So those in the rural areas who are protesting the teaching of English might end up coming here to work. Although you could say it is poetic justice, since the U.S. is disproportionately responsible for global warming, which is making droughts worse.

June 12, 2013 — Girls between 9 and 12 years of age with higher-than-average levels of bisphenol-A (BPA) in their urine had double the risk of being obese than girls with lower levels of BPA, according to a Kaiser Permanente study published today in the journal PLOS ONE.

June 13, 2013 — It turns out that helping others can also help you protect yourself from high blood pressure.

New research from Carnegie Mellon University shows that older adults who volunteer for at least 200 hours per year decrease their risk of hypertension, or high blood pressure, by 40 percent. I notice this research did not come from drug companies. No surprise, because it would finding cures is not likely to be worth it to them financially. I read a few days ago some man said drug companies should do such research because it is "the right thing to do", but that is not what a business is for.
