The hardest thing I had to tell the O&G doctor while in the ER was when he asked me...the numbers of pregnancies I've had. "5...this would be the 5th...and this is the 3rd consecutive miscarriage" Two healthy gorgeous daughters with healthy pregnancies and then three children of heaven, one was a boy at 12 weeks, one was at 10 weeks and this....at 8 weeks. Though I am blessed with my two

It is the end of the school year already! Oh my gosh, time really flies fast. Was talking to my friend post school party , pre PTA meeting on Friday, and she just mentioned they (our two kids) will be turning 6 next year. .... I have to admit. I went blank for awhile and then it hit me. OMG! PP is turning 6 next year! SIX! That is huge. My precious Peanut is turning six. blink blink.

Confession: My handbags weights a tonne. I don't know why....I mean...I don't carry rocks or the kitchen sink in there. Ok....maybe sometimes I have random things in there like the end of a curtain rod part or random kids toys or some office stuff like a stapler..... Fine, I have a problem. Don't judge! But one thing I do like to do is clear up my handbag before rotating to a different

The girls were so excited while waiting for the hall to open. Thank God it's a neighbourhood cinema, so they can run all the want without getting lost in the crowd.  That's it girls,

Not so long ago, the Daddy and I sans little ones went on a short trip to Europe. One of the stop was a day-trip to Bruges aka Brugge, Belgium. In all my recent travels, I would try to bring home an affordable artwork made by a local artist. However, when we were in Brugge, I can't find any artist selling their wares by the street. Well there was one...but I was not loving his pieces. But

The day after we went to the ER for the evaluation of PP's rash and joint pains, we had a visit with the peadtrician, Dr Ali. This is not her normal Pead...Dr Sanjay's schedule was too full for an appointment that morning and since Dr Ali was available, off we went to see him instead. Once we were seated, I did not mention my strong suspicion on PP having HSP. I let the good doctor

When your kid have a rash on their skin, most times the parents will  first be going "Oh. no", then they start questioning themselves "Is this serious? Should I worry? Should I go to the doctor?" and then...they Google the symptoms....and then they cry or near tears because somehow the result is, something really really bad, probably will cause death. And we haven't even gone to the

Continuation from Rash Alert: Henoch-Schönlein Purpura Part 1 After we came back from SDMC ER Outpatient, I started researching on "non-blanching rash", "non meningitis rash" basically, I went through all type of info on rashes and went through all type of photos. I thought I had enough of SDMC's Emergency Room visits for this year (another story, another post). But of course, being a parent of two children....that obviously wasn't the case. Ever since PP came back from last Sunday's Disney show...she have these substantial amount of bite marks on the bottom half of her legs. It looks like mosquito bites...or even mites. We are constantly on the phone. I may not blog as much, but I constantly update my instagram @xdaliv and my Facebook statuses quite a bit. (Told ya I'm still aliveeee). So it seems like a natural move that in order to restarting a dead/ dormant blog is to find ways to be able to blog on the move. Or in the case of Malaysians....when you're stuck in traffic (as a passenger!) With nothing to do

And if you also follow me on Pinterest... (follow me lah! Hehe) you can guess in which direction I am
