This means the varsity gave out more than a doctorate a day, if one discounts the holidays.

While numbers tell one side of the story, the quality of research work is a concern for university authorities. Old-time faculty and research guides said just about 2% of the work done by PhD fellows makes it to international peer-reviewed journals.

"Like water finds its own level, every researcher finds his own journal," quipped a research guide, recalling the discussion he has with faculty each time they discuss the poor quality of PhD theses being churned out of the university portals.

Candidates spend years in the pursuit of a PhD, later producing nothing of relevance, said a former vice-chancellor. Mysteriously, almost every Indian university has at least five theses that analyze the functioning of a co-operative bank in a particular district. "As if a co-operative bank in Jalgaon is going to be very different from the one in Jalaun," he added.

Rajpal Hande, head of the board of colleges and university development, said, "The quality of PhD theses produced by institutions across the world is a matter of concern. Quality research is being conducted only in some pockets of the world. In India too, the quality of our research is something we need to immediately address."

He felt the University Grants Commission's decision to conduct an entrance exam is the first step in ensuring that the right kind of students get in.

But there is another thought too. Abhay Pethe, head of the economics department, said if quality issues need to be addressed, authorities should be stringent about the output.

"Allow flexibility at the input stage. But put a filter at the output level. There is another peculiarity about Mumbai—a large number of students who enrol for PhD in social sciences do so years after completing their master's. There ought to be some consideration for them.

Source :Times of India

The five best scholarships for foreign students as recommended on the website www.foreignborn.com are:

5 Best Scholarships for Foreign Students
1. Scholarship Experts: www.Scholarshipexperts.com offers graduate, undergraduate, and high school level scholarships to international students in the form of fee waivers, tuition fee reduction, and stipends. Several senior study scholarships are also available here. One needs to submit the study information and foreign scholarship requirements online, and Scholarship Experts searches for the best international scholarship and provides all details with respect to the eligibility criteria, qualifying tests, other requirements, and the process of application and follow up.

2. Financial Aid for Undergraduate International Students at NAFSA: These international scholarships are aimed at undergraduate students who require study abroad scholarships. These have stringent eligibility criteria in terms of academic achievements, chosen subjects of study, enrollment for further education, and need for financial aid. Information about foreign scholarships and grants, the funding factors, sources, tax information, and financial aid information for foreign students is provided on the website www.nafsa.org.

3. International Education Financial Aid Website: This website is one of the best sources of advice on international scholarships or study abroad scholarships. This site contains a variety of information needed for students seeking international scholarships, like details about the grants, college scholarships, and foreign scholarships. One can search through a comprehensive list of grants and scholarships, as well as international student loan programs.

4. Rotary International Scholarships: Rotary's Ambassadorial scholarships are another scholarship for foreign students. The Rotary International Scholarships program is the oldest of all the scholarship programs and has been in effect since the 1940s. This program aims at improving international relationships among people of different nationalities. The program offers international scholarships for graduate and undergraduate studies. Scholarships for non-Canadians, study abroad scholarships, and many other types of foreign scholarships are offered through Rotary International.

5. U.S. Federal Government Financial Aid for Foreign Students: To receive federal aid (U.S. national government) for student financial aid programs, one must be an eligible citizen or non-citizen, must have a high school diploma, must be enrolled as a regular student and be registered for selective services. There are several other eligibility requirements for these study abroad scholarships offered by the U.S. federal government. By fulfilling these selection criteria, one can get several steps closer to living that American dream. However, if you are in the United States on an F1 or F2 student visa only, or on a J1 or J2 exchange visitor visa only, you cannot obtain student financial aid from the U.S. federal government.

Having earned his doctorate from Boston University, Oglesby began his teaching at Eden in 1978, where he served on its faculty for almost 30 years.

Oglesby, a member of the African-American clergy community, has been instrumental in providing guidance to many theologians and pastors serving the African-American communities around the world. Oglesby has published more than 10 books and has been a keynote speaker at various conferences and events.

"I'm just so delighted that after a great deal of hard work and persistence, the first endowed scholarship in Eden's over 160-year history, created specifically to support our African American students, has been initiated," said the Rev. Dr. David Greenhaw, Eden's president. "Dr. Oglesby has meant so much to the Eden community — and the entire African-American community — that it's only fitting this scholarship be in his name."

Oglesby grew up in Earle, Ark., on a cotton farm. He followed his belief that education should be accessible to all and he worked to follow his call to higher education, which ultimately led him to Boston University.

Eden Theological Seminary, a seminary of the United Church of Christ, educates women and men for ministry, and is located at 475 E. Lockwood Ave. in Webster Groves.

The AQHF Nursing Scholarship offers $2,500 per year for a minimum of four years. For this Nebraska scholarship, the minimum GPA that a student is expected to maintain is a 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. In addition, the student must also be a full-time student of nursing to receive this award.
Nebraska Quarter Horse Youth Scholarship: This is one of the best Nebraska Resident Freshman Scholarships awarded to Nebraska students. It offers $2,000 to AQHYA members who receive $500 per year for a degree plan that may expand up to four years.
Nebraska Library Association Louise A. Nixon Scholarship: One of the best scholarships for residents of Nebraska, it is awarded to graduate students pursuing library education in the state of Nebraska.

Most of these Nebraska scholarships are merit–based ones. But they also consider other factors such as need and other non-academic qualifications.

A Simple Food Additive May Be Poisoning You
Colon Cancer Warning Signs: If You Have Any of These . . .
Cardiologist Actually Reversed His Own Heart Disease
Boost Your Memory With a Deck of Playing Cards

An MBA program usually consists of a core curriculum covering the functional areas of management, including information systems, finance and accounting, and human resources, to name a few. The second stage of the MBA course is usually made up of a choice of electives (optional courses), to allow the student to either continue with general studies or to specialise in a particular subject or area. All this is taught through a variety of means, for example, lectures, study groups and case studies.

This site aims to help you choose the right MBA program for you, whether by full time study or via an online MBA. The articles in the left hand navigation bar offer general advice by geographic region whilst our mba programs article index contains a range articles on more specific MBA courses and advice in general. Best of all we also offer a Free Application & Information Service.

The MBA qualification began in the US about 90 years ago. Today, well over 1000 business schools, universities and other institutions across the world offer MBA programs, and these can differ vastly according to tradition and background. There are also innumerable methods of study, for example, full-time, part-time, modular and distance learning. With this bewildering choice on offer, how can a potential student decide which is the best programme for them?

Cost Considerations
Undertaking an MBA course is a large commitment both in terms of time (full-time programmes run for one or two years) and money (good quality courses cost in the region of £15,000 to £20,000). Therefore, before selecting an MBA program, it is important to ask yourself why you are pursuing the qualification in the first place.

The main reasons quoted by students for choosing to embark upon this route of study are for an increase in salary; to open new career opportunities; to further a career and to extend personal networks. A good quality course will allow for all of these by developing participants' personal skills at the same time as extending their knowledge base in the general management disciplines in the context of global business. MBA programs are an educational course, and as such should challenge students' assumptions and attitudes. Furthermore, knowledge accrued on the course should be highly transferable to the world of work. The courses which achieve this most effectively bring together top quality faculty with students from a variety of backgrounds who possess a wealth of experience and ambition (at Cranfield, for example, students on the full-time programme have an average of nine years' business experience). This combination produces the best possible educational experience which broadens horizons and equips the individual to embrace challenge and change in the future.

This is a significant advantage for many students and their employers, since it means that the maximum professional advantage is coupled with the minimum time away from work.

Independent study, strong research base

Research study, whether at Masters or Doctoral level, involves individual supervision by a faculty member who has an interest in the topic.

This emphasis on personal guidance and independent study is a key characteristic feature of research degrees in countries such as Britain and America - and is one of the reasons postgraduates possess the kind of high-level skills suited to careers in business, applied research and higher education.

Which course?

Research degrees are awarded to students who have completed a period of original research and submitted a thesis for examination.

A research degree – and especially a PhD – is the ultimate opportunity for students who want to pursue their own specialist interests.

Research is extremely stimulating and exciting as it involves producing something that is original. The student is the expert in that subject and will gradually come to know as much as his or her supervisor!

The PhD is a research programme normally extending over three or more years, usually culminating a dissertation or thesis of 70,000 – 100,000 words.

The thesis must present original findings that are, in principle, publishable. In some subjects such as art, however, the thesis may be replaced by an original major work. And in social sciences, several published articles may be accepted in place of a single long thesis.

A Ph.D. offers the following opportunities to international students:

to produce an original piece of research, which may mean an important boost to the student’s career

to become one of the world’s leading experts in a particular field

to receive a sound training in research methodology and practice – especially important for those intending to pursue an academic career

All of the above are widely recognised as advantages of a Ph.D., especially in the higher education world.

New types of doctoral programmes have been developed in recent years aimed at experienced professionals in industry or professionals such as education, engineering and clinical pyschology.

Research programmes can vary from one to three years or more, depending on the nature of the programme.

Not only is there a wide choice of courses, there is also a wide variety of different ways in which they can be studied. For instance, you can study your course in your home country by distance learning, or study modular courses where you study one part of a course at a time – and when you choose to study them.

What to expect

Students undertaking a research degree initiate and develop their topic under the supervision of one or two academics. To be successful, research students must demonstrate intellectual independence. They will be expected to work on their own to a large extent but will meet their supervisor(s) at least every few weeks.

Learning costs less in the UK
Postgraduate degrees in the UK can be completed in a shorter time than those in many other countries, as courses are more intensive.

This makes the cost of achieving a postgraduate qualification in the UK considerably less than elsewhere. You only have to pay fees for one year and you only have to live away from home for one year.

So though annual costs may look higher in the UK than elsewhere, the overall cost is lower. This is even more true if you can find a course that is based in one of the less expensive parts of the UK.
There are a number of scholarships available to students planning to study a postgraduate course in the UK. These include British Chevening Scholarships and those that are available through the British Council Fellowship Programme and the Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP). Details of these and other scholarship schemes can be obtained from your local British Council office.

All international students staying in the UK for more than six months are guaranteed free hospital treatment plus reduced dentists’ and opticians’ fees through the UK National Health Service. Doing away with the need to include health insurance in your budget.

How do I find out more?
To find out more about postgraduate courses in the UK click your mouse on www.educationuk.org

This will give you access to information on the range of courses available in the UK.

<a href="http://www.britishcouncil.org. PhD degrees are academically prestigious and require academic perseverance not suited to most students. So not only are scholarship programs fewer in number, those that do exist are highly competitive.

University Fellowships Fund Educations of Many PhD Candidates
University graduate schools where most PhD candidates study are primary sources for scholarship funds. Doctoral students are often employed in fellowships and teaching assistantships, from which they earn a good chunk of tuition cash.

Students only beginning to explore their options for post-grad programs might search our Subject-Specific list for university programs that provide scholarship funds according to student’s interests. This A-Z list categorizes the major fields of study in which students typically major. Some subjects reveal more granular micro-specialties.

Target Doctoral Scholarship Search in Academic and Research Fields
Because PhDs tend to be concentrated in academics or high-level research, many doctoral scholarships will be offered in broad categories:

•The broad field of social sciences includes specific studies like economics, linguistics, and middle eastern studies—all of which produce doctoral level professionals.
•The physical and life sciences studies further sub-divide programs into specializations such as genomics, biotechnology, neurobiology, and physiology.
Within these search parameters doctoral candidates will find scholarships funded by private sources, that front all types of research projects; large, research-heavy universities where populations of doctoral students fuel ongoing, high-level projects; and scholarships funded by the federal government, such as the Fulbright Scholarships and dozens of research fellowships available through federally-funded programs like the National Institutes of Health, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Department of Defense.

Scholarships for Women and Minority PhD Candidates
PhDs have been anything but female and/or minority, traditionally. In efforts to encourage underrepresented populations to pursue post grad studies, many sources design scholarships exclusively for women and minority doctoral candidates. The profile information it gathers is extraordinarily detailed. You won't just answer questions about your intended major or career after graduation; you'll also be asked about current affiliations, parental affiliations, club memberships, extracurricular activities, GPA, SAT, ACT, military service, awards, and much more. In many ways, filling out this form is like filling out a college application!

The menus themselves are not terribly user-friendly. There is no easy way to skip down to your desired entry. Instead, you have to scroll down all the way, through a bunch of unrelated options before you can select the one you want. It can also be difficult to know where to look, particularly amongst the majors and career choices: economics is listed as Social Science - Economics, meaning that if you're looking for "economics" in the large alphabetized list, you won't find it unless you know to look for "Social Science - Economics."

You will come across ads in the process of registering for an account. But unlike other websites, the ads don't get in the way of accessing the site. You're not in much danger of accidentally clicking your way to an advertising site. They will use your information for advertising purposes after you have signed up, but you can easily avoid the obvious sales pitches that they'll throw at you during the signup process.

Once you are logged in, the interface is really user-friendly. There is a well-designed access portal, which offers easy browsing. There are four sections: scholarship search, financial aid information, college search, and profile information. The scholarship search is excellent, very detailed and very comprehensive. There are good tools that help organize your results, including a favorites list and a discard pile. The college search section is also a useful tool. It isn't as detailed and easy to use as the school scholarships part of the site, but the information is still helpful. The financial aid information portion of the site redirects you to the government-run student aid site.

•Cost: Free.
•Access: Access to need based and academic scholarships.

•Scholarship Search Login: Required. Login forms are detailed and tedious to fill out. There are a few ads, but they are easy to circumvent.

•Information Security: Poor. They will collect your information, and they will use it to send you advertisements from subsidiaries.

•Custom scholarship search results: Yes, thanks to the exhaustive info entered into your profile.
•Scholarship Information Organization: Great. You can reorganize the scholarship information by any number of categories for easy browsing.

•Direct links to scholarship sites: Yes. Convenient links let you apply to many school scholarships online.

•Quantity of Scholarships: Impressive. When searched with very strict criteria, some 100 results still appeared. The website seems to gather even school scholarships offered by other online resources, which can be a big advantage.

•Tip: Consider the benefits of filling out the whole login form versus leaving parts blank. If you go through the entire form, the process is long. Cutting down on how many questions you answer could make it much easier - just be careful you don't cut down too much, and be sure to provide all the required information.

They’ll also know that paying for college isn’t an easy feat, and usually accomplished by exploring all of the resources available – scholarships, grants, tax credits, and student loans. The best strategies are to apply early for the best and most generous financial aid from a college, as often awards are given on a first come, first-served basis, and to apply often, as the more scholarships you strive for the more of a chance you’ll have to pay for school with the least amount of borrowing. )
You’re in luck. There are plenty of scholarship opportunities out there and we are more than happy to share them with you. The government, colleges, corporations, non-profit organizations, and private providers all offer a number of ways to help students pay for a college education. While many students believe they have no choice but to take out student loans for college, that is not the case. Students in need of scholarships can find plenty of them at our site. With more than 2.7 million scholarship and grant opportunities worth more than $19 billion, just about everyone is bound to find something. Why not take advantages of their offers by conducting a free college scholarship search?

There Are Scholarship Opportunities for Everyone
A commonly held belief is that college scholarships and grants are only available to the most active, most brilliant, and most talented of students, and that there are no scholarship opportunities for average students, or even above-average students who lack exceptional backgrounds or exceptional financial need. But not every scholarship award is tailored specifically to the valedictorian basketball star future beauty queen lawyers among us. We have scholarship opportunities in our database for students of all walks of life with all sorts of skill sets. Maybe writing essays is your thing? Our resources section contains extensive lists of essay scholarships. We also have scholarships for adult students, scholarships for minorities, and scholarships for women, as well as scholarship opportunities for business school, education majors, journalism students, and many others. Additionally, our database features an extensive array of local scholarships for all 50 states. Scholarships.com even offers our own $1,000 college scholarships to students pursuing a variety of common areas of study. And better still, by registering an account and completing a profile on Scholarships.com, you will have access to a list of scholarship opportunities tailored to your interests, abilities, and experiences just by conducting a free scholarship search.

Paid Services Don’t Pay Off
There is never a reason to pay for a scholarship search service when access to a large database of awards is readily available at no cost. Some students assume that paying to use a scholarship website will increase their probability of winning an award, or buy the line that scholarship opportunities may be going "unclaimed" in a special pay-per-view clearinghouse, but this is simply not true. In fact, a study by numerous colleges found that only 1 percent of students who used fee-based scholarship services actually won awards.

Search for Scholarship Opportunities
Students don’t need to look hard for scholarship opportunities—they just need to look. There are more than enough out there, and free information is readily available. Check out our " Resources" for additional scholarship and financial aid information, and begin saving for your education today.

A scholarship is an award of financial aid for a student to further education. Scholarships are awarded on various criteria usually reflecting the values and purposes of the donor or founder of the award.

Four Indian-American students have been selected for the Rhodes Scholarships for 2011 for studying at the University of Oxford, the award which is widely considered the "world's most prestigious scholarship".

The Rhodes Trust yesterday named Aakash K Shah of New Jersey, Prerna Nadathur & Priya M Sury, and Varun Sivaram of California. Aakash K Shah, Cliffside Park, graduated from Ursinus College and is now in his first year at Harvard Medical School.

Prerna Nadathur, Roseville, is a senior at the University of Chicago where she majors in mathematics and minors in linguistics and philosophy.

Priya M Sury, Roseville, graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in May, summa cum laude, in anthropology and Spanish.

She is currently studying for an MD degree at the University of Minnesota.

Varun S Sivarum, Monte Sereno, is a senior at Stanford majoring in engineering physics and international relations.

A Truman Scholar and junior mentor at Phi Beta Kappa, Varun has won Stanford prizes for excellence in humanities and political science, as well as in engineering.

The thirty-two Rhodes Scholars chosen from the United States will join an international group of Scholars chosen from fourteen other jurisdictions around the world.

The Rhodes Scholarship, named after Cecil Rhodes, is an international postgraduate award for study at the University of Oxford in the UK.

It was the first large-scale programme of international scholarships, and is widely considered the "world's most prestigious scholarship" by many public sources such as Time Magazine and Yale University Press.

In addition to the thirty-two Americans, Scholars are also selected from Australia, Bermuda, Canada, the nations of the Commonwealth Caribbean, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Jamaica, Kenya, New Zealand, Pakistan, Southern Africa (South Africa, plus Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Namibia and Swaziland), Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

Approximately 80 scholars are selected worldwide each year, including several non-US Scholars who have attended American colleges and universities.

The value of the Rhodes Scholarship varies depending on the academic field and the degree (BA, master's, doctoral) chosen.

The Rhodes Trust pays all college and university fees, provides a stipend to cover necessary expenses while in residence in Oxford as well as during vacations, and transportation to and from England.

Mr.Gerson estimates that the total value of the Scholarship averages approximately $50,000 per year.
These investments include the new Globalink Canada-India Graduate Fellowship.
A statement issued by the Indian ministry for human resources announced today that eight Canadian universities would be providing graduate fellowships for top Indian students who wish to pursue a Masters or PhD in Canada.
The Globalink Canada-India Graduate Fellowship Programme will provide 51 scholarship valued at more than CAD $3.5 million for Indian students who participate in the MITACS Globalink programme in 2010.
The announcement was made by Stephen J Toope, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of British Columbia, in the presence of the Indian Minister for Human Resources Development Kapil Sibal and Gary Goodyear, Canada’s Minister of State (Science and Technology).
Sibal said that technology solutions must be affordable for common people, and hoped that the collaboration between the Canadian and Indian universities would go a long away towards achieving this end.
Four memoranda of understanding (MoS) were signed earlier in the day. The first was between the University of British Columbia and the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi on a long-standing student mobility agreement. This deal involves undergraduate engineering students spending time at each others’ institutions.
The second was between the University of Ontario Institute of Technology and Amal Jyothi College of Engineering to jointly offer a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Power degree.
The third, between the Royal Roads University and the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) seeks to establish an education partnership that will explore joint delivery of programmes through blended and distance education programmes.

Read more:

An UK PhD today is an esteemed degree that many international postgraduates aspire for. Many of the universities in the UK award the degree either by the name of PhD or by the name of DPhil (both abbreviated for Doctorate of Philosophy). The degree is awarded to the scholars who research on the subject they specialize in. These doctorate degrees are awarded to the scholars for the creation and interpretation of knowledge, which extends the forefront of a discipline, usually through original research. Doctorate degree holders in UK, like any other country, will have the qualities needed for employment such as the ability to make informed judgements on intricate issues in specialist fields and innovation in tackling and solving problems.

Doctoral programs that may include a research constituent but which have a substantial thought element, lead usually to awards that include the name of the discipline in their title, for example EdD is the doctoral award for Doctor of Education in the UK universities. A doctorate degree normally involves minimum three years of full time study in UK. Overseas researchers, studying in UK to earn PhD or DPhil or any doctorate degree, are relatively good in number due to the infrastructure that the universities offer along with the faculty and research facilities. The PhD or other research based doctoral degree in UK needs a thesis to be presented in a logical and scholarly manner and candidates must be able convince their examiners that they have grasped all the concepts of the particular field of learning within which the subject of their thesis falls, fully. Students intending to pursue for the DPhil or PhD degree in the United Kingdom can get the information from the reliable resources such as websites and latest edition of the respective university brochures.

UK: PhD Scholarship in Information Security,
University College London

Possibly Related Scholarships
■UK: Research Studentship in Law, King’s College London
■UK: PhD Studentship in Cryptography, University College London
■UK: PhD in Zoonotic Epidemiology, Imperial College London
■UK: University College London Pathfinder Scholarships
■UK: The Shell Centenary Scholarship Fund for Master Students, Imperial College London
■UK: MSc Studentships in Security Technologies and Applications, University of Surrey
■UK: University College London (UCL) Graduate “Open” Scholarships
■UK: The Denys Holland Scholarship
■UK: PhD Studentships in the History of Science, Technology and Medicine, Imperial College, London
■UK: PhD Studentships from Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at Univ College London

"The extent to which economic conditions would drive demand for scholarship assistance became abundantly apparent to us in the first quarter of 2010," says Ron Davis, Director and owner of American Institute of Education, (A I E) a 25-year-old California State Approved electrology school.

Davis enlisted the web development services of Fencl Web Design to create a place for secure online scholarship applications for the schools industry-leading site. Scholarship applications continue to come through the school website www.aielectrology.com to the present day. "What is more amazing to me is the number of university graduates that apply," says Davis. "Upon receiving their degrees, many have no job opportunities but they carry tens of thousands of dollars in student loans. This must be very stressful for them."

Though the AIE scholarship program is a partial scholarship, demand has been intense. These scholarships have had a very positive impact on the finances of many of the schools students. If it were not for the scholarship funding, many students would not have been able to move into this profession.

When asked about the criterion for granting scholarships, Davis replied, "There are four main questions that we look to answer with every application in addition to qualities like, ability to communicate and a coherent thought process.

First: Is this person mature? This can mean in years of life experience, and / or in an applicants outlook on life.

Second: Adults with previous work experience dealing with the public or those who are, or who have been self-employed business owners, get high marks in our evaluation process. Why? Electrologists are self-employed professionals. A history of success in past or present self-directed employment serves new electrologists well in establishing a client base.

Third: We give preference to people with existing credentials, such as aestheticians, cosmetologists, nurses, or anyone with a license in a medically related field like X ray technician, phlebotomist, dental assistant, dental hygienist, etc. Existing credentials show an ability to learn and an application for electrology training expresses their commitment to a life of learning.

Fourth: A clearly expressed business plan is important. Either written or verbally explained, a plan for a start-up stand-alone business or an opportunity to start practicing within an established salon, spa, or a medical office, gives us a sense of their likelihood of success in this profession."

Another way that Davis helps people enter the electrology profession is by sponsoring a scholarship for the American Electrology Association (A E A). At the beginning of 2010, Davis offered a full scholarship to his school to the AEA on the condition that it is named the "AEA scholarship" and that it is offered through the auspices of the association. The AEA's Directors immediately established their "scholarship review committee" and in July of 2010 awarded the first full scholarship to a winning applicant. At the recent annual October AEA convention in Washington D. C., Davis announced the continuation and expansion of his sponsorship into 2011 and beyond. Two partial scholarships have been added to the existing full scholarship. All attending the convention received this news enthusiastically.

"Electrology is a very rewarding profession, both financially and personally. Every electrologist has experienced the joy of assisting clients with unwanted hair problems and has seen the remarkable changes that can occur in their lives." Davis sums up his scholarship efforts this way. "Helping people enter this wonderful profession is a gift in itself. I've seen so many or our past students become electrologists and have their lives positively transformed. By also working through a terrific association like the AEA, I get to help them perpetuate their excellent work in continuing education and advocacy for the electrology profession."

The American Institute of Education enrolls students from across the U S A, Canada and abroad. This scholarship program is specifically for North American residents. Applications from international students are not considered.

For more information regarding the application process and eligibility, please visit: www.aielectrology.com.

Contact Information
Ron Davis, Director
American Institute of Education
1715 E.
