“Help Others”

Some of the greatest blessings in life don’t come from what we receive they come from what we give. Helping others isn’t always about grand gestures. Sometimes it’s a phone call to someone who’s struggling. Sometimes it’s listening without judgment. Sometimes it’s sharing your time, your wisdom, your encouragement, or simply reminding someone they matter. I’ve learned that every person is carrying a burden we may never see. A smile, a kind word, or a moment of compassion can change the course of someone’s day, and maybe even their life. The beautiful thing about serving others is that it has a way of transforming us too. It softens our hearts, strengthens our faith, and reminds us that our purpose is so much bigger than ourselves. We were never meant to walk this journey alone. We were created to lift one another up, especially when the road gets difficult. Today, look for someone who could use a little hope. Offer your hand. Share your kindness. You may never fully know the impact of your compassion, but today you may be the blessing someone needs.

 “Do not Fear”

Fear has a way of convincing us that we’re not ready, not strong enough, or not capable of becoming who we’re meant to be. It whispers that failure is certain, that change is too risky, and that staying comfortable is the safest choice. But what if fear isn’t a stop sign? What if it’s simply standing at the doorway of the very life God is calling you to live? I’ve learned that courage isn’t the absence of fear. Courage is taking the next step even while your knees are shaking. It’s choosing faith over doubt, hope over worry, and purpose over comfort. Every meaningful chapter in our lives requires us to walk through uncertainty before we experience the blessing waiting on the other side. Today, choose one thing you’ve been afraid to do. Make the call. Take the step. Forgive. Apply for the job. Start the business. Share your story. Tell someone you love them. Pray the prayer you’ve been holding back. Fear may walk beside you, but it doesn’t have to lead you. Walk boldly. Trust completely. And remember, the greatest miracles often begin just beyond the place where fear tells us to stop.

"So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

 “Live”

Life deserves all of you. Not just the version of you that’s rested, confident, and winning. It deserves the version that’s tired but still showing up. The version that’s been disappointed but still believes. The version that’s been knocked down but chooses to stand one more time. Too often we hold something back. We wait for the “perfect” moment, the “right” opportunity, or until we feel ready. But life isn’t asking for perfection. It asks for presence. It asks us to love deeply, forgive freely, work passionately, serve humbly, and dream boldly. There will be days when you feel like you have nothing left to give. Give your faith. Give your hope. Give your gratitude. Sometimes the smallest step forward takes the greatest courage. When your time on this earth is over, don’t let your greatest regrets be the dreams you never chased, the words you never spoke, or the love you never shared. Empty your heart of every act of kindness, every ounce of compassion, every gift God placed within you. Give life all of you. Not because every day will be easy, but because every day is a gift. And when you choose to live with purpose, faith, and gratitude, you discover that God can do extraordinary things through an ordinary person who refuses to hold back.

 “Growth”

There are very loud, profound, and clear moments of growth. Though I have started to realize how subtle and quiet growth can be too. I see it in how people once reacted and how they do now. I see it in myself (still a lot of growing to do). I see it in moments I have chosen peace over proving a point. In the way we begin to understand what we once judged. Real growth teaches us that not everyone is fighting the same battle, carrying the same burdens, or walking the same path. Understanding doesn’t mean you agree with everyone… It means you’ve learned to lead with compassion before criticism, and grace before assumptions. Thing is wisdom isn’t measured by how much we know, but by how willing we are to keep learning. Every challenge teaches us something. Every conversation has the potential to broaden our perspective. Every setback can become a stepping stone if we’re willing to listen, reflect, and grow. God often grows us through experiences we never would have chosen. He uses the difficult seasons to soften our hearts, strengthen our faith, and deepen our understanding of others. Sometimes the greatest blessing isn’t that the situation changed… It’s that we did.

 “New Beginnings”

There comes a moment in life when you realize that new beginnings aren’t reserved for the new year, birthdays, or major milestones. Sometimes they begin the moment you decide to stop carrying what no longer serves you. A new beginning is choosing faith over fear. It’s replacing regret with gratitude. It’s forgiving yourself for yesterday so you can fully embrace today. It’s believing that God isn’t finished writing your story, even when you’ve been through chapters you never wanted to read. I’ve learned that every setback has the potential to become the foundation for something greater. Every closed door makes room for the one God intended for you all along. Every scar is a reminder that you survived, grew, and became stronger than you ever imagined. You don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to know every step. You simply have to take the next one with courage and trust that God will meet you there. If today feels like a fresh start, embrace it. If today feels like the hardest day of your life, embrace it anyway. New beginnings often look like uncertainty before they become blessings. So let go of the weight you’ve been carrying. Open your heart to new opportunities. Because sometimes the greatest miracle isn’t that life changes around you… It’s that God changes something within you.

 “Patience”

Patience has never meant sitting still. It has always meant continuing to move forward, even when the results haven’t caught up to the effort. Some of the greatest blessings in my life didn’t arrive when I wanted them to. They came when I had grown into the person who was ready to receive them. Looking back, every delay taught me something. Every closed door redirected me. Every season of waiting strengthened my faith, my character, and my appreciation for what was still to come. It wasn’t easy. We live in a world that celebrates instant success, but God often works in the quiet moments. He works in the waiting, the trusting, and the unseen. That’s where perseverance is built. That’s where hope takes deeper roots. That’s where we learn that our timing and God’s timing are rarely the same… And that’s a good thing. If you’re waiting on an answer, a breakthrough, healing, a new opportunity, or simply peace, don’t mistake the silence for absence. God is still working, even when you can’t see it. Keep believing. Keep growing. Keep praying. Your story isn’t on pause… It’s being prepared.

 “Relationships”

"I hope that either all of us or none of us are judged by the actions of our weakest moments, but rather by the strength we show when, and if, we’re ever given a second chance". (From Ted Lasso)

Family matters, and you know what? I know a lot of people trying to get by. I know people with cancer, depression, hurt, fear, and loneliness. I know people who on social media look perfect, but are struggling. I talk to a lot of people who just need an ear. They just need a moment. Truth is I have a lot of family. Some are related to me, and many that aren’t, are still my brothers and sisters. The closest families aren’t held together by blood alone. They’re strengthened by time, grace, forgiveness, and showing up for one another. The deepest friendships aren’t measured by how often we talk, but by how intentionally we love, encourage, and stand beside each other through every situation and every part of our lives. Intentional relationships don’t happen by accident. They require us to let our guard down, look people in the eye, ask how they’re really doing, celebrate them, carry their burdens, and choose people over convenience. I’ve been blessed to carry many positions. As a leader in business, as a dad, as a husband, and as a friend. I’ll tell you in business, be the leader who genuinely cares. In your family, and with friends, be present more than you’re perfect. In your marriage love like there is no tomorrow, and always kiss good night, and good morning. In your relationships make the call, send the text, plan the dinner, and never assume they’ll always know how much they matter. Life moves fast, and tomorrow is never promised. The relationships we nurture today becomes the legacy we leave behind tomorrow. God created us to live in community, not isolation. Every meaningful relationship is an opportunity to reflect His love through kindness, patience, humility, and service. Today, be intentional. Love a little harder. Listen a little longer. Forgive a little quicker. Serve a little more. Because at the end of this journey, people won’t remember everything you accomplished…They will remember how you made them feel and how faithfully you walked beside them.

 “Today”

There comes a point in life when you stop counting the things you wish you had and start cherishing the things you’ve been blessed to keep. I’ve come to realize life is better measured by the people we’ve loved, the lives we’ve touched, the battles we’ve survived, and the grace God has poured over us through it all. I’ve experienced seasons that tested my faith, challenged my heart, and left me wondering what tomorrow would bring. I’ve celebrated incredible victories, and I’ve walked through moments that brought me to my knees. Yet through every valley and every mountaintop, one truth has remained… God has never left my side. Looking back, I don’t just see the blessings I prayed for. I see the prayers God answered in ways I didn’t understand at the time. I see His protection in the closed doors, His purpose in the delays, and His love in the people He placed beside me when I needed them most. Life is so incredibly fragile. We spend too much time worrying about what we don’t have and not enough time embracing what we do. The laughter from the other room from friends and family. A phone call from a friend. Watching your children grow into who they’re meant to be. Holding the hand of the person you love. The opportunity to wake up and try again. Those aren’t ordinary moments…They’re beautiful blessings we often overlook. So today, I’m choosing gratitude. I’m choosing to slow down long enough to appreciate this beautiful life God has entrusted to me. I’m choosing to love harder, forgive faster, laugh louder, and serve others with everything He’s given me. Because one day we’ll all wish for just one more sunrise, one more conversation, one more hug, one more chance to say, “I love you.” Don’t wait for that day. Live today with a grateful heart. Love without reservation. Trust God without hesitation. And never underestimate the extraordinary gift of simply being able to be present, to love and live today.

 “Resilience”

Resilience isn’t about never falling. It’s about refusing to stay down. Life has a way of testing every part of us. It will challenge our faith, stretch our patience, break our hearts, and make us question whether we have anything left to give. There will be days when simply getting out of bed feels like a victory. But resilience is built in those moments. It’s choosing to pray when you don’t have the answers. It’s taking one more step when your legs feel heavy. It’s believing that today’s struggle is preparing you for tomorrow’s purpose. Every setback can become a setup for something greater when we place it in God’s hands. I’ve learned that resilience isn’t about being the strongest person in the room. It’s about trusting the One who is stronger than all of us. God never promised life would be easy, but He did promise He would never leave us. When we lean into Him, we discover a strength we never knew we had.

Believe In The Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is from 2 Corinthians 4:8-10.

“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.”

 “Patience”

Patience has never been my strongest virtue. I like to move, fix, build, and see results. But life has a way of reminding us that some of the greatest blessings aren’t found in speed… they’re found in waiting. Waiting doesn’t mean God has forgotten you. It doesn’t mean your prayers have gone unheard. Sometimes the waiting is where He is preparing you for what you’ve been asking for. We plant a seed and expect a tree tomorrow, but roots take time. Strength takes time. Character takes time. Faith takes time. I’ve learned that impatience often says, “I trust my timeline.” Patience says, “God, I trust Yours.” So if you’re in a season of waiting, don’t mistake it for a season of losing. Keep showing up. Keep praying. Keep growing. Keep believing. The breakthrough may not come when you want it, but it will come exactly when you’re ready to receive it. Remember, some of God’s greatest miracles happen quietly while we’re learning to trust Him one day at a time.

Believe In The Unbelievable that is YOU and my prayer for you today is from Romans 8:25.

“But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently.”

 “Lessons”

Life has a way of teaching us lessons. Sometimes it’s tough love. Every challenge, every victory, every setback, every moment of joy becomes a brick in the foundation we build our lives upon. The wisdom we gain doesn’t come from standing on the sideline. No, it comes from living. It comes from falling down and finding the strength to get back up. From making mistakes and choosing to learn rather than quit. From loving deeply, serving others, and trusting God through both the valleys and the mountaintops. As I reflect on my journey, I realize that experience is one of life’s greatest gifts. It gives us perspective when times are difficult, gratitude when blessings arrive, and confidence when new opportunities appear. The struggles we endure often become the very foundation that supports our greatest growth. Don’t discount what you’ve been through. Every chapter of your story has prepared you for the next one. Build upon those experiences. Learn from them. Grow through them. Let them strengthen your faith and shape your purpose. The foundation you’re standing on today was built one lesson, one challenge, and one blessing at a time.

 “Father’s Day”

This Father’s Day, my heart is full of gratitude.

I want to thank my wife (Andie), son (Dayne) and daughter (Alanna) for the incredible love they showed me this weekend. I was blessed to speak at The United Way Day of Caring Friday morning, play golf with my son that afternoon, grill that evening and Saturday, play cards with friends, church to see my son speak about his mission trip, watch golf, and then they took me to see Toy Story 5. The gifts were appreciated, but what meant the most was the time, the laughter, the conversations, the hugs, and simply being together. Those are the moments that stay with us long after the day is over. As fathers, we often spend our lives trying to provide, protect, teach, and support our families. Sometimes we forget how much it means to be on the receiving end of that same love and care. This Father’s Day reminded me just how blessed I am. To my family, thank you for making me feel loved, valued, and appreciated. You are my greatest blessing, my greatest accomplishment, and my “why” every single day. I don’t take a single moment with you for granted. God has blessed me beyond measure, and this Father’s Day was a beautiful reminder of that truth.

Feeling thankful, humbled, and incredibly loved. I love you!

 "Do everything in love."

Have a great week ahead everyone.

 “Relationships”

As I’ve gotten older, I’ve come to realize that some of life’s greatest blessings aren’t found in things, titles, or accomplishments… No they’re found in people. Real and intentional relationships. The family and friends who have walked beside you through victories and setbacks. The ones who celebrated your successes without jealousy and stood beside you during your struggles without judgment. The ones who answered the phone when you needed encouragement, shared a laugh when life felt heavy, and reminded you who you are when you started to forget. Lasting relationships are rare treasures. They aren’t built overnight. They’re forged through time, trust, honesty, forgiveness, and a willingness to show up for one another again and again. Life gets busy. Careers change. Families grow. Miles may separate us. Yet true relationships have a way of picking up right where they left off because they were built on something deeper than convenience… They were built on genuine care and love. I miss a lot of friends who have passed. I miss a lot of friends who have moved away. I miss friends I vow to reconnect with. That’s on me. Today, take a moment to appreciate those people who have been part of your journey. Reach out. Say thank you. Let them know they matter. None of us were meant to walk this life alone. I thank God for the friendships that have strengthened me, challenged me, encouraged me, and helped shape the person I am today. They are reminders that His blessings often arrive in the form of real, true, intentional people. Cherish those friendships. Nurture them. Protect them. They are among life’s most valuable gifts.

“This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.”

 “Confidence”

Confidence isn’t believing you’ll never fail. Confidence is believing that even if you do, you’ll get back up. Too often we tie our confidence to outcomes. We feel confident when we’re winning, achieving, receiving praise, or seeing results. But true confidence runs much deeper than that. Real confidence comes from knowing who you are, whose you are, and what you’ve already overcome. I’ve faced challenges that tested me. I’ve doubted myself. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve fallen short of goals I desperately wanted to reach. Yet every setback taught me something important…My worth was never determined by my success or failure. Confidence is walking forward when the path isn’t clear. Confidence is speaking up when your voice shakes. Confidence is taking the next step when fear tells you to stay still. Confidence is trusting that God didn’t bring you this far to abandon you now. When we place our confidence in God, in our purpose, and in the lessons learned through adversity, we stop seeking validation from the world. We stop waiting for permission to chase our dreams. We stop allowing fear to have the final say. You have survived every difficult day you’ve faced. You’ve overcome battles others know nothing about. There is strength within you that you haven’t even fully discovered yet. Believe in your journey. Believe in your purpose. Believe in the lessons. Believe in the growth.

Most importantly… Believe In The Unbelievable that is YOU. My prayer for you today is from Romans 8:28.

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose."

Have a great day ahead everyone.

 “Frustration”

Frustration has a way of making us feel stuck. It whispers that we’re not moving fast enough, not doing enough, or not getting the results we hoped for. It can drain our energy, cloud our vision, and make us question whether the fight is worth it. But I’ve learned something through the years… Frustration is often a sign that growth is taking place. The strongest trees face the hardest winds. The brightest diamonds endure the greatest pressure. And some of life’s greatest breakthroughs come right after moments when we feel like giving up. When frustration shows up I try to pause and ask myself, “What is this moment trying to teach me?” Maybe it’s patience. Maybe it’s resilience. Maybe it’s trust. Maybe it’s a reminder that God’s timing is different than my own. The truth is, frustration doesn’t have to be the end of the story. It can be the beginning of a new chapter. One where we choose faith over fear, perseverance over quitting, and purpose over setbacks. Keep believing. Keep trusting the process, even when you can’t see the outcome yet. Every challenge you overcome is building the person you’re becoming. Today, don’t let frustration define you. Let it refine you.

 “Happiness”

In the movie “The Pursuit of Happiness” there is dialogue that just resonated with me. “Was it as easy as it looked?” The reply. “No sir. No sir, it wasn’t.” You know sometimes a movie can move you. This one did. Why? It helped me understand that in real life happiness isn’t a destination you arrive at with perfect timing and a triumphant soundtrack playing in the background. It’s found in the struggle. In the sleepless nights. In the setbacks that test your faith. In the moments you wonder if all your effort is even worth it. The pursuit of happiness isn’t about chasing perfection. No, it’s about refusing to quit on yourself while finding gratitude in the middle of the climb. Some days happiness looks like celebration. Some days it simply looks like surviving and choosing to keep moving forward. Life is not a movie. We don’t always get that happily ever after the way we imagined it, but we find our truth. We find what real happiness is to us along the way. The truth is what i’ve learned over the years is my happiness was never meant to be easy. If it was, we might never appreciate the growth, the scars, the lessons, or the strength we found along the way. So, keep pursuing. Keep believing. And remember that sometimes happiness isn’t something you find. Sometimes it’s something you build.

 “Determination”

“It's not about how hard you hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward.”- Rocky (Sly)

Determination isn’t about never falling. It’s about refusing to stay down. There will be days when your dreams seem distant, your energy is gone, and the obstacles in front of you look bigger than the vision in your heart. You’ll question yourself. You’ll wonder if the struggle is worth it. You’ll be tempted to settle for less than what God placed inside you.

 Don’t.

The greatest dreams are rarely built on comfort. They are built on faith, perseverance, sacrifice, and the willingness to keep moving forward when every excuse says stop. I’ve learned that determination isn’t loud. It’s found in the quiet moments when nobody is watching. It’s choosing to get up one more time. Pray one more prayer. Take one more step. Believe one more day. God didn’t place your dreams in your heart by accident. He gave you those dreams because He also gave you the strength to pursue them. Keep fighting. Keep believing. Keep growing. The road may be difficult, but difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations.

Never give up on finding your purpose. Too many people quit searching because the journey takes longer than they expected. They convince themselves they missed their opportunity, chose the wrong path, or simply weren’t meant for something greater. But purpose isn’t always found in a lightning bolt moment. Sometimes it’s discovered in the struggle. Sometimes it’s revealed through the setbacks. Sometimes it’s hidden inside the very challenges you wish would disappear. God has a way of preparing us long before He positions us. The delays, disappointments, and detours aren’t always obstacles. They’re often part of the training. Your purpose is not determined by your age, your title, your bank account, or your past mistakes. It is determined by your willingness to keep moving forward in faith, even when the destination isn’t clear. Keep growing. Keep learning. Keep serving. Keep believing. The world needs what God placed inside of you.

 “Service”

The older I get, the more I realize that the most meaningful moments in life rarely come from what we gain. No, they come from what we give. A life of service isn’t about being a martyr or sacrificing yourself until there’s nothing left. It’s about recognizing that God placed each of us here with gifts, talents, experiences, and even struggles that can be used to help someone else. Sometimes service is grand and visible. More often, it’s found in the small moment… A kind word, a listening ear, a helping hand, a prayer for someone who is hurting, or simply showing up when it matters most. I’ve learned that when we focus solely on ourselves, life can feel empty. But when we focus on lifting others up, something amazing happens. We discover purpose. We find gratitude. We begin to see God’s hand working not only in our lives, but through our lives. The world doesn’t need more people chasing status. It needs more people chasing significance. More people willing to encourage, mentor, forgive, support, and love. More people willing to stand beside someone in their darkest hour and remind them they are not alone. At the end of our journey, I don’t believe we’ll be remembered for what we accumulated. We’ll be remembered for the lives we touched, the hope we shared, and the difference we made in the hearts of others. So today, look for an opportunity to serve. Encourage someone. Help someone. Pray for someone. Love someone. You never know how one small act of kindness can change a life. And in the process, you may discover that the greatest blessing of serving others is how it transforms you.

 “Blessings”

Sometimes God’s blessings don’t arrive wrapped in perfection. Sometimes they’re hidden in the challenges that make us stronger. Sometimes they’re found in the lessons learned through disappointment. Sometimes they’re revealed in the people who stand beside us when life gets hard. And sometimes they’re as simple as another sunrise, another breath, another opportunity to begin again. We often spend so much time chasing what we don’t have that we fail to recognize the abundance of what God has already placed in our lives. Take a moment today to look around. Look beyond the problems, beyond the stress, beyond the uncertainty. You’ll find blessings in your family, your friendships, your faith, your growth, and even in the obstacles that are shaping you into who God created you to be. The more we recognize God’s blessings, the more we realize He has been walking beside us the entire time. Gratitude changes our perspective. Faith changes our hearts. And recognizing God’s blessings reminds us that we are far more fortunate than we sometimes allow ourselves to believe.

 “Together”

Sometimes we forget none of us were meant to do life alone. We all fight battles people never see. We all carry fears, doubts, pain, and moments where we question if we’re strong enough to keep going. Yet somehow, despite our differences, our stories connect more than we realize. The truth is, we are all in this together. Every act of kindness matters. Every encouraging word matters. Every hand extended to help someone stand again matters. Life becomes lighter when we simply start caring. When we stop tearing each other down and start building each other up. When we realize another person’s struggle is not weakness it’s humanity. Maybe the world changes when we finally understand that none of us win unless we learn to love, support, forgive, and grow together. So check on your people. Encourage someone who’s struggling. Celebrate someone else’s success. Be the light someone else desperately needs today. Because at the end of it all, we rise stronger together than we ever could apart.

 “Resentment”

How often do we hold on to things? We think the feeling is gone only for it to creep up when we least expect it. Let me tell you resentment is corrosive. It doesn’t just sit quietly in the corners of your mind… It eats. Slowly. Consistently. Silently. It steals peace from your present by chaining you to your past. It convinces you that holding onto hurt somehow gives you control, when in reality, it gives the pain permission to keep living inside you. Resentment hardens the heart. Clouds judgment. Poisons joy. Creates distance between who you are and who God is calling you to become. The truth? The person you resent may have moved on long ago… but you’re still carrying the weight. Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was acceptable. It doesn’t mean you forget. It means you refuse to let the wound define your future. Healing begins when we release what was never ours to carry forever.

 “Fight with Courage”

There comes a point when the excuses stop protecting you and start imprisoning you. We can tell ourselves we’re too tired, too hurt, too far behind, too broken, too misunderstood, or too overwhelmed to keep fighting. And maybe for a season, those excuses feel justified. Maybe life really did hit hard. Maybe the pain was real. Maybe the weight you carried would have made a lot of people quit. But eventually, we have to ask ourselves a hard question: Am I healing, or am I hiding? Because moving forward doesn’t mean the battle was easy. It doesn’t mean the wounds disappeared. It doesn’t mean fear isn’t still whispering. It simply means you have decided that what happened to you will not have the final word over you. At some point, you run out of reasons to stay down. You remember that God didn’t bring you this far just to leave you here. You remember that there is still purpose in your breath, strength in your scars, and power in every step you choose to take. So fight tired. Fight scared. Fight with tears in your eyes. Fight with faith when confidence is hard to find. But fight. Because your next chapter is not waiting on your excuses.

 It’s waiting on your courage.

"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

Have a great day ahead everyone.

 “Love Another Day”

Loving each and every day doesn’t mean every day is perfect. It means choosing to find something worth appreciating even in the imperfect moments. Some days will test your patience. Some will stretch your faith. Some will leave you tired, frustrated, and wondering why certain battles landed at your feet. But even in those moments, there is life, and life itself is a blessing. Love the early mornings that give you a fresh start. Love the hard days that make you stronger. Love the quiet moments that let you reflect. Love the laughter, the lessons, the people who lift you, and even the struggles that shape you. Every sunrise is another chance. Another opportunity to grow. Another reminder that God isn’t finished with your story. Don’t just survive the days you’re given… Love them, live them, and make them count.

 “Control”

Who is in control? I’ve learned nothing can influence me that I don’t allow. People have talked to me about the things that trigger us. I’ve also learned, and stared into the mirror, and told myself… “You trigger you.” That may be hard to hear, but there’s power in that truth. People can say things. Situations can frustrate us. Life can throw curveballs that test every ounce of our patience. But the reaction? That comes from within us. That means our peace isn’t in someone else’s hands unless we hand it to them. Growth begins when we stop giving others control over our emotions and start asking ourselves the harder question: Why did that affect me the way it did? Is it pride? Hurt? Fear? Unhealed wounds? Accountability isn’t weakness. No, it’s freedom. The moment you realize you control your response is the moment you stop being a prisoner to everyone else’s actions. I keep coming back to this statement… Protect your peace. Then master your mindset. Heal what needs healing. And remember that your greatest power has always been your ability to choose your response. We are all in control of what we allow into our world. We are all in control of our emotions. We are all in control of what we carry in us. We are exactly what we want to be in the moment we want to be it. We just need to allow it to be, and truly believe we are capable of it.

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”
