Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to urgently address a discrepancy regarding my eligibility for the Junior Assistant position under the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission's Group-IV Recruitment, Post Code 3321. My name is KIRUTHIKA has been a diligent candidate throughout this process, but despite fulfilling all the required qualifications, she has received a wrong SMS notification stating that the vacancies in her eligible category (MBC PSTM) have been filled.

Details of the Issue:

On [Date of SMS received 4 feb 2025 ], we received a notification from TNPSC stating that "all the vacancies relating to the post of Junior Assistant/VAO/Bill Collector etc., in your category (eligible category) have been filled. You are not required to attend PCV-cum-Counselling on the scheduled date." This contradicts the vacancy data available on your website, which clearly shows vacancies remaining in her eligible category (MBC PSTM) at the end of the day, February 4th, 2025.

My Eligibility:

1. Educational Qualifications:

• She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science (Undergraduate Degree) and an M.Sc. in Computer Science (Postgraduate Degree).

• Both degrees were completed in Tamil Medium, making her eligible as per the TNPSC guidelines for Tamil Medium candidates.

2. Community & Eligibility:

• She is a MBC PSTM (Most Backward Class - Person Studying in Tamil Medium) candidate, fully meeting the eligibility criteria for the Junior Assistant post in this category.

3. No Requirement for Additional COA Certification:

• As per the official TNPSC notification, Computer Science degree holders are eligible without the need for additional COA (Certificate of Computer Application) certification. Thus, her eligibility is clear and unambiguous.

4. Vacancy Availability:

• The TNPSC website lists vacancies remaining for MBC PSTM and GT PSTM categories. Based on this, there should be no reason for her exclusion from the counseling process.

Concerns and Request for Clarification:

• We are perplexed as to why the TNPSC sent the SMS notification stating that all vacancies in her eligible category have been filled.

• We respectfully request that TNPSC provide clarification on:

• The exact reason why the vacancies in her category are showing as filled, when there are still vacancies available.

• Why was the SMS notification sent incorrectly and how this will be rectified.

• A clear explanation as to why my reg Number was informed she is no longer required to attend the PCV-cum-Counseling,

especially when she fulfills all eligibility criteria and vacancies are still open.

We would greatly appreciate your immediate action in addressing this matter. We have worked tirelessly throughout the application process and wish for fairness in the selection and counseling process. Our concern is that this confusion is potentially due to a system error or miscommunication that is impacting her rightful opportunity.

Request for Immediate Action:

• Immediate re-evaluation of her application based on the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

• Rectification of the SMS notification, and if any errors have occurred in the system, these should be corrected and communicated to the affected candidates.

• Confirmation of her place in the ongoing counseling process, as the data indicates that vacancies remain in her category.

Additional Documents:

• We have attached copies of her B.Sc. in Computer Science certificate, M.Sc. in Computer Science certificate, Community Certificate (MBC), and PSTM certificate for your reference.

Why Indian Government change/banned 500 rupee note?

In India 2015 to 16 the corruption rate is increased, the P.M Narendira Modi government call the black money holders to submit their money to government but we know this is not possible , finally the government of India take a very secret and brave operation at the night of early Wednesday.

Pakistan and Bangladesh are create fake Indian currency notes and they spread it to India this also a important reason to change currency note model.

In these year 1000 rupee note are spread by Indian government at 107% and 500 as 78% but Indian academic year economy is increase only 33% approximately. that also the main reason to change currency note design by government this deal is first accepted by RBI then they issued and Introduced the New 500 and 2000 rupee notes, then they said soon 1000 rupee notes also came these are circulated in India after 11th November.

And Modi Government think person who exchange or deposit or save money for more than their income they are easily identified by the Income Tax deportment.

This was very shocking news for all the peoples and bank employees too, and one month before too peoples can withdraws new 500 rupee currency notes, but until November 8 these are banned.

peoples are shocked and blockade the ATM centers because November 9,10 the ATM machines does not work, Bank also stopped their currency dealing at November 9 so peoples are feared and collect some money form ATM for their needs.

After November 11 The new 500 and 2000 rupee notes only circulated in all over India, as usual the 10,20, 50, 100 rupee notes are valid.

Place to use Old Note till 11-11-2016:

Railway Station
Airport
petrol pumps
government hospitals
government bus ticket booking counters
Consumer co-operative stores run by state or central government
Milk booths authorized by state governments
Crematoriums and burial grounds

Today(9-11-2016) many of the peoples are trying to change their 500, 1000 notes in railway stations, So extra counters and reserve police force is arranged by the government for to control crowed and for their safe respectively.

My opinion is People don't rush to exchange their note within today, the government give 50 days until December 30 to exchange their money. So people have to time to change their money.

Now the more new notes are important to patients, travelers, marriage family , that's all. others only needs 100 rupee notes, so we are not disturb emergency money needed people.

Our prime Minister Modi suddenly announced 500 and 1000 rupee notes are not valid today night (8-11-2016). and he announced about new 500 and 2000 rupee currency note.

In India the new currency Note of 500, and 2000 only valid till today lets see how is our new currency is look like. I can notify more things but if I share with you all means that's illegal so here I share simple things.

New 500 rupee front side:

they write 500 in Hindi numbers

currency digits are increased in their size.

Gandhi ji image is in middle of the note.

This note also blind mark is saved as the shape of circle , so its really help to identify blinds.

The important news is announced by P.M Modi at November 8-2016.

After " 8-11-2016" 500 and 1000 rupee notes are band in India. Indian government issue new 500 and 2000 rupee notes and the new 1000 rupee note also coming soon.

9-11-2016 banks not work. (they did not done any transactions. but online transactions or don not affected in this matter)

9-11-2016 and 10-11-2016 (two days) the ATM machines are does not works.

Till 11-11-2016 only 500 and 1000 rupee notes are accepted in Hospitals, Railways, Airways.

You can only change 4000 rupee at a time in bank or post office, or railways, or airways.

But you can save lakhs of money in the coming way like deposit, make check , online transfer , in your current or saving account. Till November 24-11-2016 you can save your money on bank without showing any proof of income details you have to show any one of the id proof.

Bank allows 10,000 rupee only withdraw per day of each account holder, and they only allow 2 times per week, that means one customers can withdraw from 20,000 only from their account in a week.

And they allowed to take 2000 rupee from ATM per day.

This is our new currency note of India, after 11-11-2016 these notes only valid in India. before november 30 you must have to change your old 500 and 1000 rupee notes.

Egg white- 1.
cumin seeds / seeragam - 1/2 tbsp.
Garlic - 2 Nos.
Pepper - 2.
Boiled rice - 1/2 cup.
salt small pinch.

Method:

Heat pan add 1/2 spoon oil add egg white after 3 min add 1/2 glass water, cumin seeds garlic, pepper.

After 3 min add boiled rice and salt.

Wait until water dry then mash it well because your baby could not have enough teeth to eat.

Then give it to your baby.

Preparation Time : 3 mins
Cook Time : 5 min
Recipe : main dish
