierno del estado para la realización de este filme que relata la historia del generalísimo Morelos durante su estadía en Costa Grande y Chilpancingo.

Por su parte, el actor guerrerense, Dagoberto Gama reconoció el interés que tiene el gobernador Ángel Aguirre para ver la cultura como motor del desarrollo de la entidad.

En esta conferencia de prensa estuvieron presentes el director del museo Víctor Hugo Jasso, así como los integrantes del elenco, Juan Ignacio Aranda, Raúl Méndez y Antonio Gaona.

El legislador federal del PRD considera que se debe implementar un plan estratégico de desarrollo regional, pues “no todos se trata de más policías y más militares.

Acapulco.- El senador guerrerense Sofio Socorro Ramírez Hernández, afirmó que es necesario el reforzamiento de la Operación “Guerrero Seguro”, y al mismo tiempo sugirió implementar un plan estratégico de desarrollo regional en las comunidades pobres del estado de Guerrero y negó que en la entidad haya “gobiernos paralelos”, como lo afirma el priista Cuauhtémoc Salgado.

En entrevista el legislador federal del PRD dijo “No todo se trata de más policías, más militares, también es necesario un plan estratégico de desarrollo regional”.

-¿Sobre las declaraciones de David Jiménez Rumbo de que el gobernador solo da pan y circo que opina?

-Las respetó, pero no las comparto, el gobernador Ángel Aguirre Rivero, está cerca de la problemática social, y la militancia no es limitante.

El senador perredista dijo que “Esto de pan y circo (que dice David Jiménez Rumbo) lo traí como un referente más peyorativo que de objetividad, que tiene que ver que un gobernador haya ido y se haya comprometido eso es parte de una estrategia, es una estrategia del gobierno federal.

-¿Funciona para usted el Operativo Guerrero Seguro?

-Considero que debemos reforzarlo, pero el (operativo) “Guerrero Seguro”, debe de ser parte de una estrategia integral, acciones en conjunto a favor del desarrollo humano de los guerrerenses y además es el momento que el gobierno federal ponga más atención a los estados del sur.

-¿De la opinión del dirigente del PRI Cuauhtémoc Salgado sobre los gobiernos paralelos, se le cuestionó?

-Yo creo que no hay gobiernos paralelos, lo que reconocemos son 81 presidentes municipales, algunos con dificultades territoriales, pero nada más.

En seguida hizo un exhortó al dirigente priista y le pidió que cumpliera con la obligación de todos ciudadanos de aportar datos más concretos, y que diga en que municipios hay gobiernos paralelos para que las acciones de los tres gobiernos se implementen acciones que correspondan.

Cuatro personas fueron privadas de la vida en diferentes puntos de Guerrero.

Los hechos ocurrieron en los municipios de Coyuca de Benítez, Acapulco y Atoyac de Álvarez.

Reportes indican que un comando disparó y mató a dos hombres en la comunidad de Las Pulgas, en el municipio de Coyuca de Benítez, en la región de la costa grande del estado de Guerrero.

Las víctimas fueron identificadas como Gerardo Díaz Bello, de 27 años, y Víctor Manuel Contreras Bello, de 20 años, ambos ingerían bebidas embriagantes cuando el grupo armado con playeras negras y pasamontañas llegó y les disparó con fusiles AK-47.

Por otra parte, en el municipio de Atoyac de Álvarez, otro hombre fue asesinado.

En Acapulco, en ciudad Renacimiento, sobre la avenida principal del sector II un joven fue privado de la vida por disparos de arma de fuego, hasta el momento está en calidad de desconocido.

El Gobernador de Guerrero, Ángel Aguirre Rivero, se reunió con los alcaldes de Taxco de Alarcón, Ciudad Altamirano y Coyuca de Catalán, para integrar una agenda común en obras prioritarias que generen progreso económico y desarrollo social en beneficio de los habitantes de estos municipios

En Casa Guerrero, el mandatario recibió en un primer momento al presidente municipal de Taxco de Alarcón, Salomón Majúl González, con quien conversó sobre diversos proyectos de gran trascendencia para el municipio ubicado en la Zona Norte de Guerrero.

Se acordó la construcción de una presa con la finalidad de abastecer de agua potable, sobre todo a la parte alta de la ciudad platera; asimismo se continuará con los trabajos de iluminación y mantenimiento de Taxco Ciudad Luz y se promoverán eventos turísticos para este destino colonial del estado de Guerrero.

De manera especial, se habló de apoyar la Feria Internacional de la Plata, cuyo programa se desarrollará a través del Instituto Guerrerense de la Cultura, además de reforzar la presencia de una gran variedad de eventos culturales y artísticos que contribuyan a aumentar el flujo de turistas a este Pueblo Mágico.

"Quiero refrendar mi respaldo al presidente municipal para que sigamos trabajando de la mano por el bien de Taxco", dijo el mandatario estatal al tiempo de entregar al edil un cheque con recursos del gobierno estatal a fin de que inicie a obras en beneficio de los taxqueños.

Posteriormente sostuvo un encuentro con los presidentes municipales de Coyuca de Catalán, Rey Hilario Serrano y Ciudad Altamirano, Reynel Rodríguez Muñoz, quienes presentaron al mandatario las obras que se requieren en ambos municipios de la Tierra Caliente.

En su intervención, Rey Hilario Serrano, alcalde de Coyuca de Catalán expuso que es necesaria la construcción del hospital regional, la construcción del bulevar hacia la zona poniente, la pavimentación para cuatro pueblos y el agua potable para la comunidad de Amuco de la Reforma.

Por su parte, el alcalde de Ciudad Altamirano, Reynel Rodríguez Muñoz solicitó la ayuda del gobierno del estado para la construcción del relleno sanitario, la rehabilitación de la planta potabilizadora, el acceso a un Seminario y la construcción de unas fuentes danzarinas.

Además, se expuso la construcción de un centro cultural y la pavimentación del acceso a la comunidad de Chacamero Grande, la construcción del libramiento Sur- Oriente, que será una importante vía de comunicación del municipio.

En este encuentro cordial y de diálogo constructivo, el gobernador enfatizó que la Tierra Caliente requiere de un tratamiento especial, por lo que ambos munícipes tendrán todo el apoyo y solidaridad del gobierno estatal para la construcción de obras que detonen el potencial económico de la región.

Reiteró que su prioridad es gobernar para todos los guerrerenses, por eso todos los presidentes municipales, sin importar ideologías o partidos, encontrarán invariablemente las puertas abiertas de un gobierno que trabaja para lograr la transformación de Guerrero.
