Your literature professor has asked you to write a 7-page essay        comparing Medieval and Renaissance poetry; your economics professor wants        15 pages on how globalization is affecting the economy in three different        countries; and your mathematics professor has forgotten this is a        mathematics class, and wants 5 pages on the quadratic formula. And you        have been staring at the computer screen for over an hour wondering how on        earth you are going to do all of this in the next four days. &lt;br /&gt;
This is an all-too-familiar scene to many students. Many students learn        of these large assignments at the beginning of the semester when they        receive their class syllabi, and immediately forget about them because        November seems like years away. Other students are busy with        extracurricular sports, trying to adjust to being away from home for the        first time, and other events and issues. Still other students are quite        frankly terrified of the writing process, believing the blank page to be        worse than their worst nightmare, and so these assignments get shoved        aside to remain untouched until the last minute. &lt;br /&gt;
It is an interesting fact of college life that all students, regardless        of major or discipline, are asked to write about their subject matter --        often quite extensively. While it is certainly important that all        individuals be literate, and know how to read and write in a variety of        capacities, styles, and genres, it is also the case that not everyone has        to be a professional academic writer (&lt;a href="http://www.korepetycje.com/join_us.html" target="new"&gt;www.korepetycje.com/join_us.html&lt;/a&gt;).        Engineers need to know how to design bridges or better towel racks; pilots        need to be able to take off and land safely and smoothly; and physicians        need to be able to diagnose illnesses and injuries and to prescribe the        correct medical interventions. Traffic Exchange Sites are websites where you get page views of your        own site in exchange for visiting others. Many such sites are available.        However, choosing the right one or a combination of them can be a very        time consuming process. &lt;br /&gt;
Basically there are two types. Manual surfing and Auto surfing. Some        Traffic exchanges cater for Manual surfing only, some cater for Auto        surfing only and some cater for both. &lt;br /&gt;
Manual surfing - This requires your input by clicking a button after a        specified time period, generally 15, 20 or 30 seconds, although there are        a few other variations. With manual surfing, the surfer is expected to        view each site. However, with most exchange sites, it is possible to        minimize or resize the windows. This defeats the purpose because it allows        multiple sessions to be run simultaneously. On the better exchange sites,        security measures are often used to deter this. These are normally random        prompts that require user input. For example, after x number of page        views, you may be required to enter a code, select a color or image or        perform some other variation of this. &lt;br /&gt;
Auto surfing - This requires no input. However in reality, your input        may be required because of popup or frame breakers. Some traffic exchange        sites require that the pages run are maximized and although you can        minimize the page yourself, it will automatically maximize at the next        refresh. You will also find that with some exchange sites, pages will run        on top whereas with others, pages will run quite happily underneath,        allowing you to do what ever you like without ever viewing the page        content. &lt;br /&gt;
Both manual and auto surfing will bring traffic to your website, but        there is a much greater likelihood of your web pages being actually seen        with manual surfing. &lt;br /&gt;
Credits - As well as surfing, credits are usually acquired for        subscribing, for referrals and for any winnings associated with exchange        site lotteries, games or competitions. These credits can then be used to        increase the traffic to your site. Some exchange sites will also allow you        to sell your credits to other members. &lt;br /&gt;
Free or Paid - The majority of Traffic Exchanges offer a paid option.        This option may give you a better surf ratio, bonus credits, money for        referrals or other benefits. Before paying however, it is important that        you test how targeted the traffic is that you receive. There's no point in        paying for extra traffic if it doesn't generate any more income for you.       &lt;br /&gt;
Click for Credits or Buy Credits - Is it worth buying credits? &lt;br /&gt;
This can depend on a number of reasons. The two main ones are time and        money. &lt;br /&gt;
Let’s take an example &lt;br /&gt;
At the time of writing the cost of 2000 credits for free members of a        well known Traffic Exchange Site was $40. This works out at $0.02 a click.        For pro members the same $40 bought 2200 credits. &lt;br /&gt;
With the number of clicks limited to 250 per day and page views of 20        seconds this means that in theory it will take you 250 X 20 = 5000 sec or        83 minutes 20 seconds to view the 250 pages. However in practice you must        allow extra time for clicking the next button, clicking the title of the        page you will be viewing and any sites worth looking at. &lt;br /&gt;
Since I am a firm believer in practical results, I viewed the 250        pages. It took me 2 hours and 12 minutes to accomplish this. During that        time, I accumulated 854 credits. To buy these credits would have cost        $17.08 as a free member and approximately $15.53 as a pro member. Allowing        for rounding up, this equates to almost 390 credits per hour or $7.80 per        hour cash value. &lt;br /&gt;
Now ask yourself this. Would you work for $7.80 per hour? &lt;br /&gt;
I must emphasize that this is only one example and that other results        will differ because of the random allocation of credits. It is shown here        only as an example and to give you an idea of the cost implications for        one particular traffic exchange site. The cost of credits may differ        dramatically for different exchange sites. If you buy or intend to buy        credits from a traffic exchange site, you can apply what is shown in the        example. There's no need to click on a large number of websites to find        out if your exchange site is giving you enough credits for your money. A        sample of around 20 sites should give you enough information to produce a        rough value-for-money guide. &lt;br /&gt;
If you enjoy this sort of thing or want a break from train spotting,        you could expand on this. Increase your sample size, increase the number        of samples, select a good representation of traffic exchanges and tabulate        your results. Choose enough sites and you will be able to create your own        league table. There’s a market for everything. &lt;br /&gt;
Whether you use traffic exchange sites or not in the quest for more        visitors to your site, you should at the very least know what they are and        what they do. But don't totally dismiss them. They are part of an        expanding market. I recommend that you try at least one traffic exchange        site. You could read every book on the subject, but without active        participation, you will not be qualified to comment on their worth or        suitability. The time taken for a few mouse clicks is a small price to        pay. If it works for you, you have learned. Specify a        goal, preferably in one short sentence.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Take a sheet of paper and a pen and put all you can think out about        your future website. Brainstorm! Just put everything that comes to your        mind: what you want to give to your visitors, what the site is about, what        you want to accomplish with your website, what is your experience in the        area you would like to select as topic? The more points you could think up        the better. Then sort it in the number of importance. Think what points        can be deleted without harm to your project. Delete them. So creating website about flash design will be much        smarter then just to make "website design" site and be lost in those        millions pages. Note that "Website design" and "Flash Website Design" are        not only keywords, the Flash website design is a part of website design        but it is smaller part. Searching search engines keywords related to the        topic you have selected may be helpful in making decision about your        website topic. &lt;div align="left"&gt;Color is everywhere and conveys a message even if we don't        realize it. While this message can vary by culture it pays to know what        colors "say" in your own corner of the universe, and even what color means        to your target market.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;If you don't think that color speaks just complete this        sentence, "red means ---- and green means ?" even a child will know what        red means stop and green means go. If such simple ideas work for all of a        given culture or market what could it mean to the graphic design of your        website, brochure, or product if you know some of this information.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;First let's start with the basics. The color wheel. We've        all seen it. The color wheel shows the basic colors, each wheel is        different in how many shades of each color is shown, but they are        essentially the same.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Color harmony, colors that go together well. These will be        colors that are next door to each other on the color wheel. Such as blue        and green. In reference to clothes these colors match each other.        Instinctively most of us know which colors go together when we dress        ourselves every morning.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Color complements, colors that set each other off, they        complement each other. These are colors that are opposite on the color        wheel. Such as blue and orange.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Color depth, colors can recede or jump forward. Remember        that some colors seem to fall back such as blue, black, dark green, and        brown. Other colors will seem to step forward such as white, yellow, red,        and orange. This is why if you have a bright orange background it may seem        to fight with any text or images that you place on it. The orange will        always seem to move forward.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Now you have the basics so let's go further. Just because        to colors go together or complement each other doesn't mean that yo        necessarily want to use them on your project. I opened this article with        the meaning of colors now here is an example, keep in mind this is one        example from western culture.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Color Survey: what respondents said colors mean to them.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Happy = Yellow Inexpensive = Brown&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Pure = White Powerful = Red (tomato)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Good Luck = green Dependable = Blue&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Good tasting = Red (tomato) High Quality = Black&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Dignity = Purple Nausea = Green&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Technology = Silver Deity = White&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Sexiness = Red (tomato) Bad Luck = Black&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Mourning = Black Favorite color = Blue&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Expensive = Gold Least favorite color = Orange&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;So in designing your project it's important to know what        colors mean. You can now see why a black back ground with green type would        be bad, beyond being nearly impossible to read, if your target market        thinks that black represents mourning and green makes them sick. There are        exceptions to every rule of course. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;So you may want to include some research in what colors        mean to your target market. As Internet connections become more permanent with broadband access,        software will be able to evolve into a more efficient and personalized        medium. Currently, most software run from our hard drives and require        installations that alter our system configurations, many times slowing        down our computers. Because software occupies space and processing power,        there is a limited amount of software that can run in our PCs. On the        business side, current software systems require many companies to produce        a system of distribution (Compac Discs), customer support, and is usually        not compatible with all customers, thus limiting its customer base        further. &lt;br /&gt;
A software evolution is ocurring and it is going to benefit both        customers and businesses immensly. Software will no longer come as a        packet that needs to be installed on a PC, but rather it will be        completely Web based. Web based software will become the default way of        reaching customers. Customers will have advantages such as, using        unlimited amount of software, using applications regardless of where the        person is or which computer he/she is using, software can be personalized        and upgraded to meet specific needs to each individual. Businesses will be        able to, reduce costs, reach a larger customer pool, taylor its software        to diverse markets, repair bugs more rapidly and easily, understand its        customer and the way they use their software, etc. &lt;br /&gt;
In order for this software revolution to occur in whole, there needs to        be a central point. Like Miscrosoft’s DOS in the 80’s, which became the        standard choice of operating system to centralize and organize our        computer operations, there needs to be an online operating system. As of        now, Microsoft has built an empire because of its vision and their        dominance in the OS market. However, now there is a window of opportunity        to take a large chunk of that empire and possibly eliminate Microsoft’s        monopoly of the Operating System. While there are many companies and        organizations (Apple, Linux, Lindows) out there trying to take a bite out        of Microsoft by competing on the same turf, PC users are accostumed to        Windows and will most likely not switch. The opportunity to eliminate this        monopoly is to create an Online Operating System. PC users will inevitably        move completely online. &lt;br /&gt;
An Online Operating System will be the central point of every user in        the future. There are online companies who have an inside advantage to        this, such as Yahoo!, Google, and AOL, but it can be anyone’s medal, even        to a fairly unknown competitor, as was Microsoft when they introduced DOS        to the world. A small business accounting program should accomplish three tasks:        track income and expenses, generate business forms, and keep detailed        records for other assets and liabilities. &lt;br /&gt;
Tracking Income and Expenses &lt;br /&gt;
The task of tracking a business’s income and expense is really the most        important job of an accounting system. If you own or manage a small        business, obviously, you need some tool for measuring your income and your        cash flow. &lt;br /&gt;
Although checkbook programs like Quicken and Microsoft Money does        little more than keep a checkbook, you can actually keep financial records        for a business right out of a checkbook. To do this, you simply categorize        deposits as falling into some income category. And when you write a check        or make some other withdrawal, you categorize expenses as falling into        some expense category. &lt;br /&gt;
One problem with using a checkbook program, however, is that by using a        checkbook program, you are implicitly using cash-basis accounting to track        your income and expenses. Cash-basis accounting counts income when you        receive a deposit and counts expense when you write a check. &lt;br /&gt;
Cash-basis accounting is easy to understand, and that means you are        less likely to make errors in implementing it. However, cash-basis        accounting is generally too imprecise for more complicated businesses. If        you use inventory in your business, for example, cash-basis accounting        isn’t very accurate—and the Internal Revenue Service does not allow it.       &lt;br /&gt;
And there are other circumstances, too, in which cash-basis accounting        produces serious and usually unacceptable errors in precision. For        example, if you often receive money before you have actually earned it or        if you often incur expenses long before you actually have to pay for them,        you need to use a more sophisticated accounting program than a checkbook        program. &lt;br /&gt;
Generating Business Forms &lt;br /&gt;
The second task that a small business accounting program should help        you with is the generation of business forms. The most common business        form is simply a check. Any checkbook program help you do this. Other        business forms that small businesses commonly need to produce include        invoices, credit memos, monthly statements, purchase orders, and so forth.       &lt;br /&gt;
If you have a small business with very simple form requirements—perhaps        you need only checks—then a checkbook program may work very well for you.       &lt;br /&gt;
However, if you have extensive or complicated business form generation        requirements, a more full-featured small business accounting package, such        as Intuit’s QuickBooks, Peachtree’s Complete Accounting, or Microsoft        Small Business Accounting will do a better job for you. &lt;br /&gt;
If you produce more complicated forms, but you produce these other        forms with a word processing program, then a checkbook program may still        work for you. &lt;br /&gt;
Detailed Record Keeping for Other Assets and Liabilities &lt;br /&gt;
The third task that a small business accounting program should help you        with is detailed record keeping of your most important assets and        liabilities. A checkbook program lets you keep good detailed records of        cash, and for some businesses that is the principal asset. But many small        businesses have other significant assets and liabilities they need to        track, for example, accounts receivables, inventory, and vendor payables.       &lt;br /&gt;
Whether or not a particular software program’s accounting tools provide        adequate asset and liability record keeping depends on the situation.        However, no small business accounting program does everything you need it        to do. Any accounting program that provides an extensive list of features,        by its very nature, becomes a challenge to use. For example, moving to the        accrual basis of accounting adds an entire layer of complexity to        financial record keeping, and keeping detailed records of inventory adds        another layer. &lt;br /&gt;
For these reasons, even when a particular program doesn’t do everything        you need it to do, your best choice still may be to use the program—and        then simply live with its shortcomings. &lt;br /&gt;

Measuring and tracking RSS while a fairly simple concept, is really        anything but. Unlike websites, RSS have the added caveat of potential        syndication, making accurate tracking a challenge to anyone but the        extremely tech savvy. &lt;br /&gt;
It is not unrealistic for marketers to want to know how many        subscribers they have, which items in their feeds attract the most        interest, or how many click-throughs are generated as a result of an RSS        feed. &lt;br /&gt;
There are a number of 3rd party providers who focus on tracking the        consumption of RSS feeds. Some solutions are rudimentary but likely        sufficient for a small business testing the waters with RSS. Other RSS        tracking solutions are more complex and while they can come close to being        accurate, with syndication there is no solution that tracks with 100%        accuracy. &lt;br /&gt;
Techniques Used to track RSS Consumption &lt;br /&gt;
Small businesses can view web logs to provide information on how many        times a specific file (RSS feed) is requested. The logs and information is        rudimentary but will give a basic sense of a feeds success. Many 3rd party        tracking options have additional tracking information available. &lt;br /&gt;
Hosting &lt;br /&gt;
The most common method to track the number of feed accesses or        individuals accessing a feed is to use a 3rd party feed host. Companies        like FeedBurner essentially track feeds based on accesses. The downside to        using a 3rd party like Feedburner, is that the url is a FeedBurner url and        any PageRank or popularity associated with the url will benefit the feed        host rather than the feed creator. Why did you become a network marketer? Most people immediately respond,        “for the money!” However, this is not the real reason. &lt;br /&gt;
No one subjects them to the hard work of building a business just for        little pieces of paper with the faces of dead presidents. The truth is you        work in order to obtain what those little pieces of paper can bring you.       &lt;br /&gt;
The first thing you need to do is to find the reason WHY you are a        network marketer. Is it the freedom to choose whatever you want to do        whenever you want to do it? Maybe you are looking for a different        lifestyle. If there is one thing that is critical to your network        marketing success, this is it. If you don’t have a reason, there is no        motivation to succeed. &lt;br /&gt;
A network marketing business is a teaching and coaching business. If        you don’t like interaction with other people, a network marketing business        probably is not for you. There’s a concept that most network marketers        just can’t seem to get a handle on. You do not sponsor “reps,” you sponsor        “people!” &lt;br /&gt;
If you have to find a reason why you are building your business, then        doesn’t it stand to reason that other people will have to do the same        thing? If that’s the case, then why is it that network marketers        continually focus on how much money your prospect can earn? &lt;br /&gt;
There’s no way you are going to convince “Joe Sixpack,” to get out of        his Lazyboy recliner unless you find out what his motivation is. Most        network marketers literally pound in the amount of money Joe can earn.        They bombard him with message after message about how “Successful Sam” has        just purchased his 10th Porsche, refurnished his 25,000 square foot        cottage and promise Joe that he can do the same! &lt;br /&gt;
Just how realistic is this approach? Joe isn’t stupid. He works long,        hard hours at his job in order to provide for his family and truly        believes that the best thing he can hope for is saving enough money by        summer to pay for a camping trip. Then here you come, promising Joe that        he can have everything that Sam has and he can have it if he will just        sign that piece of paper making you his sponsor! &lt;br /&gt;
You will probably sponsor a few people that way, but if you are in        business for the long haul you need to change your approach and do it        fast. &lt;br /&gt;
The proper approach is so simple, but in your rush to sponsor another        “rep” instead of helping another person, all too often you talk yourself        into and straight out of sponsoring the Joes of the world. &lt;br /&gt;
God gave you two ears and one mouth and he did it for a reason. We are        supposed to “listen” twice as much as we “speak.” &lt;br /&gt;
Instead of pouncing on Joe with the latest and greatest network        marketing program of all time, find out what Joe wants and needs. Ask him        questions, lots of questions. In fact, in your first meeting with Joe,        don’t even mention your business! Yes, that’s what I said. Don’t even        bring it up. Remove yourself from the super duper network marketing        persona and spend time making a new friend. &lt;br /&gt;
Follow these recommendations and you are set to grow your business        exponentially. &lt;br /&gt;

Find a product to promote where you make good commission on each sale.        Generally, you will get the biggest commissions on digital products. SMS, or Short Message Service, is the technology behind what we often        refer to as ‘text messages’ or ‘SMSes’, as well as what allows for news        alerts on cellular phones. In recent years SMS has ballooned to over a 50        billion dollar industry and is quickly taking the communications world by        storm. &lt;br /&gt;
Short Message Service actually refers to a framework that uniquely        allows computers, or in this case phones, to communicate with each other        without the need of a central hub. With SMS, phones can find each other,        send short packets of information back and forth, and do it all without        any central computer to guide them. But because the system does not rely        upon fixed lines like a land based telephone system does, the amount of        information that can be sent at one time is limited in size. This depends        on the language spoken, but for English letters this typically means        around 150 characters (Chinese and Japanese letters are limited to 70).       &lt;br /&gt;
Quite recently, however, new developments in the technology have        allowed for even longer messages to be sent. Long or Concatenated SMS is a        development that allows multiple messages to be combined to form a single        message. In effect, what happens is that your phone actually sends out a        few smaller messages and then the receiving phone simply compiles those        messages so that for users on both ends, it appears as though the message        were cohesive. While there are some limitations, the brilliance behind SMS        is that because there is no need for central hubs, and thus the system can        be expanded indefinitely without any concerns of it slowing down or        becoming more expensive. &lt;br /&gt;
The most common form of SMS is ‘texting’. This usually takes place with        a cellular phone in which individuals use the letters behind the number        pad on their phone to spell out words and phrases and then send them out.        Because many companies charge by the word, individuals have come up with a        sort of ‘texting slang’ to cut down on the amount of words required to        convey a particular message. For example, ‘gr8’ and ‘BTW’ mean ‘great’ and        ‘by the way’. In addition, other words have just been shortened, such as        ‘lata’ to mean ‘later’. Most users simply pick up the lingo through        frequent use, and although some slang is widely understood and used, other        shortcuts are developed within circles of friends and family. &lt;br /&gt;
The major advantage of SMS is its price. The price is typically $0.05        per message, a significant cut below that of traditional telephony and        cell phone per-minute charges. The savings of SMS has its roots in the        nature of the technology. Short Message Service, like SIP, is modeled on a        peer to peer model and not a cog and wheel like traditional communication        systems. This means that instead of having to route a message through a        central hub, your text goes straight from you to its destination. This has        radically cut down on the cost of SMS implementation and led to its        overwhelming popularity throughout the world. &lt;br /&gt;

While the practice has become quite common        throughout the world, it has only recently become popular here in the        United Stats, a growth partly predicated upon, surprisingly enough, its        featured role in the show American Idol. Day by day people scour the internet looking for a home based business        to set them financially free. What happens more often than not is that        people end in worse shape than when they started. Why you ask? The answer        is not so simple. &lt;br /&gt;
The key to finding a home based business starts with knowing yourself.        That means knowing what you are good at and what you do not do well. You        must also be honest with yourself when doing this. We would all love to be        perfect in every aspect of life but the truth is we are not and we have to        accept this fact. This is important because picking a business in which        most of the tasks that need to be done are your strengths will increase        your chances of success.For example let's say you are not much of a        talker. You do not talk much to people who you do not know and you keep to        yourself usually. You are however extremely organized and love to write.        It would most likely be in your best interest to be an article writer or        ghost writer. They do not require you to do much talking or go to meetings        all the time. &lt;br /&gt;
The next thing you need to know is the product or service that you will        be offering. The more you believe in your product or service, the more you        will sell. Now before I go on there is a handful of people in the world        that could sell ice to an Eskimo or sell water to a fish but these people        are the exception rather than the rule. For most of us if we do not        believe in what we are doing we will not reach the level of success that        we desire. People will be able to tell if you believe in your product or        not. So if you are looking at a network marketing company try being their        customer for a couple of months before you join the business. Once you try        the product or try the service then you will know how you feel about it.        On top of that you will be more prepared to answer question about it        because you have become familiar with it. &lt;br /&gt;
Once you picked a business that relies on your strengths and a product        or service you can believe in you have to choose what your budget is going        to be. Remember that most home businesses take at least months before you        really start seeing results off so it is important to keep within a budget        until then. If you decide to join a mlm you may have the type of sponsor        that says you should buy this or buy that it will really help your        business. Remembers that you need to stay within your budget. If the        recommended items are out of your budget ask your sponsor to rank the        items by importance. This way you can stay in budget and get the items        most needed first. &lt;br /&gt;
OK now you have your business, our product, and your budget now you are        ready to start your business. Just remember that it is a business and        should be treated as such. Running a home based business can be more        difficult than running a traditional business. Running a business from        home offers many distractions; Kids, TV , your bed, etc. You could have        followed this guide perfectly but mess this up and you will not succeed.        If you do not take it seriously you will just be wasting money and wasting        time and since how most people start up home based businesses to have more        time and more money you would be defeating the purpose. Make sure the home        office is secluded so that when you are working you cannot be distracted.       &lt;br /&gt;
Now that you have your business running you must market it. Marketing        is how you get customers. Now there are many forms of marketing such as        newspaper ads, flyers, TV ads, mailing lists, pay-per-click ads,        power-linking, and many others. How you market your business is up to you.        Each technique has its own strengths and weaknesses. Obviously you will        want to keep your budget in mind when picking a method of marketing. &lt;br /&gt;
Diversify your marketing as much as possible, and remember... the more        people that see and know your business the more business you will do. &lt;br /&gt;

I love getting a deal. I try to smell them out from miles away. I love        frequent garage sales, flea markets, closeouts, and more -- but found that        I could much better by simply buying through online auctions - if I shop        carefully. &lt;br /&gt;
Getting a deal out of EBay auctions is an art. Buying from auctions can        be a costly proposition or a very economical option depending on your        tactics. Buy wisely by learning from my (sometimes costly) experiences.       &lt;br /&gt;
1. Is the Seller Trustworthy? &lt;br /&gt;
Both EBay and Yahoo auctions have seller ratings. Read these and their        associated reviews. If the seller has a great rating from buying and a        poor one from selling, you probably don't want to buy from them. Look at        both praises and complaints as they may or may not apply to what you are        bidding on. &lt;br /&gt;
2. Read the Description Throughly &lt;br /&gt;
It is very easy to read what you want to see in an Ebay auction rather        than what is actually written there. Read both what is in the Ebay        description and what is NOT in the description. Often your mind will want        to fill in details with what is your dream interpretation. You need to        re-read the description until you find out whether what you are searching        for and what the seller is selling match. &lt;br /&gt;
* Used or New? &lt;br /&gt;
Is the item you are buying used or new? If it doesn't say new, you are        most likely buying something that is used. &lt;br /&gt;
* Real or Fake &lt;br /&gt;
Is the item you are interested in "real" gold, sterling silver or        pearls? For example, a description saying: "gold necklace for sale" does        NOT say 14 kt gold or 18kt gold. That most likely means a gold COLORED        necklace which may or may not have actual gold metal. This also applies to        pearls as many call plastic fake pearls simply "pearls". &lt;br /&gt;
If the seller is selling beads, those beads could be plastic, glass,        stone, scrap metal, crystal, chips, wood, clay, gemstone or some other        material. &lt;br /&gt;
* Item Details &lt;br /&gt;
Does the EBay description really say how much you are getting, how long        the item is, and quality of the item? Selling by the pound can be a great        deal - or a horrible deal. &lt;br /&gt;
* Beware of Hidden Costs &lt;br /&gt;
Look at shipping and handling costs. I've seen many penny auctions that        have $13 or more shipping. Some auctions even have handling fees. &lt;br /&gt;
* How Fast Will it Ship? &lt;br /&gt;
I've been seeing a fair amount of auctions that note that the product        will ship in 2 months or that shipping time is 2 months. If you are buying        for a particular holiday, be sure that you will get the item in time. &lt;br /&gt;
3. Is it a Bargain For You? &lt;br /&gt;
Many times an EBay auction will say that the items are "worth $XXX". In        many cases, that price is inflated. Often you can find similar items much        cheaper tah "$XXX" at normal stores. (However, the auction price may still        be cheaper than you can by elsewhere - it really helps to know how much        you usually pay for items!) If you are only interested in some of the        items in an auction, adjust your bid to reflect how much you are willing        to pay for just those items unless you plan to sell the rest as that is        how much you would pay for it elsewhere. &lt;br /&gt;
4. Auction Fever &lt;br /&gt;
Compare prices on the net at the same time to avoid overpaying. Know        that usually you can get the item later elsewhere. Ok... so you've finally reached that stage in the development of your        home business to get started. You've done the research, you have a game        plan and you're ready to go except for one small detail... you need money.        Whether it comes from a loan or from investors it doesn't matter but you        need a good dose of seed money to put all your hard work and planning into        action. However, regardless of who hears your money pitch before they give        you a dime they will want see your business plan. &lt;br /&gt;
Business Plan - What Is It? &lt;br /&gt;
A good way to think of a business plan is that's it's a document that        provide answers to the type of questions anyone who may provide financing        would like to know about your home business. You will not get outside        funding without one, because the people giving you the funding will insist        on one because it helps them to know that you’ve thought through what        you’re proposing to do. A business plan says to them... "I’ve considered        this from every angle, and here’s what I’ve come up with". &lt;br /&gt;
Business Plan - What Does It Include? &lt;br /&gt;
What is your product or service? This is the first question every        business plan should answer. You must explain in the clear, concise        language what in the world you plan to produce or what service you plan to        provide. You will also want to include why you've chosen this particular        product or service. &lt;br /&gt;
Who are Your Customers? After you've explained your product or service,        the next step is to identify who you plan to sell your product or service        too and why. The demographics (age, sex, language, country, state or city,        income, etc.) You need to clearly identify your customers in order to        properly target your advertising, packaging, pricing, et. &lt;br /&gt;
What Makes You Different? You need to identify the "primary factors"        that will make your business different than other businesses you'll be        competing with. What niche are you filling that they are not or what do        you plan to do to fill a particular void in the market that you've        identified? &lt;br /&gt;
What are Your Expenses? Your start-up expenses include any equipment        that you need before you can get up-and-running, while your day-to-day        expenses are staff costs and supplies. &lt;br /&gt;
Following is a Simplified Example of Business Plan &lt;br /&gt;
This a a simplified and shortened version of a business plan. In the        real world... each one of the following sections would be 1 - 2 pages in        length. That being said... in most instances it's better to be as brief as        possible. Only add information if your potential backers request it. It's        a bad idea to go into too much detail in your plan. You’re not trying to        explain everything down to the nth detail, just the basics of the business        and why they should give you the money you need to launch it. And always        focus on profit. &lt;br /&gt;
Catering Plus &lt;br /&gt;
Nature of Business: The business will be a home-based catering company,        producing luxury food for special occasions such as birthdays and        weddings. We will provide a comprehensive catering service, while        specializing in high end customized cakes, which have a higher profit        margin than other foods. &lt;br /&gt;
Target Market: Our catering business will be aimed at middle-class        customers who desire a top-of-the-line catering but must operate on a        budget. Our initial market area will consist of Mytown and the affluent        area of Theretown. &lt;br /&gt;
Key Factors: We will only use commerical grade ingredients purchased        from wholesalers and provide top quality design and service. This will        allow us to provide food that looks tastes great, while keeping costs as        low as possible. &lt;br /&gt;
Expenses: Beause I will be using my kitchen and making the food myself,        there are only two real expenses: The purchase of an industrial grade        mixer and then the day-to-day cost of supplies. I've attached a suppliers’        letter listing prices. Our research has shown that this supplier offers        the best value for start-ups. &lt;br /&gt;
To wrap it up, you should include a breakdown of both projected profit        and loss per month (in graph form)for the first year in business. Show        one-time and day-to-day expenses versus projected profit to indicate how        you will pay-off your loan. Your business plan should show you making        enough of a profit each month to live on – if it doesn’t, then it may be        considered unfeasible. &lt;br /&gt;
Study a Few Real-World Business Plans &lt;br /&gt;
The best way to get a real a feel for the dos and do nots of a business        plans is to find real-world plans that have already been approved and        study them. A good place to start is the internet. Once you’ve studied a        few, you will get a better feel for how much work will be involved in        putting your business plan together.
