MUST HAVE

Litle black dress-LBD

Ah, the little black dress. It should be sexy, yet sophisticated. It should be well-made and fit like a glove. It should hide your flaws and accentuate your attributes. It can go from day (wear it to the office with a cardigan or blazer and a set of pearls and leather pumps) to night (take off the blazer or cardigan and add some makeup, jewelry, and heels).

Choose a LBD in the style that suits you, makes you feel comfortable, and looks most like you. It can be sleeveless, have cap sleeves, or have 3/4-length sleeves. It can have a V-neck, boat neck, crew neck, or square neck. It can be knee-length, a little longer, a little shorter, or miniskirt length. The LBD is both universal and individual at the same time. Find one that makes you feel fabulous and make the investment because this is one piece that really gives you your money’s worth!

Black blazer

The black blazer is key in your wardrobe. Because it’s black, it goes with virtually everything. You can change the look just by changing the accessories.

Although it doesn’t need to be ridiculously expensive or high-end, the blazer does need to fit you perfectly and work with your body type. If you want to appear taller or longer, choose a blazer that’s longer. If you want to accentuate your beautiful waistline, make sure it’s fitted in the waist area. Also make sure it’s current. Avoid one that looks like something from the 80s — oversized with enormous shoulder pads.

You can wear a single-breasted blazer comfortably and fashionably either open or closed, and you

have the option of wearing it over dresses or skirts, as well as pants.

Don’t be afraid to make the blazer your own: Add a favorite pin to the lapel if you want to jazz it up when the occasion calls for it. A black blazer doesn’t have to be boring. Again, it’s a basic that you can build your outfit around.

Knee-length black skirt

Every woman should have a knee-length black skirt that fits perfectly and gives her a slim appearance. The particular style is up to you (and what looks good on your body type): It can be a pencil skirt or an A-line skirt. So that it can go from season to season, look for one that’s a lightweight wool.

The basic black skirt and sweater set — always chic and classic.

Classic beige trench coat

The classic trench is a necessary staple because it never goes out of style and you can wear it in just about any season. If you stick to a classic trench coat, it will last you for years. When choosing a trench coat, follow these suggestions:

Make sure the coat fits in the shoulders. You don’t want to be drowning in your coat. You should always be wearing your clothes; they should not be wearing you.
Choose a style and length that gives you the look you want. Decide whether you want it to cinch at the waist or be looser fit. A belted trench flatters your waistline in contrast to your shoulders and the overall volume of the coat itself.
If you plan to wear it over dresses and pants, make sure it’s long enough that your dresses aren’t sticking out the bottom. You can get away with a shorter trench if you are only going to wear it with pants or jeans.
Make sure the coat doesn’t overwhelm you. If you’re on the smaller side, pick a coat that’s less busy, that is, has less going on with the pockets, lapels, buttons, and so on, and make sure it’s single-breasted. If you’re taller, you can carry off a more traditional looking double-breasted trench.

Black leather bag

A black leather bag is a perfect everywhere bag, a bag you can wear to work, to lunch, to dinner, and

even shopping on the weekend. It goes with everything, and you’ll feel comfortable using it with

whatever color or prints you may be wearing. It should be medium-sized: large enough to hold whatever you need during the day but not so large that it looks awkward if you find yourself running straight out to dinner with it.

Quality blue jeans

Everyone should have a pair of favorite jeans — you know, the kind of jeans that make you feel sexy, pulled together, and comfortable. These jeans should be current in style, and the cut should be one that flatters your best assets. The great news is that nowadays jeans companies are making jeans to accommodate every body type. So figure out what your body type is, then pick the cut of your jeans accordingly. Some suggestions:

If you have great legs, you may want a pair of skinny jeans.
If you want to direct attention away from your waist area, choose a flared jean.
If you have a great waistline and want to draw attention to it, go for a pair of high-waisted jeans.

If you are only investing in one pair of jeans, go with dark denim. They are more slimming and more versatile. You can wear them totally casual during the day, and you can dress them up for night.

Pair of black pumps

Black pumps go with everything, they won’t get too dirty, and they can also go from day to night. If you can afford only one pair of black pumps, go with a dressier pair; shoes are generally easier to dress down than to dress up.

When buying shoes, make sure they’re comfortable! Don’t expect them to “break in.” You’re going to

spend some money on them because shoes tend to cost a bit more, so make sure they fit right.

White and black cardigan sweaters

Cardigan sweaters are great for those times when you don’t know what the weather will be like or if it’s the middle of summer and you get stuck in a ridiculously cold air-conditioned restaurant or office. If you get warm, you can always throw the cardigan over your shoulders and tie around your neck, and if you’re chilly, you can wear it.

If you can afford it, get your cardigans in a light cashmere. If you can’t afford cashmere, a great cotton

does the trick! Whether cotton or cashmere, a good-quality cardigan sweater should last a very long

time.

Set of pearls

A set of pearls can be a beautiful accent to any outfit. They’re perfect for the office and for a formal affair. Obviously, real pearls are expensive, so if you can borrow from Grandma — lucky you! If not, you can buy fakes. Just play around with them.

Pearls aren’t just for those who prefer classic styles. There are many ways to wear them, and a long strand can be worn with a funkier outfit.

How to Wear a Plaid Skirt
1

Pick your skirt. Do a mini or pick a knee-length. Plaid miniskirts can always look cute. If the mini is too mini for your tastes, wear it over opaque tights or leggings. Knee-length plaid skirts also work, as long as you downsize your top half with a form-fitting jacket or blouse. Don’t go longer than a knee-length plaid unless you want to look like you stole the kitchen tablecloth.

Stay smooth. Wide pleats with plaid only work in the miniskirt arena. Otherwise, you are bordering on the librarian look. Wide plaid pleats are also apt to add unwanted pounds. Slim, A-line plaid skirts are stylish, as are simple plaid wrap skirts.

Top the skirt with a surprising choice. A traditional expectation with plaid skirts is the boring old wool sweater. That will definitely get you a ho-hum look. Instead, top the plaid skirt with a tailored jacket over a tank top or camisole.

Stay in the same color family. Plaid usually has at least three or four different hues interwoven in the design, giving you a wide palette of color choices. The only time you should not match is when you are coupling a black and white plaid with, say, a red silk blouse.

Keep the top in solids, a subtle design or a print in one or two basic colors. You do not want to top a plaid skirt with a loud plaid blouse, even if they do have the same hues. Yuck. Opt for a solid color or something with a very small design, like tiny polka dots or subtle flowers, to match the plaid but not compete with it.

Find funky shoes. Plaid skirts work best with combat or other lace-up boots, clunky clogs or thick-soled oxfords. You can wear heels as long as they are chunky and thick. Don’t wear stilettos. Also skip the flip flops, sandals, penny loafers or saddle shoes with plaid.

Stockings

2012-01-07T15:08:00.000-08:00

All about Stockings

A stocking is a close fitting, mostly elastic garment worn by women which covers their feet and lower legs. Also known as hose, Stockings could be knee or thigh length. For a layperson, stocking is a lot like socks, only longer and made in much finer materials.

Ordinarily, stockings could be held in place by the stretch fabric in which these are made. The upper band of the stockings is mostly in very fine thin silicon elastic, which resists slipping down the knee or thigh. Upper band could be plain or could have lacy designs, making them look ultra feminine. While choosing the ’stay up’ kind of stockings, try them on and see if these are too tight for you. In case, these are uncomfortably tight, they would leave a red mark on your legs.

Stockings could also be held in place by garter belts. A garter is a stretch band of fabric (mostly lace) worn at the waist, with clip-ons or suspenders which hold the upper portion of the stockings, keeping it in place.

Both the options of holding stockings in place are common.

As an outer wear, stockings are always worn with skirts or dresses. Stockings are great for covering blemishes and unsightly marks on your legs, they streamline and smoothen your legs and make you feel more confident of wearing styles which expose your legs. Words of caution though, ensure that the length of the dress or skirt is long enough so as not to show how the stockings are held in place. Unintentionally showing your garter suspenders or lace stay ups is tantamount to a fashion faux passé and avoidable at all costs.

Thigh-high stockings

These stockings reach the mid thigh and can be held in place by either of the above methods explained above. Great to wear under knee length skirts and dresses, these usually are found in the classic colors black, skin or white.

Lace top stockings

Lace top stockings are stockings which have lace at the top opening portion of stockings. Lace is added as a design feature and is mostly made of stretch soft fabric, which sits well at the legs. Lace edges could be smooth or scalloped. There could be numerous patterns of laces available in the market, choose one which appeals to you. These look great as a part of lingerie outfit.
Opaque stockings
Opaque stockings are stockings which are made with fabrics through which skin does not show. These could be in solid colours or could be printed. While wearing opaque stockings, you could go wrong and overdress; in order to ensure you are not looking over the top, team these with solid skirts or dresses with not too much detailing on them. Solid stockings add an element of color and zing to an otherwise modest outfit.

Sheer stockings

Sheer stockings are stockings which are very very thin and through which the skin almost shows. These are mostly made usually in 15 denier or lesser fabrics and lend an element of smoothness to the wearer’s legs. Great for masking flaws in your legs, they are a good bet if you have fat legs or thin and go well with all your outfits.

Fishnet stocking

Fishnet stocking is any stocking which has a mesh like structure on the entire length of the stocking. The fashion gurus suggest that any mesh which is bigger than 1/16^th of an inch on wearing is inappropriate for formal office wear and should be reserved for pub outings or night outs with friends. The reason is simple; this look has been associated with frivolity and naughtiness and hence needs to be restricted for office wear. Fish net stockings come in a wide variety of colours – black, nude, and red being the most popular. Fishnets look great when worn with knee length skirts and even pencil skirts in ankle length. These looks could be paired with kitten heels, boots or even pumps. Pay attention to the skirt length, if it is any higher than knee length, fish nets could end up looking trashy.

Textured stockings

Textured stockings are stockings with some pattern or textures on them as a part of design. These could be made in all lace, may have embroidery on them, or could have some pattern like dots, diamonds etc. knitted on the fabric. Choose textured stockings in neutral colors such as white, black and nudes to add an element of zing to your otherwise plain outfit.

Candid woman and girls in pantyhose and nylons!NO PORN PICS!!!!!

fashion pantyhose skirt dress high heels underwear WOMEN FASHION PICS!NO PORN!!!

All About Skirts

My fascination for skirts is renewed every season as skirts remain an all time favorite item of clothing worldwide, closely trailing behind dresses in popularity. Interestingly, skirts have been around since the evolution of mankind. The rectangular piece of animal skin, leaves interwoven together and the earliest form of fabric – loosely woven tartans; all used to be wrapped around the waist and were the initial basic form of skirts.

Fabrics for skirts

The fabric of the skirt largely depends on the season.

If you are wearing a skirt in summers, it will be in

Light to Medium weight 100% cotton fabrics such as poplin, sheeting, linen or denims in 5 oz. to 8.oz.
A few kinds of skirts are also made in the lighter weight cotton like cambric and voile or in polyester fabrics like georgettes, chiffons or net. However, skirts made in light weight and transparent fabrics are normally lined to provide additional strength and prevent too much transparency. Also due to the fabric strength limitation, these are normally not converted into very tight fitting designs.
For the colder months, skirts may be made in heavier weight cotton fabrics such as canvas, twills and denims in weight 8 oz. to 12 oz. heavier weights and tighter constructions of poplins and sheetings are also common.
Warmer fabrics which are less permeable and trap air like silk, satin, taffeta or heavier fabrics like worsted wool , different wales corduroy, uncut corduroy, velvet are also good choices for skirts for colder months. To give added warmth to the wearer, skirts can also be teamed up with leggings and stockings.
Skirts in knit fabrics such as cotton, viscose or a blend of viscose/lycra, cotton lycra are also very popular. Knit gives the benefit of taking the shape of the wearer.

Colors, prints and accessories

There is no ground rule for colors or prints that could do well for skirt. The occasion that you want to wear a skirt to, normally dictates the prints and colors.

For office wear, conservative colors such as pastels, navy, beige, brown, black, ecru and white are preferred. Pinstripes are also considered formal wear. Team office wear skirts with fitted shirts for a serious, ‘don’t-mess-with-me’ look or, for a more relaxed look, team it with loose fitting, self textured blouses or blouses with small prints. Flat, or small heeled closed shoes work the best for office wear; stick to neutral colors for footwear such as beige, brown, black or white. High heels can best left to be worn for after office dance parties. Avoid wearing heavy jewelery; a string of pearls and ear studs or small ear rings convey a look of professionalism. The lengths most suitable for a formal skirt is knee and below. For summers you could wear a knee length skirt (make sure your legs are toned and waxed!), for winters you could wear a long skirt.

A strictly office wear skirt can be converted to a party skirt in a jiffy, by just altering the things that you wear it with. Wear a nice floral fitted top, add some color to your lips and cheeks and throw the string of pearls and the small heels in the locker, to be replaced by some fun trinkets and neck-wear and stilettos. We talked about the versatility of a skirt…now you understand why!

For a more casual outing, bolder colors and prints which are ‘in fashion’ are preferred. Colors such as fuchsia pink, raspberry red, lemon yellow are all perfectly acceptable, however, ensure that you accessorize right and team it with the right top. You could have an array of prints in vogue for a season, such as large floral prints, ditsy prints; border prints, paisleys, geometric prints etc. and all of these would work perfectly well for a skirt. Team a solid color top with a skirt having large prints. Teaming tops and skirts, both with large prints could prove to be a fashion disaster and avoid this at all costs. All skirt lengths from thigh to ankle are worn and work well for casual wear. The shirts could be more stylish however, from sleeveless to full sleeves, from bright colors to neutrals to prints, everything works. You could experiment a lot with jewelery – large chunky necklaces, multi-layered chains, delicate trinkets all work well with a casual skirt. The key is to create a balanced look; if the top is the highlight of the ensemble, keep the skirt and jewelery basic; likewise, if the jewelery is loud and creates a statement, keep the top and the skirt basic.

Before I go on to talk about the shapes, it is also important to know the closures that a skirt uses. A skirt could be a pull on elasticated skirt, or one with a hook and eye/button and a zipper. The elasticated skirt is a strict no-no for formal wear as the elastic makes the waist look fuller. An elasticated skirt can perhaps only be worn if you absolutely do not wish to wear anything fitting at the waist, yet wish to wear a skirt. It is best suited for small girls and the elderly. The most common closures are the hook and eye or button and hole along with zipper closures. These make the fitting of a skirt much better and the skirt shape can be truly realized. Zippers could be chosen from invisible or a regular zip, depending upon the styling or shape of the skirt.

Types of Skirts

As the name suggests, the shape of the skirt roughly resembles the letter A – fitting at the waist, taking the shape of your hips and thighs and then flaring at the hem. Some of the variations are: Godet skirt, Gypsy skirt and Paneled skirt.

Godet skirt

A-line skirts which have triangular pieces of fabrics inserted from the main body of the skirt to the hem are godet skirts. The godets are inserted to have more volume at the hem, so that the hem sways when the wearer walks. Godet skirts have a slimming look to them as they take to tend away the attention from the waist and hips to the hem.

Gypsy skirt

A-line, ankle length skirts which have tiers with or without ruffles are Gypsy skirts. The horizontal panels of a gypsy skirt could be attached by simply sewing them or by having lace insets. Gypsy skirts may be elasticated and normally also have ties. Some gypsy skirts are also crinkled. Pear shaped women should avoid crinkle skirts and skirts with too much horizontal detailing on the hip area as the same tends to accentuate the hips.

Paneled skirts

A-line skirts which have vertical panels of fabric (self or some other fabric) stitched from the waist to the hem are called paneled skirts. These have a slimming effect on the wearer and can hence be worn by the curvier lot.

An A line skirt could be knee length or below. Since it accentuates the hips, women with curves love this shape. Simple A line skirts or skirts with vertical detailing panels work the best for the pear shaped women. An A line knee or ankle length skirt, which is not too heavily detailed could be worn on a casual Friday to the office as well.

Straight skirts

Straight skirts are skirts that are the same width from the waist area to the hem. Good for both formal and casual occasions, these come in varying lengths – ankle/mid calf and knee. These normally have slits either at the back, sides or front for ease of movement of the wearer.
The fabric decides if the skirt should be worn on a formal occasion or casual. For formal occasions normally satins or fabrics which take the shape of your body are preferred. For more casual outings you could choose heavier weight cottons, denims or even leather. This shape flatters almost all body types. Well toned legs are guaranteed to be noticed if you wear a knee length straight skirt. Straight skirts which have a high defining waist suit people with thin frames who want to show off their thin waists. This skirt is also forgiving to people who have a generous middle, especially if the skirt is long, as the length takes away the attention from the width.

Pencil & tube skirts

Pencil & Tube skirts are fitted from the waist to the knee. Pencil skirts are knee length whereas; tube skirts are normally calf or ankle length. Normally with a slit at the back, these are meant to be worn by slim people with an hourglass, no-flaws figure, as the skirt shape is not at all forgiving. Quiet a staple in boardrooms, these are considered to be very stylish and non fussy and hence a popular choice for formal occasions. These are normally teamed with jackets or formal shirts/tops and formal footwear. Belts highlighting the waist are a wonderful accessory for these skirts.

Mini skirt

Extremely stylish and a wardrobe basic, these skirts have held the fascination of men and fashion divas alike. These are small or ‘mini’ in length, hence the name, reaching just about mid thigh. I am sure all of us would have in some point had a denim miniskirt with patch pockets at the back and small side slits. Miniskirts could come in a variety of fabrics, however normally are made in thick fabric to give extra strength. These could be straight or flared at the hem and are most suited for a casual outing to a pub or nightclub with your girl friends or that special someone. Flared A-line miniskirts, because of a little more room at the hem, could be made in lighter fabrics too, normally with an inner lining. To add an element of playfulness, A line miniskirts could have multiple layers of frills. These are known as ra-ra skirts. Another popular feature found in the A line miniskirts is a cut-work lace/printed fabric in the form of a frill / net attached at the hem.
Minis can suit short or tall thin women. Due to their short length, they give an impression of length to the wearer. Needless to say, since they show off so much of legs, they are the best bet for any woman looking to show off her well toned long legs! They are also perhaps the only skirts with which you could team flats, boots or heels and manage to carry off the look in all three. You could also team these with colorful leggings during the colder months.

Bubble skirts

These are skirts which have hems going in (almost like a series of big semi circles) all around the skirt circumference at regular intervals, to create a voluminous, puffy, balloon like silhouette. These are off and on popular, but rarely can be classified as a staple skirt must-have. Due to its’ shape, the fabric plays a very important role. Certain fabrics such as satin or flowy crepes/georgettes etc. can handle this kind of shape well, but the stitching quality needs to be extremely good. Cottons, due to their tendency of developing creases, should normally not be chosen for this shape. Since the most noticeable part of the bubble skirt is its hem, it is advisable to not have too many design features such as embroidery/belts/pockets on a bubble skirt, or else the skirt will look too busy and done up.
Bubble skirts are puffy in shape and hence should normally be worn by the thin. Curvaceous women could give it a try too, if they absolutely must, as it is voluminous and therefore could hide lots of body flaws. The length however, needs to be at least till knee for the well endowed with the hem line going up for the slimmer of the lot.

Wrap skirts

These skirts are rectangular pieces of fabrics with self fabric ties, which you could ‘wrap around’ your waist. These could be knee length or ankle length. The amount of overlap can also be adjusted to either show off a leg partly or totally covered. After wrapping the skirt, the shape could be straight or A-line.
Wrap skirts are suitable for all body types as the shape is very forgiving. Thin people may prefer to wear shorter wrap arounds. You could team the wraparounds with heels or flats.

Asymmetrical hem skirts

Skirts with unbalanced or uneven hems are known as asymmetrical hem skirt. Basically any skirt shape could be with an asymmetrical hem. Unlike a lot of other skirt shapes, asymmetrical hem skirts work well with lighter fabrics as well such as chiffons, georgettes and knits. Due to the mix of an unconventional shape and fabric, these if worn right, can be the ultimate feminine skirt. Normally these are quiet roomy at the hem and the imbalance in the hem adds a sort of the bounce and the skirt sways as the wearer walks, making it look super-cool.
The best part about asymmetrical hem skirts is that these could work for almost all body types. Long skirts with a handkerchief hem work well for tall, pear shaped women who want to distract the attention from the not so flattering parts of their body to the hem. A skirt fitted at the waist and hip area, and then flaring out at the uneven hem is great for people with thin frames. You could wear heels or flats or even boots with these kinds of skirts.

- Circle skirts
  - The hem circumference of these skirts is a perfect circle. You could have panels attached at the waist to have a perfect skirt at the hem since any fabric will not be wide enough to make a complete circle. These could be short (reaching mid thigh) or mid calf or ankle long, in either case these are voluminous. The short length skirts suit the thin tall women, the longer varieties due to the volume and as the skirt normally does not hug the hips or the waist, suit the curvier women as well.

Circle skirts are a great symbol of feminity and can easily be made in light weight fabrics, as these fabrics have a lovely fall and drape and that is what the circle skirts require. Short Circle skirts can be worn at a casual party, the longer ones could be worn to a more formal occasions even the red carpet!

    Layered skirts
Layered skirts are skirts with a fabric layer above the main body of the skirt. The top most layers are normally of a sheer fabric, so that the bottom layer could be seen through. At times it could be of a different color to add an element of mystery to it. The layer adds volume to the skirt and so this shape is recommended for thin frame women.

    Pleated skirts
Skirts could come in with a variety of pleats to give more room to the wearer or as a design feature. Pleats could be stitched or permanently heat pressed on to the skirts. Pleated skirts are not commonly worn on a day to day basis.

HIGH HEELS

Pantyhose and High Heels yes or not?

Pumps as the perfect accessories for pantyhose-clad legs, then their presence here is more than justified. What's the one thing that pantyhose and pumps have in common? They were both created with the same intention: to beautify the female leg. Panty hose achieve that effect by altering the texture (and color) of the leg while not covering anything up. Pumps do it by propping up the wearer's heels so the angle between the feet and the lower leg is altered. For some reason, women's legs gain an overall more appealing appearance when the said angle is changed this way. On top of that effect, walking in high-heels causes one's leg to flex certain muscles, which slims the ankle area further, creating a more supple look.

Why do pumps go so well with pantyhose? Because it's obvious that if a woman goes through the trouble of walking around on her tiptoes all day long, she may as well take another small step and go for the whole nine yards by wearing pantyhose. Besides, both pantyhose and the pumps are kind of like the ultimate expressions of femininity, so it's quite natural that they complement and augment one another.
There are countless variations of high-heel shoes out there, and obviously, we can't really hope to list each and every single style on these pages. What we'll do instead is to create a list of the shoes that we here at pantyhose-pantyhose.com like best and consider excellent for wearing with panty hose.

The first one on the list has got to be the good-old basic stiletto pump, which is really a timeless design. The female feet on which these shoes do not look good are few and far between. Whether they come with ankle cuffs/straps or without, these beauties will amplify the beauty of the wearer's legs in an instant. Open or closed toes, these shoes work just fine with pantyhose, as a matter of fact, they scream for it since they can't really be worn with socks and on bare feet they betray a certain lack of sophistication. If you're thinking about wearing such shoes to an event of any sort really, with pantyhose , you just can't go wrong. Is it comfortable to strut around in such shoes all day long? Not so much, but that's a different story.

Platform stiletto pumps represent a little bit of a foray into fetish territory. These shoes are so sexy, they're mostly used by erotic and fetish websites on their models. The simple fact that they elevate the wearer a good few inches above ground may seem attractive to some of the vertically challenged ladies, but remember: you'll have to pay for that extra height dearly through the discomfort and lack of agility that comes with these shoes. In a word: those who slide on such platform stilettos shouldn't aim to go ballin'. Dancing is a different matter. Being the prime choice of strippers all over the world, we'll have to assume platform stilettos are indeed easy to dance in. Like all other pumps, platform stilettos come in a wide range of colors and styles. From the point of view of the pantyhose lover, the shoes that present the greatest interest from this category are the clear platform slides, like some of the Pleaser platform slides range.

Wading deeper into the fetish realm, we have the numerous and diverse family of the platform boots.
Platform boots come in various lengths, colors and styles. The common denominator that unites all of them is that they all practically scream to be worn with pantyhose.

The interesting thing about the relationship between these boots and pantyhose is the fact that while they do indeed scream for hose, they do tend to hide pretty much the entire foot and varying percentages of the leg itself. In some cases, these boots may end up hiding pretty much the entire length of the wearer's legs, with just a little bit of flesh showing between the top of the boots and the bottom of the skirt. Of course, such boots get worn with leotards a lot, which leaves a bigger area of skin on which pantyhose will remain visible. Despite the fact that they're more like a support-act rather than the main course when worn with such boots, pantyhose are a must. Not wearing pantyhose with these beauties is like a deadly sin. Whether you're a pantyhose lover or not, the sheer sensuality of such footwear combined with hosiery cannot be denied. If you're aiming to shock and to have heads turned, you should definitely turn to this unbeatable combination of foot and leg-wear. Be careful though, much like with pantyhose, picking the right size is a major issue with these slides/shoes/boots too, and since they cost much more than the most expensive pantyhose, you may find yourself in a tight spot if you're forced to return them.

Pantyhose and Tights

The term 'pantyhose' is used to describe sheer tights. The word originated in the United States, and refers to sheer nylon hosiery (up to 40 denier). The term 'tights' is used in the US to describe thicker opaque hosiery (over 40 denier), or garments made from stretchy material which only goes as far as the ankles often worn during sports (known in the UK as leggings).

In the UK the term 'pantyhose' is not used as the term 'tights' is used for both sheer and opaque hosiery, and garments that go to the ankle are known as 'leggings'.

Pantyhose can range from ultra sheer hosiery (less than 10 denier), which is perfect for achieving a bare leg look, smoothing out blemishes and keeping your legs cool in the summer months, to sheer hosiery (10-20 denier) - a summer must-have, right through to semi-opaque hosiery (20-40 denier), which is stronger than sheer tights and will give a little more coverage without being completely opaque. We have a range of pantyhose on offer, in a variety of shades to suit every skin tone as well as classic black.

Some of our best-selling pantyhose include the glamorous and shiny Levante Class Tights (12 denier), Pretty Polly Nylon's Tights (15 denier) and Aristoc Ultra Shine tights (10 denier) - which are also available with a control top. If it's matt pantyhose you're looking for the try Aristoc's Ultra Soft Tights (15 denier) or Falke's Fond De Poudre Tights (10 Denier) - both of which are luxuriously soft to touch.

PANTYHOSE STORY

Lynn arched her back up off of the couch as her boyfriend pressed on top of her, kissing her neck and whispering into her ear. She gasped in response to his tongue against her neck. "No Bobby... Leave my pantyhose alone."

Lynn had been dating Bobby for a year and he had been pressuring her so much about sex. Lynn had been the temptation of all the boys on high school with her dark hair, beautiful curves, and long legs. Not a day went by that she wasn't wearing pantyhose. With graduation over, and Lynn's parents and younger sisters away on vacation leaving Lynn to prepare for college, Bobby was taking advantage of the situation to get some alone time with Lynn.

Five facts about stockings

-- Stockings first started appearing after the invention of the knitting machine in 1589 by Rev William Lee. In the early days they were known as hose and worn mainly by men.

-- By the 20th Century fashion allowed women to show their legs and in 1939 a new synthetic fiber, nylon, was unveiled at the World Trade Fair in New York.

-- The first nylon stockings went on sale in 1940 and proved an instant hit. American soldiers who brought pairs over with them to Britain during World War Two were especially popular with local women.

-- During times of wartime shortage, women would sometimes draw a black line up the back of their bare legs to simulate the seam effect of a stocking.

-- The advent of the mini-skirt in the 1960s meant something other than stockings and suspenders was required to preserve modesty and tights were invented. Within two years they had a 70 percent market share.

PANTYHOSE STORY

I began to open my tools when I noticed that her bedroom door was
slightly ajar at the end of the hallway. It was too good to pass up
so I went down the hallway to take a peek. When I looked in the
doorway I was slightly disappointed to see that her dress was already
on and she was pulling her black pantyhose up around her waist. It
was a good sight but less than I had hoped for. The satin black
shoes she was wearing made her look real sexy.

The pantyhose were the shiny, jet black kind with imitation diamonds
at the ankle. As she was straightening them out I notice that she
wasn't wearing any panties. My fun ended abruptly, however, when she
let go of her skirt and it fell to the top of her knees. During the
time that I was thinking about my disappointment I failed to notice
her coming toward the door. It was too late for me to move as she
opened her door and saw me there.SEE FULL STORY>http://www.asstr.org/~Kristen/04/memom.txt

The Manufacturing
Process

Making nylon yarn

1 Nylon yarn is made in a process known as melt spinning. First, the chemicals involved—adipic acid and hexamethylene diamine—must be polymerized to form a thick resin that is then cut into chips or pellets. These pellets are then heated and pressurized in an autoclave into a syrupy solution. Next, the solution is extruded through a spinneret—a device that looks and works like a shower head, with long strings of nylon solution coming out of the holes in the device. The number of holes depends on the type of yarn desired: one hole produces monofilament yarn, which is very thin and sheer; several holes produce multifilament yarn, which is denser and less sheer. As the fibers emerge from the spinneret, they are cooled by air and then stretched over rollers to stabilize the molecular chains and strengthen the fibers. The yarn is then wound on spools.

Knitting

2 Yarn is fed into a circular knitting machine, which converts it into a series of loops. Usually computer-controlled, the machine contains 300 to 420 needles and rotates at speeds up to 1,200 RPM; it takes about 90 seconds to knit a full-length stocking leg.

Seaming

3 Next, openings at the toes are seamed together, and two stocking legs are seamed together to form pantyhose. Sometimes they are seamed together with a crotch. Like the other steps in pantyhose manufacture, seaming is almost completely automated.

Dyeing and drying

4 The sewn product then goes to a dye machine where it will be dyed to one of more than 100 different shades. The dye machine can color about 3,500 dozen pairs a day. Once dyed, the pantyhose are taken to a compartment dryer which dries them.

Boarding

5 This next step, boarding, is sometimes done before the dyeing process, depending on the desired final product. Boarding is the process of placing the pantyhose over leg forms where they are steamed and heated to the desired shape. With less expensive hosiery, this step may be completely bypassed and the pantyhose packaged in their relaxed state.

Inspecting

6 Throughout the manufacturing process, quality checks are performed on the pantyhose. A statistical method is used for inspection.

Packaging

7 Pantyhose that meet the inspection guidelines are packaged in a box or paperboard envelope, either manually or automatically.

Filling orders: Picking and shipping

8 After they leave the manufacturing plant, the pantyhose are stored in warehouses and organized according to size, style, and color for efficient order-filling. Customer orders are filled by personnel at various "picking" stations positioned alongside a conveyor belt that carries the filled cases to a staging area for final shipping to retail markets.

&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;br /&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt; &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;Your browser does not support iframes.&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;

PANTYHOSE STORY

I'm not sure really sure when it started or how it started but for as long as I can remember I've loved pantyhose. My mom worked at a bank during the day and at night in a restaurant. Both jobs required her to wear pantyhose. Also living up north a lot of girls in my school wore pantyhose with skirts or dresses. I loved taking the train into the city with all the professional woman dressed in power suits and pantyhose. I use to fantasies about who was wearing panties and who was bare under the pantyhose.

To me, pantyhose are soft and erotic. I become aroused when I slip my toe in them and rock hard before I pull the hose up past my knees. Sheer to waist are the best, the most erotic, for its all nylon and when I walk the friction from the pantyhose keeps me hard and some times I even cum! I do not consider myself gay as I'm attracted to women. I find the idea of kissing a guy a turn off.

QUESTIONS FOR HOSIERY AND PANTYHOSE

· Can I wear hosiery with sandals?
· Does anti-cellulite hosiery really work?
· I’m nervous about wearing fishnets to the office. Any pointers?
· How can I prevent runs in my pantyhose?
· How can I tell the difference between the front and back of my hose?
· Is it ok to wear anklets with pumps or strappy heels?
· Is the hosiery industry producing the sheerest, most durable product it can?
· Does a formula exist to make a better pair of sheer, more durable pantyhose than is currently on the market?
· Why can’t the hosiery industry produce run-resistant pantyhose?
· How do pantyhose of the ‘00s compare to those produced in earlier decades?
· How does the industry test hosiery to ensure high quality?
· What causes a run?
· What is the best way to care for pantyhose?
· How should women determine the proper size?
· What are the different classifications of pantyhose?
· Why don’t manufacturers standardize hosiery sizes?

Can I wear hosiery with sandals?
Yes, both dressy and casual styles, but stay away from reinforced heel and/or toe. Also, toeless and footless hose are an option.

Does anti-cellulite hosiery really work?

Only exercise can get rid of cellulite, but hosiery can provide compression and help camouflage unsightly cellulite. The pharmaceutical industry has developed certain lotions and creams to fight cellulite and some hosiery products have simply been treated with these lotions. These products are only as effective as the lotions and/or creams are.

I’m nervous about wearing fishnets to the office. Any pointers?
Ease into the new hose by either wearing a long skirt with a slit or pants and trouser socks/knee highs. Or, you can layer to create different looks. Fishnets come in a variety of weaves. Maybe start with one of the smaller, more tightly knitted patterns. You also may want to consider initially wearing muted colors like nude or charcoal grey.

How can I prevent runs in my pantyhose?
Make sure your skin and nails are smooth (hands, feet and legs). Remove jewelry that can snag the hosiery. Gather the leg within your hands and slowly run them up you leg. Once the hose are on, lightly wet your hands, start at your ankle and gently guide your hose up to the position you find the most suitable for you.

What is the best way to care for pantyhose?
First, take care in putting them on and taking them off. Don’t wear jewelry while handling pantyhose and be careful of rough spots on your hands, fingernails and toenails and the inside of your shoes. Put pantyhose on gently and smoothly, and don’t pull them up too tight.

When washing them, pay attention to the manufacturers instructions. Do not use hot water or bleach. Pantyhose should be washed by hand, using a mild detergent. However, when you use a washing machine, put your pantyhose in a hosiery bag or a pillowcase so they don’t get caught on the zippers and buttons of other clothes in the wash load. Don’t set the temperature on high and don’t wash with “colors”.

To dry, roll pantyhose in a towel - never wring them to remove moisture and then hang them to dry. Never put them in the dryer.

How should women determine the proper size?
Proper sizing is a critical determinant of hosiery’s durability. Like any garment, when hosiery fabric is stretched too tight, it is susceptible to greater stress and it will tear and wear out. To ensure proper sizing, women have to be accurate in determining their height and, most important, their weight. Every pair of pantyhose will stretch to fit women who fall within a specific size range correlating to their height and weight. That information is conveyed on the packaging. Some manufacturers also include waist and hip size.

Consumers must remember to carefully check the size parameter information for each particular product. Each manufacturer has different height and weight parameters for their brands - that is, one manufacturer’s size A, B or C will not necessarily be the same as another’s A, B or C.

Mix pantyhose legs part 15

PANTYHOSE STORY

I first met professor Li in my computer science class. It was not the first class of the semester, as she had a teaching assistant take care of it initially, but she showed up in person for the first time in early October.

She was rather small and had a very slender figure. Her hair was quite short, but not too short, and her eyes showed clearly her enthusiasm she had for her subject of algorithms.

I estimated her to be around 35 but thought that she might even be younger, just from the way she looked and from her youthful energy she radiated into the classroom. There was always a smile on her face and you could tell immediately that she was a warm and caring person.

But two things stood out for me that I liked the most about her. For one, it was her cute Chinese accent, barely there, but still noticeable which gave her voice, which was already quite sexy, an additional erotic and attractive underpinning. The other thing was her obsession with pantyhose and high heels. Not just in this class, but whenever I saw her later, she would always wear them and she had a great variety of them in terms of color and types. Overall, her outfit always looked entirely professional (well, she is a professor after all!) and was always perfectly combined together in color and style.SEE FULL STORY>http://www.literotica.com/s/professor-lis-pantyhose-ch-01

PANTYHOSE STORY

I had just moved in to a new apartment with another girl about my age (19), her name was Tammy. She was a pretty blonde, about 5"7, with stunning blue eyes, and a body that was worthy of gracing magazine covers. I am 19 also, a brunette, with blues eyes, I'm 5" 6, 115lbs, pert little 32C breasts, and nice legs that up until recently have never been caressed by sheer nylon.

It was about a week after I moved in that I realised my roomie was a big fan of pantyhose, I began to notice them drying over the heated towel rail in the bathroom or hanging over the rail in the shower. At first it kinda bugged me but I began to take more notice of how she dressed, mostly little skirts or dresses, very tall strappy sandals and always nude or suntan hose. Jeans or dress pants were my winter/autumn wear, I had only worn tights at school, and never once tried sheer pantyhose. I'd tried stockings both stay up and gartered and I hated them, but I did enjoy the feel of soft nylon on my skin, just not the hassle of g-belts, and the tightness of thigh highs.

PANTYHOSE STYLES

Pantyhose are available in a wide range of popular styles. The sheerness of the garment, expressed as a numerical 'denier'/'dtex', ranges from three (extremely rare, very thin, barely visible) to 15 (standard sheer) up to 30 (semi opaque) until 100 (opaque). Examples of opaque tights showing mostly 40 denier opaque tights upwards. Control-top pantyhose, intended to boost a slimmer figure, has a reinforced panty. There may be visible panty lines when wearing high-cut skirts or shorts.

Sheer-to-waist pantyhose is sheer throughout, with the panty portion being the same thickness and color as the leg portion, and are designed for use with high-slit gowns, miniskirts, hot pants, or lingerie. Often sheer-to-waist pantyhose will be reinforced along and on either side of the seam in the middle of the panty.

Open-crotch pantyhose, sometimes known as crotchless pantyhose, does not have a gusset. Instead, an opening is in place for hygiene or pantyhose sexual-fetishism activities.

Some pantyhose have single- or double-panel gussets incorporated into them. In single there are two seams instead of the usual one, with a single one on the opposite side; with double panel gussets, there are two seams on either side.

PANTYHOSE STORY

Just a couple of minutes before 4, I heard the door opening and thought "that must be her!" I walked to the sales room and there she was. A rather small, very pretty young woman, maybe 5'3", nice figure, curly, dark, shoulder-long brown hair with a little hint of red and a round face with barely any make-up applied. She wore an elegant black pant suit with a light blue blouse and black dress shoes with medium high heels. We looked at each other, then paused, in some sort of disbelief, then looked at each other again. She was the first to talk.FULL STORY>http://www.literotica.com/s/young-bride-in-tights

1.Use a mild detergent. Any basic laundry detergent can be used when you clean your panty hose. The detergent should not contain bleach.

Turn the panty hose inside out. This will prevent any build up of lint during washing.

Place the panty hose in a panty hose washer bag. These bags protect the hosiery from becoming tangled and damaged when placed in the washing machine.

Put the panty hose in the washing machine. Use a delicate cycle to wash the hosiery and select a cold water wash. This protects the texture and the color of the hose.

Wash the panty hose by hand. You can wash them in your sink if you don't have a washer bag. Remove any hand jewelry and handle the panty hose carefully in order to prevent runs.

Dry the panty hose on a towel. You should not hang dry panty hose because this can cause the fabric to stretch. Panty hose should never be placed in a dryer.

Patyhose story

Kim arrived home after a long day showing houses. It was Friday and she was looking forward to the weekend. She removed her forest green jacket as she climbed the stairs to her room. She stepped out of her low heeled pumps, unzipped her knee length skirt and tossed it and her jacket onto her king sized bed. Kim unbuttoned her cream colored blouse and added it to the pile forming on her bed. Just as she was about to remove her lacy bra that had become uncomfortable holding her massive 38E breasts, she heard her side gate close. Fear shot through her as she tip-toed to her sliding glass door that opened onto her balcony over looking the backyard. Her heart pounded as she looked for the person who had trespassed into her yard. Kim felt very vulnerable standing in just her bra and smoke grey pantyhose looking for an intruder until she saw Danny walking toward the diving board at the side of her pool. Relief then excitement washed over her and she was about to open the glass door to give him an erotic show when she saw Mark walking over to one of the chase lounges. 'Damn it!' she thought. It had been four long weeks since she had given Danny his 'special present' for his 19^th birthday and she was in need of more of his beautiful cock. Just that thought alone made her pussy begin to tingle, but with his college room mate around the opportunity of fucking him again quickly vanished.FULL STORY>http://www.literotica.com/s/milf-fantasy-ch-01

Pantyhose story

South England, December 2004

Several months had passed in the meantime after the terrible and humiliating incident at the freshmen dorm party. It had taken Vanessa quite a while to physically and emotionally recover from this shocking experience where she was repeatedly raped by a gang of college boys that had continued until she had fallen unconscious. The first couple of weeks she was unable to attend classes or do any schoolwork and had to take antidepressants and get counseling help, as well. When she talked to her boyfriend Chris back in Hong Kong, she didn't mention the incident in detail but just told him that she had been "hazed" at a freshmen party and felt really terrible since. Chris didn't push her to reveal all the details of the incident, but instead tried his best to be supportive and to encourage her to move to college routines and try to put the incident behind her.

Can I wear hosiery with sandals? Yes, both dressy and casual styles, but stay away from reinforced heel and/or toe. Also, toeless and footless hose are an option.

To dry, roll pantyhose in a towel - never wring them to remove moisture and then hang them to dry. Never put them in the dryer.

Consumers must remember to carefully check the size parameter information for each particular product. Each manufacturer has different height and weight parameters for their brands - that is, one manufacturer’s size A, B or C will not necessarily be the same as another’s A, B or C.
