The people are real and if you're looking for an item, she will take you through a maze of racks looking for the item, that was last seen..., when? You may find that the revolving racks of clothes has been through many seasons, remembered items of long ago, but you want to marry the woman because she is the best extra looker you'll ever find! I'd recommend a lunch counter here.
Here's the goldmine. See anything? The prostate functions like a starter in a car, only that can be replaced, where the prostate can only be maintained, or removed, or it acts as a function of termination. Not many admit to the demise associated with these problems, but behind the shadow of illusion in our society, this is larger than life. How many men will admit to it, other than to their doctor who prescribes pharms, an action that exposes the medical institutions lack of understanding or remedy. Then there are the natural cures, pumpkin seeds at my local organic market were depleted and all other bins full, you see, there is demand for its cure. The manifestation of swollen prostate can be chalked-up to age, difficulty in urinating, sitting on a golf ball, despondency, overeating or drinking, or all the maladjustments of being not loved in a society of male-women. NFL sports are for women now, why else are the biggest advertisers cialis and viagra?

The prostate saga begins with the demise issue. The bottomline is the rigid male intellect, how hard it becomes when lost in the desert of dreams.

<!--

The use of herbs and natural diet are seen as not as effective as drugs, which some affect the body extremely well, by eliminating perception of malaise. Pain reduction, elimination of symptoms, and relaxation are essential time binders, that is see you through a hump to more placid waters. The body heals, and the body also demises. In every instance, facing demise, one has an opportunity to assist the process of time spanning by attending to basic body functions by vibrating, or toning, to aid in essential living patterns. To be still and sick may only further encourage the stasis of congestion, while motion, even as subtle as vibrating the sinus passages, throat passage, chest, may give means of occupation to encourage healing. Antibiotics are emphatic quick fixes, but vibrations may be well overtures to lymphatic health. Vibrating a tune or a omm, or just focusing on localizing vibration, is good to relieve midnight night sinus or throat cold symptoms, further uses cannot be bad but good. The belief in medical remedy can preclude vibrations, exercise motions in terms of time, speed of reaction, suffering symptoms to suffering remedy. Belief is time. In cultures where time does not play as intense a role as Western culture, work schedules as well social schedules, health can get twisted as a knot in the midst of multiple hierarchical schedules, -use dance, singing, powwow ceremonies, community passion plays as a way to encourage the very elemental aspects of vibration, motion, health.

Additional video taken in Joshua Tree of 2 women, toning for health, here, the world health is purely a metaphor for intrinsic health, all more worthy avenues than over the counter health.
<!--

Ahem.

Lately it has been my observation that the days are longer, the sun hangs in my face slightly warmer, and my heart seems very much lighter, possibly at the grace of additional vitamin D. Methinks the winter of snow and walking in the deeps has left me much healthier than other years of transition from outdoor living to winter fattening. I live just ten blocks from ground zero, the intersection of Main and First Streets, so my travels to and from town include various kinds of gathering, like books, and clothing, recordings, framing, kitchen items, a mocha and pastries, a haircut, money in several forms, beer wine and chocolate, a restaurant breakfast, and a movie.

Along the way to these various destinations are pictures or videos, from the visual reality are those that actually get taken with a camera, and in my mind, from the fantasy or imaginings bank in my head, or leg, or arm, wherever a man actually stores stuff to be conjured for dreams or writing or video. These sometimes get on the web an astonishing publishing concept for the common man. The daily reality gets chewed-up while doing the shopping, getting natural healthy foods, whether I am deceived or not about health, except it must meet the critical standards of what the world thinks is good, and moreover, what feels good to my body upon cooking and consuming. Eating zinc capsule at one meal and copper capsule at the next, seems a bit too abstract and technical (a guide post to believe in?) as I'd rather not eat either, nor think that specific technical measurements are anything but sales stimulation, and obfuscation building on fear of insufficiency to life, -which is the bottom line in a free market economy.

What you are told, and think you believe, can only be true if you intuit it from all experience. Once I met a prophet of doom, forecasting a huge earthquake, and I thought about it because my home was near the fault line. I set out in my car for inland, got lost, and on a winding road I suddenly noted a sign that said, the fault. Was I lost or found? My fault was not to acknowledge that in fact I needed a drive. There I was, here where I am, on the fault line.

So it is, we pick the daisies when we think the field is beautiful with flowers, always testing the ultimate beauty with the immediate need. Noting the beauty, if it can be eaten in a manner of speaking, may test the proof of perception. Beauty is a rolling stone that crushes, as a transformer, making metamorphosis chew of everything in its path. What we think is the way everything should be, is eventually crushed, because true perception lies in time betwixt the stone and the field. Nothing is regrettable except redemption.

As I consider how this might be of use, I'd have to say what? I have no idea what I wrote, except that I'm on the fault line.

1/1/11
<!--

Leave our cherished beliefs systems that empower others to rule over the people in the name of God? Or in the name of man and woman and child, our inter-dependence is astonishing, as is our cruelty over others, just as we ignore the industrial destruction of earth.

"335 Million years ago, the first forests evolve. Over generations, these forests load themselves with carbon extracted from the atmosphere which later becomes fossilized as coal and oil. As the forests spread, amphibians transform into pre-reptilian creatures with the grand innovation of self contained eggs that allows them to move inland. The Great Age of Reptiles begins." Spirituality, that which is evident, grew in the mind of Emerson, and Thoreau. It was a recognition of the beginning of an American spirituality, which as meant by Emerson & Thoreau, was turning your back to religion and devoting yourself to Nature, i.e., heaven on earth.

Here's Emerson, "I remember an answer which when quite young I was prompted to make to a valued adviser, who was wont to importune me with the dear old doctrines of the church. ... No law can be sacred to me but that of my nature. Good and bad are but names very readily transferable to that or this; the only right is what is after my constitution, the only wrong what is against it." (Self Reliance)

Here's Thoreau's mantra, "I wish to live ever as to derive my satisfactions and inspirations from the commonest events, everyday phenomena, so what my senses hourly perceive, my daily walk, the conversation of my neighbors, may inspire me, and I may dream of no heaven but that which lies about me." [March 10, 1856]

Two hundred years later, and fifty years after The Thoreau Society began in 1941, Walter Harding wrote an Introduction to a video of Esther Howe Anderson's Thoreau Country. The slide lecture was profound in 1940's because a new Kodachrome film, that made projected transparencies, brought nature into the home and minds of people enduring a cold bleak winter in New England. This can be seen as online photographs, here.

Esther was among the few who began The Society in 1941, and she and Walter and Edwin Teale, enjoyed a longterm friendship around the annual meeting. When she could no longer give the lecture of 160 slides with Thoreau quotes, and commentary, I gave the narration. Once at The Concord Library, Walter was in the audience, and said to me, Good job, you only made one mistake."

When I produced Thoreau Country for a videotape, Walter agreed to write an introduction, and be recorded. In this pilgrimage through the woods of Walden, and by its shore, stepping gingerly past the crowded beach of swimmers, Walter laid a rock on the cairn, at the site of Thoreau's house. Nothing could be more poignant.... This videotape is that record, an introduction to Esther Howe Anderson's Thoreau Country.

A written record is here.

"Thoreau Country" is a video of slide lecture by Esther Howe Anderson, was made in the 1980s by William Wheeler Anderson. Many of the original Kodachrome images were shot in 1940's of the countryside in Concord Massachusetts. The online Thoreau Country begins here.

Note: The media rendition of a slide lecture is a different message than projected slides, and without Esther, adding her notes or observations, or the beautiful images, we are forced to resort to our own intuitions. In the contemporary mode, the required music and a more speedy recitation gave a single impression over many images.

As a lecturer, Esther presented her interpretation of Thoreau hundreds of times, in and around Concord. Thematically, as a photographer, the slide lecture is a unique vision to seeing as Thoreau saw, through what he wrote, and what he wrote as soundtrack. It is a unique and valuable interpretation, as Walter Harding says, "a Thoreau country now gone forever...."

Thoreau said, "Pictures react on the life of the seer. Recently I was in a friend's bungalow with an ipod of 4000 songs, playing constantly, never the same song. Music has become another natural sound within our perceptive world. Hollywood and the music business are married and something like the best movies, all movies, use the sound of music to give depth and meaning to scenes.

A question might be does the infusion of music really augment thinking, or defer thinking, or simply assuage the bumpy ride of life. As a videog, the past years of copyright and impossible permissions on the level of human creativity have been difficult. You create using the models before you, but the music and movie industry does not allow you to use a poignant song to augment your video, -publishing on Facebook means a screening of video, soundtrack infringement is a copyright violation. This is one of the tolerated crimes against the people who are marketed melody but cannot use it in a personal sense.

So with a software industry of tools we are set on a course of creativity that must circumvent the copyright obstacle, submerging sound into video is, in short, nothing different than poetry in the 19th century, where one poem inspires another. Eventually we either come up with an answer, because video is visual, needs something sound to bring forth the idea into a piece, a statement.

My interpretations are not radical, meaning is a sequence of form, color, matter, mixed with human understanding, that is, if the viewer can let go of normal produced patterns and expectations, and read the poetry. Call it random, see it shake, the very likes of yourself will be recognized, or not, as it is just what it is, an interlude in Time.

In a world of production, our understanding is keen. What is radical is seeing the video as more important, more powerful, more unique than the soundtrack content, and yet, we are comfortable with talking heads. TV must seek the route of normal representation, and viewers who have to work on their own feeling will go elsewhere, to another channel.

In this video, seeing the video as a passage way, and the soundtrack is the air and light we are seeking. I was at the edge of the sea, in Nice France, walking as I do, along the way looking for inspiration, the sea presents a place and time, late afternoon the sun shines on the walkway, the pattern of the cement become the vision and the song transports the viewer along the way, and there are human forms as we love company in life, and the last scene brings the lushness of color and a return to the horizon which was lost in the emotions of the song. The sea and thundering waves and a passing artery of cars were always present behind the song, the toning, the vibration.

VIDEO REMOVED TEMPORARILY

Afterwards, there is the gratification of knowing, of feeling, of wondering, why this is important. Perhaps, it is not important. In Art, the importance is in the moment, the perception of something greater than life itself, the paint, the sculpture, the interpretation is so singular, that one must have it as a guidepost to feelings, and to any work of Art. That's the business of art, the progressions are seen by the most careful and knowledgeable intellects, who passionately bring art of the common platform and celebrate it as unique, both for collector, and auction.

There is another understanding lost to the mind of value, the teaching of a way, seeing as knowledge, yet un-categorized in a meaningful way, because it always comes back to monetary value, or human interaction. Whether ten people, or a million people see a video, it is but a flicker in human understanding. A video of a man or woman who changes the lives of millions, is still a flicker. Pyramids were built to the lost art of human power in perpetuity. I am more curious that the Sphinx was made of alabaster than identifying a god or human god or, isn't the man who made it, the god.

The making of video is art, the god is the eye that chooses to see, for oneself, to learn a melody of form, apart from the crass understanding, apart from the art intellect, the vibration of mind and body is toning, the vibration of video is toning. All else is falling through the arranged conduits of life, unknowing we know what we need to know but don't really. I am not the word, that has been an obfuscation of understanding for many centuries, I am the vibration of being, whether in or out of video.

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 264px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgGQyL0ruE08WtyuHMgxbH8AFTyYt8fxCNJgWHRaB88SBp3VmB7esbpxW9VFoRFYtm1ibCt9zM1Quul1Z2HSb5seZO1IuQcm5pbNTB1AjhFdw3oeTEiuKV7xkJrz8xsiR515rswLg/s400/Picture+10.png" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5447004002551584818" />
<!--

Away away.

My friend responded to my inquiry, about acupuncture and phantom pain.

Dear Bill,
Yes, it is very likely that acupuncture can be helpful. More effective, in
my opinion would be Buddhist medicine. That would require a larger
investment in time an travel. First better to try a good acupuncturist in
her local area.
Best always,

Of course you understand that you have a horrific traumatic experience,
in which you were essentially reborn to faith and trust in American Medicine.
You ask for someone to save you, with meds to answer your need.

No one can do what you want, and I will admit that drugs made the pain
go away for me, but that is noose to noose, you need to take responsibility.

American medicine will either help you get there, by yourself, or kill you.

The reason why there are alternative medicines is because other cultures
never had American Medicine to save them, or not, rather resources of
knowledge came from experience, ways that work to do miraculous things.
You perpetuate your dependence, and that's normal, because you don't
know of alternatives, either you don't know or aren't really interested, or
your dependency is too great and you are too weak. Judging from what you've
been through, you have a good solid desire to live, so cut-off from American
Medicine and get on with the quest.

Acupuncture is a good place to start. Questions of diet, alcohol, dyhydration,
digestion and types of food you think not about need to be thought about.
Find a chinese acupuncturist, there are many, don't be afraid to ask questions.

You've heard of tinnitus? Many suffer from ringing in the ear, and many
are driven to distraction, even suicide I'm told. Captain Kirk from Star Trek
is one, years ago, though if you see him on TV or Priceline he looks like he
adapted. Excess pressure in bowels can cause this, so drink water/liquids
during the day, and balance diet, with salt helps retention of water. The
tinnitus won't go away, just like your leg won't come back, or my hands,
we gotta live with it. I have tinnitus bad, and I lived in a super quiet house,
the refrigerator drove me nuts, I got rid of 2 refrigerators, and lived with ice
blocks because of sound, then I got smart, sold my house, moved downtown
next to a major artery with trucks rumbling by, I loved my frig, I was swimming
in noise, I didn't mind my ears ringing, it was a symphony to me!!

Pain can exacerbate in isolation! Start singing, join a choir or a capella group,
who cares if you can't sing, get out and sing. It plays big time in body
healing, you've heard of Buddhist Ommmming? I can't begin to tell you how
good it is for you, now nothing will make the pain go away, you will go
away from the pain. Are you with me? Because I'm just beginning. I know
nothing of you but what you say about your dependency. Singing, Omming,
bring you back to you, you feel you, you gotta lotta work to do Staci.

Good luck. Healing can be widely interpreted, as giving or internalizing. What we know works for ourselves, we try to give others. Fortunately, I have been brought to the edge with an amazing source of toning..

Charlyn has that gift of bringing her tonal meditations to people, wherever there people open to listening, feeling the door open to inner sensibility, to new understanding.

Charlyn is one of the Sound Intenders, two women I found in the desert of California make the case for tonal meditation, or prayer even. Harmonia is a rare CD, of limited quantity, and recently, I have given several cuts from Harmonia to video imaging, to listen to toning with the mind's eye.

So what does it all mean? Lots. I do not represent any knowledge except what I realize about myself, what I get, and this is more than pop blues r&r, and closer to opera. As a videog, I am fortunate to have permissions to use this with my video, as a visual experience, and at the same time, as a toning experience. Toning meditation has benefits, as in singing or any vocalization, or even socializing. Talking is a form of toning. The American Indian, in ceremony is seen as singing, more toning, and no one knows how much this process was a part of the daily life, healing and correcting ailments, adjusting vision.

When you get here, away from the pop culture, the native American begins to loom as a power source. More coming....
<!--

Today, coming from the midst of human energy and human community, the traditional becomes alleviated by the truth that comes from within our unique experience and understanding. And, there is something to proximity that twists the mind to visions of a holy order, or, is it unholy? Chances are the great materializing of the baby world wide web is less understood than might seem possible, after the Roman Catholic Church spent 2K years of polishing their concept of salvation. I'm ignoring other religious entities, not because America is Christian, it's not, but because in Christianity, GOD IS LOVE. In this, our unholy trinity, GOD IS SHARING.

Apple the father, Google the son, and Facebook is the holy spirit, the incredible social dynamic of God is Sharing YOU.

Yes this may seem simplistic, but the fact is, these three companies have simplified life for everybody, if upping the ratchet of capability is simplifying, Henry David Thoreau would have a commentary but I doubt if the mind can extrapolate 19th century capability with 21st century, but, then Apple does think making a book look like a book is the cat's knees....

We are making these companies richer, and with their help, are transforming who we are faster than any other type of human entities in the world today, and that means, the evolving concept of God.

GOD IS SHARING YOU.
<!--

Making a deal was high opera, as two terse forces met over the vaunted item, and still, to this day storytellers here recount the fables of Maine deal-making.

But all that has changed, and most all yard sales are temporary, one or two day events, and junkyards have been relegated to back lots, and businesses like Elmer's Barn, just twenty minutes from the capital in Augusta. A way of life changed as more and more people from away moved into Maine, forcing new zoning laws to clean-up the neighborhoods and keep Mainers from taking everything and anything for profit, as measly as it was.... Formerly Mine was a great vacationland, or hunting lands as men came up from places south, arriving in the night at L.L.Bean's 24/7 hunting store on the way to Moose country or salmon fishing.

Elmer says it best, If you need it, I've got it. And if you think he's joking get down here and check it out. Perhaps more authentic than any art museum in the state, this is it!
<!--

Today change is so rapid because markets demand that we don't stay the same. Cars are the great metaphor of change built into a changing pattern of purchase. Now people have gone outside America for...better built, better operating, and hence, a better status symbol. I'm saying creativity has to have value, -too much creativity is meaningless. Put the ideas in the closet. Stop drinking Starbucks. We're spinning out of control. The essence of creativity demands destruction. Tearing the old way of looking at it to create a new vision of it.

What is the bottomline? A New Value to... While it is finger pointing at government and business, what's on the minds of the people is the core issue. Not particularly accessible to a critic who can compare the thirties with the eighties, but we are in the 21st century. How people think, work, play and hoard is completely different. Hoarding is the great American pastime. So whatever anybody thinks, lets get the government back to it, -hoarding.
No no no, the time is for a massive re-addressing ourselves to, not the misery our news loves to print, to exporting our wealth and youth and expertise into the far corners of the world. Our pre-eminence demands that. Our gravy is our gift to others. Now is the time.
The curious contradiction we live is our support of Israel, when we live here as states bound to each other. How can we support a two state solution, when clearly we have learned to amalgamate and help-up our brother and sister.
Now is the time to NOT maintain the status quo, but create an America of sixty states, or more. We cannot help ourselves without helping others, in fact, until we become great in joining and gifting other peoples as one, and lose this hoarding mentality, we are nothing.
<!--

I say stark because there is little more brittle than accounting numbers. If you begin and end on that note of dollars, then you are eliminating the human factor, which cannot be valued except in more dollar numbers. President Obama merely represents the diametric opposite way of thinking, yet he encompasses the dollar number mentality, while being aware of an agenda of efforts to be more mindful of human needs. WSJ cannot encompass possibility or potential change, very few people can envision the future, so the best minds in news opinion are stuck on the known measurements. Unfortunately we have mental geniuses who everybody mirrors.

Some might even call the present moment, the word of God to move towards a renewal of intent, the Obama direction, which is perceived as a wall not a way by Republicans, and this intent is a renewal of attitudes that have hard-scraped human potential for years. Bombs are a cheap way to wage a political war, and funnel money into the military industrial complex. Financial greed serves the same end.

That agenda has been attached by the people in the name of Obama, representing more than just entitlements or health care or liberal excesses. It's a funny thing about democracy of the people, the cost of redirecting and focusing on change is worth way more than the trillions of debt batted about by learned critics. The value of Obama and the future is America, in spite of dollar fears and war fears, because the future of growth is beyond the imaginations of news opinion, -it is uncharted, new territory.

We can have rapacious Wall Street, we need it to make steps, but it is over. The trillions do not belong there any longer, LA and the illusion of media is too enticing. WSJ opinion columnists can play to the hot steamy collars of the moneyed greed, but it really doesn't matter anymore. When the payback comes, it will come big time. WSJ will say they wanted it that way, but will be sunk in a tomb of skeptical numbers. The paradigm has shifted, now the clutter must be cleared for a new day.

And later,

April 4th, 2009 11:56 pm
It's time to go forward and change the world, but it's impossible. Security means power and unrelenting obsession for making money. Jesus had it easy 2000 years ago compared to the financial mindset ruling Wall Street, the corporate world, Washington lobby/government dance, secure Americans holding the change down, institutions, and virtually everything, -even the flagrant abuse of farming and the land. What's important? Nobody knows, only that the puzzle is to break it down a little so it can make sense. The gift of America is to give the world democracy and the building blocks for human decency. Good place to start. Teach it, sing it, video it, our culture has great value to give. We are, through Obama, more powerful and rich than the fake trillions everybody talks about day in day out. More potential power emanates from LA because Hollywood is more human, a pyramid of creativity (albeit a sham compared to the real thing) but more than Wall Street ever will be. We might buy/sell shares in movies, and that'd be a better investment than any bunko sold on Wall Street.

— WW Anderson, Camden Maine
<!--
