سورۃ البقرۃ آیات نمبر: 30-26

بِسۡمِ اللّٰہِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِیۡمِ

شروع کرتا ہوں اللہ تعا لٰی کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے۔

In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَسْتَحْيِي أَن يَضْرِبَ مَثَلًا مَّا بَعُوضَةً فَمَا فَوْقَهَا ۚ فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فَيَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّهُ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا فَيَقُولُونَ مَاذَا أَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهَٰذَا مَثَلًا ۘ يُضِلُّ بِهِ كَثِيرًا وَيَهْدِي بِهِ كَثِيرًا ۚ وَمَا يُضِلُّ بِهِ إِلَّا الْفَاسِقِينَ (26)6

یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی کسی مثال کے بیان کرنے سے نہیں شرماتا خواہ مچھر کی ہو ، یا اس سے بھی ہلکی چیز کی۔ ایمان والے تو اپنے رب کی جانب سے صحیح سمجھتے ہیں اور کفار کہتے ہیں کہ اس مثال سے اللہ نے کیا مراد لی ہے؟ اس کے ذریعہ بیشتر کو گُمراہ کرتا ہے اور اکثر لوگوں کو راہ راست پر لاتا ہے ۔ اور گمراہ تو صرف فاسقوں کو ہی کرتا ہے

Indeed, Allah is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it. And those who have believed know that it is the truth from their Lord. But as for those who disbelieve, they say, "What did Allah intend by this as an example?" He misleads many thereby and guides many thereby. And He misleads not except the defiantly disobedient,

beyshak Allah iss baat say nahi sharmata kay woh ( kissi baat ko wazeh kernay kay liye ) koi bhi misal dey , chahye woh machar ( jaisi mamooli cheez ) ki ho , ya kissi aesi cheez ki jo machar say bhi ziyada ( mamooli ) ho , abb jo log momin hain woh khoob jantay hain kay yeh misal aik haq baat hai jo unn kay perwerdigar ki taraf say aai hai . albatta jo log kafir hain woh yehi kehtay hain kay bhala iss ( haqeer ) misal say Allah ka kiya matlab hai-? ( iss tarah ) Allah iss misal say boht say logon ko gumrahi mein mubtala kerta hai , aur boht so ko hidayat deta hai . ( magar ) woh gumrah unhi ko kerta hai jo nafarman hain.

الَّذِينَ يَنقُضُونَ عَهْدَ اللَّهِ مِن بَعْدِ مِيثَاقِهِ وَيَقْطَعُونَ مَا أَمَرَ اللَّهُ بِهِ أَن يُوصَلَ وَيُفْسِدُونَ فِي الْأَرْضِ ۚ أُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْخَاسِرُونَ (27)7

جو لوگ اللہ تعالٰی کے مضبوط عہد کو توڑ دیتے ہیں اور اللہ تعالٰی نے جن چیزوں کے جوڑنے کا حکم دیا ہے ، انہیں کاٹتے ہیں اور زمین میں فساد پھیلاتے ہیں ، یہی لوگ نقصان اٹھانے والے ہیں

Who break the covenant of Allah after contracting it and sever that which Allah has ordered to be joined and cause corruption on earth. It is those who are the losers.

woh jo Allah say kiye huye ehad ko pukhta kernay kay baad bhi torr detay hain , aur jinn rishton ko Allah ney jorrney ka hukum diya hai , unhen kaat daaltay hain aur zameen mein fasad machatay hain , aesay hi log bara nuqsan uthaney walay hain

كَيْفَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَكُنتُمْ أَمْوَاتًا فَأَحْيَاكُمْ ۖ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ (28)8

تم اللہ کے ساتھ کیسے کفر کرتے ہو؟ حالانکہ تم مردہ تھے اس نے تمہیں زندہ کیا ۔ پھر تمہیں مار ڈالے گا پھر زندہ کرے گا پھر اسی کی طرف لوٹائے جاؤ گے ۔

How can you disbelieve in Allah when you were lifeless and He brought you to life; then He will cause you to die, then He will bring you [back] to life, and then to Him you will be returned.

tum Allah kay sath kufr ka tarz-e-amal aakhir kaisay ikhtiyar kerletay ho , halankay tum bey jaan thay , ussi ney tumhen zindagi bakhshi , phir wohi tumhen moat dey ga , phir wohi tum ko ( dobara ) zinda keray ga , aur phir tum ussi kay paas lot ker jao gay.

هُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ لَكُم مَّا فِي الْأَرْضِ جَمِيعًا ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَسَوَّاهُنَّ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ ۚ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ عَلِيمٌ (29)9

وہ اللہ جس نے تمہارے لئے زمین کی تمام چیزوں کو پیدا کیا پھر آسمان کی طرف قصد کیا اور ان کو ٹھیک ٹھاک سات آسمان بنایا اور وہ ہرچیز کو جانتا ہے ۔

It is He who created for you all of that which is on the earth. Then He directed Himself to the heaven, [His being above all creation], and made them seven heavens, and He is Knowing of all things.

wohi hai jiss ney zameen mein jo kuch hai tumharay liye peda kiya , phir woh aasman ki taraf mutawajjah huwa , chunacheh unn ko saat aasmano ki shakal mein theek theek banadiya , aur woh her cheez ka poora ilm rakhney wala hai.

وَإِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَائِكَةِ إِنِّي جَاعِلٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ خَلِيفَةً ۖ قَالُوا أَتَجْعَلُ فِيهَا مَن يُفْسِدُ فِيهَا وَيَسْفِكُ الدِّمَاءَ وَنَحْنُ نُسَبِّحُ بِحَمْدِكَ وَنُقَدِّسُ لَكَ ۖ قَالَ إِنِّي أَعْلَمُ مَا لَا تَعْلَمُونَ (30) 0

اور جب تیرے رب نے فرشتوں سے کہا کہ میں زمین میں خلیفہ بنانے والا ہوں تو انہوں نے کہا کہ ایسے شخص کو کیوں پیدا کرتا ہے جو زمین میں فساد کرے اور خون بہائے ؟ہم تیری تسبیح اور پاکیزگی بیان کرنے والے ہیں ۔ اللہ تعالٰی نے فرمایا جو میں جانتا ہوں تم نہیں جانتے

And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."

aur ( uss waqt ka tazkarah suno ) jab tumharay perwerdigar ney farishton say kaha kay mein zameen mein aik khalifa bananey wala hun , woh kehney lagay : kiya aap zameen mein aesi makhlooq peda keren gay jo uss mein fasad machaye , aur khoon kharaba keray , halankay hum aap ki tasbeeh aur hamd o taqdees mein lagay huye hain ? Allah ney kaha : mein woh baaten janta hun jo tum nahi jantay.

بِسۡمِ اللّٰہِ الرَّحۡمٰنِ الرَّحِیۡمِ

شروع کرتا ہوں اللہ تعا لٰی کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے۔

In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ اعْبُدُوا رَبَّكُمُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ (21)1

اے لوگوں اپنے اس رب کی عبادت کرو جس نے تمہیں اور تم سے پہلے لوگوں کو پیدا کیا یہی تمہارا بچاؤ ہے

O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous.

aey logo ! apney uss perwerdigar ki ibadat kero jiss ney tumhen aur unn logon ko peda kiya jo tum say pehlay guzray hain , takay tum muttaqi ban jao.

الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ فِرَاشًا وَالسَّمَاءَ بِنَاءً وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِ مِنَ الثَّمَرَاتِ رِزْقًا لَّكُمْ ۖ فَلَا تَجْعَلُوا لِلَّهِ أَندَادًا وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ (22)2

جس نے تمہارے لئے زمین کو فرش اور آسمان کو چھت بنایا اور آسمان سے پانی اتار کر اس سے پھل پیدا کر کے تمہیں روزی دی ، خبردار باوجود جاننے کے اللہ کے شریک مقّرر نہ کرو

[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him].

( woh perwerdigar ) jiss ney tumharay liye zameen ko bichona banaya , aur aasman ko chhat aur aasman say paani barsaya , phir iss kay zariye tumharay rizq kay tor per phal nikalay , lehaza Allah kay sath shareek naa thehrao , jabkay tum ( yeh sabb baaten ) jantay ho.

وَإِن كُنتُمْ فِي رَيْبٍ مِّمَّا نَزَّلْنَا عَلَىٰ عَبْدِنَا فَأْتُوا بِسُورَةٍ مِّن مِّثْلِهِ وَادْعُوا شُهَدَاءَكُم مِّن دُونِ اللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمْ صَادِقِينَ (23)3

ہم نے جو کچھ اپنے بندے پر اُتارا ہے اس میں اگر تمہیں شک ہو اور تم سچّے ہو تو اس جیسی ایک سورت تو بنا لاؤ ، تمہیں اختیار ہے کہ اللہ تعالٰی کے سوا اپنے مددگاروں کو بھی بلا لو

And if you are in doubt about what We have sent down upon Our Servant [Muhammad], then produce a surah the like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah , if you should be truthful.

aur agar tum iss( Quran ) kay baaray mein zara bhi shak mein ho jo hum ney apney banday Muhammad ( SallAllaho-alehi-wa-aalihi-wasallam ) per utaara hai , to iss jaisi koi aik surat hi bana lao , aur agar sachay ho to Allah kay siwa apney tamam madad gaaron ko bulalo.

فَإِن لَّمْ تَفْعَلُوا وَلَن تَفْعَلُوا فَاتَّقُوا النَّارَ الَّتِي وَقُودُهَا النَّاسُ وَالْحِجَارَةُ ۖ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْكَافِرِينَ (24)4

پس اگر تم نے نہ کیا اور تم ہرگز نہیں کر سکتے تو ( اسے سچّا مان کر ) اس آگ سے بچو جس کا ایندھن انسان اور پتھر ہیں جو کافروں کے لئے تیار کی گئی ہے

But if you do not - and you will never be able to - then fear the Fire, whose fuel is men and stones, prepared for the disbelievers.

phir bhi agar tum yeh kaam naa ker-sako , aur yaqeenan kabhi nahi ker-sako gay, to daro uss aag say jiss ka endhan insan aur pathar hon gay , woh kafiron kay liye tayyar ki gaee hai.

وَبَشِّرِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٍ تَجْرِي مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ ۖ كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوا مِنْهَا مِن ثَمَرَةٍ رِّزْقًا ۙ قَالُوا هَٰذَا الَّذِي رُزِقْنَا مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَأُتُوا بِهِ مُتَشَابِهًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا أَزْوَاجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ ۖ وَهُمْ فِيهَا خَالِدُونَ (25)5

اور ایمان والوں اور نیک عمل کرنے والوں کو ان جنتوں کی خوشخبریاں دو جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہیں ۔ جب کبھی وہ پھلوں کا رزق دئیے جائیں گے اور ہم شکل لائے جائیں گے تو کہیں گے یہ وہی ہے جو ہم اس سے پہلے دئیے گئے تھے اور ان کے لئے بیویاں ہیں صاف ستھری اور وہ ان جنتوں میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں

And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally.

aur jo log emaan laye hain , aur unhon ney naik amal kiye hain , unn ko khushkhabri dey do kay unn kay liye aesay baaghaat ( tayyar ) hain jinn kay neechay nehren behti hon gi , jab kabhi unn ko unn ( baaghaat ) mein say koi phal rizq kay tor per diya jaye ga , to woh kahen gay " yeh to wohi hai jo hamen pehlay bhi diya gaya tha aur unhen woh rizq aisa hi diya jaye ga jo dekhney mein milta julta hoga , aur unn kay liye wahan pakeezah biwiyan hon gi , aur woh unn ( baaghaat ) mein hamesha hamesha rahen gay.

ہانگ کانگ میں نیا قانون کے خلاف مظاہرین کا احتجاج

ہانگ کانگ کا احتجاج: انتخابات میں تاخیر ، نیا قانون کے خلاف احتجاج کرنے والے لوگوں پر پولیس نے کالی مرچ کی گولیاں فائر کیں

ہانگ کانگ: ہانگ کانگ پولیس نے اتوار کے روز سینکڑوں لوگوں کے ہجوم پر کالی مرچ کی گیندوں پر گولیاں چلائیں جو سڑکوں پر نکل آنے والے قانون سازی کے انتخابات کے ملتوی ہونے اور چین کی جانب سے نافذ کیے جانے والے ایک نئے قومی سلامتی قانون کے خلاف احتجاج کرنے سڑکوں پر نکل آئے تھے۔

ہانگ کانگ کے رہنما کیری لام نے کورونا وائرس کے معاملات میں اضافے کی وجہ سے 6 ستمبر کو ایشین فنانشل ہب کی قانون ساز کونسل کی نشستوں کے لئے جولائی میں انتخابات ملتوی کردیئے۔

اس اقدام سے جمہوریت نواز اپوزیشن کو دھچکا لگا جس نے کونسل میں تاریخی اکثریت حاصل کرنے کی امید کی تھی ، جہاں صرف آدھی نشستیں براہ راست منتخب ہوتی ہیں اور باقی آدھی ممبران مقرر ہوتے ہیں جو زیادہ تر بیجنگ کی حمایت کرتے ہیں۔

ایک 70 سالہ خاتون وانگ کی نام نہاد خاتون ، جس نے دوسرے مظاہرین کے ساتھ مارچ کرتے ہوئے کہا ، "آج کا دن سمجھا جاتا ہے کہ ہمارا ووٹ ڈالنے کا دن ہے ، ہمیں اپنے ووٹ کے لئے لڑنے کے لئے مزاحمت کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔

بیجنگ نے جون کے آخر میں سکیورٹی کی نئی قانون نافذ کرنے کے بعد یہ سروے سابق برطانوی کالونی کا پہلا سرکاری ووٹ تھا۔ حکومت کا اصرار ہے کہ تاخیر کے پیچھے کوئی سیاسی محرک نہیں تھا۔

جزیرہ نما ہلچل کے چاروں طرف ہزاروں پولیس اہلکار کھڑے تھے جب مارچرز نے پلے کارڈ لہرا دیئے اور "ہانگ کانگ کو آزاد کرو" جیسے مشہور حکومت مخالف نعرے لگائے۔

سلامتی کے نئے قانون کے تحت ان نعروں پر اب پابندی عائد ہے۔ پولیس نے بتایا کہ انہوں نے اپنے فیس بک پیج پر ایک نوٹس میں غیر قانونی اجتماعات کے لئے کم از کم 30 افراد کو گرفتار کیا۔

چین کے فیس بک صفحے پر ایک پوسٹ کے مطابق ، مظاہرے کے دوران متعدد معروف کارکنوں کو گرفتار کیا گیا جن میں سول ہیومن رائٹس فرنٹ کے نائب کنوینر فیگو چین اور سابق قانون ساز لیونگ کوک ہنگ تھے ، جنھیں "لانگ ہیئر" بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔

قانون کا مقصد اختلاف کو ختم کرنا ہے

اس سال حکومت مخالف مظاہروں میں کمی واقع ہوئی ہے جس کی بنیادی وجہ گروہ اجتماعات کی حدود - کورونا وائرس کے پھیلاؤ کی روک تھام کے لئے عائد کی گئی ہے - اور سیکیورٹی قانون ، جو چین کو تخریبی ، علیحدگی پسند ، دہشت گرد یا غیر ملکی افواج کے ساتھ مل کر سمجھنے والے اقدامات کی سزا دیتا ہے۔

ناقدین کا کہنا ہے کہ اس قانون کا مقصد شہر میں عدم اعتماد کو ختم کرنا ہے ، جبکہ حامیوں کا کہنا ہے کہ اس سے ایک سال تک متشدد حکومت مخالف چین اور چین مخالف بدامنی کے بعد مزید استحکام آئے گا۔

ہانگ کانگ 1997 میں خودمختاری کی ضمانت کے تحت چینی حکمرانی میں واپس آگئی لیکن نقادوں کا کہنا ہے کہ نیا قانون اس وعدے کو پامال کرتا ہے اور اس علاقے کو مزید آمرانہ راستے پر ڈال دیتا ہے۔

قانون کے حامیوں کا کہنا ہے کہ وہ اس طرح کے قوانین کو اپنے طور پر پاس کرنے کے لئے کسی آئینی تقاضے کو پورا کرنے میں شہر کی نااہلی کی وجہ سے قومی سلامتی میں کوتاہیوں کا باعث ہے۔

اگرچہ سڑکوں پر ہونے والے مظاہروں نے بڑی حد تک رفتار کھو دی ہے ، لیکن حکومت مخالف اور بیجنگ مخالف جذبات برقرار ہیں ، چین کی طرف سے عوامی عدم اعتماد کے درمیان ہانگ کانگ کے باشندوں کے لئے بڑے پیمانے پر کورونیو وائرس کی جانچ کی پیش کش کی گئی ہے۔

حکام نے محفل کو محدود کرنے کے لئے کورونا وائرس کے خدشات کا حوالہ دیا ہے ، جو فی الحال دو افراد تک محدود ہیں اور پولیس نے حالیہ مہینوں میں مظاہروں کی درخواستوں کو مسترد کردیا ہے۔

ہانگ کانگ میں جنوری سے لے کر اب تک لگ بھگ 4،800 کورونا وائرس کے واقعات رپورٹ ہوئے ہیں ، جو دنیا کے دیگر بڑے شہروں کی نسبت بہت کم ہیں۔ روزانہ انفیکشن کی تعداد جولائی میں ٹرپل ہندسے سے فی الحال سنگل ہندسوں میں کافی حد تک کم ہو چکی ہے۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مَنْصُورًا، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الْبَرَاءُ بْنُ عَازِبٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ إِذَا أَتَيْتَ مَضْجَعَكَ فَتَوَضَّأْ وَضُوءَكَ لِلصَّلاَةِ، ثُمَّ اضْطَجِعْ عَلَى شِقِّكَ الأَيْمَنِ، وَقُلِ اللَّهُمَّ أَسْلَمْتُ وَجْهِي إِلَيْكَ، وَفَوَّضْتُ أَمْرِي إِلَيْكَ، وَأَلْجَأْتُ ظَهْرِي إِلَيْكَ، رَغْبَةً وَرَهْبَةً إِلَيْكَ، لاَ مَلْجَأَ وَلاَ مَنْجَا مِنْكَ إِلاَّ إِلَيْكَ، آمَنْتُ بِكِتَابِكَ الَّذِي أَنْزَلْتَ، وَبِنَبِيِّكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ‏.‏ فَإِنْ مُتَّ مُتَّ عَلَى الْفِطْرَةِ، فَاجْعَلْهُنَّ آخِرَ مَا تَقُولُ ‏"‏‏.‏ فَقُلْتُ أَسْتَذْكِرُهُنَّ وَبِرَسُولِكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ‏.‏ قَالَ ‏"‏ لاَ، وَبِنَبِيِّكَ الَّذِي أَرْسَلْتَ ‏"‏‏.‏

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے معتمر بن سلیمان نے بیان کیا ، کہا کہ میں نے منصور سے سنا ، ان سے سعد بن عبیدہ نے بیان کیا کہ مجھ سے براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا ، انہوں نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جب تو سونے لگے تو نماز کے وضو کی طرح وضو کرپھر دائیں کروٹ لیٹ جا اور یہ دعا پڑھ ۔ ” اے اللہ ! میں نے اپنے آپ کو تیر ی اطاعت میں دے دیا ۔ اپنا سب کچھ تیرے سپرد کر دیا ۔ اپنے معاملات تیرے حوالے کر دئیے ۔ خوف کی وجہ سے اور تیری ( رحمت و ثواب کی ) امید میں کوئی پناہ گا ہ کوئی مخلص تیرے سوا نہیں میں تیری کتاب پر ایمان لایا جو تو نے نازل کی ہے اور تیرے نبی پر جن کو تو نے بھیجاہے “ اس کے بعد اگر تم مرگئے تو فطرت ( دین اسلام پر مروگے پس ان کلمات کو ( رات کی ) سب سے آخری با ت بناؤ جنہیں تم اپنی زبان سے اداکرو ( حضرت براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا ) میں نے عرض کی ” وبر سولک الذی ارسلت “ کہنے میں کیا وجہ ہے ؟ آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ نہیں وبنبیک الذی ارسلت کہو ۔

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said to me, "When you want to go to bed, perform ablution as you do for prayer, then lie down on your right side and say: 'Allahumma aslamtu wajhi ilaika, wa fawwadtu 'amri ilaika wa alja'tu dhahri ilaika, raghbatan wa rahbatan ilaika, la malja'a wa la manja minka illa ilaika. Amantu bikitabik al-ladhi anzalta wa binabiyyika al-ladhi arsalta'. أُولَٰئِكَ الَّذِينَ اشْتَرَوُا الضَّلَالَةَ بِالْهُدَىٰ فَمَا رَبِحَت تِّجَارَتُهُمْ وَمَا كَانُوا مُهْتَدِينَ (16)16

یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے گمراہی کو ہدایت کے بدلے میں خرید لیا پس نہ تو ان کی تجارت نے ان کو فائدہ پہنچایا اور نہ یہ ہدایت والے ہوئے ۔

يَكَادُ الْبَرْقُ يَخْطَفُ أَبْصَارَهُمْ ۖ كُلَّمَا أَضَاءَ لَهُم مَّشَوْا فِيهِ وَإِذَا أَظْلَمَ عَلَيْهِمْ قَامُوا ۚ وَلَوْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ لَذَهَبَ بِسَمْعِهِمْ وَأَبْصَارِهِمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ (20)0

قریب ہے کہ بجلی ان کی آنکھیں اچک لے جائے ، جب ان کے لئے روشنی کرتی ہے تو اس میں چلتے پھرتے ہیں اور جب ان پر اندھیرا کرتی ہے تو کھڑے ہو جاتے ہیں اور اگر اللہ تعالٰی چاہے تو ان کے کانوں اور آنکھوں کو بیکار کر دے یقیناً اللہ تعالٰی ہرچیز پر قدرت رکھنے والا ہے

India is trying its best to get Pakistan included in the FATF blacklist. Opposition has blocked legislation and put personal interests before national interest. The present opposition is only harming the country to save its corruption.

Legislation for national security and public interest should not be delayed. The government will not compromise on the Charter of Accountability. It is taking all possible steps to improve the economic and social conditions. The FATF laws will be passed by Parliament in any case.

According to details, while addressing a meeting of government and party spokespersons on Wednesday, the Prime Minister said that the opposition had blocked the FATF legislation to blackmail the government. It is harming the country to save it.

شروع کرتا ہوں اللہ تعا لٰی کے نام سے جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے۔

In the name of Allah , the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

(وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ لَا تُفْسِدُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ قَالُوا إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ (11

اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ زمین میں فساد نہ کرو تو جواب دیتے ہیں کہ ہم تو صرف اصلاح کرنے والے ہیں ۔

And when it is said to them, "Do not cause corruption on the earth," they say, "We are but reformers."

aur jab unn say kaha jata hai kay tum zameen mein fasad naa machao to woh kehtay hain kay hum to islaah kernay walay hain.

(أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ الْمُفْسِدُونَ وَلَٰكِن لَّا يَشْعُرُونَ (12

خبردار ہو !یقیناً یہی لوگ فساد کرنے والے ہیں لیکن شعور ( سمجھ ) نہیں رکھتے ۔

Unquestionably, it is they who are the corrupter's, but they perceive [it] not.

yaad rakho ! yehi log fasad phelaney walay hain , lekin enhen iss baat ka ehsas nahi hai

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمْ آمِنُوا كَمَا آمَنَ النَّاسُ قَالُوا أَنُؤْمِنُ كَمَا آمَنَ السُّفَهَاءُ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ هُمُ السُّفَهَاءُ

(وَلَٰكِن لَّا يَعْلَمُونَ (13

اور جب ان سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ اور لوگوں ( یعنی صحابہ ) کی طرح تم بھی ایمان لاؤ تو جواب دیتے ہیں کہ کیا ہم ایسا ایمان لائیں جیسا بیوقوف لائے ہیں ، خبردار ہو جاؤ یقیناً یہی بیوقوف ہیں ، لیکن جانتے نہیں

And when it is said to them, "Believe as the people have believed," they say, "Should we believe as the foolish have believed?" Unquestionably, it is they who are the foolish, but they know [it] not.

aur jab inn say kaha jata hai kay tum bhi ussi tarah emaan ley aao jaisay doosray log emaan laye hain to woh kehtay hain kay kiya hum bhi ussi tarah emaan layen jaisay beywaqoof log emaan laye hain-? khoob achi tarah sunn lo kay yehi log bey waqoof hain , lekin woh yeh baat nahi jantay.

وَإِذَا لَقُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَوْا إِلَىٰ شَيَاطِينِهِمْ قَالُوا إِنَّا مَعَكُمْ إِنَّمَا نَحْنُ

(مُسْتَهْزِئُونَ (14

اور جب ایمان والوں سے ملتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم بھی ایمان والے ہیں اور جب اپنے بڑوں کے پاس جاتے ہیں تو کہتے ہیں کہ ہم تو تمہارے ساتھ ہیں ہم تو ان سے صرف مذاق کرتے ہیں

And when they meet those who believe, they say, "We believe"; but when they are alone with their evil ones, they say, "Indeed, we are with you; we were only mockers."

aur jab yeh unn logon say miltay hain jo emaan laa-chukay hain to kehtay hain kay hum emaan ley aaye , aur jab yeh apney shetanon kay paas tanhai mein jatay hain to kehtay hain kay hum tumharay sath hain , hum to mazaq ker-rahey thay.

(اللَّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِي طُغْيَانِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ (15

اللہ تعالٰی بھی ان سے مذاق کرتا ہے اور انہیں ان کی سرکشی اور بہکاوے میں اور بڑھا دیتا ہے ۔

[But] Allah mocks them and prolongs them in their transgression [while] they wander blindly.

Allah unn say mazaq ( ka moamla ) kerta hai aur unhen aesi dheel deta hai kay woh apni sarkashi mein bhataktay rahen.

سورۃ البقرۃ آیات نمبر: 10-6

کافروں کو آپ کا ڈرانا یا نہ ڈرانا برابر ہے ، یہ لوگ ایمان نہ لائیں گے

Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe.

Kafiron ko ap ka darana ya na drana brabar hay, ya loog emaan na lain gay.

(خَتَمَ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمْ وَعَلَىٰ سَمْعِهِمْ ۖ وَعَلَىٰ أَبْصَارِهِمْ غِشَاوَةٌ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٌ (7

اللہ تعالٰی نے ان کے دلوں پر اور ان کے کانوں پر مہر کر دی ہے اور ان کی آنکھوں پر پردہ ہے اور ان کے لیے بڑا عذاب ہے

Allah has set a seal upon their hearts and upon their hearing, and over their vision is a veil. And for them is a great punishment.

Allah nay in kay diloon par or in kay kanoon par mohar kar di hay or in ki ankhoon par pardah hay or in kay liya bara azaab hay.

(وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَبِالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤْمِنِينَ (8

بعض لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم اللہ تعالیٰ پر اور قیامت کے دن پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں لیکن در حقیقت وہ ایمان والے نہیں ہیں

And of the people are some who say, "We believe in Allah and the Last Day," but they are not believers.

baz loog kahtay hain kay ham Allah par or qiyamat kay din par emaan rakhtay hain lakin dar haqeeqat wo emaan walay nahi hain.

(يُخَادِعُونَ اللَّهَ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَمَا يَخْدَعُونَ إِلَّا أَنفُسَهُمْ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ (9

وہ اللہ تعالٰی کو اور ایمان والوں کو دھوکا دیتے ہیں لیکن دراصل وہ خود اپنے آپ کو دھوکا دے رہے ہیں مگر سمجھتے نہیں

They [think to] deceive Allah and those who believe, but they deceive not except themselves and perceive [it] not.

wo Allah ko or emaan walon ko dhoka daitay hain lakin darasal wo khod apnay aap ko dhoka day rahay hain magar samjhtay nahi.

(فِي قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّهُ مَرَضًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ (10

ان کے دلوں میں بیماری تھی اللہ تعالٰی نے انہیں بیماری میں مزید بڑھا دیا اور ان کے جھوٹ کی وجہ سے ان کے لئے دردناک عذاب ہے

In their hearts is disease, so Allah has increased their disease; and for them is a painful punishment because they [habitually] used to lie.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَامِعُ بْنُ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَعْلَى ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ لِأَبِي : أَيُّ النَّاسِ خَيْرٌ بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : قُلْتُ : ثُمَّ مَنْ ، قَالَ : ثُمَّ عُمَرُ وَخَشِيتُ أَنْ يَقُولَ : عُثْمَانُ ، قُلْتُ : ثُمَّ أَنْتَ ، قَالَ : مَا أَنَا إِلَّا رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ۔

ہم سے محمد بن کثیر نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو سفیان ثوری نے خبر دی، کہا ہم سے جامع بن ابی راشد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابویعلیٰ نے بیان کیا، ان سے محمد بن حنفیہ نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے اپنے والد ( علی رضی اللہ عنہ ) سے پوچھا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے بعد سب سے افضل صحابی کون ہیں؟ انہوں نے بتلایا کہ ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ میں نے پوچھا پھر کون ہیں؟ انہوں نے بتلایا، اس کے بعد عمر رضی اللہ عنہ ہیں۔ مجھے اس کا اندیشہ ہوا کہ اب ( پھر میں نے پوچھا کہ اس کے بعد؟ ) کہہ دیں گے کہ عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ اس لیے میں نے خود کہا، اس کے بعد آپ ہیں؟ یہ سن کر وہ بولے کہ میں تو صرف عام مسلمانوں کی جماعت کا ایک شخص ہوں۔

Pakistan cricket team will now face England in the T20 series after losing the Test series to England.

All three matches in the three-match series will be played at Manchester's Old Trafford ground.

The first match of the T20 series against England will be played on August 28, the second on August 30 and the third on September 1.

Former captain of Pakistan cricket team Rameez Raja while talking to BBC Urdu says that T20 is Pakistan's favorite format for more than one reason.

"One is that this format gives the player instant fame. Our T20 culture is set. Our club cricket is usually base overs and it is easy to organize this format at every level.

"It takes a lot of hard work to organize and maintain the quality of four-day cricket," he said. In addition, the mood of the fans has now become T20. Most importantly, the Pakistan Super League played a very important role in this regard. Now players want to make money by playing T20 and people want to see this format.

Regarding the recent performance of the Pakistani team, Rameez Raja says that it is not easy to get good results against the top teams as mistakes are made against these big teams.

Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person. The Pakistani team has a very good record in T20, it also became the world number one team, but when it faced resistance from good teams, it lost matches.

Rameez Raja thinks it is very important to play with good teams to test yourself.

He says that two or three new players like Khushdil Shah and Haider Ali have come in the Pakistani team, they should get a chance. Now a new team needs to be formed.

"If there was no talent in the country, it would make sense for you to keep feeding the old players, but if you don't experiment with new players in the T20s, you will be left behind," he said. Choose talent and give it a chance because if you don't give it a chance in T20 then where will you give it?

Rameez Raja says that it is possible to hold a series against good teams. It is a short series that can easily be held at home or in a rival team's country.

Former Pakistan cricket captain and wicket keeper Rashid Latif says that one of the main reasons for Pakistan's success in the T20 International has been that we have good spinners.

We made good use of Emad Wasim, Shadab Khan and Mohammad Hafeez, they are not easy bowlers. Apart from them, Mohammad Amir and Wahab Riaz were also part of the bowling attack. The batting kept changing but captain Sarfraz relied on spinners.

پاک فوج کے پبلک سروس انٹر سروسس پبلک ریلیشنز (آئی ایس پی آر) کی طرف سے جاری کردہ بیان میں کہا گیا ہے کہ کراچی اور سندھ کے مختلف علاقوں میں موسلا دھار بارش کا سلسلہ جاری ہے۔

آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق ، موسلا دھار بارش نے شہر کے متعدد علاقوں کو ڈبو دیا۔

ترجمان پاک فوج کے مطابق بارش کے پانی کی وجہ سے لوگ کئی علاقوں میں پھنس چکے ہیں۔

کراچی میں بارشوں کا ریکارڈ ٹوٹ گیا، لوگ پریشان اور سڑکیں تالاب کا منظر پیش کر رہی ہیں۔

شہر قائد میں بارشوں کا ریکارڈ ٹوٹ گیا، 53 سال قبل جولائی 1967 میں کراچی میں 429 ملی میٹر بارش ہوئی تھی، تاہم رواں ماہ میں اب تک 442 ملی میٹر بارش ہوچکی ہے۔

محکمہ موسمیات کے 89 سالہ ریکارڈ میں زیادہ بارشیں 1967 کے مون سون سیزن میں ہی ہوئی تھیں۔

کراچی کے مختلف علاقوں میں آج صبح سے شدید موسلا دھار بارش جاری ہے، جس کی وجہ سے کئی اہم سڑکوں پر پھر پانی جمع ہو گیا، شہریوں کی گاڑیاں بند ہو گئیں۔

شدید بارش کے باعث شہر کی بیشتر سڑکیں زیرِ آب آگئی ہیں اور گاڑیوں بالخصوص موٹر سائیکلوں کو گزرنے میں شدید دشواری کا سامنا ہے۔

متعدد شہری بارش پانی کا جمع ہونے کی وجہ سے گاڑیاں اور موٹر سائیکلیں بند ہونے کے باعث سڑکوں پر پھنس گئے اور انہیں گھروں میں لوٹنے میں دشواری کا سامنا ہے۔

سال 1967 کے مون سون میں کراچی میں 713 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ ہوئی تھی، رواں مون سون سیزن میں اب تک 566 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ ہوچکی ہے۔

واضح رہے کہ محکمہ موسمیات کی جانب سے حالیہ پیشگوئی اور اندازے غلط ثابت ہوئے، جہاں آج بھر کراچی میں موسلا دھار بارش کا سلسلہ شروع ہوا۔

محکمہ موسمیات نے بتایا کہ اتوار کو بھی کراچی میں متعددل بارش کا امکان ہے۔

رواں ماہ میں سب سے زیادہ بارشوں کا 46 سال کا ریکارڈ تین دن پہلے ہی ٹوٹا ہے۔

کراچی میں اگست 1984 میں فیصل بیس پر 298 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ کی گئی تھی، تاہم 25 اگست شام 5 بجے تک فیصل بیس پر 345 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ کی جاچکی ہے۔

کراچی ایئرپورٹ پر اگست میں بارش کا 42 سال پرانا بھی ریکارڈ ٹوٹ گیا جہاں اگست 1979 میں ایئرپورٹ پر 262 ملی میٹر بارش ریکارڈ کی گئی جو اب اس سے زائد ہے۔
