The fact that being away to our family especially this holiday seasons is very very sad and lonely. Well that's happening to me right now (I'm an OFW in KSA). The same thing is happening to the Astronauts in the ISS.

When I opened Space.com today . I found a page post that has also a link to NASA's website saying that anyone can send a postcard to the Astronauts working in the International Space Station. Not only that you can even tweet them.

A hacker told FoxNews.com how he had obtained the nude photos of Lindsay Lohan from Playboy Mag due to release this December. Not only is the photos of Lindsay is available but also the full copy of the Playboy Magazine cover to cover.

According to the hacker, he had obtained the file after doing a search on Peer to Peer file sharing websites. And that he downloaded each of them one by one (one file each page). He then compiled them and made a digital copy of the Playboy Magazine.

The hacker also added that he didn't know where the source of the leaked files came from. He concluded that those leaked pages of the magazine where probably hacked from the publishing process or from a server.

Planets Could Have Diamonds Half The Size Of It's Size

A scientist from Ohio State University conducted a study about how possible if there are alien planets that made of diamonds. Even though that planet couldn't support life.

Scientist call these terrestrial planets as "carbon super-Earths" because it may consist of 50 percent of diamonds inside of it.

As the Scientists from Ohio State University suspected that the diamond rich layer is on is Earth's mantle, they recreates the temperatures and pressures on this layer and studied how diamonds are formed.

They used the result and build computer models and simulate how minerals are formed on alien planets with more carbon than Earth.

"Our results are striking, in that they suggest carbon-rich planets can form with a core and a mantle, just as Earth did," Ohio State University Wendy Panero said. "However, the cores would likely be very carbon-rich – much like steel – and the mantle would also be dominated by carbon, much in the form of diamond."

Japanese and Russian Scientists has a new chance of cloning Mammoth. A 10,000 year old thighbone was found in Siberia and scientist confirmed that there are presence of well-preserved bone marrow.

Scientist from Sakha Republic Mammoth's museum and Kinki University will start their work on researching this coming 2012 to regenerate the extinct Mammal.

They will use an Elephant egg cell in the process of cloning.

The sequel to the Box Office Hit G. I. Joe Rise of the Cobra was on the making turned to a tragic death of one of the crew according to TMZ.

G.I. Joe: Retaliation was filming at New Orleans when the crew who was working on a high-powered scissor lift. The accident happened when the machined tipped over and the crew sustained fatal injuries.

Open Source Diaspora Co-Founder Died At 22

Ilya Zhitomirskiy a co founder of Facebook's open source alternative has been reportedly died in his home November 22. He is a Russian software developer who among with his three classmates in New York Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences is building Diaspora.

Diaspora:

A distributed social network that is based on open source Diaspora Software was built last Year 2010 by four Students Ilya Zhitomirskiy, Dan Grippi, Max Salzberg and Raphael Sofaer at Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences.

Diaspora Software was owned and managed by Diaspora Foundation. The Diaspora Social Network was made by Network Nodes (pods) and hosted by many individuals. Each pods has an installed Diaspora Software which acted as personal web server. Members can create an account on any server they wanted to but can interact with other members at all other servers.

Their Motivation:

With the growing concerns about individual privacy in social networking sites, they want to create a more secure and ads free networking site. Unlike facebook that has tons of ads every page that matches your personal information.

Funding:

They raised up to $200,000 in funding, even Facebook's Founder Mark Zuckerberg donated an undisclosed amount.

There's a new race to the moon, it's not about who will be the next to land or not about space tourism, it's all about who will be the first to drill the moon. Is earth running out of minerals and the "moon has them"?... No.

For the record there are at least 26 companies on the race to the moon, one of the latest is Astrobotic Technology who has now prototypes of their drilling robot.

The aim is to recover water and methane ices on the moon's poles and be used in refueling rockets for future missions to mars.

The company along with NASA is hoping to find a rarest element on the moon, the helium 3 which solar winds is depositing to the moon. Many scientists believe that helium 3 is the key for fusion reactors.

Nuclear power plants are using radioactive materials for fission which is very harmful to the environment and can be also dangerous even without human errors. Proven by the effects of tsunami to Japan's Fukushima plant.

In Fusion reactors if could happen, is the safest of the two because it's radiation free and carbon free.

Voice Recognition is now a half a century old, what's new is human gestures to control devices. That's right Apple now presented it's patent about controlling it's iDevices.

On October 5th 2011, US Patent and TradeMark Office published Apple's application in their intention to make their future iDevices such as iPad and iPhone equipped with an advanced gesturing-based video editing toolbar.

According to it's patent documentation, gestures could take many forms such as geometric patterns (like gesturing a circle, square, triangle and etc), Symbols (such as question mark and check mark), Letters, User Programmed Patterns or Combination of them all.

These new features or apps can be handled only by their future iDevices because present devices such as iPhone 4S can be lack of processing power.

Defunct German Satellite Fell

Another decommissioned spacecraft fell on Earth yesterday October 22. It is the 6 biggest spacecraft that plunges into Earth since the first Space Station fell last 1979.

The Rosat Satellite is owned by the Germans was launched in 1990 and it's mission is to study X-Rays from stars, comets, black holes and supernovas. It lives or continued it's mission until in 1998 failed it's sensors to other stars and only directs into the sun. Until then it is decommissioned in the following year.

The 21 year old satellite originally weighs 2 tons but German authorities said that 1.9 tons will likely to plunge on Earth.

The same as the UARS that fell on Earth last September 23, all the surviving parts of the ROSAT plunges into the Ocean.

Soul Surfer, a film based on a true story about a 13 year old girl who lost her arm to shark attack was released last April. The story of the film was purely based on Bethany Hamilton's biographical book and was starred by AnnaSophia Robb.

The film details Bethany's courage during the attack of a Tiger Shark. Even at a young age, you can see and feel her calmness while she was being paddled to the shore for 20 minutes after the shark bite her. In fact I thought she's dying. Additionally after a month prior to the attack she returned to surfing.

By faith and determination, although she lost her arm she pursued her dream of professional surfing which she didn't failed. She won many professional surfing tournaments, appeared in popular talk shows like Ellen DeGeneres, Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America and several others.

She also joined a youth group based on her hometown Kauai, Hawaii to a mission to help the devastated Thailand after the Indian Ocean Tsunami in 2004, she was only fourteen. During her stay, she had noticed that people are afraid to go to the beach, no one dares to. But Bethany goes to the beach and persuade a little boy to follow her. When the little boy reached the shore, several locals followed the two.

There comes to her realization that she can inspire other people despite her condition. She launched her own foundation "Friends of Bethany" which help other shark attack survivors, traumatic amputees and joining other charitable groups.

Millions of people around the world are using these three big sites everytime they are connected to the internet. Unfortunately there are people who may not correctly spelled those three when typing in the addressbar or their browser or in any other search engine. I'm not bragging those people who misspelled those words because I also have misspellings sometimes.

But do you know that bloggers or web publishers like me take advantage on these misspelled words? Those misspelled words are keywords that may give web publishers more traffic on their web sites. Traffic as we all know is the volume of people who visits a certain website and their activities during their stay on that site. The more traffic, the more they potentially monetize their website.
