Water sign Scorpio's are said to be strong willed and magnetic. Leonardo DiCaprio definitely seems to fit such qualities. The gorgeous DiCaprio is not only a great actor, he is also a practicing environmentalist and humanitarian. DiCaprio flies commercial flights, uses solar power, and drives a hybrid too. DiCaprio also donates and volunteers for children's causes. All these qualities make me love Leonardo DiCaprio even more. I suspect Leonardo DiCaprio will have a lifelong successful acting career like the great actor Jack Nicholson. Be sure to catch DiCaprio's next great movie "Inception", a sci-fi thriller
in theaters now.

Being that Leonardo is an environmentalist he usually eats environmentally friendly - healthy food. For Bradley's role in A-Team he actually had to gain some weight by eating junk food. It's good to know that I am not the only who gains weight when indulging in junk food, sexy Bradley Copper is human! He quickly transformed his physique after going back on his diet and exercise regimen techniques.

Aside from a healthy lifestyle that Bradley Cooper leads, he also enjoys traveling the world. I had the pleasure of watching one of his documentaries on a learning channel, where he visited Machu Picchu, in Peru. Bradley Cooper was in no makeup for the film, and still looking hot. He had great physical stamina to endure the elevation effects in Machu Picchu, Peru. Healthy diet and daily exercise can prepare you for your next "Survivor" like adventure, just like it did for Bradley.

I bet Bradley will be enjoying a protein rich and low-fat breakfast this morning. If I had Bradley over for Breakfast I would make him "Bell Pepper Egg-In-A-Hole". This is recipe from "Everyday Food." It's a healthy, low-carb, fast and easy recipe. It also looks creative. Quickly whip this up to serve 4.

Ingredients:

• 2 t olive oil
• 1 red bell pepper, cut into four thick rings
• 4 large eggs
• Coarse salt and ground pepper
• 2 t grated Parmesan

Preparation:

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high. Wow, Actor Matt Damon is so gorgeous! He just gets better looking as he gets older. Matt Damon is so down to earth, he married a non-celebrity, and he likes to eat meat and potatoes. Matt Damon was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts on October 8, 1970. He is a Libra. Libra's are said to be harmonious and enjoy the luxuries of life. Astrologically Libra's favorite foods are elegant foods, which may be true, since Matt also enjoys eating lobster.

Beef and potato's have received a bad rap, but they do have many health benefits when consumed in moderation. Aside from being high in protein beef is rich in Zinc, Selenium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Magnesium. Beef is also an excellent source of Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 Niacin and Riboflavin. Beef is good for your teeth and bones. Look at Matt's smile, he has gorgeous teeth and physique, that's genetics too!

Potatoes are surprisingly full of nutrients. Potatoes are a rich source of Vitamin B, folate and minerals like iron, magnesium, and potassium.

Here is a recipe Matt Damon would enjoy, and you might too, if you are a meat lover!
Jillian Michaels trains herself as hard as she trains the contestants on Biggest Loser. You can get some great training and diet tips on her website, www.jillianmichaels.com.

Some people have the weakness of eating healthy, but cannot find the time or energy to exercise. Others have the weakness of working out hard, but slipping in their daily diet. Jillian conquered both weaknesses, she works out hard, and respects her hard work, and acknowledges it by feeding her body only healthy foods. Maybe, if we think about those two words, respect and acknowledge we can do the same. I will try it and let you know how it goes.

Jillian Michaels favorite food are fish and vegetables, and she eats organic whenever possible. Jillian fuels her morning with good quality carbs, and for lunch and dinner low carb meals, like fish and vegetables.
Salmon and tuna are rich in omega-3 fats, and vitamin D which are essential for healthy cells. Studies have shown that these omega-3 rich fish can help relieve joint and muscle pains, because of omega-3's anti-inflammatory action. This is a great benefit for you if you lift weights, or run.

White fish like Halibut, and Tilapia are low in calories and fat, but not high in omega-3 fats. It is loaded with A,B, D and E vitamins. White fish is a good choice if you have high cholesterol. Whatever fish you choose they are all rich in protein. Always choose wild and organic whenever possible. If you cannot find these qualities in fresh fish, frozen is an excellent choice.

Grilled Salmon recipe
This is a tasty fish recipe, but if you are restricting your carb intake omit the sourdough bread. Coat with cooking spray, and place over medium heat. Pour in half of the egg mixture. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the bottom begins to set. Sprinkle with half of the reserved vegetable mixture and half of the cheese. Cover, and cook for 2 minutes, or until the cheese melts. With spatula, fold the egg mixture in half. Hopefully allegations are not true, but on better days Charlie Sheen enjoys his favorite foods like barbecue. He might enjoy eating these Sweet but Spicy spareribs.

Chinese Sweet & Spicy Spareribs are a tasty alternative to American spareribs. Spareribs are a variety of pork ribs, cooked and eaten in various cuisines around the world. In Chinese cuisine, spare ribs are generally first cut into 3-4 inch sections, then may be fried, steamed, or braised. In the Cantonese cuisine of southern China, spare ribs are generally red in color and roasted with a sweet and savory sauce. This variety of spare ribs, called "char siu", is grouped as one of the most common items of "siu mei", or Cantonese roasted meat dishes.

This recipe is full of beneficial herbs which include garlic, rosemary, and garlic. Garlic may help reduce your blood pressure, Rosemary may reduce inflammation in the body, and Oregano has anti-bacterial properties, as well as is rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients:

• 2 Cloves garlic, pressed and chopped
• 1 Teaspoon Dry mustard
• 1/2 Teaspoon Rosemary
• 1 Cup Tomato sauce
• 3 1/2 lbs Spareribs
• 1 Teaspoon jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
• 3 Teaspoons Honey
• Orange Juice, from 2 oranges
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

Preheat barbecue grill on low. Place the first 7 ingredients in a small saucepan and cook for 15 minutes over very low heat.

Blanch ribs in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain ribs and baste with the warm sauce mixture. Place ribs on hot grill and
partly cover.

Cook 30 minutes, depending on size. Turn ribs often, and baste occasionally and season well. It sounds like a dish you would find in her hometown of Dallas, Texas. This recipe does not contain chicken, but skirt steak. Chicken is rich in protein, vitamins B3, B6, niacin and minerals, like selenium. Selenium can protect you from harmful free radicals, and it can help boost your immune system.

Skirt Steak is also rich in protein, vitamins B6, B12, and selenium. It also has phosphorus, which is needed to maintain healthy teeth and bones. Aside from genetics, maybe that's why Jessica Simpson keeps such beautiful teeth.

Ingredients;

• 1 cup beef broth, divided
• 1/2 C all purpose flour
• Skirt Steak, 5 inch" pieces
• 2 T butter
• 1 pork-sausage patty, cooked and chopped finely
• 1/2 C whipping cream
• 1/2 t sage, dried kind
• ground cloves, pinch
• 1/3 C green onion tops, chopped

Preparation:

Pour 1/2 cup broth into a bowl. Place flour in another bowl. Sprinkle steak pieces on both sides with salt and pepper. Dip steaks into flour, then into broth, flour again, coating steak pieces.

Melt butter in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add steaks. Sauté until brown, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to plate.

Pour the butter from the skillet. Add 1 teaspoon flour. Whisk in the rest of the ingredients: 1/2 cup broth, sausage, cream, sage, and cloves. Boil gravy until thick enough to coat spoon, whisking often, about 3 minutes; season with salt and pepper. Mix in green onion tops. Spoon gravy over steaks. Serve with fresh green beans, or mashed potatoes.
feed://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/WqQs

Get Tiger Woods a Cheeseburger- CA Style recipe

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 200px; height: 168px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_FfwNPZ3HxnI/Sy_5v_kcc_I/AAAAAAAAAFM/Q6P-VA55Nag/s200/CA_Cheeseburger.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5417823479663457266" />
One of Professional golfer, Tiger Wood's favorite foods is the Cheeseburger. Well, here is a recipe for all the fatty meat lovers.
The Traditional English breakfast includes grilled bacon, sausages, fried eggs, fried tomatoes, baked beans, fried mushrooms, potatoes, and fried bread. It was traditionally served with tea with milk. This is a fun international recipe to make for a Sunday Brunch when having guests over.

Ingredients

• 2 flat mushrooms
• 2 links sausages
• 2-3 slices canadian bacon
• 1 ripe tomato
• 1 large egg
• sliced bread
• Baked beans
• Cooked potatoes

Directions:

Heat the flat grill plate over a low heat, on top of 2 rings/flames if it fits, and brush sparingly with light olive oil or vegetable oil. Add the sausages to the hot grill plate cook slowly for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden. After 10 minutes, change heat to medium before beginning to cook the other ingredients. I

Snip a few small cuts into the fatty edge of the bacon. Place the bacon straight on to the grill plate and fry for 2-4 minutes each side or until your preferred crispiness is reached. The cooked bacon can be kept hot on a plate in the oven.

Clean mushrooms using a pastry brush and trim the stalk level with the mushroom top. Add salt and pepper and drizzle over a little olive oil. Place stalk-side up on the grill plate and cook for 1-2 minutes before turning and cooking 3-4 minutes more. Don't over stir mushrooms so as to not get soggy.

Cut the tomatoes across in half, and with a small knife remove the green 'eye'. Add a dash of salt and pepper and drizzle with a olive oil. Place cut-side down on the grill plate and cook without moving for 2 minutes. Gently turn over and re-season. Cook 2-3 minutes until tender.

For the fried bread it's best to use bread that is a couple of days old. Heat frying pan to medium heat and cover with oil. Add the bread and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy and golden brown. For a richer flavor you can add a pat of butter after you turn the slice.

Crack the egg straight into the pan with the fried bread and leave for 30 seconds. Add a pat of butter and lightly splash/baste the egg with the butter after melted. Cook and season, then remove from heat.

Heat the baked beans in a saucepan and serve on top of the fried bread. Serve your English Breakfast immediately on warm plates.
feed://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/WqQs
