So, this weekend I went over to Pittsburgh and saw Avatar in IMAX 3D. It was pretty amazing, and the trailers do not do it justice. If you are able, go see it, preferably in 3D.

From We Would Remember: Mullet Genealogy

Another period of time has come and gone, and still things have not changed so much. I still have not quite attained a new job, but I am constantly working toward it. I am attempting to schedule an orientation and factory tour through a staffing agency, to get moving on a job, but the staffing agency works in mysterious, weekly, slow ways. But sometime this won't make as much difference, because I will get this job.

I have started a project to scan in an out-of-print genealogy book which I hope will be of use to anyone looking for information regarding the Mullet Genealogy. I have included an interesting page from one of the books as this post's picture. Enjoy!

Again, please do not forget my other nifty blog, which will hopefully be just as interesting as this one.

Mac iBook G4

So today I was at the thrift store, and came across a most amazing thing: a Mac iBook G4 for a good price. This means I have now made the transition into the world of Apple computing. I look forward to finding many good things here. I hope to have a photo up later.

Fall is one of the greatest times of the year. I enjoy seeing the leaves change color. Driving along back roads on a cool fall evening, seeing all the colors, is quite calming.

Went bowling today, and did fairly well. My top game was 123! It really has been too long though....

Dreary Weather

Today is rainy here. I enjoy rain, but many people don't. Still looking for a job, so if any of you need a freelance photographer or computer tech guy, let me know!

Did some cleaning today, and moved some more things out into my storage unit. Clean places have much better feng shui.

West Holmes has a game at Wooster tonight, so we wish them luck. I hear that my cousin's JV team did quite well on Friday, disrupting another team's 3 year winning streak. Way to go!

So, it has come to my attention that it is quite cold out. I am quite pleased about this, even though some people are not. Fall is my favorite season, and I hope you are all enjoying yours.

And it is the time of year when the leaves start changing and falling, the air gets cooler, and the holiday season starts to take off.

Antique Festival.

So, I haven't updated in a while. I am still looking for a job. However, if I don't find a job soon, I am thinking I may go back to college to get another degree of some sort. And with this Recovery Act here in Ohio or whatever, I may be able to get some help to do so that way, too.

A friend and I are thinking about starting a webcomic site one of these days, and we will keep you posted.

High-school Football.

So, last night I went to another West Holmes football game, they played against Coshocton, but didn't do so well. The band was great, and the Majorettes twirled batons of fire.

Today was the ALS walk for Larry Lang, which also went well.

Lots of things have been happening, but I am still in search of work. I am going to try to start up my own computer business, but that is going slow too. Hopefully things will turn around here shortly.

Of the NFL

So, I noticed today that, the NFL lets people off pretty easy. I can only hope that, if I am ever to pull a Dante Stallworth (which is to say, get drunk, get high, get in a car, and run over a man), that I only get 24 days in prison, and two years of house arrest, and be let out 5 days a week to 'work out' with hopes of going back to my old job afterwards, making millions of dollars. Although, I guess he got off light, considering Michael Vick, who was only fighting with dogs, got 24 months in jail...

So much for justice.

So, I am not having much luck with the employment scene, going to try to go about things another way. I hope to start building up some business working on computers. If you know of anyone who needs computer work done, feel free to e-mail me and we can work things out!

I hope to have something a bit more substantive up later, but for now I am going to take all the work people can send me. If you enjoy my photography, let me know, and I will take more photos! Perhaps someone is in need of a freelance photographist...?

I have recently started taking on small computer jobs. If any of you should need some computer help, please let me know! I would be glad to help.

Aside from that, just looking for work, studying for my A+ certification, and moving forward. I did get a nice new monitor for my desktop computer, which is quite nice as well. Now I just gotta work out a few hiccups in my network, and I will be good!

So, I guess it has been a while since the last update. I apologize for this, but things have been quite busy the past few weeks. On the bright side, I did get more awesome photos, please check in my Ohio pictures!

But I am back in Ohio, looking for work or whatever comes my way. Gonna study up and get my A+ computer certification, so I can be a full-fledged computer technician!

Now I am back in Ohio, and I have a new perspective! Things are going alright, got some photos taken of the trip, gonna be posting a link up here in the next few days.

I hope to take this opportunity to get my A+ certification soon, a certification that would make me a full-fledged computer technician.

If anyone is interested in my photography, and would like more, let me know! I don't know where the world will take me, but I am gladly along for the ride.

A time for change.

So, as some of you already know, I will be moving back to Ohio this upcoming week. It is a time of great change, a time to reflect upon the past, and to look to the future. All I know for sure is that I am going to take it easy for a while, since I am now officially laid off, and no longer an employee of anyone. I do hope to possibly start working with computers, and I do hope to get my A+ certification within the next two months.

This means I may not be taking as many photos in the near future, but I do plan to keep taking photos, regardless of where I am. I do also hope to get a lot of wonderful shots of my trip to Vegas, and to chronicle the time between now and when I am no longer out here in California.

A long, busy time.

So sorry for the delay between my last post and this one. Last week was quite busy at work, and with the many things happening after work as well, I didn't have any time to post. At the end of the week, I hoped to get to Disney on Sunday, but that didn't happen because my ankle decided it wanted to be sore, so instead I took some Tylenol and stayed in for the day.

Today I am not feeling great, so I got a half a day sick leave, and I am writing this update. I really don't feel well, but hopefully it will pass by tomorrow. Must've been something I ate last night.

I apologize for the lack of updates recently. Last weekend, I didn't actually get a whole lot done, and I didn't update because of that.

This week, I made many deliveries at work, and things are picking up a bit. This means I got to deliver to Disney again, and also to San Diego.

Yesterday, I managed to get a dry run to Las Vegas, and got some pictures as well.

So, this week went well at work, and I went and saw a movie this evening. I have been working on a map for one of our upcoming DnD games, which is looking to be pretty nice. That is going to be an intensive side project for me. Not much else to comment on, just kinda hung around this weekend and didn't do much else.

Tomorrow is laundry, and I hope to get plenty of relaxing on the side as well. Sadly, this means no pictures this week, unless I get super-ambitious and actually decide to do something else tomorrow.
