Alegeti un wok sau o tigaie cu fund rotund din teflon sau ceramica si stropiti cu un spray cu grasimi reduse. Daca nu aveti sparay indindeti ulei de struguri cu ajutorul unei pensule pe intreaga suprafata de fund a wok-ului. Dupa ce s-a inchins, adaugati ceapa si lasati sa se inmoaie si sa devina sticloasa, adaugati apoi ardeiul gras taiat in bucati, ardeiul iute, amestecati mereu si dupa vreo 10 minute adaugati puiul si praful de curry. Apoi o cescuta de apa si lasati sa se fiarba putin puiul. Am incercat sa fac separat puiul pe gratar si apoi al adaug taiat in wok. Puneti spanacul si lasati inca 5 minute. Aproape de final adaugati iautul.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp;In general startul la cumparaturi in Vinerea Neagra este la miezul noptii ora 00:01, dar pana atunci aveti timp sa studiati toata gama de magazine si sa faceti o lista cu prioritatile la cumparaturi:frigider, TV, iPhone, tableta, haine, cosmetice, bijuterii, parfumuri...gasiti tot ce va trece prin minte.&lt;br /&gt;
Si daca va intereseaza ceva si inca nu ati gasit, lasati un mesaj aici si incerc sa va ajut. &lt;br /&gt;
Cel mai important este faptul ca dupa experienta de anul trecut, cand unele magazine au ramas cu serverele blocate, anul acesta Black Friday nu-i va mai lua prin surprindere...me refer la traficul online.&lt;br /&gt;
Si cred ca magazinele offline vor fi mai putin aglomerate. Cei mai multi isi vor plasa comenzile online, sidaca nu vor prinde ce-i intereseaza, atunci vor mrtgr dimineata siin magazine sa-si incerce norocul.&lt;br /&gt;

Imi aduc aminte cu placere de anii copilariei, duminica mirosea in bucataria noastra din drumul Taberei a ciorba, a legume, a leustean si a ceva dulce. Stateam pe langa mama care era de profesie bucatareasa (lucra la armata) si ramaneam cu gura cascata invariabil...de cat de repede taia zarzavatul de ciorba, freca maioneza cu lingura de lemn si o facea mai repede decat o fac eu acum cu mixerul...si avea un gust mai bun...ii punea sifon de vreo doua ori.&lt;br /&gt;
Tot ce am mancat in copilarie si adolescenta este mai gustos decat acum.&lt;br /&gt;
De ce oare?&lt;br /&gt;
Ehhh, am cazut in melancolia aducerii aminte a diverse episoade din copilarie.&lt;br /&gt;
Mancare romaneasca, sanatoasa facuta cu bors cumparat de la o tanti de pe o alta scara dar tot de la noi din bloc. Mergem cu o sticla de lapte (din acelea cu gatul larg cine isi aminteste), borsareasa avea trei borcane &quot;umplute&quot; cu bors in diverse faze de fermentatie, borsul gata de vanzare era tinut de multe ori la frigider sa nu se strice. De fiecare data primeam o cana de bors proaspata pe care o beam acolo pe loc, altfel ajungeam acasa cu sticla pe jumatate.&lt;br /&gt;
Imi placea cum punea mama borsul intr-un vas separat sa dea in clocot, ii lua spuma si apoi il amesteca cu restul ciorbei care era pe ultima suta de metri.&lt;br /&gt;
Preferata mea era ciorba de perisoare din  carne de porc cu carne de vita si putina afumatura de porc tocata.&lt;br /&gt;
Felul doi preferat era varza murata calita cu ciolan afumat, iar desertul prajitura cu dovleac.&lt;br /&gt;

Se introduce in cuptor pentru circa 30-40 minute si ATENTIE, nu o lasati mai mult pentru ca isi va schimba consitenta, in sensul ca crema va deveni spongioasa in loc sa ramana cremoasa. Pofta buna! Ati pregatit o reteta de prajitura simpla.&lt;br /&gt;

Curăţaţi şi tăiaţi în fâşii potrivit de mari pieptul de pui şi ardeiul copt. Puteţi folosi orice fel de ardei copt roşu pe care îl aveţi la îndemână, inclusiv conservat. Oţetul va da o nuanţă acrişoară plăcută acestei mâncări. Tăiaţi şi tocaţi mare partea albă cepelor. Partea verde păstraţi-o. O vom folosi mai târziu.&lt;br /&gt;

2. Puneţi la fiert 3 căni de apă într-o cratiţă, cu jumătate din cantitatea de unt şi puţină sare. Când fierbe, adăugaţi mălaiul în ploaie şi faceţi o mămăligă potrivit de tare. Dacă mămăliga este prea tare, mai adăugaţi apă şi omogenizaţi. Păstraţi mămăliga la cald.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Topiţi restul de unt într-o tigaie şi sotaţi uşor ceapa până se înmoaie. Adăugaţi pieptul de pui şi, după alte 2-3 minute, ardeiul copt. Acoperiţi cu supa sau 400 de mililitri de apă (2 căni) în care adăugaţi 2 cuburi concentrat supă de pui. Fierbeţi 15-20 de minute, până când carnea de pui s-a fiert.&lt;br /&gt;

4. Cât timp fierbe carnea de pui pregătiţi mămăliga pentru servire. Ungeţi cu puţin ulei interiorul a două boluri mici de supă sau două căni, scunde şi late, şi umpleţi-le cu mămăligă. Ţineţi-le la cald până la momentul servirii.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Realizaţi un liezon din făină şi smântână: amestecaţi – cu grijă să nu formaţi cocoloaşe – o lingură de făină cu smântînă diluată cu două-trei linguri din zeama în care fierbe puiul. Reduceţi focul sub ciulama, turnaţi laptele pentru a o răcori şi adăugaţi treptat liezonul amestecând continuu. Lăsaţi să fiarbă până când ciulamaua  se leagă, adăugaţi cozile de ceapă – partea verde, Anto, ti-am spus să le păstrezi la punctul 1 – tocate în bucăți mai mari, potriviţi de sare şi piper. Opriţi focul.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.Răsturnaţi cu atenţie mămăliga din bol în farfuria de servire (de preferinţă una adâncă). De jurul împrejurul mămăligii aşezaţi ciulamaua. Dacă s-au murdărit marginile farfuriei – eram sigur, Anto!:) – ştergeţi-le uşor cu şervet curat. Decoraţi cu un “palmier” realizat dintr-o tulpină de ceapă  despicată în vârf.&lt;br /&gt;

Instructiuni:&lt;br /&gt;
Se combina intr-un castron jumatate din sosul de soia cu vinul de orez, piperul alb, sarea si 1 lingurita de ulei de susan. Se amesteca bine si se marineaza carnea de pui in aceasta mixtura timp de minim 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru a prepara sosul dulce –acrisor (variind cantitatile de otet, zahar si sos de rosii se poate obtine un sos cu gust mai intens, sau mai usor) se incinge otetul intr-o tigaie si se adauga zaharul, restul de sos de soia, sucul de limeta si sosul de rosii. Se amesteca bine pana ce se dizolva zaharul, apoi se pune deoparte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un wok fierbinte (sau intr-o tigaie mare si adanca) se incing 3 linguri de ulei si se stir-fry cubuletele de porc pana ce incep sa se rumeneasca uniform, dupa preferinta, intre 12-17 minute. Se prajeste carnea in 2 transe, daca este nevoie. Se ia wok-ul de pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un wok curat, sau o tigaie mare, se incinge uleiul ramas si se calesc usturoiul si ghimbirul pana ce incep sa miroasa. Se adauga ardeii grasi, ceapa si morcovul si se gatesc 2 minute. Se adauga cubuletele de carne si se gatesc 1 minut, amestecand constant.&lt;br /&gt;
Se adauga sosul dulce-acrisor si restul de ulei de susan, impreuna cu ceapa verde tocata.&lt;br /&gt;
La final, se presara in mancare coaja rasa de limeta, se amesteca rapid, se ia wok-ul de pe foc si se acopera. Se lasa astfel 5 minute, ca sa infuzeze aromele. Se serveste mancarea alaturi de orez fiert, ornata cu cateva frunze de patrunjel.&lt;br /&gt;

Instructiuni:&lt;br /&gt;
Se despica crevetii pe lungime, de-a lungul spinarii, si se curata de vinisoarele negre. Se piseaza ardeiul iute impreuna cu sarea, intr-un mojar, pana se obtine o pasta omogena (pentru reteta avem nevoie de 1 lingurita de pasta; pasta in surplus se poate acoperi si pastra in frigider 2-3 zile).&lt;br /&gt;

Se toarna sucul de portocala si cel de limeta intr-o craticioara si se dau in clocot. Se continua fierberea 5-10 minute, pana ce lichidul se reduce cam cu un sfert.&lt;br /&gt;

Separat, intr-un castronel, se amesteca sosul de peste cu pasta iute si 1/2 lingurita de amidon, pana ce acesta din urma se dizolva. Se adauga mixtura de amidon in craticioara, impreuna cu 1 lingurita de zahar. Se amesteca pana ce se dizolva zaharul si se pune mixtura deoparte, la cald.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se presara restul de amidon pe o farfurie mare, se trec crevetii prin amidon, ca sa se acopera cat mai uniform. Intr-un wok, se incinge ulei, indeajuns de mult ca sa formeze un strat de 4-5 cm inaltime si se prajesc crevetii in 2 transe, timp de 1-2 minute, pana se fac brun-aurii. Se scot cu o spumiera, se transfera pe prosoape de hartie si se lasa sa se scurga. Cat timp se prajeste urmatoarea transa, crevetii prajiti se pastreaza la cald in cuptorul incalzit la minim.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp, se prajesc semintele de susan intr-o craticioara, fara ulei, timp de 1 minut, pana incep sa se rumeneasca putin. Se aranjeaza feliutele de portocala ca sa fie lipite de marginea exterioara a vasului in care se vor servi crevetii; se toarna putin sos in mijlocul vasului, iar peste sos se asaza orezul. Crevetii se intercaleaza printre feliutele de portocala, cu coditele adunate spre centrul vasului. Sosul ramas se toarna peste orez si creveti. Se presara deasupra seminte prajite de susan si coaja rasa de limeta, se orneaza cu firisoare de coaja de limeta (daca se folosesc) si se serveste imediat.&lt;br /&gt;

* 1 ou&lt;br /&gt;
* 300 g făină&lt;br /&gt;
* Sare gemă&lt;br /&gt;
* Piper&lt;br /&gt;
* Ulei de măsline&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cratiţă mare&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 passatutto&lt;br /&gt;
Cuţit * 1 flexibile&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 lingura de lemn&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 strecurătoare&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 prosop de ceai&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 tava mare sau placa&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 sita&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 linguriţă&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pasul 2:&lt;br /&gt;
Se fierb cartofii&lt;br /&gt;
Locul 1 kilogram de cartofi necurăţate într-o cratiţă mare şi se adaugă apă suficientă pentru a-i acoperi . Focul se da mai tare, se adaugă 3 linguri de sare, apoi se lasă să fiarbă.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
În cazul în care cartofii sunt din cei albi, după aproximativ 20 de minute de fierbere, puneti intr-o stecuratpoare să se scurgă.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru a proteja-vă pe mâini folosi un prosop de ceai de a deţine cartofi pe măsură ce coaja departe pieile cu un cuţit.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pasati cartofii cand încă sunt fierbinti, printr-un dispozitic special. Această metodă este recomandat ca aerul devine prins în cartofi de a face pentru un gnochi brichetă. Dacă nu aveţi dispozitivul special, puteţi, desigur, sa utilizaţi o maşină de tocat, dar rezultatul final nu va fi la fel de bine&lt;br /&gt;
Pasul 3:&lt;br /&gt;
Adauga ouă şi făină&lt;br /&gt;
Se adaugă 2 pelicule generoase de sare şi de un vârf de cuţit de piper. Spargeti un ou şi  amestecati rapid. Se adaugă 2 pumni de 300 de grame de făină 00. Şi se amestecă până când totul este bine incorporat.&lt;br /&gt;
Pasul 4:&lt;br /&gt;
A se forma un aluat&lt;br /&gt;
faceti o movila de cartofi pe o suprafaţă de lemn şi adaugati in  vârf restul de făină.&lt;br /&gt;
Folosiţi-vă de mâini pentru a  amestecă împreună. După un minut sau două se va formatotul  intr-un aluat. Frământaţi uşor. Când ajunge la o consistenţă pliabile, este gata&lt;br /&gt;
Pasul 5:&lt;br /&gt;
Formular de gnocchi&lt;br /&gt;
Se presară suprafaţă cu făină. Slice un pumn de dimensiuni bucată de minge aluat and roll-afară, în lungimi, care sunt de aproximativ 3 centimetri grosime. Folositi un cutit de flexibile pentru a taie 2 piese centimetru. Slice off-un alt pumn de dimensiuni bucată şi se repetă până când aţi folosit tot aluault. Pentru lucru rapid, aluatul ar trebui să fie mai cald.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Locul gnocchi pe o tavă, lăsând un spaţiu între fiecare bucată pentru a le împiedica sa se lipeasca unul de celălalt.&lt;br /&gt;
Pasul 6:&lt;br /&gt;
Găti&lt;br /&gt;
Se umple un mare tigaie cu apă şi se adaugă 3 linguri de sare. Se pune pe foc mare,se pune si  capacul, şi se aduce la fierbere.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Atingeţi gnocchi din tava în apă la fierbere. Această metodă va opri apa de fierbere de la stropire-vă pe mâini. Dă-le un pic se amestecă şi se lasă să gătească.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
SUGESTIE&lt;br /&gt;
Gnochi fierti pot fi stocati în frigider timp de 2 până la 3 zile.&lt;br /&gt;
Acesta poate fi, de asemenea, îngheţate de până la 3 luni. Gatiti de la îngheţate pentru 6-7 minute în apă clocotită.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
În cazul în care gnocchi au inflorita toate la suprafaţă, acestea sunt gata să servească. Scoateti cu o sita, se se scurga de apă şi se transferape o tavă.&lt;br /&gt;
