OPEC as we all know, has so far refused to do so, rationalizing that any such increase in production may lead to a resource depletion.

That rationalization as well as the fact that most of the Oil producing nations have started to see benefits in the high price of Oil, falls flat especially when one considers that there are billions of gallons of Oil available. Furthermore, if inflation is set to continue the current trend on a worldwide scale, it may after all be the right time to develop an alternative to Oil. Currently there are certain projects in the initiation phase, with the goal being to render Oil worthless altogether. But any such alternate fuel developed will have to undergo years of testing and in the meantime, it seems that we cannot do anything much except to grin and bear it.

The U.S treasury secretary Henry Paulson has made it known that the current spikes in the Oil price is not on account of speculators but that it is more on account of a supply and demand problem. It is high time that OPEC realized that it cannot have it both ways and that it should take into account the growth in world population and the increasing demand on Oil, therefore it should increase the production right away. One can only hope that the G8 will ultimately prevail, let us hope so.

With the markets reacting like a yo-yo to everything that an analyst may or may not say about the markets in general, the Wall street these days are resembling a roller coaster in more ways than one. The latest round of the 'bleak summaries' on the banks and the credit crisis, sent the markets reeling and the news of surging Oil prices only further increased the pressure on the markets.
With the markets reacting to interviews like this, is it any wonder that the consumers are wary of investing even a dime in them? What we sorely need is a period of stability and a market that does not swing wildly just on the basis of a news report. With the Fed taking a proactive stand as far as the U.S economy is concerned, the latest moves by the market clearly show that the sheen is gone off the interest rate cuts. So the obvious question is what is the Fed planning to do next to give a further Filip to the markets? Let us cross our fingers and start hoping for the best.

The fact of the matter is that consumer confidence is really low these days and no matter what rebates the government offers, it is staying really low.
One can blame it on the Iraq war or on the state of the economy at large or on the mortgage and sub prime crisis, but whatever you do blame it upon, the reality is that for the moment anyway, the consumers are following the banks. Not to mention the fact that there are countless casino scams being perpetuated and that one has to always be on the watch so that one does not get scammed.
The whole idea of an online casinois that we need not travel all the way to Vegas to play in them. Now, with these online casinos, we can do it online from anywhere in the world. The hard part is in finding the right casino to play in, so that we can actually play and win money instead of losing out all of our hard earned money to some scamster.
Which is why this site is so fantastic,it has a list of all the online casinos and has segregated them accordingly. It has also listed the various games offered by the various casinos and you can click on one of them to see the list of sites offering that game. For example, say you want to play bingo, then all you have to do is to click on the top tab for the list of sites offering this game and with that you are all set to go. This site also lists each site, the bonus offers that are available at this site as well the rating and the review. One of the highlights or should I say that the whole budget was about was the loan waiver that was being offered to all the farmers in India.
What has come as a surprise to one and many is this waiver of loans as they are bound to have negative effects on the economy as a whole. What one is worried about is the impact on the banks as they already have enough on their plates. 2007 was one bad year for the banks worldwide and the announcement of the waiver has made things even worse for the Indian banks.
But all is not gold yet as the farmers in the Vidarbha region are yet to get any relief as a result of these new policies.

These days, with the economy being in the state that it is, the lure of gold is glowing as bright as it ever did. Here at Monex rare coins, the leader when it comes to investment in precious metals, they offer us the best gold coins there are at very attractive rates. Monex can get us the best gold coins there are at the least price possible. This is because Monex has a network that is connected to every coin market in the world and therefore can get us really good quality rare coins at the best rates possible.

Normally when we think of gold we tend to think of jewellery, but did you know that you can actually buy gold for collection as well as investment purposes. Imagine buying a hoard of gold at the market prices that exist today and within a sort span of time, the value of that gold would have doubled and then trebled. That is a fact, that is why these are the days when we should seriously consider the option of investing in gold. But whatever we purchase the gold for, before we do that we need to go to the very best in this field for some advice and the very best is none other than Monex rare coins. So before you make any purchase, stop by for a visit!

The homes data just seems to be heading in one direction and that is the basement level. This is the sixth straight month where the sales of new homes has fallen low and analysts are predicting that this is bound to get even worse.
With unemployment increasing day by day and with the consumer confidence at an all time low, people are just not interested in dumping all of their life savings on an asset that may well be devalued in a few months time.

But then again, there is the other side of the coin; the prices of new homes are at an all time low. The days of when you thought that the mansion next door must be well above your price range are long gone. These days, one never knows what one can get within ones price range, who knows, it may even turn out to be a mansion in Bel-air. With such low prices one would have thought that the Realtors would have to be beating off the crowd with a huge stick. But the sad reality is that even such low rates are not enough to jump start a customer’s enthusiasm these days.
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_TuYz-qVZwkA/R8M1DPy9iDI/AAAAAAAABHo/9EpHEgHG364/s400/305622_b_cf9.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5171035127047620658" />
Even with rates of new homes slipping by as much as 4% the crowd just does not seem to be knocking at the front door. What is a disturbing tendency in all of this is the fact that there are over 4 million homes unsold and with the current rates of home sales, we may well have to wait for nearly 10 months to clear up the deck.
Naturally when things are bleak, we are always told to look for the silver lining. So far the only one that I can find is the fact that I could afford that mansion at Bel-air, if I wanted to, but then again that would mean locking up my funds in an already cash strapped market. That is the quandary that every consumer finds himself or herself in at the moment!

This may not be the best of times to go public with the economy being as it is, but with Visa, its presence in the markets worldwide should increase the demand for Visa shares , if not by American consumers then by international ones.

Visa has made its plans and its announcement is bound to shake up the market a bit. Maybe, even a bit of the optimism that is reflected in the Visa’s offering could spill over onto the market at large and perhaps, that is a big perhaps, we may well see the Dollar do well in the coming days. Visa is planning to offer upwards of 400 million shares at the $30-$40 range with a neat option for the underwriters for some handy stock of the ‘Visa magic’.

At the moment, consumer confidence has hit some choppy waters and it is going to take something for the consumers to purchase the Visa shares. Even if the Visa IPO were to hit the low ranges, it could still surpass the target area left by its arch rival Mastercard a couple of years back when it went IPO. What is the outlook for investors as far as Visa goes? If the investors cop a loss on the Visa IPO, then in all probability the company would introduce ‘bonus shares’ to offset any loss that may have been incurred by an investor and also this way, the company can maintain customer confidence in the company. This seems to be the most popular route that is taken by IPO’s that end up getting priced lower as a result of economic pressures. Our ID used to get stolen in various ways from Phishing to hacking, think 'The net' and you will get my meaning.
I often felt alarmed whenever I checked my bank details on the net, always fearing an 'ID attack'. Then I came across this site and I think that it is safe to say that we can all say goodbye to such fears. This site provides its clients with various tools to protect their identities and they are quite effective at doing just that. This site also offers its visitors a LifeLock Promo Code that the visitors can utilize to get a huge discounts on the services that this site has to offer us.
This site also secures your id up to one million dollars and takes every measure that it has to in order to protect your id. You can go to their site and try out their Life Lock Promo Code and do a dry run on this site and the various services that they have to offer.
With the criminals of this world getting bolder by the day, it is time that we all took some extra measures like the Life Lock Promotion Code in order to protect ourselves from any more id theft of any kind!

If that sounds a mouthful, the OPEC is playing with the Crystal ball and it seems that the ball is telling them that all is not golden on the Oil front.

OPEC seems to have seen the future and has started moving towards a possible cut in the output. Naturally, this has set the Oil prices on the move once again and this time they are planning to stay up for a long while. As a private consortium, the OPEC is free to do what it wants but it should also take note that any such moves aimed only at shoring up its profits is going to increase the strident voices that are opposed to the amount of power that OPEC wields.

These voices have been getting strident of late and with reason, with the Oil prices pretty much dictating the prices of other essential items from food to clothing, more and more countries are becoming uneasy with the fact that OPEC still acts as a private body, one that controls a huge amount of power. There is talk of bringing the OPEC under the direct authority of the United Nations, one that may well see the Oil prices being regulated and the production units becoming more productive!

At first, I thought that all this 'fast service' was more of a joke than anything else. Anyway, I went to the nearest Western Union office and was very pleasantly surprised when I was able to take delivery of the payment without any hassle whatsoever.

The recent move by Western Union to open shop 24*7 in all four major metros all over India has helped a long way in dealing with this problem of money delivery. Normally, one would have to go to the bank to take delivery of one's payment but with all banks having a strict timeline in which to do business, it is not often that one can take delivery of such payment after working hours. But thanks to Western Union, even that is taken care of with their offices being open 24*7. So, if it is 10 pm and you want to take delivery of a Western Union payment after working hours, well, that is no problem at all, as long as you are in one of the 4 major metros in India!

This is the age of the retail market and as such, most of the furniture that we need can be had for a throwaway price.

All that one needs to know is where to shop for them and to do some research and see if there are any special offers on the said furniture. I did exactly that and while doing so, I came across this site. At first, I thought that this site was one of your 'run of the mill' furniture sites but then again, once I checked out the site, I changed my opinion pretty quick. This site is the one to go to if you want to purchase some of the modern furniture at very little cost to you. Say goodbye to the 'Louis' furniture and say hello to the 21st century. Check this site out for some of the great bargains that you are probably going to get on some of the most attractive pieces of furniture. What makes this site really stand out is the way that it is designed, so that we should be able to check out all of their stock with as little trouble as possible!

For starters, it offers all members a start up bonus of $808 and in addition to that new bonuses are announced from time to time.

I just checked this site out and I have to say that the design is really impressive. One of the things that we have to look out for in casino games is the way in which it has been designed. The reason behind this is that if the games are well designed as they are here, then they are much easier to play with. Therefore, as players we should not run into any problems here. This virtual casino runs promos now and then so make sure to check the site for such offers, which you can do by clicking on the links above!

With the news that Buffett has promised to help ease their money problems, the bond insurers are feeling a little bit easier to breathe these days.

Not that this means that all the problems are over, but just that money has finally started to flow in a little bit to allow everyone to take a little time off. With this news, the Wall Street has started to rally. It seems that any news that is good these days seems to push the market upwards and anything that is even the least bit negative has the opposite result. One can almost imagine that the Markets have become overly sentimental as a result of the recent upheavals. Of course, the Internet has become an intergral parrt of our lives today and none of us can imagine a world without it. Our careers all have to relate to the internet in one way or the other. One can say that the internet has truly taken us into a whole new realm. Be that as it may,it has also shown the criminals out there new ways to commit id theft and to steal our money. Which is why we all need the services of LifeLock in one way or the other.

These days it is so easy to assume someone else's identity, the people we chat with online, half of them are not who they say they are. What is more, our identity can be so easily stolen that it would be quite some time before we realise that it has been stolen along with our money in our accounts. Which is why, it is better to utilize the services of an id protection company like Life Lock before anything like that takes place.

This company gaurentees your identity up to 1,000,000$ and they are really good at what they do. With all sorts of 'trojans','phishing' and etc being available for any criminal to use to steal our identity we truly do need the services of LifeLock.com. All that it indicates is that the companies in general do not want to over spread themselves and that they are all bracing for more bad news. One can counter that by saying that corporate america is being pessimistic but then again none of us can really agree as to whether a glass is half full or half empty. Lets hope that the labor market shows some signs of revival soon!
