COLORADO----- A Colorado Springs children’s photographer was arrested for sexual assault of an 11-year-old girl, and making child porn.

Glen Owen Godec, 46, had been under investigation for five months before being arrested. He was known to take professional photographs of middle school students and students of Jillian's School of Dance.

Found in his possession were pornographic images of the victim and her younger sister.. Other images of unidentified children were also discovered. Godec had moved in with the mother just after her youngest daughter was born, seven to eight years ago.

No stranger to the gray bar hotel, Godec has a long criminal history and has served time. Some of his convictions include assault, fraud, theft, domestic violence, and numerous traffic violations. He was also arrested for impersonating an officer.

Godec is already out after posting a $50,000 bond. He has been charged with, "sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust, two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of promotion of obscenity to a minor."

Lincoln, Nebraska ---- A 31-year-old man was arrested in his home in the 4300 block of Hallcliffe Road after police served a search warrant and seized four computers.

Brock A. Lechner is being charged with possessing and distribution child pornography through file sharing sites online. Videos of children performing sex acts were reportedly found on his computers.

Teacher, Stephen Wierzbowski, Arrested For Gross Sex Assault

MAINE---- An Ashland District School teacher was arrested Monday night after showing up on school property while out on bail for "gross sexual assault" and "tampering with a witness".

Stephen Wierzbowski, 27, was originally arrested on November 30, for the above listed charges. After posting bail on December 2, Wierzobowski found himself back in jail three days later for violating the conditions of his release.

Wierzbowski taught English at Greenville High School in Greenville, Maine, from 2008 until July of 2010. He was hired by Ashland District School on August 2010 as an English and Film teacher.

Police will only state that the investigation spans from Greenville to Ashland.

Weirzbowski also holds a degree in theater and is the director of three high school musicals, "Beauty and the Beast", "Into the Woods" and "Disney's Aladdin". Other than behind bars, he can be found on MySpace and Facebook.

Canton, Georgia------ A suspect has been arrested for the abduction, rape and murder of 7-year-old Jorelys Rivera.

Ryan Brunn, 20, is a maintenance worker who was employed and living at the same apartment complex as the victim.

Police are confident in his arrest, as a lot of evidence was recovered and Brunn had keys to the empty apartment where little Jorelys was killed, and to the trash compactor bin where her body was discovered.

WISCONSIN------ A Janesville man was arrested after child pornography was tracked back to his personal computer on Pearl Street.

Alan H. Mursa Jr., 27, came under investigation by the Rock County Sheriff's Office back in October for reportedly trading child porn on the internet.

More than 600 files were found containing "explicit images and/or movies" were discovered on a hard drive that had been seized from Mursa's home.

Mursa remains in the county jail as investigators try to determine if any of the children depicted in his photos are from the area.

Juggalo McCabe Donovan Throws 9-month-old

KENTUCKY---- A 23-year-old Louisville man has been charged with assault and criminal abuse of a child.

McCabe Donovan, formerly from Ohio, is a self professed family member of the Juggalo family. FBI has classified Juggalos to be a criminal gang.

Donovan had been arguing with the mother of a crying nine-month-old boy. After twisting her arm behind her, he reportedly grabbed the baby by the mouth and threw him at his mother.

When the police arrived, they observed Donovan pull the baby's face hard against his chest risking suffocation to stifle his screams. Unknown at this time if the baby is his son.

Donovan was immediately arrested. He' now down with the clown in Louisville Metro Corrections.

Michael Chilldres: Cop Arrested For Agg. Child Sex Abuse

VIRGINIA----- A Virginia Beach police officer has been arrested and charged with aggravated sexual battery of a child and custodial indecent liberties.

Michael Alan Chilldres, 45, a desk officer in the Services (records) Division, had been employed with the department since 1993. He is currently being held without bond in the Virginia Beach Correctional Center and suspended without pay.

The victim's relationship to Chilldres is not being released to protect his/her identity. Documents state that the victim was under 15 years of age, and the sexual abuse was ongoing from November 2008, until November of this year.

Chilldres is a married father of two. Neighbors say that the family kept pretty much to themselves. The investigation began as a report to Child Protective Services.

Nelson F. Fernandez, 39, is charged with child endangerment, possession of child porn and distribution of of child pornography. A "large number of images of children" were reportedly found on his seized computer.

Fernandez had been slated to take on a full-time role with the 7th and 8th grade wrestling program in the coming year.

CALIFORNIA----- An amateur photographer from Lake Elsinore attempted to end it by slashing his wrists after being confronted by his wife for the ongoing sex abuse of a child.

After treatment of his wounds and a psych evaluation, police arrested Perry Anthony Pellegrini, 50, for reported lewd acts with a child under the age of 14, continuous sex abuse of a child and child pornography.

A search of his computer revealed "numerous digital photos of minors in several states of undress."

Pellegrini, a father of eight children, three are stepchildren, formerly worked at Disneyland. He owns PSP Photography in Lake Elsinore, and writes on his site, “I love shooting the edgy side if it’s done tasteful, however, not interested in pornography!” O rly?

The 16 month sentence will be served concurrently along with a drug conviction. Simpson was found high and holding in a Starbucks after failing to show up in court for the porn charges.

INDIANA---- A youth wrestling coach from Frankston has admitted to at least ten sexual encounters with a 13-year-old boy during the past 3 - 4 months.

Clinton Couch, 28, has been charged with five counts of child molestation and ten counts of child pornography after his victim came forwards. The wannabe coach had taken naked photos of the boy with his cell phone and forced him to engage in oral sex sessions.

The boy was threatened with death if he told anyone.

Couch was trying to start his own wrestling club after being denied use of school property for practice. He tried to join another youth wrestling club, but the owner thought he was just too creepy and told parents to keep their boys away from him. Good instincts there.

The investigation continues as police try to identify more victims from photos that were found in Couch's possession. He is now cooling his heels in the Madison County Jail on a $100,000 bond.

Tuscon, Arizona---- Joseph A. Chanecka, a 4th grade teacher at Van Buskirk Elementary, has been sentenced to 7.5 years in prison for amassing 90,000 plus images of child pornography.

Chanecka, 44, had taught at the Tuscon Unified School District since 2004, and had been the after-school program coordinator for three years. Authorities were tipped off to his illegal collection in May of this year.

The father of three, which includes a newborn with his fiancee, threw himself at the mercy of the court stating that he was "extremely sorry" for his "foolish behavior". Foolish? Obscene, foul, loathsome or abominable would be more applicable, considering the years Chanecka invested in the continuous exploitation of children.

A doctor who evaluated Chanecka said isn't likely to re-offend. Yeah, someone who has the compulsion to collect close to 100,000 kiddie porn images will never have the urge to look at that stuff again.

After serving his measly sentence, Chanecka with be on lifetime probation.

Glendale, California--- A male baby-sitter from Alhambra has been arrested and charged with six felony counts of lewd acts on a child, felony sodomy of a child under the age of ten and felony continuous sex abuse of a child.

Jordan Liu, 19, had been employed though SitterCity.com to care for a 8-year-old boy and his 3-year-old brother from March 1 to November 11th. His profile stated that he is a Pasadena City college student with seven years of experience.

Liu sweetened the pot saying his baby-sitting services included; cleaning, laundry, cooking and helping “your children with their homework, have fun with them and take good care of them.”

Liu had told the boy not to tell or everyone would get in trouble. Police say Liu communicated with at least 100 parents through the website. Ninety-nine families dodged a bullet. His bond has been set at $2.7 million.

Lincoln, NE------ A 21-year-old woman has been arrested after her 4-month-old son was admitted to hospital with 7 to 10 broken bones which were in various stages of healing.

Nicole Rene Westwood is being charged with two felony counts of child abuse. The baby boy was first taken to a hospital in Lincoln, then transferred to Children's Hospital in Omaha. The fractures were to his ribs, arms and legs.

The state has taken custody of her son and his 14-month-old sister as Westwood kicks back in jail on a $25,000 bond.

Joshua Rains Choked His Newborn With A Baby Wipe

Cleveland, OH--- A Cleveland man was arrested and charged with endangering a child after his infant son had to be taken to the hospital and put on life support. A baby wipe was found shoved down his throat.

Joshua Rains, 25, told police that the wipe disappeared after he wiped his son's mouth. He claimed in trying to pull the wipe free, it would only go deeper inside the baby's throat.

My guess here is that Rains was changing a diaper and didn't like the fuss his son was putting up. In goes the wipe.

INDIANA----- A Hammond city man was arrested after FBI agents were able to access his stash of child porn through his P2P file sharing.

Adam William Buckler, 27, was traced to the basement of his mother's home after an investigation which originally began in Connecticut.

When agents showed up with a search warrant on Oct. 27, Buckler was asked if he knew why they were there. He responded, "because of what I do on the Internet."

What Buckler did on the internet was to collect more than 1,000 images and 100 videos of children being sexually abused. One victim was a baby between 8 months and 2-years-old. Kiddie porn lovers don't get any lower than that.

Buckler admitted that the kiddie porn sharing screen name belonged to him. Instead of chillin' and just doing what he does on the internet in his momma's basement, he is now behind bars.

Bruce Anthony Howard, Louisville, unknown age, is a local dance instructor who has collected images of child sexual abuse since at least 2008. A child was located that Howard solicited to produce child pornography. Evidence of that crime was found on Howard’s computer.

Jerry Dale Plumley, 27, of McDowell County. Charged with six counts of third degree possession of child pornography. He goes by "JD" and has a criminal record for Crimes Against Nature (felony) in 2005.

Plumley's choice of kiddies were ages 4 to 12.

Charles Douglas McKinnon ,62, Elgin. Charged with 32 counts of dissemination of harmful materials to a minor and sending nude pics of himself to 11-year-old.

John David Herron, 30, of Wake County. Arrested for twenty counts of Second Degree Sexual Exploitation. His child porn had children aged six months to 10 years old.
