农历新年消费热潮应该理性对待，量入为出，切勿让它成为一种负担。

过年时，很多人的开销都急剧增长，钱就像流水一样流向商家，银行卡金额不断下滑。

上有老，要孝敬；下有小，要“打发”；回家过年路费、礼物不能从天降；朋友、同学要应酬……有那么多的东西要操办，掐指算算过年的经济账，今年过年要花多少钱？

按照华人的传统，农历新年是一年中最开心、最温馨的时刻，人们都有期待着热热闹闹、欢欢喜喜过个年，是人们探亲访友、休闲娱乐的高峰期，也是每年的第一个消费“黄金期”。

农历新年消费让商家们赚了个盆满钵满，许多人在这个时候似乎都有着冲动的消费心理。

农历新年消费成了每个家庭的一项大支出，是一整年中的消费高峰，也是规划支出的一个重要关口。

量力消费防透支

从圣诞节前夕，商家的促销大战就已开打。到了临近农历新年前后，各大商场更是使尽浑身解数招揽人气：“跨年特卖”、“限时抢购”、“新年延时”等宣传广告，无时无刻不在挑战你的购物极限，让你的信用卡一次次的刷爆。

除了食品、礼品和衣服，市民过年的开支可谓五花八门。孩子的压岁钱，买烟花的钱，和朋友同学聚会的钱，还有人计划趁农历新年长假期间外出旅游。

农历新年消费热潮应该理性对待，量入为出，切勿让它成为一种负担。

消费者在农历新年消费时要理性慎重，尤其要注意有计划地消费，最好按自己的实际收入安排消费行为。

这种办法虽属“计划经济”，但这是防止“透支”现象的有效手段。

你可以在农历新年前列出一个大致的消费计划表，从而避免过多的冲动消费行为。

虽然实际执行起来有较大的难度，但是可将消费分成“必需”和“非必需”两种类型。

对于“非必需”消费最好坚持原则，不要因一时头脑发热就贸然出手。

回家团聚看望老人也是每家每户的过年传统。回家看望父母，没有必要购买十分贵重的礼品，让父母体会到儿女的孝心就可以了。

过年花多少钱并不重要，过简单点、轻松点好，要欢乐，别太累，别太烦，不让过年成为负担。

过年不是花钱的同义词，并不是钱花得越多，年过得就越热闹，过个轻松快乐的农历新年才是最实在的。

压岁钱量力而行

农历新年给孩子发红包，代表着长辈对晚辈的美好祝福，这本是一件喜庆的事，可是，年年发红包、数额涨不停，这件喜庆的事也给大家带来少许烦恼？

随着生活水平的提高，压岁钱的数额越来越大，渐渐成了许多家庭的一笔大开销。

老人和刚工作、刚成家的年轻人都特别“害怕”发压岁钱，而已有孩子的中年人则相对好些。

平衡礼仪和财力

有的人认为“口袋没钱，却需要包红包”的状况最令人烦心；有的人却不知道该如何决定红包金额，才能在兼顾亲友间礼仪与自己荷包中找到平衡点。

中国人每到农历新年喜欢互相送礼，这个礼重在情谊；但，如果以钱的多少来划分亲疏，就偏离了送礼的初衷了。

收入和大局为准

我觉得以个人的收入和当前大局为准，也不用担心别人对你有看法，每人经济条件不一样，红包只是一份美好的祝福而已，不需要为此攀比烦恼，也完全不必打肿脸皮充胖子，量力而行即可。

红包文化原先是出自于中国人礼尚往来的一种正常人际关系，体现和谐相处的友好情结。

派红包（即压岁钱）是为了讨吉利，希望长辈们能福气安康、晚辈们能够健康成长。

压岁钱、生日祝愿都含有平安吉祥的寓意；二是婚嫁喜庆有喜当贺的礼仪，以及亲友初会、相聚互馈祝愿的表示；再一种则是完全出自内心感戴之情的酬谢。

要同时兼顾红包习俗、人情礼仪及荷包，其实并没有那么困难，只要事先规划，从每月收入中编出一项供临时性支出的项目，以应付不定时发生的结婚、弥月之喜、生日或寿宴之需，余额则可以作为压岁钱的来源之一，就能够达到要兼顾红包习俗、人情礼仪及荷包的平衡点了。

金钱心意非对等

很多人都叹息每年过年就如王小二过年，一年不如一年。

不要因为过年夫妻俩为红包钱而闹得不愉快，若平时有做好现金流量管理，好好规划你所拥有的金钱，新年就不会因为口袋没钱，却需要包红包而产生困扰。

金钱和心意不是一定对等，包红包的艺术中，最重要的还是那份心意，千万不要用红包把面子撑住，而为自己种下财务缺口的种子！

巴菲特主张，应该秉持天主教徒对婚姻的态度来进行投资，这可是一辈子的事，反之，婚姻亦然。

婚姻就像一项投资，而且是长线的。

要做很多功课，要有智慧，还要有一种耐力。

而既然是长线投资，则不会轻言放弃。

股市价格有升有跌，有时是熊市，有时是牛市……两人之间也有欢愉的时间和意见不合的时间，但是要怎样紧守自己当初选股的概念，却是一种智慧的表现。

二、企业原则

这家企业是否简单易懂？这家企业是否具有持之以恒的运作历史？这家企业是否有良好的长远前景？

巴菲特很重视公司过去几年的纪录与基本财报，反映在择偶过程中，不妨试着从对方的生活圈、交友圈，去了解其个性、喜好、背景及过往的交往经验。

凡走过必留下痕迹，知己知彼是投资的第一步。

三、现金流量原则

不在意一家公司来年可赚多少，要留意未来五至十年能赚多少。

价值评估既是艺术，又是科学。

巴菲特惯用“现金流量”来估算购买标的合理价格。

注意资产及负债

套用在择偶策略上，就是提醒女性在观察对象时，切忌以他现在身上的行头、或是光鲜亮丽的头衔作为评量，注意资产也要注意负债（要注意有形也要注意无形的资产负债），个人长久的工作能力、正面思考的能力，可能比现在他拥有什么还重要。

选股前，总要做一些功课，了解一下将要投资的股票是否符合心目中的预期回报。即你也要了解一下你的对象是否有符合跟你终老的条件。

四、风险原则

风险来自无知──挑选价值股，不懂永不做。

巴菲特从来不投资自己不了解的公司，不管别人说科技股再好，他也不买，而在婚姻市场上，千万不要乱在网路上和陌生人盲目约会，小心遇到大骗子。

五、止损原则

良好的买进为成功卖出奠定一半基础，把止损消灭在最开始的时候——如果你发现自己深陷洞中，重点是别再往下挖了。

这通常是以感性为出发点的女性，最容易犯的错误。

巴菲特认为，有部分投资人，面对股价下跌时，会一直投资下去，希望有翻身的机会。但当情况不如预期，仍得理智地设定停损点，投资其他真正的绩优企业。

六、管理原则

看管理阶层首重三个特质，诚信、聪明和活力，其中最重要的是诚信，若没有诚信，这个人另两个特质会毁了公司。

有一种“垃圾股”男人，隐藏很深，根本不容易被发现，他们还非常精通用甜言蜜语蒙蔽女人的双眼。

所以，在判断男人的时候，一定要把眼睛睁大点，然后，该收入囊中的决不含糊，该狠心淘汰的也决不手软。

人生毕竟不同于股市，金钱的损失可以东山再起，精神的耗损作用无数，你砸下去的资本，是时间与人生幸福。

择你所爱、爱你所择，婚姻这门学问，可以从“选股”哲学中获得启发，但毕竟它比股票复杂多了，股票都要做功课，更何况婚姻。

4. Tonight Dow Jones should continue it uptrend momentum. I hope this will bring more sustainable force to KLCI tomorrow.

5. Recently just distributed a special fund back to all my "investors". The return of this special fund is 131%. The profit generated purely on shares trading. :) As i hardly have time overseeing the fund this year, so i decided to disolve the fund. At the same time i can trade freely as and when i have time. Managing fund for others is not an easy job as this involve commitment and track record. As mentioned earlier, 1Q is still a good time for trading, after that will need to assess the condition of the overall market. It might get tougher for trading but anything can happen by then. 6. The smartest way to do is to let the money work for you or money makes money. The dumpest way to do is to work for money. Sad to say that this is what i am doing. :(

2. KLCI started strongly in the early trade but drifting downward throughtout the day. :( Retreated due to concerns over euro debt crisis again ? Still hubbing on the old issue ? haiz. :(

3. For a matter of fact, i am still feeling good with KLSE.. maybe till the 1Q of this year. Beyond that might have turbulent ahead but no one knows. There is still lots of uncertainties over the economic outlook for year 2012.

4. Lets bet for another upside for Dow Jones tonight, since all the bad news are out and no new bad news as of now. Market should take a leap from here at least for New Year boost and will last for 1Q 2012. :)

5. Making money would still possible and with ease on the 1Q, might get tougher as days goes by, so the strategy should turn to defensive stock for risk-averse "investors" or i should called myself "hybrid" or "fusion" ? haha. Good luck eveyone and may the best price be yours. :)

Genneva Gold – Another Ponzi Scheme ?

1. I am truly disappointed today when i discover that my family members involved in such activities and in a big wave "investing" in such scheme.

2. I have a big argument with my family members telling them to back off with such activities and the negative response that i get was really pissed me off.

3. It really torn your relationship when anything dealing with dollar and cents, this include your life partner. I really hate that when such a thing can really bring disaster to one family wealth but the authority or regulatory does not seen to do a good job to prevent such a thing from happening.

4. Only when it burst up, one will start to appreciate your advise.

5. This company Genneva Gold S/B selling Gold bar as claim by marking 25% up of the spot gold price and giving 2% each month to "investor" thereafter, introducer or upline get some commission as well. That 2% per month would interpret 24% yield in a year, far more better than Bank pathetic interest rate. Sound too good to be true right ? Furthermore, this company could has been wrongly perceived as being licensed or authorised by BNM. That is the people perception now and it happened to my family members as well. Surprisingly, people are not learned from past experienced, they will only start realised when this thing get belly up. Sad to said that, my family members being brainwashed at the moment, no word or advice will convince them. I have done my best ever to explain, now i could only wish them good luck. :(

6. I wonder why people are not buying gold through a legitimate way from Banks or any channel that back gold with birth certificate. ?

7. Is BNM looking into this seriously ? Taking this unscrupulous illegitimate "Gold Sellers" to court and charge them for AMLA or BAFIA act.?

3. Just got my dividend from HEKTAR and GAB. What a surprise that GAB declared a 60sen special dividend and it breach RM13 mark today. My price was just merely around RM4+. This is good thing of keeping longterm growth stock. :)

4. Dow Jones in reverse gear now, this make uncertainty to our local bourse, may probably turn bad and follow Dow Jones. Many go for Christmas break ??

的确如此！

如果你不理财，你省吃俭用、辛辛苦苦积累下来的一点点财富，也终将离你而去，因为有通货膨胀。

通货膨胀是大家的敌人，是所有国家都会面临的一个问题，我们自然也不例外。

通货膨胀就像空气一样，通货膨胀率就像空气温度一样。当“温度”高于零度时，我们手中纸币的购买力就开始蒸发了；当“温度”高于4 时，我们通常就会认定发生了通货膨胀。

所以，你必须想办法，让你的货币财富不断增值，以抵消“蒸发”掉的水分。

但是，乱理财，又不如不理财。因为如果没有健康的投资理念，不掌握正确的投资方式，你的“财”就会越理越少。

如何选择投资工具？要为自己选择最合适的投资渠道，你首先需要了解不同投资工具的风险和收益特征。

1. 储蓄

银行储蓄存款安全、方便，利率一般比较低。

2. 黄金、白银

购买黄金、白银和收藏艺术品一样，在本质上属于投机，而非投资。准确地说，它们自身是不可能产生赢利，和拥有一家公司不一样，它们的拥有者只能从它们的升值中赢利。当然，大多数的投机者最终会因为它们的贬值而利益受损。

黄金价格的波动就中长期而言是巨大的。投资者一定要睁大眼睛，密切关注国际通货膨胀率的变化。

黄金没有长期投资的价值，它更多的是被用来当做投机的工具和躲避严重通货膨胀风险的避风港。

3. 债券

国债由国家政府还本付息，风险很低，目前我国国债利率高于存款，而且利息收入不用缴税。

如果把钱都存在银行里或买国债，你的钱就会贬值，因为银行存款利率及国债利率跑不过通货膨胀。同时也使你错过了投资于证券，获取较高收益、分享经济成长带来好处的机会。

4. 收集珍品

名画、玉石、罕见的邮票、钱币、钻石等市场价格出现大幅上涨，但其报价通常是水分极大，也波动巨大。

这类物品不仅价格极不真实、极不可靠，流动性差。

投资这类领域，绝对不是一门可以轻松掌握的“手艺”，风险极大，而且现在字画赝品越来越多，极不安全。所以，这些领域绝对不适合“圈外人”投资。

5. 外汇

外汇投资可以作为一种储蓄的辅助投资，选择国际上较为坚挺的币种兑换后存入银行，也许可以获得较多的机会。

外汇投资对硬件的要求很高，且要求投资者能够洞悉国际金融形势，学会辨别外汇的真假本事，其所耗的时间和精力都超过了工薪家庭可以承受的范围，这对于大多数工薪家庭来说不现实。

6. 保险

保险是理财的必需品，一个人没有保险就是财富裸体。我说的保险是指保障型的保险：意外伤害保险、重大疾病保险、定期寿险、医疗保险等。保险还有储蓄型的保险，相当于银行存款；还有投资型的保险，相当于买基金。

7. 房地产

购买房屋及土地等称为物业投资。投资物业是抵御通货膨胀的良好手段，但房地产投资需的资金较大，而且投资物业变现时间长、交易手续多、过程耗时损力。

8. 彩票

购买彩票严格上说不能算是理财的途径，但参与者众多。购买彩票只能算是一种娱乐方式，不应当成一种投资方式。许多人把购买彩票当成摆脱贫困、实现人生梦想途径，但无法改变最基本事实：彩票无规律可循，买彩票中大奖的概率，比一个人遭受雷击的概率还低很多倍。

积累财富，靠的是勤奋、节约、知识、投资，不是比遭受雷击的概率还低的运气。所以，留给我们最大众化的长期投资渠道，就是证券投资。但对于那些不熟悉股票等证券投资的人来说，通过证券投资基金间接投资于股票等证券，是获取证券市场收益的一种简便方式。

财女风情：独立与依赖

很多女性一生只会运用一种理财方式，就是寻找一张“长期饭票”，认为自己的将来必须依附在先生的身上。

女人走过自我奋斗的一个又一个艰苦的历程的时候，在某个疲倦的黄昏，想过女人幸福的捷径，是不是就是找一个可以在财富上依赖的男人？

曾经有人说过：“全天下女人最容易犯的错误，就是‘依赖’。”

其实，男人也是如此。

对大多数的女人来说，“依赖”的感觉的确很好：上下班有人接送、东西有人提、饭后有人帮忙洗碗、最好不用上班就有钱可以花。

难怪有那么多人梦想要当有钱人的少奶奶，因为有个男人可以依赖真好。

所有人都觉得，这才叫幸福，可是这是画出来的幸福。

不成为负担与拖累

于是每个女人都去追，最后追成了水中的明月。因为，这只是别人的幸福。

我一直主张女人要自立，不能有“靠”的念头，靠山山倒，靠人人跑，只有靠自己最好，而自立的前提是财务独立。

男人从来都不是摇钱树，女人不能实现经济独立，是很难获得男人尊重的。

一位财务独立的女人，在丈夫、孩子、家人与朋友面前都抬得起头来。

因为有了足够的经济能力，生命才能够有活力，能够实现自己的梦想。

长期饭票有效期限

女性争取财务独立的目的，其实不是在争取主权，而是不成为别人的负担与拖累。别将一生的经济需求都依赖在一个人身上。

也有很多女性一生只会运用一种理财方式，就是寻找一张“长期饭票”，认为自己的将来必须依附在先生的身上。

但是寻找长期饭票，也有财务风险，除了要考虑饭票的“有效期限”之外，你也要承受靠外表吸引异性的“折旧”风险，婚姻当然不是未来绝对的保障。

女人只有两种选择，要么依赖(dependent)，要么独立(independent)。

实际上，独立与依赖的确定，是理财中一个核心要点，在美国的一项调查中，财务独立(Financial independent)是美国人最关心的生活目标之一。

财务独立生活目标

这个专业名词下面，包含了如下几层意思：一是年轻的时候能否不依赖父母支付大学教育经费、置业安家费；不依赖信用卡支付帐单；二是在年长的时候，能否做到财务独立，不依赖子女，不仅仅依靠社保，还能过上有闲、有钱、有尊严的养老生活；三是在家庭关系上，夫妻双方能否做到财务独立，这里并不排斥职业家庭妇女或夫男。

但是，要看财务依赖的一方(比如家庭妇女)能否长久得到财务支柱一方对家庭劳务付出的爱护和尊重。

研究结果表明，长期在家庭中成为财务依赖一方的人，比较容易受到压抑和不幸福。
