<br />
Well, I've now taking my jibbersh and gone pro with it. This blogger deal just wasn't cutting it for me. For those of you that do read this, I thank-you, but the fact is, this entire blog is sitting out in cyberspace. It receives no traffic, no matter how many things I link it to, the visitors just do not come through.<br />
<br />
I now have a hubpages account, and before you say anything, I agree, I will receive less adsense money from a hubpages account than I would from a blogger adsense account. But let's be honest, 100% of 0 is still 0. At least with Hubpages, it will be a 60/40 split of SOMETHING!<br />
<br />
So far, things are off to a good start, I've already made my first $1 on Week 1. It's not a lot, I agree, but you have to realize that it took me almost 2 years before I made my first PENNY with my youtube videos. So, $1 on the first week with only 5 hubs written, I'll take that all day long. I'm trying to make myself realize that this is a time thing, yet again. I'm trying my best to write what are called "Evergreen" hubs, that aren't related to current events and will therefore be relevant forever. So, as time passes, they should receive more and more views, and slowly but surely make their way up through the search engines. Time will tell.<br />
<br />
Anyways, for those that still read these things, I will post the links here. Who knows, maybe I'll get some traffic from randomly posting back links into the outer realms of our world, but as of right now, I highly doubt it.<br />
<br />
Here is the link!<br />

Thought it was funny. I guess the conversation could be labeled "How do you know when you've encountered a redneck."<br />
<br />
Rednecks are everywhere. In every state, no matter where you are.<br />
<br />
<span style="color: blue;">How do you know if you see one?</span><br />
<br />
How long have you lived in the South?<br />
<br />
<span style="color: blue;">All my life.</span><br />
<br />
Well, you should know by now when you encounter one.<br />
<br />
<span style="color: blue;">What is different about them? Is it their demeanor?</span><br />
<br />
Yeah, I guess.<br />
<br />
<span style="color: blue;">Do they not like to do nice things, like go to a Gala?</span><br />
<br />
What's a Gala?<br />
<br />
<span style="color: blue;">It's a nice, fancy dinner, usually pretty expensive.</span><br />
<br />
Well, that depends, are you buying? Because a redneck will go to that if you are taking him, but won't on his own. Usually, they will be at the nearest Golden Corral, because to them, food is food, and they don't need things to be all fancy.<br />
--------------------------------------------------------<br />
Basically, it's one of the weirdest conversation of my life. Try to describe a redneck. When you live in the south.<br />
<br />
I have also began trying to find solutions to my snoring. Here is a picture to demonstrate, with my face bra and electrical tape.<br />

Hello everyone!
<br />
<br />
My wife and I decided that are yard just looks damn ugly. So we began ripping shrubs out of the yard and cutting down dead or dying tress around the drive way. I barely got my chainsaw to crank (haven't used it in 3 years, and it was a junker when it was "given" to me, if that tells you anything) but while it ran, I was able to cut down a few trees for you all to enjoy. Right now, I may be borrowing this electric chainsaw from my brother, or possibly purchasing my own for future use. I haven't decided yet. This is the chainsaw I am talking about:<br />
<br />
<iframe bordercolor="#000000" frameborder="0" height="400" hspace="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" scrolling="no" src="http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/N7433.148119.BLOGGEREN/B6675098.162;sz=400x400;ord=[timestamp]?;lid=41000000028007181;pid=JNSN45313;usg=AFHzDLsFo7POkZ-yEYP_eP26WChFTgtpDQ;adurl=http%253A%252F%252Fwww.unbeatablesales.com%252Fjnsn45313.html;pubid=570130;imgsrc=http%3A%2F%2Fsite.unbeatablesale.com%2Fimg236%2Fjnsn45313.gif;width=400;height=205" vspace="0" width="400"></iframe><br />
Please click on the link below if you wish to learn more about this chainsaw. It is suppose to be one of the top notch electric saws on the market, and it comes with a 3.5 HP electric motor, and my brother says his chops up trees just fine.<br />

Hello everyone,<br />
<br />
<div style="color: blue;">
<a href="http://gil-reallife.blogspot.com/" target="_blank">Click here to go to the webpage</a></div>
<br />
In preparation for the fall camping season, I have done many repairs to my truck to keep it going. I've replaced a bad battery, a bad battery power line, a new starter and I've sanded my plastic headlights to make them clear once again. It's taken a lot of work, a lot of money and I'm not quite sure I'm finished. But, the memories that are made on those campsites are invaluable, and I would not trade them for anything. Here are some of the videos that I have made to go along with it. Check them out!<br />
<br />
This one is me finding out that I had a bad starter issue.<br />
<br />

<br />
This one is me actually installing the new starter.<br />

<br />
And lastly, I cleaned the yellow tarnish off of my headlights.<br />
<br />

<br />
My new video should be that of us at the campsite. I hope that you will follow along, and that you enjoy the show! Thanks for watching! <br />

<br />
My wife and I recently took a weekend trip to the <a href="http://www.georgiaaquarium.org/" target="_blank">Georgia Aquarium,</a>. We have been to <a href="http://www.atlanta.net/" target="_blank">Atlanta, Georgia</a> many times, but never to the actual aquarium. We also wanted to do a tour of the <a href="http://www.coca-cola.com/en/index.html" target="_blank">Coca-Cola plant</a>, but we did not have enough time to do both because it was very crowded that weekend.<br />
<br />
Anyways, even with the crowd, we attempted to have the best time possible. <br />
<br />
Below are some of my videos that I was able to put together of our trip. We started with a historic visit to <a href="http://www.thevarsity.com/" target="_blank">The Varsity</a>, in downtown Atlanta. This is the original one, and it was established in 1928, so it felt good to be a part of history. <br />
<br />
First, this it our stop at <a href="http://www.thevarsity.com/" target="_blank">The Varsity</a> .<br />

Here are a few <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beluga_whale" target="_blank">Beluga Whales</a> at the <a href="http://www.georgiaaquarium.org/" target="_blank">Georgia Aquarium.</a><br />
A man was able to play a song on his cell phone and put it up to the glass, and the whale seemed to really love it.<br />

Here is the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whale_shark" target="_blank">Whale Shark</a> and <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dolphin" target="_blank">Dolphins</a> that we seen at the <a href="http://www.georgiaaquarium.org/" target="_blank">Georgia Aquarium</a>. They have a huge tank that you can walk underneath. It really is something to see! Amazing!<br />

<br />
I usually don't post things that I receive in my inbox at work. It's those funny stories that make their way around a thousand times, and everyone has at one point heard the story or talked about the story, but you think someone hasn't, so you forward to your 50 friends, and so on and so forth it goes. But this story that I got today, I've never heard before, ever. So, I just thought I would take the time to share it with you, and document it for myself because I would like to remember it also. I also found a lot of humor in this story, because I feel like it could possibly very easily be my story, and therefore put me on the front page of the <a href="http://www.independentmail.com/" target="_blank">Anderson, SC Newspaper</a> (FINALLY!). It's really funny, and left me covering my mouth to NOT LOL in a quiet office setting.<br />
<br />
Somehow in my mind, all of this gets linked back to my facebook picture album called "Lawn Mower Difficulties." My constant struggles with that piece of machinery is the only thing in my life that I can relate this to. I don't know how to upload an entire album, so I'll just post the pictures here for everyone to see, and the story that I am referencing will be below them.<br />
<br />
I also made a short film about the difficulties with just trying to do a simple task such as sharpening the blades on it. So sad. <br />
<br />
Enjoy!<br />
<br />
Gil<br />

<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">We have
the standard 6 ft. Fence in the backyard, and a few months ago, I</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">heard
about burglaries increasing dramatically in the entire city. To</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">make sure
this never happened to me, I got an electric fence and ran a</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">single
wire along the top of the fence.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">Actually,
I got the biggest cattle charger Tractor Supply had, made for</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">26 miles
of fence. I then used an 8 ft. Long ground rod, and drove it 7.5</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">ft. Into
the ground. The ground rod is the key, with the more you have in</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">the
ground, the better the fence works.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">One day
I'm mowing the back yard with my cheapo Wal-Mart 6 hp big wheel</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">push
mower. The hot wire is broken and laying out in the yard. I knew for</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">a fact
that I unplugged the charger. I pushed the mower around the wire</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">and
reached down to grab it, to throw it out of the way.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">It seems
as though I hadn't remembered to unplug it after all.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">Now I'm
standing there, I've got the running lawnmower in my right hand</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">and the
1.7 giga-volt fence wire in the other hand. Keep in mind the</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">charger
is about the size of a marine battery and has a picture of an</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">upside
down cow on fire on the cover.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">Time
stood still.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">The first
thing I notice is my pecker trying to climb up the front side</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">of my
body. My ears curled downwards and I could feel the lawnmower</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">ignition
firing in the backside of my brain. Every time that Briggs &</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">Stratton
rolled over, I could feel the spark in my head. I was literally</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">at one
with the engine.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">It seems
as though the fence charger and the piece of shit lawnmower were</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">fighting
over who would control my electrical impulses.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">Science
says you cannot crap, pee, and vomit at the same time. I beg to</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">differ.
Not only did I do all three at once, but my bowels emptied 3</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">different
times in less than half of a second. It was a Matrix kind of</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">bowel
movement, where time is creeping along and you're all leaned back</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">and BAM
BAM BAM you just crap your pants 3 times. It seemed like there</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">were
minutes in between but in reality it was so close together. It was</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">like
exhaust pulses from a big block Chevy turning 8 grand.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">At this
point I'm about 30 minutes (maybe 2 seconds) into holding onto</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">the fence
wire. My hand is wrapped around the wire palm down so I can't</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">let go. I
grew up on a farm so I know all about electric fences. But Dad</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">always
had those piece of shit chargers made by International or whoever</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">that were
like 9 volts and just kinda tickled.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">This one
I could not let go of. The 8 ft. Long ground rod is now</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">accepting
signals from me through the permadamp Ark-La-Tex river bottom</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">soil. At
this point I'm thinking I'm going to have to just man up and</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">take it,
until the lawnmower runs out of gas.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">'Damn!,'
I think, as I remember I just filled the tank!</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">Now the
lawnmower is starting to run rough. It has settled into a loping</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">run pattern
as if it had some kind of big lawnmower race cam in it.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">Covered
in poop, pee, and with my vomit on my chest, I think 'Oh God</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">please
die... Pleeeeaze die'. But nooooo, it settles into the rough lumpy</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">cam idle
nicely and remains there, like a big bore roller cam EFI motor</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">waiting
for the go command from its owner's right foot.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">So here I
am in the middle of July, 104 degrees, 80% humidity, standing</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">in my own
backyard, begging God to kill me. God did not take me that day.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">He left
me there covered in my own fluids to writhe in the misery my own</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">stupidity
I had created.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">I
honestly don't know how I got loose from the wire.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">I woke up
laying on the ground hours later. The lawnmower was beside me,</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">out of
gas. It was later on in the day and I was sunburned.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">There
were two large dead grass spots where I had been standing, and then</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">another
long skinny dead spot where the wire had laid while I was on the</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">ground
still holding on to it. I assume I finally had a seizure and in</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">the
resulting thrashing had somehow let go of the wire.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">Upon
waking from my electrically induced sleep I realized a few things:</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">1 - Three
of the fillings in my teeth have melted.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">2 - I now
have cramps in the bottoms of my feet and my right butt cheek</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">(not the
left, just the right).</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">3 - Poop,
pee, and vomit when all mixed together, do not smell as bad as</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">you might
think.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">4 - My
left eye will not open.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">5 - My
right eye will not close.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">6 - The
lawnmower runs like a sumbitch now. Seriously! I think our little</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">session
cleared out some carbon fouling or something, because it was</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">better
than new after that.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">7 - My
nuts are still smaller than average yet they are almost a foot long.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">8 - I can
turn on the TV in the game room by farting while thinking of</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">the
number 4 (still don't understand this???).</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">That day
changed my life. I now have a newfound respect for things. I</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">appreciate
the little things more, and now I always triple check to make</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">sure the
fence is unplugged before I mow.</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<br /></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">The good
news, is that if a burglar does try to come over the fence, I</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">can
clearly visualize what my security system will do to him, and THAT</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">gives me
a warm and fuzzy feeling all over, which also reminds me to</span><span style="font-family: "Tahoma","sans-serif"; font-size: 10pt;"></span></div>
<div class="MsoNormal" style="background: white;">
<span style="color: black;">triple
check before I mow.</span></div>

<br />
I have some exciting new! I have recently started a "Real-life Trucker Interviews" playlist on my Youtube channel. It will give you an in-depth, real life view of what it is like to be a Truck Driver on America's roads and highways. I ask detailed questions and get GREAT answers from the men and women who do the job, live and work in the field, and choose to share a split second of their lives with you. I'm hoping to do more and more as time goes along, but as of right now it is a bit hard to get people to give me an interview. I don't really blame them, because would you really get in a car with a funny looking white boy while the engine is running and he's holding a video camera. Yeah, me neither!<br />
<br />
Anyways, so far this has been a lot of fun, and I feel like this is one of the few times in my life that someone could really benefit from my videos, and people could learn from it and know what to expect if they were to make this a career choice or new a change in life and are looking into other professions. I look forward to meeting everyone and making lifelong friends, and so far, this is what I have to share with everyone. Enjoy!<br />

I have also created a facebook fan page. <a href="http://facebook.com/franksg384" target="_blank">Click here to view it.</a> That is where everything will load and fall. Everything goes thru that page first. It is the beginning of the funnel system. My youtube videos automatically load there, this blog automatically posts there, and all that gets funneled down into <a href="http://twitter.com/franksg384" target="_blank">my twitter account</a>. It's a pretty good set-up if you ask me!<br />
<br />
Thanks again guys, and check back soon for more updates and fun videos!<br />

I think that based on what I've said here and with my videos on <a href="http://www.youtube.com/franksg384" style="color: blue;">youtube</a>, it's a well documented fact that I ride my motorcycle to and from work, daily, to save on diesel fuel for my truck. <br />
Basically I was cruising down HW 29 as usual, doing around 60 or 65 mph for the 45 to 60 minute trip. I usually run Pandora thru my phone, and up into my ears with ear buds, but this time I just wore my ear plugs instead, wanting some calmness in the morning ride. This morning was the second morning it was super cold, a sign of more to come I'm afraid. I was fully dressed in everything that I can put on. Gloves with liners, winter and rain liner in my jacket, sweat pants and water pants over my blue jeans, and my new neck cover that my brother bought me for my birthday. It's a lot of put on but it all does it's job in keeping the 60 mph wind and cold away from your skin. I actually work up a light sweat by the end of the ride, to be honest with you. My co-workers would never believe that though.<br />
<br />
Anyways, I'm buzzing down the road, and I see a situation in front of me that will forever live in infamy in my tiny little brain. I see a car and what seems to be either a moped or scooter pull out in front of me, quite a ways up the road. No biggie. I know that I'll catch them pretty quick, so I roll out of the throttle and let the bike start to coast, and sure enough, I'm all over them within another 30 seconds. I quickly notice that the 2 wheeled vehicle is a Scooter, and this guy is dressed for the cold too. He has a thick <a href="http://www.carhartt.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/HomeView?storeId=10051&catalogId=10101&fullsite=" style="color: blue;">Carhardtt</a><span style="color: blue;"> </span>jacket on, with the hood blowing in the wind under his helmet, and it looks like blue jeans and just regular boots. He is riding this Scooter, huddled down, trying to protect himself from the wind with this tiny little windshield.<br />
<br />
The car in front of both of us is only doing about 45 mph in a 55 mph zone. We both get anxious for the guy to either speed up to the speed limit or for us to start looking at ways to pass him, just as the left blinker comes on as the guy dives into a side street. Thank God! That would have been a long 20 miles for the rest of the way to work. Right as he's turning, my guy nails that Scooter for all it's worth, and shows me assholes and elbows as the engine is screaming down the road. I grin as I let him get a head start, so that I can blow by him at Mach II and let him hear the 1400cc scream back at him. He's up the road quite a ways, and my right wrist gets twitchy, so I crank on it and pop 3rd and then 4th gear in, and I make an appointment to take that last name from him. This is where things get a little confusing, to say the least.<br />
<br />
I'm blasting down the road at what I consider a high rate of speed, and I'm not catching him as quickly as I had previous expected. FINALLY, his tail light starts to grow as I slowly pull him back to me, like a huge catfish on the end of a line. Things are blurry in my peripheral now, but the bike is running smooth and sounds great so I keep twisting the throttle. He's running the right side white line strong, which is pretty typical of Scooters and Mopeds, so I pull up even with his back tire to my front tire, on the left side. The next stretch of road is straight and is where I typically pass slower moving cars because it gives me what I consider the safest area to do so. Right as I'm about to go for it, something just didn't feel right. It felt like I was already at my passing speed, as we were riding even, almost side by side. It felt almost like the bike didn't have much left to give me. Sure enough, I glance down at my speedometer, and <b style="color: red;">WE ARE DOING 75 MPH, CRUISING!!!</b><br />
<br />
<a href="http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/what" style="color: blue;"><b>WHAT??? </b></a>Okay, hold the phone. Nobody told me that Scooters could go that fast! What the hell, man? Did you know about this? A Scooter? <a href="http://thesaurus.com/browse/really" style="color: blue;">REALLY?</a><br />
<br />
So, long story short, I never passed him. I have a personal limit of 80 mph, and I just don't feel comfortable going over that on a motorcycle, so we just rode on down the road, cruising, together, hand in hand, at 75 mph, until he took a right turn about 10 miles later. I mean, what is the deal? How does that happen.<br />
<br />
So that was my lesson learned on a Tuesday morning. Scooters. Never underestimate them, because they can whoop your ass, if need be. And I know that he is probably getting around 50 miles per gallon or some crap, but I just would not feel comfortable going that fast on that small of a bike, with only 13" tricycle tires, okay. I'll take the sacrifice in fuel mileage for not only comfort, but safety in riding the bike that I do. It was just a crazy morning, and I felt like sharing it with the world, so here I am.<br />
<br />
In another act of randomness, this is what I seen in our local <a href="http://www.walmart.com/" style="color: blue;">Walmart</a> at 10:30 pm, on a Sunday night, sometime over the summer.<br />

<br />
I don't even know what to say about this place guys. Where do I start.<br />
<br />
Now, I'm not a food critic. I have no expert opinion about any of this, but lets just say, I eat a lot, and most of the time, it is outside of my home. So all the OPINIONS expressed here are mine, and reflect my views only. I can say that we were really, really excited about getting a Mellow Mushroom in Anderson, SC. We usually have to go to Greenville, SC and go out to eat with our family at the restaurant they have there. <br />
<br />
It was just an overall disappointment, and I was left, honestly, wanting to go eat somewhere else so that I could go home full.<br />
<br />
The restaurant is located in downtown Anderson in a newly remodeled building. The city is trying really, really hard to revitalize the downtown area, and since I moved to Anderson in 2005, the changes have been noticeable, and it is coming along quite nicely. So, the actual building and ambiance was nice. It's in a good location, and it should do quite well when foot traffic returns to downtown Anderson. I can say this. It's just loud in there. Something about the smallness of the restaurant, and all the concrete, brick and metal, it just had a lot of echos, and we could barely hear ourselves talk to one another at our table. And, just so you know, I'm 27 and not on social security, so I really don't mind loud noisy places, but this one was noticeable.<br />
<br />
The service was much to be desired. It took us forever to get a waitress (which was strange considering they looked overstaffed by about 5 people), and when we did find one, she just acted like she hated being there, and didn't really care if we ate or not. Throughout the meal, she never topped off our cups, and asked only once if we were okay after another lady brought us our pizza. The rest of the time, she was in the back talking to her friends and play with her phone. I don't expect much from a pizza joint, but it was very unprofessional.<br />
<br />
The food. I'll give them this, it is very good. But the portion sizes, what the hell man?? It was just the two of us, so we ordered the 10" pizza, thinking that would be plenty for us to eat on a Tuesday night dinner. It didn't come with anything. No bread sticks. No garlic knots. No side salads. Nothing. Just with a $10.75 bill!! Really? And when we got the pizza (half was cheeseburger for me, double-cheese for my wife), it was <b>barely</b> four slices!! We just paid <b>$10.75</b> for <b>four</b> slices? But like I said, they have crazy nice pizzas. The cheeseburger pizza is out of this world, and they had tons of specialty pizzas that I would not mind trying, such as but not limited to: Loaded baked potato, Hawaiian Pizza, Triple Meat, tons! But the portions sizes are just not what I expected. They have bigger pizzas, yes, but also bigger prices.<br />
<br />
The thing that blows my mind, is that I can take that $11.00 and go to Little Caesars, and come home with a Large Pizza and Crazy bread with sauce, and still have some change left over for a 2-liter Mountain Dew!<br />
<br />
<table align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" class="tr-caption-container" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;"><tbody>
<tr><td style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFZgQyPVSm-4WVkLarei6ST6G_1MUjP3yOMPrPbuvYuSFYRJMi0mOepMtZvUBSKhzNrzZOLRN6AqCKfFUqWQaGSH09rN3RPhG3HU4t_iL2WIjldT7bKYuq38sLBi1xYy6Xb9pcfrh7lxUW/s1600/IMAG0112.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;"><img border="0" height="238" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhFZgQyPVSm-4WVkLarei6ST6G_1MUjP3yOMPrPbuvYuSFYRJMi0mOepMtZvUBSKhzNrzZOLRN6AqCKfFUqWQaGSH09rN3RPhG3HU4t_iL2WIjldT7bKYuq38sLBi1xYy6Xb9pcfrh7lxUW/s400/IMAG0112.jpg" width="400" /></a></td></tr>
<tr><td class="tr-caption" style="text-align: center;">This is why I'm fat. Good food at good prices.</td></tr>
</tbody></table>
<br />
I don't know. Call me old fashion. Call me a cheap. Whatever. I work for a living. I give away my life for a wage in exchange for a trade that I perform, and I just look for the biggest bang for my buck. And my final bill being $12.75 after tax, and then leaving a $2.00 tip, just doesn't work for me. If I had a family, I would like to feed them. And if I don't, I wouldn't mind having some leftovers to stick in the refrigerator.<br />
<br />
Would I go back there? I'd have to say yes, but as a group with family, and order bigger pizzas, and mostly because I enjoy our downtown area now and what they are trying to do with it. I'm going to write off the bad service as an do-over, because the place is fairly new, and maybe they just need some time to weed out the bad personnel. <br />
<br />
That's all I got. Be sure to check back, because I will always have more reviews to come. Like I said, these are purely opinions, and express my views on that particular night only. AND, if I do go back, and it's freaking awesome, I will report back here, and let Mellow Mushroom redeem themselves. Or....................they can just pay me to take down this post. hahahaha!!<br />
<br />
Thanks for reading guys, and please remember to always look twice and save a life, motorcycles are everywhere!<br />

<br />
I don't have too much to report. I do have a few new things going though.
I've kind of remodeled my website a bit. Everything just looked so cluttered, that I removed most of the things on the right side, and put them in their own categories called "My Pages". These are clickable links that you can click on and go to separate pages. I now have separate pages for my facebook, twitter, and such things. <a href="http://gil-reallife.blogspot.com/">Check it out by clicking this link!</a>
I've decided to really, really tackle this whole blog deal. I'm going to give it my best shot and see if it really works. I'm earning a few nickels and dimes through my adsense account, but I have realized that maybe I set up the ads incorrectly, and I've basically placed all new ads on the tops and the sides. Hopefully they now work. It's just not right when you have ads placed on the sides, and they haven't changed in over a year? So I'm thinking my ads code was messed up or I didn't link it correctly. Either way, the ads now show up in my adsense account, and hence my analytics account. So we should be good to go!<br />
<br />
I've been doing all the reading that I can in my spare time to try and really get this blog to take off. It is going to take some work, but if I can just get the ball rolling, we should be good to go. I've decided that instead of just blogging, just basically to be blogging, I've decided that quality seems to be the ticket. The same goes for my youtube videos. I'm going to actually attempt to have a theme and make something worth watching, rather than just random moments of me talking into the camera. I'm still going to do those, I don't know what they are called, "life update" moments where I'll just say a few things, but basically, I feel like I need to start putting the time back into my videos so that the quality will be there, and people will actually have a reason to subscribe and stay entertained. So we'll see!
I do however have a few to share with you if you haven't seen them already.<br />
<br />
This one is about a random Sam's Club experience I had. The video explains the rest!<br />

<br />
This one is about a random experience I had with my damn dog, and the trickery that he plays in my life, almost non-stop. I'd hate him if I didn't love him. And I think he knows this.<br />

<br />
I recently re-modeled my wife's bathroom while she was away at a Respiratory Conference down at Myrtle Beach. I did all this while staying up until 2 and 3 am after a full day at work. It took me 3 full nights to do everything that you see. It was QUITE A JOB!<br />

<br />
And last but not least, this is how I felt last Saturday morning, as the first thing I had to do when I wake up, was chores. Have you ever had one those days? Don't forget to give me thumbs up on all videos if you agree with me! haha!<br />

<br />
I always try to make light of every situation. I try my best to live in a "glass is half full" world. I could be up on the 91st floor on 5th street in NYC as a corporate ceo, or down digging ditches in the ghetto, and I will usually always find something to laugh and smile about. Life is simply to short to take things so serious, and I believe that we are as young as we feel and choose to allow our brains to be. Or something like that. Maybe I'm just crazy?? Who knows. Anyways. This is my recent experience that happened while at Sam's Club getting some groceries for my company. I've never quote Bill Engvalls "Here's your sign" type of moments in my life, or really noticed them, but the lady checking my receipt at the door on the way out, just caught me off guard, and I couldn't help but TO notice.<br />
<br />
And also, on another note, have you ever noticed that the word receipt has a p in it? <b>RECEIPT</b>. I mean, why? Who comes up with this crap? I'm gonna stab a fool with my k-nife!! What? Why?<br />
<br />
Here's my 2nd video that I uploaded with my new phone. I think this system is going to go pretty good and very smooth. I upload to Qik, it goes live on this blog, and then uploads to youtube automatically, and then youtube dumps it to my facebook. I'm basically a internet whore now, just getting passed around from one John to the next! haha!<br />
<br />
Thanks guys!<br />

<br />
I have very exciting news! I have always wanted to be more interactive and share more of my life thru the internet, but I've never really had the technology. I do own a very nice flip camera and laptop, but I've never been able to just shoot a video and post it right to my blog or put it on youtube, right as I carry on in everyday life, until now. My wife and I both purchased HTC Evo 4G phones with unlimited data this past weekend to celebrate our 4 year Anniversary together. So, basically I now have the ability to share photos and most of all, nice videos, directly with the world, as I live it. <br />
<br />
I have the ability to post videos directly to Qik, and they allow me to post a updated link directly to my blog, and so therefore, at the very top, you will see a video player. As I make a new video and upload to Qik, it will go directly there. I will also upload these videos to youtube, so if you are a subscriber to my youtube account and can access that on your phone, you can get updates there also. I have also started a TwitPic account to go with my Twitter account, and I have installed a vertical picture display at the top of my blog, so you can see fresh pictures that I choose to share with the world, as I live it. That link will also be uploaded to Twitter for those of you that choose to follow me on there. And I will also upload the picture to my facebook, for those who follow me there.<br />
<br />
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT! That's about as interactive as I have the ability to be!! You've got my words on my blog, my live video feed at the top, and my freshest pictures coming in on the side! WHAT MORE DO YOU PEOPLE WANT!!! hahahah!! Kidding.<br />
<br />
Thanks to all those who have chosen to subscribe, and "Hello" to all those who will in the future. I hope to have fun with this, and I hope that you will enjoy that fun along with me.<br />
