1  buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya
50 gram semangka yang dibulatkan
50 gram melonyang dibulatkan
1/2 sdt selasih yang sudah dimekarkan
Es batu secukupnya

100 gram teri , goreng lalu buang kepala dan bagian hitam pada perutnya
100 gram cabe hijau
6 siung bawang merah
2 buah tomat
2 buah jeruk nipis
garam secukupnya
air secukupnya 

Cara membuat :
cabe hijau , tomat ,dan bawang merah direbus dengan sedikit air , angkat , tiriskan
giling kasar cabe hijau dan garam
tambahkan bawang dan tomat rebus

panaskan minyak , goreng petai hingga kekuningan , angkat , tiriskan
panaskan minyak goreng , tumis bumbu halus hingga harum 
tambahkan gula dan garam secukupnya
