You will hear many people suggest multiple repetition and set ranges, but the truth is, is that it completely depends on the individual and the goal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Can you use a high repetition workout routine? Yes. But to build thick muscle like a bodybuilder, it's always better to go lower. It's just a matter of putting the muscle through more intensity using heavier weight.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ultimately, it's a good idea to change your workout routines constantly. There really is NO one certain way of doing this. Change on its own will help with growth.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For building muscle, stick with heavier weight the majority of the time, and periodically introduce lighter weight to throw the body off.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I find myself constantly experimenting, and recommend you doing the same. &lt;br /&gt;
