Look, I'm about to pull out every hair on my damn head! I promise you I am not kidding. I can not describe the level of my overwhelmedness. I feel so alone. Is this adulthood? Is this me being independent? Yall can have all that shit. I am moving in with my man and I am nervous as fuck. The challenges that we have to face together is making me want to run away! I'm so nervous! We have countless amount of odds stacked against us. I just don't know what I expected this to be. I just thought this would be easier, everyone would be happy for me, I would have a huge party with my close friends and family. None of that shit happened. Like wtf... I'm not even mad as much as I am feeling like have I just continuously invested myself into the wrong people. Or this is just adulthood and I'm just being a big baby about the whole thing.

All I know is that I'll be working my ass off for the next few months, getting inventive about different streams of income, because I have changed the game. My expenses have gone wayy up. I just need to go ahead and schedule that appointment with my therapist and doctor cause I need that good ol add medication to keep me on track. ...too emotional to finish

And to think my life may be in transition once again... On January 14th my sister and I boarded the plane to kiss our dear auntie goodbye. 1hr into our flight we discovered on Facebook that she has gone on to be with the lord. I have always called myself my aunts daughter for the beginning stage of my life. She was one of the most vibrant people that I have met thus far. She always makes people feel special, that was her gift. I feel like that is a gift that I have as well, the ability to see something great in everyone. She was far from perfect but she was dear to me nonetheless.

On February 4,2018, I received a startling call from a stranger. They were so excited I couldn't tell what they were saying and who they were. The phrase continually repeated ... too emotional to finish

I'm always on the search to make my life easier... I am so forgetful and unorganized. When I'm overwhelmed, which I am right now... being organized is a joke. Right now my desk is a mess, my room is a mess, my sons crap is everywhere and my car looks lived in. On top of all this, I'll be moving in a few weeks!!! 😓😓😢😢😵😵Ive been trying to just get all this anxiousness out through exercise and turning off the tube for a while to collect my thoughts. I came across this website that gave tips about helping her child become organized. It was cool and I'll post the link so you can check it out. But ultimately I just want to hire someone to do all this crap and start fresh! Smh! But economically, that makes zero sense for me to pay someone to do what I can do on my own right now.😤🤯 I guess I just needed to vent because I am all over the place with this post lol! I would be remiss if I did not express my utter disgust with the condition my beloved country is currently in. How in the hell do you decide to plow a car in a crowd of peaceful protesters? White nationalist? Riots calling them rallies? I am so hurt. I uplift those that have lost their lives while standing up for peace. I wonder do people realize that the world is watching us. We have a responsibility and obligation to our children to end the bullshit hate. We must decide, for them, that they are worthy to live in a land without prejudice and injustice. It's time to move on people, we have a government that is slowly killing us through the air and food. Yet we cannot get past physical differences. When will we learn what really matters? It's time we stop hitting the snooze button and wake the fuck up!

Anywho, why is liking big women still a secret?! Boo the cat is all the way out of the bag. The secret is out! I'm so sick of this pandemic of men and women pretending like they don't love us. We ( women of grandeur) have discovered our value. We have learned to embrace our curves, rolls, lumps, and bumps. We stand in the mirror NUDE for seconds AND minutes admiring what God created. We have created our own stores, where we can dress to impress ourselves. Groups were developed all over the globe for the sole purpose of celebrating who we are.

Don't you ever think that you are that we are a last resort either...we are not. Love us in our entirety or keep it moving. Whatever you choose to do, remember we are in high demand. You can get with it or get lost. 💋

Sooo, can I just mosey on through here like nothing happeneddddd orrrrr do I owe an explanation? Welp... I'm gonna give it to ya as short and sweet as I can. As most creatives, chile I have ADD. Self-diagnosed through GOOGLE of course. I just have so much to say and I think somebody is interested lol. I forgot about my lil engine that could aka my blog... I hope that I can I just slide on through and get this thing restarted.

I feel like I was just so ahead of my time, everything that I have paid someone to tell me to do, I have already done it. Which sucks because I always think..." man, if I would have just followed through". Well, I have also learned that you can not dwell in the past, you gotta just learn the lesson and keep pushing forward. Ie. This is me learning the lesson and pushing forward.

I guess I really just want to keep the party going. I know that there are women that I can learn from and they can learn from me. I just want to connect those dots. I want to give exposure to causes and groups that I feel the world needs. I want to infect confidence in women as women have done for me. I want to share my "mommy story" because I think that it is a remarkable one. I want to give love and receive it. I'm such an awkward black girl that has accepted her space and place in this world. I want people to know that it is ok to love yourself right where you are. I have advice I want to give, and I'm mature enough to take it. I've been a writer since the second grade. It's funny how things come full circle. Let's just see where all this goes.

The truth is, if you don't love you now, weight loss won't make a difference, you will always find something to devalue yourself. Decide today that you will change your attitude about yourself. Naturally, coming back from Full Figured Fashion Week, I am so inspired!!! (Why do we always need an event for us to relate to, to get us back on track?) It's been a while since I have blogged :( Anywho, I had such an amazing time at Full

Figured Fashion Week, it was almost surreal! I had the pleasure to meet both Tulin and Reah from the one and only "Plus model magazine" I almost had Tulin in tears with my story of how Plus model magazine has opened doors for the plus size woman all over the world... but I promised I wouldn't make her cry :) But ladies of Plus Model Magazine if you are reading this... We humbly thank you for stepping out on faith to create this magazine! It has shown the world that plus size woman are too in fact beautiful. It has also opened the door for plus size businesses giving them the chance to reach women all over the world. Women who had no idea that fashion is an option available to them even at size 32! We appreciate you! We even got the chance to be in a plus model magazine photo shoot!!!! Us! Real Divas are LARGE! Can you stand it!!!??? We got to chit chat and dine with the editor and chief of Daily Venus Diva! This too is another media outlet for the plus size woman. Dealing in health, fashion, relationships and other areas of a woman's life with a chunky feel! We simply adore these founders and operators of this magazine. We thank you guys for being daring enough to write from a plus size woman's point of view, giving women all over the world a voice! Allowing us to know that we are not alone in this. Recognizing our differences and celebrating them! Thank you so much Daily Venus Diva! Goodness, I'm trying not to tear up over here! But it was really that type of weekend!

The thing that stood out the most for me was the sisterhood! Everyone was kind and caring, they gave us a chance to share our business with them but they also gave us a chance to get to know them outside of what their profession was. It was truly remarkable. I love how these women who were absolute Beast in their fields were so down to earth! I was able to chat with Savannah Red's owner Anslee Connley and she convinced me that to get that pink skirt that she made... (I'm an all black gal) and I simply killed in that skirt!!! Thanks Anslee!!! I adore that ability to step away from your title and just relate to people on a human level. As we know, not everyone possesses that skill. If you know anything about me, you know that I simply adore a flash mob... and we got to experience one, in the middle of TIME SQUARE! That moment I will never forget... for a number of reasons lol! We sipped cucumber vodka water, lol, in the middle of Bloomingdale's while watching a fashion show...this was definitely confirmation that this is something I could spend the rest of my life doing with utter enjoyment. I mean this whole event was work, but it was pure enjoyment. I thank God that he has allowed me to create a job for myself that does not consist of work!

I have decided that I will be going full force from now on. I will ensure that everything is in the flow of my original vision. I have seen what hard work and dedication can do for an individual and business... and the bottom line is "I WANT IT"!!! No one is exempt from fulfilling a dream and we can all agree that no one can ever stop us from doing anything... other than us! So I challenge everyone of you with a dream in your heart to give yourself permission to give it 100% to see how far you can go!
