Follow steps below:
1. Open Cydia
2. Tap “Manage” and then tap “Sources”
3. Tap “Edit” then tap “Add” and put the following URL into the text box:
http://v.backspace.jp/repo

4. Once the URL is entered in tap “Add Source” and allow for it to download all of the repo’s info and packages.
5. After your iPhone has refreshed, tap the
v.backspace.jp/repo field or go to the search bar and find the package CommCenter* patch…
6. Once you have found it, install it and then reboot your iPhone once completed.
7. After the iPhone has restarted, open Cydia once again.
8. Tap “Manage” and then tap “Sources”
9. Tap “Edit” then tap “Add” and put the following URL into the text box:

10. Once the URL is entered in tap “Add Source” and allow for it to download all of the repo’s info and packages.
11. After your iPhone has refreshed, find the package XSERV LTE Enabler…
12. Once you have found it, install it and then reboot your iPhone once completed.

There’s a rumor going around that says the iPhone 5S is the last phone that Steve Jobs weighed in on. This could be true, because no one is really expecting a design change from the iPhone 5, and it doesn’t surprise anyone that Jobs likely had a say in the design of the most recent iPhone.

2) iPhone 5S to Feature Faster Processor

When Apple updates its iPhone a year later, they slap an S to the name, and that S stands for speed. The rumor is that Apple will announce its new A7 chip, which would make it faster than the processor in the latest-generation iPad (A6X)

3) The iPhone 5S to Feature 13-Megapixel Camera

Samsung set the bar when it comes to the smartphone cameras. The new S4 will feature a 13-megapixel camera, and I wouldn’t put it past camera to match or beat that spec.

4) iOS 7 coming out with iPhone 5S

Will Apple release the next-generation operating system alongside the iPhone 5S? Perhaps. They’ve done it before, and it wouldn’t be surprising if they did it again.

US Apple store is now selling unlocked and contract-free iPhone 5 at $649 (16 GB). Additional fees such as taxes could be up to $55.
So, it could be a total of about $710 which is equivalent to around OMR 273.

One of my favourite apps concerning Oman especially Muscat. The app provides contact phone numbers, location pin-point and full review of most of the restaurants in Muscat.

The reviews are quite interesting to read and they also include the prices of the ordered dishes.

Enable Battery Percentage Indicator in 2G iPhone OS 3.0

If you are looking for the battery percentage toggle in your 2G iPhone running on OS 3.0, stop looking cuz it's not there! Apple seems to have left this feature for the 3GS exclusively!

However, there is a way to enable it:
1. First you need to Jailbreak your iPhone, use PwnageTool or Redsnow check the dev team blog.

2. Download the M68AP.plist file from the link: http://www.4shared.com/file/113188452/9434236e/M68AP.html

3. SSH into your iPhone. (Or use iPhoneBrowser 'look it up in google its right there!)

4. Go to /System/Library/CoreServices/Springboard.app/

5. Replace the M68AP.plist in the directory with the one you downloaded

6. Restart you iphone.

7. Now go to the application Settings -> General -> Usage and there will be a Battery Percentage toggle and you can use it to enable battery percentage next to battery icon in top-right corner.

Connecting iPhone with SQU wifi

After registering the iPhone's wifi MAC address in SQU's network department:

1. Connect to the wireless network.

2. Go to the wifi configuration.

3. Set the http proxy to manual.

4. Enter "proxy.squ.edu.om" in the server field.

5. Enter '80' in the port field.

6. Enter your SQU username/password in the required fields.

Setting for Swirly MMS Nawras / Omanmobile

For Nawras Users:

SwirlyMMS has its own Setting wizard, so when you first open the application you get a screen like this:

just select any of the two settings both work fine. If for some reason you didn't get this screen you can enter the details manually 'use the ones in the image above'.

For OmanMobile Users:

For some reason the wizard does not always work with OmanMobile users. So, you need to enter these details manually:

MMSC: http://mmsc.omanmobile.om:10021/mmsc

Proxy: 192.168.203.35

APN: mms

username: mms

password: mms
