Det blev en träningsfri dag. Eller vilodag heter det väl egentligen. Imorgon däremot ska vi på Sh'bam. Sen blir det vila igen i helgen. Men det fina vädret ska tydligen fortsätta så några promenader i solen vore ju skönt.&lt;br /&gt;

Det blev ett träningspass ikväll med, Bodypump. Så jag räknar med träningsvärk imorgon. Får alltid mest träningsvärk av Bodypump. Det känns att man tränat om jag säger så. &lt;b&gt;Totalt i januari har jag tränat 17 pass på Aktiverum och ett antal promenader utöver detta. &lt;/b&gt;Känns mycket bra! Imorgon ska jag och Sandra testa Yoga. Träningen funkar bra och även maten i vardagarna, men sen kommer helgen och det är mycket onyttigt som lockar. Särskilt när man är på fest eller bara bortbjuden. Men det är bara att kämpa på och försöka att stå emot så gott det går. Så länge jag tränar så känns det ändå helt okej om inte vågen alltid står på minus. Det får väl ta den tiden det tar helt enkelt.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Gårdagen tillbringade jag hos Marielle och lilla Liv. Hon har verkligen växt till sig en del. Hon var beräknad till om ca en vecka så nu är hon "normalstor". Så skönt att det går på rätt håll!&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;På kvällen blev jag upphämtad av Sandra som ville ha sällskap. Vi tittade på film och gjorde smoothies och popcorn.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nu ska jag och Andreas strax traska ner mot Knutpunkten där vi ska möta upp några från hans jobb och åka över till Helsingör. Synd att det är helt grått ute, men jag hoppas det blir trevligt ändå.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Inte långt kvar till februari nu. Tiden går skrämmande fort!&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Jag har lite ångest över att väga mig imorgon. Helgen har inte varit helt optimal. Men samtidigt kan man ju inte leva hur strikt som helst. Inte på helgerna i alla fall! Jag måste ju få leva lite också! Men jag har såklart inte ätit något godis! Nej mitt godisförbud håller jag stenhårt på ända fram till påsk! Det går förvånansvärt bra tycker jag! :) Har unnat mig lite glass dock. Och alkohol. Inga stora mängder men ändå. Det känns lite onödigt såhär i efterhand. Men gjort är gjort.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ikväll ska jag och Andreas till hans syster som fyller år. Det kommer säkert bjudas på en massa gott så jag tror det blir en liten prövning. Helgen sprang förbi. Igår var det fint väder med blå himmel och sol så jag och Andreas körde till mamma och pappa och följde med dom (och Lady såklart) på en lång promenad vid vattnet. Efter besöket hos Malena och Noel blev det ett pass i gymmet med Sandra. Tänkte visa upp håret imorgon när det är tvättat och stylat för nu är jag bara svettig och äcklig.&lt;br /&gt;

Sh'bam (som vi tränade) var både roligt och svettigt! Precis som ett träningspass ska vara. Det får vi gå på fler gånger!&lt;br /&gt;
