'Natural Born Citizen for Dummies' v. Dummy v. the United States of America

Constitutionalist activist, Dean Haskins provides a lesson instructing that a "natural born Citizen," according to the United States Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, is an individual born in United States territory, to parents who are both U.S. Citizens.

Further, he introduces the viewer to the Supreme Court case of Minor v. Happersett, which recognized this and thus established binding precedent, the adjudicated recognition of the meaning of the phrase "natural born Citizen" in the Constitution.

Of course this means that Barack Hussein Obama II is our U.S. President illegally and spuriously, if Barack Hussein Obama I is indeed his father. And it shows how displaced from legitimacy and reality is our entire United States government at this moment.

"Never before, in the history of the America, have our leaders been so afraid of the rule of law, but the rule of law is what has made this country. If we allow them to shirk their duties in this matter, then the rule of law will be rendered of no effect and our country will soon go the way of every other country that succumbed to fear," observes Mr. Haskins. Fear of what, though? Of being found out?

To bring us up to date, eligibility attorney Leo Donofrio has written of the significance of the Minor v. Happersett decision in his blog, Natural Born Citizen:

States Mr. Donofrio in that third entry:

The Supreme Court in Minor specifically avoided construing the 14th Amendment as to the issue of whether Virginia Minor was a US citizen. Instead, the Court looked no further than the natural-born citizen clause in Article 2 Section 1. The Court held that Minor was a member of the “class” of persons who were natural-born citizens. They defined this class as those born in the US to “parents” (plural) who were citizens. (For more detailed analysis of this issue, see my two previous reports, here and here.)

The Court also noted that the “citizenship” of those born to non-citizen parents was subject to doubt. Since Virginia Minor was in the class of natural-born citizens, that doubt didn’t need to be resolved. The Court exercised judicial restraint and thereby avoided construction of the 14th Amendment as to the citizenship issue.

In the first of these entries, Donofrio quotes the dicta of the Minor v. Happersett ruling and this is the passage that establishes the precedent as to the meaning, understood at the time of the Constitution's framing, of "natural born Citizen," emphasis added.

“The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first. For the purposes of this case it is not necessary to solve these doubts. It is sufficient for everything we have now to consider that all children born of citizen parents within the jurisdiction are themselves citizens.“

Another attorney who has been very active in this matter, Mario Apuzzo, also elucidates the matter at his blog, Natural Born Citizen - A Place to Ask Questions and Get the Right Answers, where among other things, he takes the tainted site Snopes to task for its inaccuracy and seeming bias.

Prior to these, the most comprehensive research and analysis displayed in any pertinent article I have seen has come to us via "The Meaning of Natural Born Citizen," (September 6, 2009). That is the work of a collection of activists and law students calling their site Undead Revolution, referring to the continuous presence of our founders' specifications of our government -- truth which haunts those who would deny this reality. And there are more nuggets there, besides Minor v. Happersett.

But just lately, as if on cue, the U.S. Senator from Illinois Richard "Dick" Durbin has issued an oral report of the absurdity of the progressives' stance on the matter of eligibility for the presidency. He speculates that an illegal alien granted amnesty may one day become our president.

Even RealClearPolitics, with their history of editing out information on the matter, achieved clarity on that apparent gaffe. But was it a gaffe? Not for the progressive, who by definition, wishes to "fundamentally transform" America, by "progressing" beyond the established charter of our Declaration of Independence and compelling governmental design of our Constitution.

We now live in an America with not only an anti-American president by his behavior, but by his autobiography, a fictitious one. Our Congress is complicit, by its failure to abide by the Constitution, or to even seek to do so, at the time of his confirmation. There were no challenges as constitutionally provided. Do we have a Supreme Court which has the integrity to correct this, or in its failure to do so, or thus far to even observe the constitutional standing of the Sovereign U.S. Citizens who have brought this crisis to their attention, does it also invalidate itself?

Three strikes and America's entire federal government is out.

Update:

O'Reilly skirted the question on the Selective Service records, did he not? Perhaps I need to listen to it again at 10pm Central. (Edit: I listened again just to be sure and he never mentioned it.) Why would his program advertise this, then not cover it? Why, indeed.

It is worth a chuckle that while O'Reilly assured us there is no problem with Obama's birth certificate, he in the same ignorantly confident tone mentioned, "If I were the president, I'd have a minion," bring Donald Trump over to Hawaii, to see it. He cited the State of Hawaii's statement that they have an "original" Barack Obama Birth Certificate "on file." As students of this matter have pondered, this still leaves loopholes as to whether or not Barack Obama is a "natural born Citizen."

So, O'Reilly and Fox News successfully treated this subject matter to sell more Chantix, Verizon Wireless, and the CapitalOne Venture Card.

The question of what the State of Hawaii may and may not legally mean by its pronouncements was explored by Leo Donofrio and alternatively, by "TerriK," a.k.a., "MissTickly." Reports, plus interviews of these two may be found by means of links here, and here, and here, in Investigating Obama, posted when this site was being piloted on a day-to-day basis. (As you may see in it's helpful sidebar, it still flies on autopilot.)

Also, if there is a Birth Certificate which demonstrates that the Barack Hussein Obama of Kenya is our putative President Barack H. Obama's father, then it is clear by the original (i.e., true) intent and language of the United States Constitution, that Obama never has been and could never become a "natural born Citizen" and is therefore ineligible to be "Commander in Chief." That subject was explored in Investigating Obama in December 2008 and January 2009. Further corroboration has been found, since. NEW YORK – Bill Ayers has once again suggested he was the author of Barack Obama's celebrated autobiography, even though the admission could be explained away as a mocking irony designed only to goad Ayers's critics by yet another false admission he was the president's ghostwriter. At the conclusion of a speech sponsored by the Students for a Democratic Society at Montclair State University in New Jersey, the former Weather Underground bomber gleefully claimed credit for writing Obama's "Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance."

As shown in a video clip on YouTube, Ayers responding to a question about "Dreams," said, "Did you know that I wrote it, incidentally?"

Breaking--CBS News: ATF whistleblower indicates high level approval of scheme

In a new development in the continuing scandal at the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives--a division of the Department of Justice--CBS News is reporting today that Barack Obama is denying all knowledge of the illegal scheme but that an ATF whistleblower insists that someone in the highest levels of the Administration not only knew about it but gave their approval.

The ATF's lead official in Mexico, Darren Gill, reported in an exclusive interview with CBS News today that his Washington Bureau supervisor told him point-blank that the person who approved the scheme is higher up in the Administration than ATF director Kenneth Melson.

That would mean at the very least the Justice Department, which has oversight of the agency.

The key portion of the interview is in this exchange:
"Is the director aware of this," Gil asked the supervisor. Gil says his supervisor answered "Yes, the director's aware of it. Not only is the director aware of it, D.O.J.'s aware of it... Department of Justice was aware of it."

Gil goes on to say senior Justice official Lanny Breuer and several of his deputies visited Mexico amid the controversy last summer, and spoke to ATF staff generally about a big trafficking case that they claimed was "getting good results." Gil says Melson, ATF's Acting Director, also visited Mexico City. Gil's Deputy Attache and his Analyst questioned Melson about the case that surrounding all the weapons showing up in Mexico. "His response was 'it's a good case, it's still going on,'" recalls Gil, "and we'll close it down as soon as we possibly can."

Thus, not only is the ATF's acting director implicated in illegal activity, but so is someone yet unnamed at the Department of Justice.

Another Look at Obama's Social Security Number

While out promoting my new book, Deconstructing Obama, I have been asked a few times about Obama's mysterious Social Security number.

Not knowing enough to speak authoritatively, I chose to swim upstream through the data flood and head for the source.

Here I found a no-nonsense licensed investigator from Ohio named Susan Daniels. Widowed at 30 with seven children, Daniels went back to school and eventually emerged as a certified paralegal.

After several years working for others, Daniels got her own license as an investigator in 1995. Since then, she has specialized in litigation support for law firms. Her particular strength has been in researching assets.

By her own admission, Daniels is "good with public records." She knows her way around databases and has access to many that the public does not.

"I did not like the way things were going," Daniels says of the country's drift circa 2009. And so in the best spirit of citizen journalism, she began to investigate Obama on her own.

What she and fellow investigator Neil Sankey unearthed was a nugget that could have ended the career of a George Bush or a Sarah Plain: Barack Obama had been using a SocialSecurity number issued in Connecticut between 1977 and 1979, a state in which he never lived or even visited at that time in his life.

This will not come as news to the readers of WorldNetDaily, whose thorough investigation climaxed last June when WND's veteran White House correspondent Les Kinsolving confronted Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs on the subject.

Predictably, Gibbs laughed Kinsolving off and switched the subject to the birth certificate. Kinsolving had seen this kind of laugh and switch before. In 1982, for instance, he introduced the subject of AIDS to then-press secretary Larry Speakes.

"Over a third of [the victims] have died," said Kinsolving. "It's known as 'gay plague.'"

"I don't have it. Do you?" joked Speakes to a general round of laughter. But unlike Gibbs, Speakes simply did not know any better.

As much as Daniels appreciates the work of WND and other serious investigators who have helped clarify the picture, she is distressed by the few who have clouded it.

"There have been many playing junior investigator from the start," she jokes. "I don't know if they even have their decoder rings yet."

This being the case, I asked Daniels to guide me through the data mine field and help me ascertain what we know for sure about the world's best-known SocialSecurity number: 042-68-4425.

"All I can say," says Daniels of 042-68-4425, "is that it's phony and [Obama] has been using it, with it first appearing on his Selective Service document in 1980."

Daniels sent me a copy of the hand-written application of the individual who held the number immediately before Obama's, 042-68-4424. The applicant, Thomas Wood, died at age 19, which is why his information is available.

Wood's Social Security number was issued sometime between March and May of 1977. Obama would turn 16 in August of that year. Woods lived on Glenview Drive in Newington, Conn., the state from which all "042s" applied. Obama lived in Hawaii.

True to form, the left-leaning media set out to undermine the Social Security controversy and ridicule the investigators. Revealing, however, is the weakness of the response.

"Numbers are assigned based on the return address on the request envelope, not residency," crowed Jason Linkins in the Huffington Post as though he had said something meaningful. Linkins suggested two possible explanations, both preposterous.

One is that Obama applied for his SSN as a little boy in Indonesia for no known reason, and the application just happened to be processed in Connecticut for no known reason either.

For the second, Linkins cited the argument of Carole Glibert, in the Yahoo-related "Associated Content." Said Gilbert, presumably with a straight face, "In fact, Barack Obama's dad attended college in Connecticut and in 1977, Obama was college aged; is it beyond reason to consider that he might have checked out his father's alma mater?"

Last time I checked, Harvard was in Massachusetts. The closest town to Harvard in Connecticut is about 90 minutes away, and there is no record that Obama Sr. lived there, let alone that Obama visited his imaginary alma mater and just happened to apply for a SocialSecurity card while visiting.

Daniels also sent me a copy of Obama's Selective Service data. Obama appears to have registered on Sept. 4, 1980, a month after his 19th birthday. The form lists the telling last four digits of his "042" number, "4425."

This is the first use of the "042" number that Daniels could find. She is just not sure it is legitimate. Some have credibly argued that the Selective Service information was forged and backdated once Obama became a presidential candidate.

"They were stupid to use the CT number on the [Selective Service] card," Daniels adds, "because now there is no way for [Obama] to back out of that number."

Other than the 1980 Selective Service registration, the first time Daniels could find Obama using the "042" number was in 1986 in Chicago.

As to how Obama may have secured that number, it is possible that he turned to his radical friends for advice.

"We invented all kinds of ways to obtain false identity papers, and got busy building multiple sets of ID for each of us and for every contingency," writes Bill Ayers of his years in the Weather Underground. "We soon figured out that the deepest and most foolproof ID had a government-issued SocialSecurity card at its heart."

For the record, Ayers appears to have commuted between his wife and children in Chicago and Columbia University in New York from 1984 to 1987. Obama left New York, where he, too, had attended Columbia University, and arrived in Chicago in 1985.

Daniels and Sankey have tracked Obama's many uses of the "042" number in Chicago, in Massachusetts and in Washington. Others numbers appear with the "Obama" name, but Daniels cautions against attributing these numbers – with the exception of those from Obama's college days at Occidental – to the president.

From Daniels' perspective, one felonious use of a fraudulent number is enough. She believes this to be a more tangible scandal then the birth certificate and wonders when someone beyond WND will start paying attention.

As The Obama and his ObamaCourts ratchet up their fight against the US States and We-the-People, the beasts in the White House (aka Obama & Co) continue their fight against America and all humans.

In his latest anti-US comments, Obama first supports the Islamist Victory Mosque (and probable terrorist training center), then slightly alters it when the hue and cry from We-the-People becomes too loud for his Marxist minions. Then, The Obama changes his stance–once again–and returns to his original support. When Islam wishes to claim dominance over a people, it builds an elaborate mosque to its god Allah. In his article “Ground Zero Mosque Represents Conquest for Islamic Jihadists,” Justin Quinn correctly writes: “As far back as the Ottoman Empire, Islamic rulers made a habit of converting Christian churches, monasteries and chapels into mosques” and “the proponents of the Ground Zero mosque won’t tell you that the erection of mosques traditionally symbolizes victory over the enemies of Islam.” Note: Obama won’t tell you that, either.

Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., the ranking Republican on the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, issued a scathing staff report today charging that the White House has "used the machinery of the Obama campaign to tout the president's agenda through inappropriate and sometimes unlawful public relations and propaganda initiatives."

An advance pre-publication copy of the report, shared by Issa's Washington office with WND, accuses the White House of nothing short of criminal activity. It charges the Obama administration with violating federal laws to advance what the Government Accounting Office has characterized as an unlawful "covert campaign," using federal resources "to activate a sophisticated propaganda and lobbying campaign."

Washington (CNN) - It's surely not what the leader of the free world wants for his birthday. But, for a stubborn group of Americans, conspiracy theories about President Obama's birthplace are the gifts that keep on giving.

The president celebrates his 49th birthday Wednesday. On the same day, a new national poll indicates some Americans continue to doubt the president was born in the United States. According to a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey, more than a quarter of the public have doubts about Obama's citizenship, with 11 percent saying Obama was definitely not born in the United States and another 16 percent saying the president was probably not born in the country.

Forty-two percent of those questioned say they have absolutely no doubts that the president was born in the U.S., while 29-percent say he "probably" was.

Last week, in response to a Freedom of Information Act request, the State Department released passport records of Stanley Ann Dunham, President Obama's mother - but those records for the years surrounding Obama's 1961 birth are missing.
