3 egg yoke (beated)&lt;br /&gt;
60g sugar&lt;br /&gt;
20g &amp;nbsp;flour (sheft)&lt;br /&gt;
200cc milk (use a low fat milk if you like)&lt;br /&gt;
pintch of vanilla extract&amp;nbsp;OR a little&amp;nbsp;brandi &lt;br /&gt;
100cc wipped cream (beated)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.&amp;nbsp;mix together&amp;nbsp;3 egg yoke, 60g sugar and 20g flour&lt;br /&gt;
2. in&amp;nbsp;a pot add 200cc milk than slowly add the step 1 mixture and&amp;nbsp;some vanilla extract or some brandi. (COOK ON A LOW HEAT UNTIL WARM)&lt;br /&gt;
3. cook til the mixture start to thicken &lt;br /&gt;
4. let the mixture cool (cover with plastic wrap)&lt;br /&gt;
5. after the mixture is compeletly cool, add the wipped cream&lt;br /&gt;
6.&amp;nbsp; ready =)&lt;br /&gt;

60g unsalted butter (room temperature)&lt;br /&gt;
70g flour (sheft and flour before use, a strainner will do the trick)&lt;br /&gt;
2-3&amp;nbsp;eggs beated ( add the third one if needed)&lt;br /&gt;
100cc cold water&lt;br /&gt;
pintch of sugar&lt;br /&gt;
pintch of salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. preheat the oven 400 bake&lt;br /&gt;
2. in a pot add:&amp;nbsp; water, salt, sugar and butter.&amp;nbsp;(cook til it butter melted and start boiling, than turn off the&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; stove)&lt;br /&gt;
3. add flour slowly&lt;br /&gt;
4. add egg slowly (stir well until mixture is thick like a paste)&lt;br /&gt;
5. use a spoon to scoope the puff douph onto the cooking pan&lt;br /&gt;
6. use&amp;nbsp;your finger to shape the puff ( need to dap your finger in water before you shape ur puff)&lt;br /&gt;
7. put the puff in the oven ( spray mists of water before closing the oven door)&lt;br /&gt;
8. bake at 400 degree (IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DURING BAKING)&lt;br /&gt;
9. bake for 15-20minutes&lt;br /&gt;
10. after 15-20 minutes turn the heat lower to 340 degree and bake for 10 more minutes&lt;br /&gt;
11. take out of the oven, place them on a rack to set and cool off&lt;br /&gt;
