Freeedommmmm,

2013-07-01T16:53:00.004-07:00

So freeedoommmmm at last. But i thought of just wasted that semester... just going out and all. Next semester i'm going to have to act like a mature being :l whatever the f#@k that means. Anyways pretty much, i woke up today all nice and sunny. And yeah i just started to appreciate my life, i mean there are people full starving and etc. And i get to wake up in a warm bed, fanks mother and father. Anyway i'm planning to start like a series of work to be uploaded on blog. As i've grown up in Sydney i've sort of got a glimpse of what Sydney looks like to me. So i have decided to go around Sydney to capture my token shots of some of Sydney's hotspots. Not really token tbh... i'm pretty sh*t. But you know i try. Additionally i'm intending on doing some model photographing, ofc me not being the model LOL! Anyways some good things are to come. To the minimal people who actually glimpse through my blog thanks alot, your compliments are heart warming. Thanks alot. Anyways just a little of shots i took today as i woke up. It's not much, but keep your eyes open for my shots to come up. Byeeee ^^ Courtesy to my dog mini for dealing with my annoyance haha .

Pasta / April 2013

2013-04-28T07:12:00.000-07:00

I should have been actually studying for my exams... but i had another dilemma on my hand... Which happened to succeed my need to pass my exams. The basic human intrinsic need to eat... I was so worried about what i was going to have for lunch during uni, i decided to make pasta. So for this i got

-1 anchovy

-250 grams of beef mince

-an onion

-San Remo large spiral pastas

- San Remo Pasta Sauce Tomato and Basil 500g

-6 mini mushrooms

All the ingredients minus the sauce cause im retarted and forgot oh and i forgot to add the mushrooms to this photo... my bad.

Simmer the pasta for like 10 minutes and add a pinch of salt.

Drain the anchovy soil into a saucepan

Whilst waiting peel an onion

The undressing on an onion ;)

Cut it into pretty slices

And demolish it and dice the hell out of the onions

The pasta after being boiled and shizzz

Colander that shit, and just yolo leave it.

Put the diced onions into the pan with the anchovy

After the onions have cooked put around 250g of mince, and don't actually burn the onions like i have done so. :L Unless you like eating burnt things... all up to you.

Add like 2 anchovy slices in.

After letting the mince cook and the anchovy being obliterated by the onions and mince add the whole 500 grams of the sauce.

Me being all fancy and making nice pretty shapes .

THEN I SLICEDDDDD MUAHAHAHAHA

Then add the mushrooms into the pasta sauce mixed with mince and etc.

End product

Then just add together and bam you get something like this...I'm not explaining how you add the pasta sauce with the pasta... hopefully its common sense for the majority of people.

Port Villa/ Vanuatu/ December 2012

2013-02-13T06:28:00.002-08:00

Last day of Vanuatu the weather got better...It was a great week spent just sleeping on my hammock and relaxing... I miss it heaps...

Good hangover cure apparently, the coconut... around 100 vatu for one of these. Which is around 10 cents in Australian dollar.

Fresh produce freshly grown and harvested and etc

French influence shown in Port ViIla and all around Vanuatu .

Whilst on my trip to Vanuatu we were aloud to visit the main parts of Vanuatu, unlike the other schoolies groups who were stuck on their resort islands. It was quite interesting heading into the 'city' it was quite relaxed with the locals occasionally greeting you and etc. And the occasional local drinking the local beer the 'Tuska' which was alright. The Tuska at our resort was around 400 vatu though on the mainland it was half the price per bottle. Also the liquor here was quite cheaper than Australia. The resort charged 500 vatu for a spirit shot, though im not 100% sure on how much it was on the mainland as i did not really get a chance to get some of the liquor on the mainland. Though the atmosphere on the island was really relaxed... The locals lived in quite basic places as we were shown throughout the town of where the villagers had lived and so on. I even heard stories of some of the locals just wholly relying on the land and no electricity and etc which shows the Vanuatuans to be quite simple and open people. There were even pigs running around... haha. Which was quite perplexing for me :l... Weed on the island grew like wildfire according to a local ... Even the bus driver was trying to sell us some... The only means of transport was either boats or taxis, which varied from 800 vatu back and forth from our island which took around 10 minutes or so.

Though in the town there was barely any culture compared to places such as Korea and Japan which are places I've been too. Unfortunately there was no street food life in the town which upset me... though there was kava... which was horrible.. pretty much felt like i was eating muddywater... eekkkkk. Whilst on the village walk i asked one of the workers at hideaway about the culture and etc. And according to her there are Vanuatuans who learn French and English as the country was once occupied by the British and the French. Surprisingly there was night life in Vanuatu the clubs were pretty good... well to me as it was my first time going and i was intoxicated ... unfortunately my nights were blurry as i did not remember much... and my days were spent being hungover... despite my stupidity the others embarked on activities such as dune bugging on the roads of Port villa, swimming with turtles, going to scenery places such as volcanoes, waterfalls and etc. So days 1,2,3,4,5,6 i was drunk.. i didnt do much, Though i had a blast... though i learnt something when on holidays dont drink too much and be active... hahaha.

Hideaway Island/Vanuatu/ November 2013

Arriving at Port Villa after a long day of catching planes from Sydney to Brisbane then from Brisbane to Port Villa. The weather ...T.T wasn't great...

The island right ahead of us with the accompanying crew members of Unleashed.

Arriving on the island to be accompanied by the cheering locals.

The beach on the resort, with the activities of canoes and volleyball and etc.

The seats where i spent most of my time napping and drinking LOL

The Bungalow from the outside.

The stairs from the beach to the beach side bungalows.

The face of 'maggotness' Lols

The site where the Melanesian feast was held which included many traditional foods which were cooked in a hangi liked thing. Which is pretty much an underground oven, also we were served kava... one of the worst things i've drank...

The diving shop which had activities it provided such as oars for the canoes and etc.

The beloved BARRR :D

I accidentally deleted this post from before and i'm writing it again ...T.T So pretty much i went on 'Schoolies' with unleashed, which is pretty much an equivalent to the American Spring Break. The location was for Vanuatu on Hideaway Island. Unlike most other 'Schoolies' trips mine was way more tame then the others, way more... So pretty much we departed from Sydney airport at god knows what time... like 6 am ... then we destined for Brisbane... which was a tedious 1 hr flight as i was seated in between two old guys...
Map for Sydney to Brisbane.

then we headed from Brisbane airport to Port Villa Airport, despite the little commotions we had from nearly missing our flight and full bolting it to our flight... which was tiring..T.T then we finally continued our flight to Vanuatu with Virgin Blue once again, this time ironically i had no one between me and i was by myself on the aisle of my seat LOL... Then we arrived after like a 2hr 30 min flight... it was horrid... the weather was like so crappy...T.T. I thought my holiday was going down the drain now. Despite that accompanied by alchol i had a great time , though days 2-6 was spent blurry and unclear and by the pool and sleeping in my hammock.... Despite this Hideaway Island had a wide variety of activiites which included canoeing, drinking ;) , swimming and etc. Also there were many other activities on the main island.

Brisbane to Vanautu

So today i went to Bondi Beach in Sydney via car. Bondi Beach, even though it does not have a train station it is still accessible within means of bus and walking. So yeah. Bondi Beach pretty much sums up how Australia is depicted to the outside world. Which is a country with beautiful beaches and etc. Anyways this is my first set of photos for 2012. So ya'll enjoy. Bye~
