Buna tarta am facut...si ce e mai important e ca a mancat si printesa mea, nu e mofturoasa ea la mancare insa e putin sceptica cu lucrurile noi. Cred ca multora li se intampla sa aiba prin frigider alimente care mai au putin si expira si va ganditi ce sa faceti cu ele....asa am patit si eu cu tarta mea, aveam branza in frigider ramasa de la o placinta si nu am vrut sa o arunc asa ca am facut tarta asta buna care s-a mancat foarte repede. Se amesteca branza cu ceapa, mararul, porumbul si galbenusurile, iar albusurile se bat spuma si se adauga mai apoi in compozitie, amestecand usor. Toata amestecatura asta se pune peste aluat iar deasupra se rade cascaval, dar nu-i musai, merge si fara. Reteta e simpla si destul de rapida daca gasiti o macelarie unde sa va si toace carnea pe care o cumparati, nu recomand sa cumparati carnea gata tocata ci alegeti bucatile intregi apoi rugati sa vi le marunteasca, acasa mai amestecati cu sare, piper si usturoi tocat, din belsug. Cam asta e compozitia, urmeaza distractia cu umplutul matelor dar nu ar trebui sa dureze mai mult de 30 min daca carnea e gata tocata, si matele curatate. Ii puneti apoi la uscat pentru 1 zi, doua...eu am folosit uscatorul de rufe....fiecare pe unde poate, si cam asta e smecheria cu carnatii. Asta e a 2-a oara cand fac si va spun sincer ca secretul e in usturoi si piper, cu cat mai mult cu atat mai bine. Ii pun apoi la concelator cate 2, 3 intr-o punguta si am pentru mai multe luni....ii folosesc de obicei cand sunt in pana de idei...cand nu mai stiu ce sa gatesc scot niste carnati de la congelator si am rezolvat problema. Cat asteptati dupa aluat sa se raceasca va puteti ocupa de bezea, care se face din albusuri cu nuca macinata si cu nes si ceva zahar pudra ( cam 150 gr). Intai faceti bezeaua si apoi amestecati in ea nuca si nesul, usor sa nu se lase.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Gemul de prune l-am amestecat cu esenta de rom, doar pentru ca-mi place aroma..........&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cling Cling,.....au trecut 30 min, gata aluatul. Il intindem intr-o tava si-l dam la cuptor...cam 12 min, hai 15 sa fim siguri, punem apoi gemul peste aluatul aproape facut si deasupra bezeaua. Mai lasam cateva min pana se face si bezeaua si gata prajitura. O taiam calda dar asteptam pana se raceste sa o savuram, asta daca mai aveti rabdare. Sa folosit asa:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;ficat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;rinichi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;plaman&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;limba&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;inima&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;usturoi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;piper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;prapure&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;oua&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Cantitatile nu le stiu, pentru ca sunt in functie de lungimea prapurei.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); Multumesc din suflet pentru urarile frumoase pe care le-am primit din partea voastra.&lt;div&gt;Din pacate nu am prea multe retete pentru inceputul asta de an pentru ca de vreo luna de zile am aflat ca o sa avem un copil si odata cu vestea buna au aparut greturile si starile de rau iar de atunci nu am mai intrat in bucatarie.
