This was shot on a canon t3i with a stock 18-55mm zoom lens, I recently upgraded from the t2i and I have to say the t3i impresses me. I also used a glidetrack, glidecam HD 4000, and a 12' pro am camera crane to get some of these shots. Audio was recored on a rode shotgun mic. I had a contour HD that shot 1080p video and was real small and lightweight however I learned that the audio quality was absolute crap in many situations! I also have a $900 canon t3i with a $110 rode shotgun mic, don't get me wrong it takes great video but it's real heavy and awkward to be holding up while talking to yourself in the street.&nbsp; Oh ya and if your thinking about getting into vlogging AND your a bit of a shy person its best to just quit before you go out embarass yourself, that's at least what I've learned, vlogging if for the bold. Anyways after all this and about $1500 down the drain I found out that alot of the <a href="http://socialtimes.com/top-youtube-vloggers_b10280">best vloggers on youtube</a> use the flip ultra HD video cam. For about $75 I went out and got myself a flip cam and I have to say its been one of the best purchases of my life, the audio quality is amazing (way better tha my $100 shotgun mic) and the video is nice and smooth. This camera was meant for vlogging. I show you how to set up the rocketfish webcam on your mac. The rocketfish cam doesn't need an install driver if your using Mac software, the camera is UVC compliant meaning it's completely plug and play. In this review I show you how to enable your rocketfish webcam in photobooth. The webcam also works perfectly with screencasting programs like screen flow and screenium however the camera is not plug and play syndicated with iMovie.
