Israel's spokesman, Mark Regev, finally put on the spot by Ch4's Jon Snow. Interesting to see how journalists can get angry when it starts feeling personal. Their correspondent Jonathan Miller witnessed the killing of the four children yesterday on the beach and his film, which I posted earlier, documented what happened.

It is this "ownership" of the incident by the journalists, through witnessing it, that gives them the sense of entitlement to challenge someone like Regev. Unfortunately, when they don't witness such events directly, which is the case with the vast majority of deaths in Gaza, then they are much more prepared to equivocate.

So sadly, we are not likely to see this kind of grilling of Regev again soon.

Go to YouTube or Google Images and search for the words "Jewish settlers" or "Israeli settlers" and watch the amount of crimes, damage, horror, violence, land theft, intimidation and terrorism these illegal settlers commit and inflict... If Western governments really cared about human rights as they always claim, then why do they turn a blind eye to these horrible crimes that have been going on for the past 65 years?

A young Israeli woman posted photos from her time in the Israeli Army in which she is seen posing near cuffed and blindfolded captives on her Facebook page.

Eden, who was recently discharged from the army, apparently had her pictures taken with the Palestinian captives in 2008. The photos were posted in her album titled "Army…best time of my life :)"

Israel arrests at least seven hundred children per year, many are tortured and threatened with rape to obtain false confessions.

Abuse of Palestinian children detained by the Israeli occupation forces - who are usually detained in the dead of night as a form of intimidation or deterrence - varied between handcuffing, which reached 97%, blindfolding 92%, beating and kicking 69%, verbal abuse, signing confessions in Hebrew, solitary confinement, using electricity in torturing the child by attaching wires to his testicles and many other forms of abuse and torture.

In 2009 Israel killed more than four hundred children - some burned to death by white phosphorus shells dropped by the IDF in densely populated Gaza areas.
