Man Charged In MySpace Rape Case

A 29-year-old Wisconsin man was arrested and charged on Thursday with two counts of sexual assault for allegedly drugging and raping a woman he reportedly met using MySpace.

Leroy Hewuse, of Green Bay, is accused of meeting a 28-year-old woman on the popular social networking site and subsequently agreed to met her in person at local bar sometime on August 4th.

At the bar, Hewuse allegedly told the woman he owned a massage business and that his first name was "Dan".

Hewuse later asked the victim if she was interested in working for him, she said yes and they both went back to his apartment later that night.

It was there the alleged drugging and sexual activity took place, say police.

He could face up to 80 years in prison if convicted on all charges.

Girl's mother contacts police, suspect arrested:

A Las Cruces, New Mexico man has been arrested by police after allegedly engaging in sexual activity with an 11-year-old girl he met on MySpace.

Zachery R. Robertson, 19, has been charged with two first-degree felony counts of criminal sexual penetration of a child under 13 and three counts of criminal sexual contact of a minor.

Detectives working the case say Robertson went to a local mall to pick the girl up and later reportedly engaged in sexual activity with her on at least two different occasions.

That name is all over the internet, as he seems to have a very active online life with accounts at Fubar, Stickam and Adult MySpace. Warning, do not click on the Adult MySpace account if you're under 18, at work or generally prefer not to be grossed out. Police allege that Rachad Strong was a 'father figure' to the 13-year-old daughter of a former girlfriend. The mother trusted him enough to let her daughter continue to see him after they ceased to be a couple. She thought he was a good influence. Rachad would give her daughter alcohol and prescription drugs before sexually assaulting her. This occurred on three separate occasions between July and August 1st of 2009.

Strong was arrested after being profiled on Crime Stoppers as being wanted on five counts of child molestation and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

It occurs to me that all the victim's mother had to do was Google this guy to know what this guy was all about.

Babysitter Nicholas Cymes Admits Sex Assault Of Child

A 32-year-old Michigan man was arrested earlier this week after police say he admitted to sexually assaulting a 3-year-old child he was babysitting.

Nicholas Cymes, of Plymouth Township, was taken into custody the day before Halloween after investigators searched his trailer and confiscated both DVD's and CD's that reportedly contained child pornography.

Tennessee--A 43-year-old homeless man has been arrested by police on accusations that he possessed child pornography.

David Louis Childress, of Maryville, was taken into custody after an investigation revealed several such images on his computer.

Childress is being held on a $50,000 bond.

Home Day Care Provider, Scott Patrick Hudson, Scalds Toddler

3-year-old child's hands held under scalding water for 3 minutes.

Scott Hudson, 35, and his wife have been running an unlicensed daycare out of their home in Round Rock, Texas. Apparently he is not good with children. Wednesday, he admitted to police that he held a 3-year-old child's hands in the bathroom sink under scalding water for three minutes. Three minutes of sheer agony for that child. Police documents state that the temperature of the water was more than 140 degrees.

The injured child is being treated for second and third degree burns on both his hands and wrists at Dell Children's Hospital in Austin. It is still unclear at this time why Hudson knowingly and intentionally inflicted this horrific injury upon the male toddler.

Hudson is being held in the Williamson County Jail, charged with injury to a child with serious bodily injury, which is a first-degree felony. If convicted, he could be sentenced up to 99 years or life in prison. His bond has been set at $80,000.

Syracuse Men Try To Lure 9-year-old for 'wild sex'.

Brian Salisbury, 27, of Syracuse, hooked up with Richard Melfi, 56, a registered level 3 sex offender, also from Syracuse. They decided to go have some fun after Salisbury found the MySpace profile of a 9-year-old girl on Thursday night. He messaged the girl saying, "Let's get trashed and have wild sex tonight?" The child immediately told her mother.

The quick thinking mom took over from there and pretended to her daughter online. Messages from Salisbury became increasingly obscene. He wanted to meet with the child that night. The mother set up a meeting with the pervert at the corner of Gertrude and First Streets in Solvay. Police were notified and waiting as the child's aunt, who is small and petite, stood at the corner as a decoy, wearing the girl's coat.

Salisbury and his sex offender mentor, Melfi, who was driving, rolled up in a gray van ready to party with a 9-year-old child. When they stopped, police were there to take the slimy pair out of action. Kudos to the mother, aunt and the little girl.

Brian Salisbury has a MySpace with blogs and what he believes to be sexy photos of himself. He has a criminal history and has been in jail a couple times. He blogs about it here. Mothers usually don't come any worse than Hollie Beston, 31, of Burien, Washington. Sure, she claims to be an "easy going and pretty sweet" mommy on her MySpace. On her Google profile, she further states, "It is a lot of fun meeting new people but I am careful because I have a young one to take care of." Evil and disgusting would be more like it. Hambeast mommy and the daddy, Brian Beston, hooked up with a sexual predator from craigslist. They started out by exchanging child porn.

Along with her ex-husband, Brian Beston, 36 or 39, depending on the news source, prosecutors claim that that Hollie was filming and participating in the sexual abuse and rape of their 4-year-old daughter on live webcam, and sent out images over the internet and by cell phone. It is believed that the sex abuse went on for three months. The child is now in the custody of CPS. The predator who alerted authorities is child molestation suspect in California. He is not named at this time.

According to Prosecutor Zachary Wagnild, "The couple … (entered) into an agreement with an individual in California to send him images of themselves sexually abusing their daughter in return for images of him sexually abusing his own children." He is seeking $500,000 bonds on the perverted pair.

Hollie and Brian Beston have been charged with first-degree child rape, first-degree child molestation, sexual exploitation of a minor and dealing child pornography.

More victim possible, say investigators:

A 25-year-old Australian camp counselor could face up to life in prison after detectives say he molested at least three boys in the the state of Texas.

Scott Zirus, of Pinjarra, Western Australia, was apprehended by authorities on August 20th following a joint investigation by detectives from the WA's child abuse squad and the members of the Department of Child Protection.

He was arrested at the San Antonio International Airport while trying to board a plane bound for Australia.

Police say they have also received numerous complaints through CrimeStoppers and fear there may be more victims out there.

Agents with the US have also unearthed these post made on a MySpace forum in which Zirus (John Doe) declared he was a member of the Shadoran movement in which he states that "8 out of 10 boys are bisexual" jokes about eating chocolate and sperm, declares "rape bad" and of course repeatedly bashes the Bible, as pedophiles often tend to do online.

Zirus has since been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child and sexual abuse of a child under 14 years old.

Babysitter's husband arrested in parking lot sex assault.

Brandon Trent, 23, of Olive Hill, Kentucky, was arrested and charged with sodomy of a 3-year-old child while in the parking lot of St. Claire Regional Medical Center. His wife had been temporarily caring for the child while the mother was at work.

The wife had left the child alone in the car with Trent while visiting her mother in the hospital between the hours of 1:30pm and 2:00pm. Upon returning home, the child made troubling statements to her mother about what had occurred. Believing that her child might have been sexually abused, the mother took her to the emergency room where her suspicions were confirmed.

Trent was brought in for an interview with police. After further investigation and the interview probable cause, he was charged with sodomy in the first-degree, a Class A felony. If convicted of this crime, he could serve 20 years to life in prison.

Curtiss Wright, 42, of Darlington, South Carolina, claims to be a 'proud grampa' on his MySpace account. He claims, "im a pretty simple guy, not alot of hangups." Child porn doesn't seem to be one of his hang-ups. ~_~

Acting on a tip, police seized his computer this past July. More than 12,000 images of children performing sex on adults have been found on his computer. I don't know how long it takes to collect 12,000 photos of anything, but I imagine it's been going on for quite a while.

Wright has been charged with possession of obscene material, violating the computer crime act and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. He faces up to a $250,000 fine and 10 years in federal prison.

Michigan -- Russell Lee Bennett, 38, was arrested in undercover Internet child predator sting. The Attorney General's Office and Perverted-Justice had worked together and set up a sting outside a fast food restaurant.

Bennett had been using the screen name “uchi_deshi2000" and was claiming to be a karate instructor when he began to engage in sexually explicit chats with what he thought was a 14-year-old girl. He made plans to rendezvous at a Church's Fried Chicken and hopped a bus to Detroit. He came up empty, as there never really was a girl wanting to have sex with him. Dude! A 49-year-old Tier-2 level convicted sex offender in Nevada has been arrested on child pornography charges.

Richard Allan Cassady was arrested at his Reno apartment on Wednesday following an investigation into his alleged acitivites.

Cassady, who calls himself "Reno Rick", was charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and distribution.

Police say he had also been posing as a 13-year-old girl on MySpace looking to befriend others around that age.

Bail was set at $57,000.

Police fear suspect involved with other children:

A 47-year-old construction worker from California has been arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy that he met on MySpace.

Police say Achilles Dartgnan Corelleone, had been "trolling around" on the popular site in March of this year, subsequently discovered the boy and after just a few days corresponding with him was able to get the his phone number.

Corelleone also gained the teens trust by bribing him with gift cards and jewelry.

In the end, the boy's father became suspicious after reading his son's MySpace page and discovered that he had been conversing with a suspicious adult.

After alerting police, Corelleone was quickly arrested.

Timothy Grube, 27, TN, was arrested in an internet sting after crossing the state line to Georgia. The Crimes Against Children Task Force was there to meet and greet him instead of a hot under-aged girl that he planned on having sex with. Bummer Tim.

Tara Goolsby, 19, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, and her boyfriend, Brandon Benninger, 23, have been arrested for the aggravated child abuse of her 2-year-old daughter. The tot had old and new injuries, the most recent being 2nd-degree burns.

Benninger had been babysitting the tot when she was scalded with hot water on her face and chest while in a bathtub. The victim had multiple bruises in various stages of healing on her body, along with swollen cheeks and lips and a bite mark on her arm. The abuse had been ongoing.

Benninger is behind bars on a $100,00 bond. He has been ordered to have no contact with the victim. Tara Goolsby is already out on a $10,000 bond, and only allowed supervised visits with her daughter. She has updated her MySpace, "this is the worst day of my life. i dont know how im going to live with out my daughter." Any piece of crap female that allows her boyfriend/penis to abuse her child doesn't deserve to be a mother.

Ashley Nicole Hepburn Arrested For Murder Of Baby Daughter

Irreparable brain damage causes 16-month-old baby's death.

Ashley Hepburn, 21, South Carolina, has been arrested in the battering death of her 16-month-old daughter, Audrina Claire. The tot was found in the corner of her crib, face-down and unresponsive, during the early morning hours of October 13. Hepburn claimed she had put her baby down for bed at 10:30pm, and she was fine other than being fussy from teething.

The injured tot was originally transported to Self Memorial Hospital, where her injuries were found to be substantial and caused by abuse. Baby Audrina was then life flighted to Greenville Memorial Hospital, where she fought to survive for four days. Her life slipped away on October 17, at 10:30pm.

According to law enforcement, "Hepburn caused the death of her daughter by battering her and causing irreparable damage to her brain" at their Cross Hill residence. The mother, term used loosely, was originally charged with inflicting great bodily injury on a child. Charges have been upgraded to murder for the party mom.

On her MySpace, Ashley Hepburn has a ton of photos of her son, whom she clearly adores, and very few of baby Audrina. In the 'about me' section, she states, "I HATE being at home, I HATE being alone.... I am crazy and find myself to be spontaneous.. I wish you would JUDGE me..it could be fun." A Lakeland Florida man obsessed with anime has been arrested after allegedly uploading child pornography on the website Photobucket.

Christopher Alan Mitchell, 26, who admits he has a problem and needs help, was taken into custody after an employee of the site submitted a tip to the NCMEC.

Detectives subsequently subpoenaed Photobucket for information who gladly sent them a disc to containing over 500 images featuring a preteen child engaged in sexual acts with an adult as well as other various logs to the officers.

Investigators then traced the information to Mitchell stated he needed help.

A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl he met on MySpace.

Jonathan Franz-Budow, 28, of Lower Makefield, was arrested on Thursday and charged with statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors and other offenses as a result of the incident.

However, Budow got himself a good attorney who claims that his client is mildly retarded as he "has the mind of a 12-year-old".

Anyway, Budow, who goes by the name "jonny gorgeous", is accused of picking up the girl with his car (yes he can drive) and taking her to Abrams Hebrew Academy (his father is a Rabbi there) in Yardley where they reportedly engaged in sexual activity.

According to court records, the 15-year-old girl knew of Budow after meeting him on MySpace.

This is not the first time however that Budow's activity on MySpace has gotten him into trouble. In 2008, he was cited by police for harassment after sending a 16-year-old girl a message over MySpace that read, "+I am The Joker The Evil Clown. I kill, I rape and do all other kinds of (expletive) so you better watch what you say little girl. Or I might just do a Jack the Ripper to (you)+"

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for late November.

Sharon Hinojosa Charged With Murder In Fire Deaths

Mom could spend life in prison:

A 29-year-old mother of three from Michigan has been arrested after police say she deliberately set fire to her home in order to kill two of her three children.

Sharon Hinojosa, of Huron Township, was arraigned on two counts of felony murder, two counts of second-degree murder and arson in connection with the October 9th fire that that destroyed her mobile home resulting in the deaths of her 4-year-old son, Anthony and 3-year-old daughter, Alayna.

Hinojosa however escaped the fiery blaze along with her 1-year old son, Aiden.

So why the murder charge then?

According to Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy, Hinojosa intentionally left Anthony and Alayna inside the trailer to die because they belonged to a different father. She instead only took Aiden who is the son of her current boyfriend.

Hinojosa was not married at the time of the incident and was living with her boyfriend but was also engaged to him as well, according to her above MySpace.

Police say they had to visit the happy couple earlier in July after she called 911 and told them she had been pushed to the ground by him.

A neighbor who tried the rescue the children in the blaze said Hinojosa did not call for help until the fire was well under way.

Nursery Worker Tracy Lyons Charged In Facebook Pedo Ring

Suspect is mother of eight:

UK--A 39-year-old Portsmouth mother of eight has been arrested on accusations that she sexually abused a child while taking pictures of the incident.

Tracy Lyons, who is also seven months pregnant, was arrested as part of an ongoing inquiry into a so-called Facebook pedophile ring which led to the previous conviction of Vanessa George, Colin Blanchard and Angela Allen.

George, who had abused the children at a Plymouth nursery where she worked, reportedly had traded the images with Blanchard and Allen.

The images confiscated on the personal computer owned by George then led to the arrest of Lyons earlier this week, said police.

Lyons was also reportedly a volunteer at a private nursery called Izzies, located less than a mile from her home.

Her Facebook has since been taken down but her MySpace can still be found by clicking the above picture.

She also maintained an account on a chat site found here.

Aaron Morphis Arrested For Shower Peeping From Inside Attic

Man peeps on woman from her grandma's attic

Aaron Morphis, 26, of Slidell, Louisiana, turned himself into police after a warrant was issued to him for voyeurism. It seems he had climbed up inside an attic to watch a woman showering at her grandmother's house. The peeper had left the attic light on. The victim noticed a crack between the ceiling and the shower vent. A pair of beady eyes were trained on her.

After the peeping victim covered herself and ran out of the bathroom, she and her grandmother saw the shower peeper coming out of the attic. When they confronted him, he apologized, said he was leaving and promptly hauled ass. The grandmother and the victim believe that this wasn't the first time Morphis has been a-peeping in their home, but cannot prove other otherwise at this time.

Aaron Morphis is now out of the Slidell City jail, having been released on a $1,000 surety bond.
