The motive of our Founding Fathers was totally self-centered.

It was their personal greed that inspired them to accept the task of writing the Constitution of the United States and not patriotism! In actuality, the United States is not a land or a place: ‘It is a corporation, a
legal fiction that existed well before the Revolutionary War.’ [See: Republica v. Sween, 1
Dallas 43 and 28 U. S. C. 3002 (15)].

The Constitution of the United States was written in secret by the Founding Fathers and
was never presented to the Colonists for a vote. Surely, any document as important as this
demanded the approval of the people it governed! Well, it wasn’t presented for a vote
because the Constitution wasn't created for "We the People," it was created by and for the
Founding Fathers, their family, heirs and their posterity! The Constitution is a business
plan and any reference contained within it that appears to be the safeguard of a ‘Right’ is
there because none of the Founding Fathers trusted each other. The safeguards were
intended to prevent any one or group of them from cutting out the others! Proving that;
“There’s no honor among thieves!”

Americans are not unlike all other humans who inhabit the earth. All human beings possess
malleable minds, which are minds that can be shaped and controlled; and when government
shapes and controls a mind, it’s called “brainwashing.” Brainwashing causes the subject to
become ‘functionally illiterate.’ In America, our functional ignorance excels in the areas of
history, government and law, which really are one in the same. Ninety-eight percent of the
officials in public office are lawyers and these so-called representatives set policy and
created the laws that govern this society. Their use of Greek and Latin terms in law and the
habit of changing definitions and usage of common words is intentional. The intent is to
confound and confuse the general public; and to hide the treason they are implementing;
and so that members of the public are forced or decide to hire a lawyer out of frustration,
rather than try to represent themselves in our, ‘fictional courts of law.’ As you read on I’ll
explain to you why and how, our courts and laws are fictional!

There has never been a law on the books created by the Congress, which made it illegal for
a common man to practice law. Every Judge of a District, Circuit or Appeal Court, except
Justices and Magistrates, is a lawyer and a member of the Bar. These Judges have the
authority to establish local rules of court and those mentioned, have created a local rule
that prevents common people from representing any other person in their court or ‘to
practice law without a license!’ A license requires that you produce your Bar Association
number. For those who don’t know, the Bar Association is simply a ‘Lawyers Union,’ and
when lawyers are accepted into the Bar, they are required to swear allegiance to a foreign
power! The American Bar Association is a branch of a national organization titled; “The
National Lawyers Guild Communist Party” and can be found recorded in the United States
Code at: [28 U. S. C. 3002, section 15a]. They have become so big and entrenched that
they no longer fear reprisal!

Whenever I tell people that there is no actual law that makes it a crime to represent another
person in court, their reaction is, “liar!” I remind them that Abraham Lincoln and Clarence
Darrow never went to law school or passed the Bar, but their reaction is understandable
because the Bar is a very powerful organization and its members have infiltrated every nitch
of American life and business. How many times in your life have you heard, “You can’t
practice law without a license?” I’ve heard it said in numerous movies spanning one
hundred years; in my mother’s soaps and by comedians in jokes and in theatrical skits. I’ve
seen the phrase in print in newspaper articles, magazines and heard it on the radio! Before I
learned the truth about this fact, even my personal lawyer made that comment to me! We all
have been brainwashed to believe a lie and because we’ve heard it so often from people we
trust, and who are supposed to have our best interest at heart; we all just assume it must be
true! How many other lies have you assumed, “it must be true?”

Our America society has been lied to by their government and lawyers more times than
you will sign your name in your lifetime, and we have been indoctrinated “brainwashed”
to believe that the Constitution was created for “We the People.” The purpose behind these
lies is to make you believe that you are free, safe, protected and secure, and it is all an
hallucination! How many of you have studied each line of the Constitution; the Statutes at
Large and the Articles of Confederation, armed with a reputable dictionary or a law
dictionary from that era?

If you take the time to do this, you will soon discover that the true purpose of the
Constitution was to create a business plan and to establish a Military Government, for the
protection of the Founding Fathers, the Kings commerce, protection of his Agents and the
future control of his subject Slaves! Even the preamble of the U. S. Constitution is a clue
to the lie and which states, “...to ourselves and our posterity!” If you never saw the title,
“The Constitution,” and you were never told what this document was about; what do you
think would be your first impression upon hearing or reading: “...to ourselves and our
posterity!” The CONSTITUTION is not for “We the People” and AMERICA is a Matrix
of misinformation. In the eyes of those in control; America is nothing more than a large
Plantation and “We the People” are the Slaves. In many U. S. and World Treaties, the term
“high contracting powers” is used to define your Masters! Everyone else is considered
by them to be their Slaves!

All of the Founding Fathers had two things in common. They all shared the gift of a good
education or were gifted individuals, and they all came from families of business and or
substance. These men all suffered from, “visions of grandeur!” They viewed America as
their one opportunity to make them powerful and wealthy “..........to ourselves and our
posterity!” Initially, their plan was to steal America away from the King; despite the fact
that King George funded the exploration of the New World, which legally gave him first
claim to all new continents discovered.

The seizure of the Americas by the Kings explorers was not as it has been depicted in our
history books, presented to us by our government, in our government controlled public
schools. Native Americans (the Indians) were murdered, their villages burned, many were
enslaved, infected by diseases brought from England and their lands taken by force and the
threat of force, by these early explorers! The Indians were labeled savages by these
immigrant explorers from England, but the true savages were our English ancestors!
One thing the Founding Fathers did not know, was that all of the Kings lands and all future
acquisitions such as the AMERICAS, had been given and pledged by King John to Pope
Innocent III and the Holy Roman Church, by the Treaty of 1213. After that fact was proven
to the Founding Fathers; King George and representatives from the Vatican; decided to use
the Constitutional draft created by the Founding Fathers, to further their plan to control the
Colonists! Control attained by bringing the Colonists to their knees in debt! Any way you
read it, the Constitution was never written with the intent of benefitting the American people!
Did you know that 98% of the Law Schools in America and England do not include
Constitutional Law as a part of their law curriculum? The reason for this phenomenon is
because Constitutional Law does not apply to or affect the enforcement of statutes, codes or
administrative regulations, which have replaced constitutional law, the common law, public
law and penal law and which have been designed to control you; [e.g.] Constitutional Law
is taught as an elective at Harvard, Yale and Cambridge, and only for students of law who
are planning a future career in government. This should make sense to you as you read on.
In the true History of America, neither side WON the Revolutionary War! At first, the
appearance of English troops in the Colonies; was simply a show of force by King George,
intended to intimidate the Colonists and force them to pay him taxes. Factually, back in
England; English soldiers refused to take up arms against the Colonists because they were
English citizens and relatives.

Mr. Mayer Amschel Bauer, founder of the Rothschild Banking Empire; by this time,
owned the King! Mr. Bauer had extended unlimited credit to the King and arranged
contracts with him, which permitted the Rothschild Tax Collectors to represent and
collect the Kings Tax from the Kings subjects. [This is the origin of the concept behind
the establishment of the IRS]. It was Bauer who suggested to King George that he
enforce a Tax against the Colonists in the New World, since the tax being collected in
England was barely enough to pay the interest on the Kings loans. When English soldiers
refused to fight; Mr. Bauer negotiated a contract with unemployed Russian/Germanic
soldiers, to fight for King George, at a cost of 50¢ a day. Bauer then informed King
George that he had hired these soldiers in the Kings name but at a cost of $1.00 a day!
King George utilized these soldiers; dressed them in English soldier uniforms and ordered
his career Officers to command them. When his show of force in the Colony’s failed; Mr.
Bauer suggested that King George finance the Colonists in their War efforts against him,
and bring the Colonists to their knees in debt! The King succeeded in accomplishing this
through his appointed civilian figurehead’s in charge of his government of France. Mr.
Bauer wanted to expand his Banking Empire into the Colonies. He discovered that the
Colonist didn’t trade in gold or silver but used script as the basis of their economy! The
script money used, were promissory notes printed by the Colonists. All the Colonists
agreed that they would consider these notes, the lawful currency of the colonies. Mr. Bauer
wanted gold or silver and induced the King to demand that his Tax in the Colonies be paid
in gold or silver! It was that condition, “that broke the camels back” and caused the
“Boston Tea Party!” “Whoever controls the money - controls the country!” [Rothschild]
Surreptitiously, King George infiltrated the Colonies and their feudal attempt to form a
new government, using spy’s’ composed of English lawyers and English aristocrats, loyal
to him. The spy’s assignment was to infiltrate the new government; carry out the plan to
defeat the Colonists through debt and establish regular reports to the King! The Church
also had their appointed representative in place to protect and insure that their interest is
being observed. Much of the loans received from the French, went into the pockets of the
Founding Fathers!

The Founding Fathers eventually conceded to King George and the Holy Roman Church’s
demands, by and through the intervention and persuasiveness of the Kings spy’s. Ironically,
the common denominator or glue that eventually bound King George, the Founding Fathers,
the English lawyers and English aristocrats together was a secret society called the
“Illuminati.” Even Paul Revere and Benjamin Franklin, were members of the Illuminati!
This secret society had a criminal and deadly past in Europe and in America they were
eventually renamed, “The Free and Accepted Masons.” The majority of the regular
membership of the Free and Accepted Masons; do not know about the “Illuminati
influence” within their rank and file! The Illuminati members operate out of special secret
societies separate from the regular Masonic membership and are found in every branch of
the Free and Accepted Masons of the World!

Think about the Colonists who we have been taught to revere by our public school system!
All of these individuals were members of this secret society and all were Traitors. Our
history books also instruct us to apotheosize the Founding Fathers, but don't hold them in
reverence, hold them in contempt! By and through their intervention, “Slaves you are and
Slaves you will ever be!" An example of a man in history we have been taught to revere is
Benjamin Franklin. Would it shock you to learn that he was on the Kings payroll and his
many trips to England, was actually to report on the colonial government to King George?
The Declaration of Independence is another story omitted from our American history
books. Of the fifty-one men involved in the creation of the Declaration of Independence,
twenty-one were actually (traitors) and on the Kings payroll. During the Revolutionary War;
English Officers were provided the names, addresses and family members of these thirty
(loyalists) involved in the creation and signing of the Declaration of Independence. The
English soldiers had been ordered to hunt down and murder all thirty (loyalists), their wives,
children and all relatives, with further instructions to burn their bodies inside their homes.
The soldiers were to leave no trace of these men and their families; to wipe out their
existence for an eternity! The history of civilizations has taught us all that martyrs are
dangerous to men of power and King George didn’t want to leave any martyrs! It is pretty
obvious who provided the detailed information about the thirty (loyalists), their family and
addresses!

At first glance, it appeared that Guy Madison of Virginia; was so concerned about lawyers
holding any position in American government, that he championed the 13th Amendment,
which barred lawyers from holding any public office in government! The 13th Amendment
was ratified, but never made it into print in our government controlled school books and
public classrooms. The Amendment was surreptitiously removed and replaced by the 14th
Amendment. The 15th Amendment became the 14th and so on. Madison’s efforts appear
admirable but his later actions, as a member of the 1st Congress; suggests that his only real
concern was to block lawyers from undermining the theft that he and his compatriots’ had
planned for America!

Once the cost of the Revolutionary War sufficiently placed the Colonists in debt; the
English soldiers were ordered to dispense with their efforts, recover their arms and within
the next eight years they eventually returned to England. The Colonists were so glad to see
the fighting stop; that they allowed the soldiers to retreat and exit America peacefully.
There is an old legal Maxim that states: “The first to leave the field of battle - loses.”
Pursuant to this Maxim, the Founding Fathers proclaimed the Colonists the victors! A
Maxim is a legal truth that is time honored and incorruptible.

In reality, the War was just a diversion! The Colonists had no chance of succeeding in
their efforts. Examine the facts for yourself! During this era; England had the largest Army
and Navy in the World. King George owned England, Ireland and France, having a
combined population of about 60 million subjects. The Colonists were poorly educated,
poorly armed and composed of farmers, tradesmen, bonded slaves, women and children
and boasted a total population of only 3 million subjects. And considering the undermining
that was occurring to their nation by the Kings spy’s and the Founding Fathers; the
Colonists didn’t have a prayer of defeating the English!

Americans have been indoctrinated by our federal and state governments and through
government controlled public schools and literature; government controlled media and
government controlled churches [YES, EVEN THE CHURCHES]; to believe that
America defeated the English! We celebrate that victory and our so-called Independence
each year on the 4th of July, and it is all a bunch of propaganda; a carrot to lead the horse
and keep this society stupid and passive! We boast today that our country represents the
finest schools in the world, but in reality, we’re no smarter than the first Colonists! We
only know more about other things because of new technology developments during the
last 250 years and yet the average IQ of America is 70.

Documented proof that the Constitution was not for us can be found at: Padelford, Fay
& Co. v. The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah, [14 Georgia 438, 520].
This was a Court case wherein the Plaintiffs sued the City of Savannah, for violating
what they believed were their constitutionally protected rights! The decision of the Judge
says it all: "But indeed, no private person has a right to complain, by suit in Court,
on the ground of a breach of the Constitution, the Constitution, it is true, is a
compact but he [the private person] is not a party to it!" [Emphasis added]
The United States Constitution was converted into a (Trust) and the legal definition of a
Trust is: “A legal obligation with respect to property given by one person (donor), to
another (trustee), to the advantage of a beneficiary (Americans).” The property in this
Trust includes all land, your personal possessions that you believe you own and your
physical body. The donor of the Trust is the King of England and the Holy Roman Church.
The Trustee’s are all federal and state public officials, which means that they truly are
Agents of a foreign power; the King and the Vatican.

The reason the Constitution was converted into a Trust is because, as a non-trust business
plan; The Constitution completely bound the hands of our government officials! By their
converting it into a Trust, our public officials; were then free to make any changes they
desired to this government, without their constituents knowledge! The rules of a Trust are
secret and no trustee can be compelled to divulge those rules, and the rules can be changed
by the trustees without notice to the beneficiary!

The one pitfall confronting them and their plan was the fact that by converting the
Constitution into a Trust, our public officials had to legally assign a beneficiary; and the
beneficiary chosen could not offend or be in contrast to the numerous International Treaties
that were in force. Our public officials wanted to stay in control of the Trust as the trustees;
however a trustee cannot also be a beneficiary! So even though the Constitution was never
designed or written for the Sovereign American people; they unknowingly became the
beneficiary of this secret Trust and hence, the creation of the “propaganda” regarding our
Constitutional Rights!

All high ranking public officials, lawyers and judges; laugh at the ignorance of people who
claim that their Constitutional Rights have been violated! Lawyers are actually taught to
treat the members of the general public as inferior individuals! This also explains the ‘air of
arrogance’ that most lawyers convey in their demeanor and speech!

The more powerful Agents of the states and the federal government however, have been
stealing the benefits from the Trust through numerous maneuvers that have the appearance
of being lawful. In their defense; many former public officials (Agents) were not corrupt to
begin with but, by accepting bribes or as the result of enjoying an arranged extramarital
relationship; they became the victim of an extortion plot and succumbed to the threat to
expose the bribe or their elicit affair, to their constituents! By becoming an (Agent), all was
forgiven and forgotten! The people, who arranged the bribes, also arranged the situations,
and applied the pressure to force honest men to become dishonest! [An example of this
could be a sudden demand by a Bank to pay off a loan, based upon a hidden clause in the
loan contract and which could result in a foreclosure, bankruptcy and scandal]!
There are no remaining public federal employees in America! All employees who you
believe to be a part of America’s government, are actually agents of a foreign government
and this definition includes the [President]. The federal elections are a joke on us! All of the
candidates have been (jointly preselected and prescreened) by the National Boards of the
Republican and Democratic Parties, well before the Election process. All of our federally
elected officials, appointed administrators, federal police and Judges; receive their
paychecks through the Office of Personnel Management. OPM is a division of the
International Monetary Fund, which is owned by the Rockefeller and Rothschild families
and their Banking Empires, which operates in tandem with the United Nations. The IRS and
Interpol; are owned by the International Monetary Fund, which has been identified in an
earlier version of the U. S. Army Manual, as a Communist Organization!

Those Americans, who do not know how to assert their beneficiary status; are treated by the
government and their courts, as a corporate fiction! The corporate governments and their
courts, only have jurisdiction over corporations. Corporations have no rights or jurisdiction
over living people and are only provided considerations, which have been pre-negotiated in
contracts by their directors. Otherwise, they’re governed totally by commercial law, and so
are you!

At this point, I believe I should address a “corporate fiction” for you by creating a
situation you can relate to.

SITUATION: [You’ve decided to go into business for yourself and you thought up a clever
name for your business. Everything you’ve read and the advice received from a lawyer or
friend; suggests that you should incorporate your business! To incorporate is to create a
business on paper. It isn’t real; it is a business in theory, which makes it a fiction! The
lawyer or accountant you hired to prepare your corporation; records your business with the
state as a state corporation and identifies you as president of the board of directors, not the
owner. Your business is now “a corporate fiction” and by recording the business as a state
corporation; you no longer own it, the state owns it! You just gave your business away and
made yourself an employee]!

Our presumed government representatives have done the same thing to each of us. They
changed each of us from “a sovereign” into “a corporate fiction.” Your corporate name is
easily identifiable, in that it is expressed in all capital letters on all your documents and all
communications received from every government agency!

The reason for converting every Sovereign American into a corporate fiction dates back to
the Principal of Law under the King! The King is a Sovereign Monarch and dictator, who
by his authority, creates the laws that govern his subjects. He is the Source of Law and
therefore the law cannot be enforced against him! In America, the Source of Law is the
Sovereign People and therefore no laws can be enforced against the Source, except for those
specifically agreed to or defined by the original Constitution. Those laws are defined as
Theft, Assault and Criminal Mischief; but since the Colonists never voted on the
Constitution, none of these offenses are enforceable against a living Sovereign! They are
enforceable however against a corporation or corporate fiction!

In theory and according to the common law; before any Sovereign can be arrested for one of
these crimes; a complaint must be filed with the elected Sheriff. The Sheriff, by his own
authority, assembles (a common law jury) of the accused Sovereigns immediate neighbors,
called a Grand Jury. The neighbors hear the complaint and evidence presented to them by
the complainant. They are permitted to ask questions of any witness and can subpoena
anyone else who can shed light on the allegations. A majority must then decide if the
accused Sovereign is to be tried by a court. All of this is done without [a judge or prosecutor
in attendance]! This is a real Grand Jury proceeding, which is far removed from the joke
perpetrated by our corporate government and courts today!

What happened to our Grand Jury rights of old? The Bar Association has successfully stolen
that right away from the Sovereign people, little by little, through rewrites of the Judiciary
Act, so that now the American public believes that the Grand Jury is an instrument subject
to the jurisdiction, right and whim of the prosecuting attorney! The prosecuting attorney
controls the entire proceeding and who testifies. The judge then tells the jury what the law is
and the members of the panel are always denied the opportunity to view the written law!
All of our governments are corporations and are responsible for the creation of about 800
thousand laws called statutes, which are designed to control the Sovereign people of
America. Just like the King; these statutes cannot be enforced against the Source of Law,
which are the living, breathing, flesh and blood Sovereign people.

All of the Agents in power beginning with the King, the Vatican, the Founding Fathers and
now our presumed public officials, wanted to obtain power and control over America and
the Constitution pretty much prohibited them from achieving those ends! So they began to
devise ways to change the Sovereign Americans into [a corporate fiction]. These Agents
also decided and reasoned that they cannot educate the masses, without exposing their
treachery, and so our private and public education must be controlled!

Without any real Constitutional basis, the U. S. Department of Education was created. The
Constitution made it the responsibility of each state to educate their people and several
states challenged the Congress in the courts. The matter was eventually heard by the U. S.
Supreme Court, which has never been a Constitutional Article III Court from its inception,
which I will explain. The Supreme Court ruled that the federal government was entitled to
oversee the educational requirements of “United States Citizens” by virtue of their
Constitutional powers to regulate Commerce! Bad law is bad law, no matter how you turn
the paper and that ruling gave the federal government the green light to initiate its
“brainwashing” process of the American public.

Let me explain how the Court arrived at its ruling because these are not ignorant men! On
every form you file to receive “government benefits” and even the “voter registration form,”
there is a question that asks: Are you a United States Citizen? YES / NO and everyone
circles the YES answer. Didn’t you? Now look up the definition of a “United States
Citizen,” in a reputable law dictionary. You will discover that a United States Citizen is a
phrase designed to identify a “corporate fiction!” Clever, isn’t it? You and every other
American had no idea that you were admitting you were a corporate fiction when you
circled that YES answer, and you did it under penalty of perjury!

The sovereign states had been abolished in 1790 by the adoption of Article 1 of the
Statutes at Large, which converted all the sovereign states into federal districts and gave
the federal government lawful jurisdiction everywhere. In consideration of the fact that the
federal government is a corporation and that corporations can lawfully own other
corporations; and all the American subjects to be educated have admitted under penalty of
perjury that they are corporations; the Supreme Court ruled in favor of the corporate federal
government. [See how sneaky and tricky lawyers can be? And all the more reason why
lawyers should never be allowed to serve in government or in judgment of us]!

Under our corporate governments, no Sovereign can lawfully be tried or convicted of any
statutory crime! I recently discovered how to avoid prosecution under the Trust, when a
Sovereign is taken before a corporate prosecuting Attorney or a Judge:

First: “the Sovereign must inquire if we are on the record, and if not, insist upon it!
Say nothing, sign nothing and answer no questions until you are convinced that the
proceedings are being recorded!”

Secondly: all a Sovereign has to say for the record is: “I am a beneficiary of the Trust,
and I am appointing you as my Trustee!”

Thirdly: the Sovereign then directs his Trustee to do his bidding! “As my Trustee, I want
you to discharge this matter I am accused of and eliminate the record!”

Fourthly: if the Sovereign suffered any damages as a result of his arrest, he can direct that
the Trust compensate him from the proceeds of the Court by saying; “I wish to be
compensated for [X] dollars, in redemption.”

This statement is sufficient to remove the authority and jurisdiction from any prosecuting
attorney or judge. The accused will be immediately released from custody, with a check,
license or claim he identifies as a damage. It doesn’t matter what the action involves or how
it is classified by the corporate law as a civil or criminal action! It works every time!
All of the Codes, Statutes and Regulations throughout the United States are a Will from the
Masters to their Slaves. A Will is defined as, “An express command used in a dispositive
nature.” When individuals in America are charged with a crime and warehoused in a jail; it
is because they went against the Will of the Masters, and not because they harmed another
person! Remember that: The Will demands from us, all that we are; keeps us in check
and promises us nothing!

The police officer, who arrested you, has been “brainwashed” into believing that he is doing
the right thing, when in fact he is nothing more than an “armed slave acting as a henchman”
and hired to bully and intimidate all other Slaves into submission of the Masters Will! This
statement will probably offend most police officers but this is fact and it is not their fault!
Most police officers believe they are performing a public service and doing the right thing
in the performance of duty. They have been lied to by the government and in most cases
police officers are pumped full of lies more so than anybody else!

Recently, the Police have all been ordered to complete (paramilitary training) and were told
that this is essential because of the new threat of Terrorism! The people responsible for this
training and brainwashing are the same people and foreign Agents who have been
controlling all of us since our birth! NOTE: I’ll bet that nobody told these police officers
that these suspected Terrorists may come at them from their very own government officials!
So now our government officials have our police officers training to act as a military unit.
[e.g.] Follow our orders and don’t think! They have succeeded in placing these officers on
edge, so that their every reaction; will be an over-reaction to the situation, just like Hitler’s
Gestapo! Near the end of this paper, I will disclose to the reader about a situation that has
been planned by our government officials and is soon to unfold! The police paramilitary
training and their extensive brainwashing has been implemented specifically for this event!
It is expected that police officers will over-react and begin killing innocent Americans, and
once they are no longer of use, the officers and their families will all be ordered to receive
vaccinations that will kill all of them! My guess is that after this planned mass genocide has
occurred, the Russian and Chinese military will replace them in the field.

Part of the Fraud perpetrated against “We the People” by this Will, is the fact that there are
actually no criminal laws in America. The Rules of Procedure used by every Local, State
and Federal Court are Civil Rules, not Criminal! Court officials simply substitute the word
criminal for civil, depending upon the case at hand. Rule 1 of the Rules of furnace: that froze me up for few seconds sorry furnace: Now look at the number of convicted people sitting in federal prisons,
who believe they have been lawfully convicted of violating a federal crime! How many do
you imagine have been put to death? How many were shot and killed during the arrest?
How many were killed attempting to escape from their illegal confinement?

The Internal Revenue Code relies upon Title 18 to convict people of Tax Evasion, which
(only applies to corporations). Look at all the people sitting in federal prisons who were
convicted of this so-called crime? What makes it worse is the fact that the Queen of
England, entered into a Treaty with the federal government for the taxing of alcoholic
beverages and cigarettes sold in America. The Treaty is called The Stamp Act and in this
Act, the Queen ordained that her subjects, the American people, are exonerated of all other
federal taxes! So the federal income tax and the state incomes taxes levied against all
American’s is contrary to an International Treaty and against the Sovereign Orders of the
Queen! Like it or not, the Queen is our Monarch and Master! The Tax is illegal and still
people have been prosecuted and imprisoned, contrary to law!

One hundred percent (100%) of the people sentenced and held in all American Jails have
either been convicted of crimes that are not positive law or were convicted of civil crimes,
and are being detained there by their consent! That’s Right! The lawyers and judges
representing our legislature and judicial system; created maneuvers to insure that anyone
who is accused of a so-called crime and posts bail, (signs a contract to appear and consents
by that contract to the proceedings scheduled). Anyone who applies for a public defender,
signs the same contract without knowing it and anyone who privately hires a lawyer to
represent them in a Court proceeding, consents to the same contract upon the lawyer filing a
“Notice of Appearance!” When you hire a lawyer, you signed a Power of Attorney. He is
required to file his Notice of Appearance in that case and that Notice of Appearance offers
your consent and binds your appearance to the proceedings!

Absent these aforementioned contracts; the Court cannot proceed against you! When that
occurs; the Judge and the Prosecutor, attempt to trick and intimidate you into giving your
consent! If you don’t know how to invoke your Sovereignty, and you take what they throw
at you, and stand your ground; they will be forced to release you after 72 hours has elapsed!

On December 26, 1933, 49 Statute 3097, Treaty Series 881, “Convention on Rights and Duties of States”, CONGRESS replaced STATUTES with international law, placing all states under international law. On December 9, 1945, International Organization Immunities Act relinquished every public office of the United States to the United Nations. 22 CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) 92.12-92.31 FR Heading “Foreign Relationship” states that oath is required to take office. Title 8 USC 1481 states, once oath of office is taken citizenship is relinquished, thus the oath taker becomes a foreign entity, agency, or state. That means every public office is a foreign state, even all political subdivisions; i.e., every single court is considered a separate foreign entity.

Title 22 USC, “Foreign Relations and Intercourse”, Chapter 11 identifies all public officials as foreign agents. At 22 USC § 611, DEFINITIONS, it states in part, “As used in and for the purposes of this subchapter

(a) The term “person” includes an individual, partnership, association, corporation, organization, or any other combination of individuals;

(b) The term “foreign principal” includes—

(1) a government of a foreign country and a foreign political party;

(2) a person outside of the United States, unless it is established that such person is an individual and a citizen of and domiciled within the United States, or that such person is not an individual and is organized under or created by the laws of the United States or of any State or other place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States and has its principal place of business within the United States; and

(3) a partnership, association, corporation, organization, or other combination of persons organized under the laws of or having its principal place of business in a foreign country.

(e) The term "government of a foreign country" includes any person or group of persons exercising sovereign de facto or de jure political jurisdiction over any country, other than the United States, or over any part of such country, and includes any subdivision of any such group and any group or agency to are directly or indirectly delegated. Such term shall include any faction or body of insurgents within a country assuming to exercise governmental authority whether such faction or body of insurgents has or has not been recognized by the United States;

See 26 USC 7001(c): The terms "includes" and "including" when used in a definition contained in this title shall not be deemed to exclude other things otherwise within the meaning of the term defined. This double talk means that if not included within the list then it is EXCLUDED and not applicable. The term “individual” means 14 Amendment citizen of the United States or resident alien, thereof. See Immigration Code for definition, which is the only place in US law that this term is defined. When anyone signs a Voter Registration or purchases a "firearms" from a Federal Firearms Dealer, they declare under the penalty of perjury that they are a "United States citizen". "United States citizen" are Fourteenth Amendments citizen; that is, freedmen. In Faretta v California, 422 US 806, 850 (1975), the United States Supreme Court ruled that everyone has the right to make a FOOL of themselves. Presidential and Senatorial Elections are unCONstitutional. The President is selected by the Electoral College and Senators are supposed to be appointed by state Assemblies.

What a scam! If you voted then you participated in FRAUD, having unclean hands and no right to complaint, in direct violation of the Constitution for the United States of America. But then that does not really matter, since that CONstitution lawfully does not exist. If it existed than women could not lawfully run for the office of President or Vice President; and neither could Obama or McCain, since neither of them were "natural born Citizens", nor indeed could they possibly be. But then too, anyone convicted of committing TREASON against the United States, could not possibly hold the Office of President, now could they? Ronald Reagan was convicted of TREASON against the United States in 1949, but yet he was allowed to be President, thereof, 1981-1989. Can anyone say, FRAUD. Since the “War of Aggression” (America's second Revolution), five Presidents of the “United States” were not “natural born Citizens”; three of which ruled that Nation under “Martial Law”. If Obama (the half white man, member of the British Royal Family) was born in Hawaii that still would not Constitutionally make him qualified for the Office of the Presidency, since Hawaii is not a contiguous state and never can be; but then, neither can Alaska.

However, of all the CFR (Council on Foreign Relation) members that were forced upon the sheople to choose from, I still believe that Obama is the lesser of the EVILS. An Obama Presidential Candidacy is a tell tale sign that the Constitution for the United States of America is NULL and VOID. The terms “outside” and “inside” have to do with geographical location. The terms “within” and :”without” have to do with relationship to the corporate body. In law, the term “a” means similar to or as if; that is, usually not real or not the real thing, counterfeit or look alike, possibly even FRAUD and deception. The term “United States” means the District of Columbia and it ten subdistrict or regions: 16 Statutes at Large 419, February 21, 1871. Read it and weep!

UPDATE 10:40 p.m. EST: The Associated Press now reports:

At least one parent said Lanza’s mother was a substitute teacher there. But her name did not appear on a staff list. And the law enforcement official said investigators were unable to establish any connection so far between her and the school.

The reason for the confusion over the mother’s role at the school is unclear at this point. Either way, more details will continue to emerge in the coming days

UPDATE 8:37 p.m. EST: ABC News is reporting that the gunman’s mother was teacher’s aide at school and not a teacher, according to officials. However, the Associated Press, as of 8:27 p.m. EST, was still reporting that the gunman’s mother was a teacher at the Connecticut school. It is unclear which is correct, but stay tuned for updates.

As news organizations scrambled to be the first to identify the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter on Friday, the media focused on the Facebook profile of one “Ryan Lanza” of Newtown, Conn after some initial reports identified “Ryan Lanza” as the shooter. However, it was later revealed that the shooter’s name was actually Adam Lanza.

But at that point, Ryan Lanza’s Facebook profile — and his picture — had been passed around the Internet. The Facebook debacle caught a number of news outlets off guard.

And of course, this doesn’t include the speculation fueled by social media. Almost immediately, Ryan Lanza began denying that he was actually the shooter.

“F*ck you CNN it wasn’t me,” Ryan Lanza wrote on his Facebook page.

“I’m on the bus home now it wasn’t me…IT WASN’T ME I WAS AT WORK IT WASN’T ME,” he later posted.

The two men are not void of ties though. Ryan Lanza is reportedly the brother of the real shooter, Adam Lanza. Police in Hoboken were reportedly questioning the 24-year-old sibling, according to The New York Post. He is not considered a suspect.

Adam Lanza, 20, is suspected of opening fire Friday inside the Connecticut elementary school where his mother worked as a teacher, killing 26 people, including 20 children, as youngsters cowered in their classrooms and trembled helplessly to the sound of gunfire reverberating through the building.

Per Slate’s Josh Levin:

According to public records searches, Ryan and Adam Lanza have both lived at 36 Yogananda St. in Newtown. A Nancy Lanza is also listed at that address. News reports indicate that Nancy is the mother of Ryan and Adam, that she worked at Sandy Hook Elementary as a teacher, and that she is presumed dead. The Hartford Courant is reporting that, in addition to the 26 victims found at Sandy Hook Elementary School, “another person was found dead at 36 Yogananda St. in Newtown.” The Courant does not identify the person found dead at that address, but CBS News and CNN are now reporting that Lanza’s mother was found dead in her home.

Public records searches also show that the same Ryan Lanza who lived in Newtown has recently shared an address in Hoboken, N.J., with people named Jessica O’Brien and Michael Shapiro. The circulated screenshots of Ryan Lanza’s Facebook account show responses from a Jessica O’Brien and a Michael Shapiro. In response to Lanza posting “Everyone shut the f*ck up it wasn’t me,” O’Brien wrote: “Do you need anything ready for when you get home? Can I set anything out for you to grab and go? Anything else I can do L”. In response to Lanza writing “F*ck you CNN it wasn’t me,” Shapiro wrote “this is batsh*t insane” and “how the f*ck do they jump to such a conclusion with zero evidence.”

The instance is reminiscent of when ABC’s Brian Ross speculated that a Tea Party member named Jim Holmes could be the Aurora, Colo. shooter based on a Google search. It turned out that the shooter was a completely different James Holmes and it created a number of problems for the man that Ross wrongfully pointed to.

Serious Questions Arise Concerning the True Nature of the Events

On Friday, December 14th, 2012, an event of horrific proportions took place at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut: More than two dozen people were reported to have been slain by a lone gunman inside of Sandy Hook Elementary School. Twenty of the victims are reported to have been children. The suspected shooter is said to be 20-year-old Adam Lanza, a shy and reclusive young man whom the media is reporting suffered from obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorder as well as Asperger's Syndrome (autism). Adam was said to have been armed with as many as five weapons as well as a bullet-proof vest at the time when the murders took place. Reports state that he was also dressed in camouflage/black battle fatigues. Reports have also surfaced from local police in which we are told that after opening fire and killing dozens of people, Adam Lanza then turned one of those guns on himself in an apparent murder/suicide.
In the wake of this event, some very confusing details have surfaced in regards to the mainstream media's reports concerning the true nature of the events which took place inside the school. The purpose of this write-up is merely to ask some very basic questions, as the media reports which have surfaced, when put together, seem to paint a very confusing picture.
This article is in NO WAY meant to confirm nor deny any of the reports coming forward. It is merely meant as a forum for asking some deeper questions. The scope of this tragedy is immeasurable, and we must all mourn deeply for the deaths of these innocent victims.

School Principal speaks to reporters before being killed

In a report posted in The Newtown Bee, the town's local newspaper, the following statement is made:

"Sandy Hook School Principal Dawn Hochsprung told the Bee that a masked man entered the school with a rifle and started shooting multiple shots-more than she could count-that went on and on."

This statement raises a very serious question: How could the school principal, who is reported to have been one of those killed inside the school, have spoken to reporters before being murdered? All mainstream media outlets report that the killings happened over a matter of minutes, so how could the principal have possibly made contact with reporters?

DHS and FEMA run joint emergency preparedness drills at the Sandy Hook Fire Department in fall of 2010

In a rather coincidental turn of events, it appears that both the DHS (Department of Homeland Security) and FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) conducted a joint emergency preparedness exercise on September 22nd of 2010 in the town of Sandy Hook, Connecticut. This was conducted under the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP). The operation was conducted out of the Sandy Hook Fire Department, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the Sandy Hook Elementary school, just across the road. This begs the question: Is it pure coincidence that two major federal agencies conducted a joint emergency preparedness exercise two years and four months prior to a major event happening at the school?

Media reports on multiple suspects apprehended at the scene

The vast majority of mainstream media reports have stated that Adam Lanza acted alone in committing this tragedy.

However, an eyewitness live on the scene is interviewed and claims that a second suspect was apprehended and placed into a police car. That footage is HERE. The exchange between the eyewitness and the reporter was as follows:

Eyewitness:

"I saw him walk a guy earlier with handcuffs, and he walked by us and said he didn't do it.

Reporter:

"It was a grown man?"

Eyewitness:

"A grown man, yeah. He's sittin' in the front of the police car over there now."

Reporter:

"He didn't have a gun?"

Eyewitness:

No, I didn't see any gun, just had him handcuffed, and he walked by us and looked into parents eyes and said, "I didn't do it."

Reporter:

"How was he dressed?"

Eyewitness:

"Camo pants with a dark jacket."

Several mainstream sources have also reported that a second suspect was apprehended at the scene.

"A second man wearing camouflage trousers was seen being handcuffed. One witness described him shouting: “I didn’t do it.”

"One nine-year-old boy said: “I was in the gym. We heard lots of bangs and we thought it was the custodian knocking stuff down. Then we heard screaming. Then police came in and said, 'Is he in here?’ Then they ran out and we went to the closet in the gym and hid. Then we ran to the fire house and saw a guy on the floor in handcuffs. We were just happy to be alive.”

"CBS News reports that a potential second suspect was in custody and that SWAT was investigating the home of the suspect. It was not known if that alleged second suspect fired any of the shots in the massacre.

A witness tells WFSB-TV that a second man was taken out of the woods in handcuffs wearing a black jacket and camouflage pants and telling parents on the scene, “I did not do it.”

A local news reporter live on the scene also made the statement that he witnessed a man in handcuffs being taken into custody.

"Following the shooting, Police were "questioning a handcuffed suspect in connection with the Newtown school shooting," the Connecticut Post tweeted. A witness told Jany that a man "was led out of the woods by police in handcuffs." Connecticut State Police Lt. J. Paul Vance told reporters that there was only one shooter."

So here we have a child inside the school, a local news reporter on the scene, and an unidentified witness all confirming having seen a second suspect in handcuffs.

Perhaps the most revealing angle of this concerns live aerial footage captured of police officers running in pursuit of a suspect through the woods just outside of Sandy Hook Elementary School. In the footage, you will see a group of officers gathered around in a circle in the woods surrounding what appears to be an apprehended suspect. If this is the case, then it appears as though there may be as many as THREE individuals involved in this affair: The suspect apprehended in the parking lot, the suspect apprehended in the woods, and Adam Lanza, whom we are told shot and killed himself inside the school. The video footage can be viewed HERE and HERE. *Note: It is recommended that you mute the sound when watching this video, as there is a rather irksome 'beeping' sound that accompanies the footage (perhaps something to do with the fact that it was recorded live from a helicopter).
The most important question that must be asked here is this: Who are these additional suspects, and why, after being taken from the scene in handcuffs, are we told nothing more about them?

Police Scanners capture live feed of multiple suspects apprehended

Perhaps even more revealing than the helicopter video footage is live police scanner audio captured and uploaded onto the internet. In this audio, the following conversation can be heard taking place between multiple officers:

Officer 1 (dispatch):

"I have reports that the teacher saw two shadows running past the building, past the gym, which would be rear."

Officer 2 (in pursuit):

"Ya we got 'em."

"They're comin' at me (inaudible). Comin' up the driveway, left side!"

"(Inaudible) I got 'em proned out."
**Note: 'Proned out' refers to an apprehended suspect laying face down on the ground

The live feed is available HERE. The audio in question begins at :48 and ends at 1:34.

This live police scanner feed proves, unequivocally, that multiple suspects were apprehended ON SITE. Seeing as how the officer refers to 'THEY', meaning more than one, it means that we have multiple suspects apprehended. When one considers that there was also a suspect (or suspects) apprehended in the woods, it begs the question: Exactly how many additional possible shooters and/or accomplices were involved in this affair?

Van with additional suspects pursued; possibly connected to the shootings

Reports surfaced that a purple/maroon van was being pursued by authorities, possibly in connection with the shootings.

And lastly, the following conversation was posted to the Connecticut Radio Discussion Forum in real-time as the events were unfolding. The individuals on this network monitor emergency radio scanners, and it was from this network where the aforementioned police scanner audio was pulled (Link HERE)

"Purple van with 2 suspects wearing ski masks one dressed in a nun's outfit, possibly related to this incident, being sought. Last seen in Danbury.
Per CSP, FBI personell on scene."

Edit: "Danbury PD just reported the van near a bagel shop, passenger threw something in the garbage."

The question must then be asked: Did the authorities apprehend the suspects in this van, and if so, are they in any way connected with this event?

Parents of victims not shown bodies

In the aftermath of the shootings, the parents of the victims were not given access to their childrens' bodies. Rather, the bodies are said to have been taken from the scene and autopsied at a facility a number of miles away. In a report published in mainstream publication Independent World News (viewable HERE),

"The parents of the children killed in America's second deadliest mass shooting identified their loved ones from photographs because authorities tried to spare them further agony."

"Dr H Wayne Carver, Connecticut's chief medical examiner, said the decision to use photos of facial features was made to make it "easier on the families".

"Describing the injuries as "probably the worst" he has seen in more than 30 years, Dr Carver said, "we did not bring the bodies and families into contact", when identifying the victims."

Lt. Paul Vance, the lead law enforcement officer in this case, made the following statement on CBS News (viewable HERE):

"The bodies of all of the deceased victims of the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting were positively identified by early Saturday morning, according to Connecticut State Police spokesman Lt. Paul Vance.

Vance shared new details regarding the ongoing investigation Saturday on "CBS This Morning: Saturday," confirming that the families of the victims have been notified, and that the victims' bodies were removed from the school overnight.

"Our objective certainly was to positively identify the victims to try to give the families some closure," he explained. "Our detectives worked well through the night. By early this morning, we were able to positively identify all of the victims and make some formal notification to all of the families of the victims."

Vance added that the removal of the bodies "has been accomplished. That was done overnight, " he said. "We worked very closely with the medical examiner who was on the scene to expedite the process and were able to accomplish that."

What this means if that the victims' families were never allowed access to their childrens' bodies. The bodies are said to have been identified by police on the scene and then 'notification' was sent to the families. Additional reports on the release of the bodies to the families has not been published.

Reports surface that Nancy Lanza was not an employee of the school

On Saturday morning, December 15th, Dr. Janet Robinson, Superintendent of the Newtown Public Schools, was interviewed on the Today Show. During this interview, Dr. Robinson is questioned about Nancy Lanza, the mother of Adam Lanza. She makes the following statement:

"We have no Nancy Lanza in our database. She may have been a substitute teacher but in terms of being a full-time employee, she is not...they asked me to look in the database to see if she was a teacher."

Media reports that five guns were used in the assault and that 100 rounds were fired

"A mother who was in a meeting with the principal and half a dozen other people at about 9.30am described having heard a “pop pop pop” in the hallway. The witness described cowering under a table and said that 100 rounds or more might have been fired. Two bodies were seen in the hallway in a pool of blood and children had to run past."

The Today Show went on to report that 'State and Federal Officials' had released a statement confirming that a total of FIVE weapons were recovered at the scene: Four handguns and an assault rifle. The handguns were said to have been recovered inside the school, whereas the assault rifle is said to have been recovered inside Adam Lanza's car.

Report HERENBC News released a report stating stating that both 'State and Federal Officials' confirm having found four handguns inside the school, but that the assault rifle was found in the shooter's car. That report, along with video footage of law enforcement authorities removing the 'long weapon' from the trunk of the shooter's car, can be viewed HERE.

This, however, contradicts reports given by the chief medical examiner, who stated that,

"All the victims at the school were shot with a rifle."

"The first law enforcement source says the school shooter was dressed in "black battle fatigues and a military vest."

"The suspect reportedly went into the elementary school at 9:40 a.m. EST dressed in camouflage and armed with two guns. He then opened fire with a .223-caliber rifle, according to Newtown law enforcement."

*The second of these two statements is particularly revealing, as again, many of the media outlets are stating that Adam Lanza left the assault rifle in his car.

And lastly: The same CNN report states the following:

"Before entering the classroom, the shooter reportedly confronted the school’s female principal. The two were having a verbal altercation when the principal turned on the PA system to alert the school about what was going on, according to an unconfirmed ABC News report."

What this means is that Adam, carrying as many as five weapons, including a high-powered assault rifle, and dressed in black battle fatigues as well as a bullet-proof vest, confronted the principal before opening fire. After having an argument, Adam apparently walked away and the principal went over the PA system to announce what was happening. At what point then did Adam murder the principal?

All of this raises a legitimate concern: Four handguns, a high-powered assault rifle, a bullet-proof vest, and camouflage/black battle fatigues are an astounding amount of gear for a 20-year-old young man with autism to have in his possession. Media reports have surfaced which state that all of this gear was registered under his mother's name. Once again, according to reports, Nancy Lanza may or may not have been a teacher at the school. If so, then the question must be asked: Why is a purported elementary school teacher in possession of such an enormous arsenal of assault gear, including a military assault rifle?

As this story continues to develop, more details will be forthcoming. We must all keep a vigilant eye on this story, most especially on the angle concerning the additional suspects apprehended on the scene. The notorious car photographed leaving the scene of the Sandy Hook school shooting does NOT belong to Adam Lanza or his mother. HUH? That's right. The audio from the police radio contains the vehicle registration request and reply. The car is registered to Christopher Rodia on charge for larceny and narcotics.

Who is Christopher Rodia? - He is a 42 year old man from Norwalk CT. He has quite a list of previous drug and burglary charges, seems to be big on stealing leaf blowers and is currently awaiting trial for at least his 5th count of stealing a leaf blower. He had an active arrest warrant on October 8th. One of the more recent times he has been in the news was for stealing copper wire from a construction site with his 19 year old niece, Cassandra Scire. His court hearing was 12/21/2012 for Larceny, Forgery and Narc possession.

Mr. Rodia's accomplice Cassandra Scire is his neice. They live in the same home at 19 Vollmer Ave., Norwalk, CT. Cassandra is affiliated with one George Uzar arrested with an arsenal of weapons. - Inside George Uzar Sr.'s Granite Drive home just north of the Merritt Parkway in the Cranbury section of Norwalk, police found a large number of automatic weapons, said Mayor Richard A. Moccia, who went to the scene when Uzar was arrested. "It's scary to see the amount of weapons that were taken there ... especially in a residential area that seemed so quiet," Moccia said on Friday.

Then there is an issue of teacher Lauren Rousseau's car being riddled with bullets on the outside of the school. Whoever said there was shooting outside? Her Honda was green. - There was a gunfight at the O.K. corral in the parking lot. It may very well be that a drug deal went south and they shot it out. One of the 'second' shooters has been identified as well. If we look at the above pictures of Rousseau's car, pay attention to the upper image. Call me stoopid, but that looks like an exit hole. It craters out not in. Baby you can drive my car, but try NOT to shoot your gun off from inside please because then people will want to ban them.

According to Rousseau, the slain teacher’s 2004 Honda Civic — parked outside the school — was riddled with bullets when authorities removed the vehicle. - “They need to take those assault weapons and burn them into a heap . . . maybe make a bridge out of them,” said Rousseau, 62, at her Danbury, Conn., home.

The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R. 11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws. It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45.

All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy. The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders. The National Guard Militia can only be required by the National Government for limited purposes specified in the Constitution (to uphold the laws of the Union; to suppress insurrection and repel invasion).

These are the only purposes for which the General Government can call upon the National Guard. Attorney General Wickersham advised President Taft, "the Organized Militia (the National Guard) can not be employed for offensive warfare outside the limits of the United States." The Honorable William Gordon, in a speech to the House on Thursday, October 4, 1917, proved that the action of President Wilson in ordering the Organized Militia (the National Guard) to fight a war in Europe was so blatantly unconstitutional that he felt Wilson ought to have been impeached.

During the war with England an attempt was made by Congress to pass a bill authorizing the president to draft 100,000 men between the ages of 18 and 45 to invade enemy territory, Canada. The bill was defeated in the House by Daniel Webster on the precise point that Congress had no such power over the militia as to authorize it to empower the President to draft them into the regular army and send them out of the country.

The fact is that the President has no constitutional right, under any circumstances, to draft men from the militia to fight outside the borders of the USA, and not even beyond the borders of their respective states. Today, we have a constitutional LAW which still stands in waiting for the legislators to obey the Constitution which they swore an oath to uphold. Charles Hughes of the American Bar Association (ABA) made a speech which is contained in the Appendix to Congressional Record, House, September 10, 1917, pages 6836-6840 which states: "The militia, within the meaning of these provisions of the Constitution is distinct from the Army of the United States." In these pages we also find a statement made by Daniel Webster, "that the great principle of the Constitution on that subject is that the militia is the militia of the States and of the General Government; and thus being the militia of the States, there is no part of the Constitution worded with greater care and with more scrupulous jealousy than that which grants and limits the power of Congress over it." "This limitation upon the power to raise and support armies clearly establishes the intent and purpose of the framers of the Constitution to limit the power to raise and maintain a standing army to voluntary enlistment, because if the unlimited power to draft and conscript was intended to be conferred, it would have been a useless and puerile thing to limit the use of money for that purpose.

Conscripted armies can be paid, but they are not required to be, and if it had been intended to confer the extraordinary power to draft the bodies of citizens and send them out of the country in direct conflict with the limitation upon the use of the militia imposed by the same section and article, certainly some restriction or limitation would have been imposed to restrain the unlimited use of such power." Indianapolis explosion: Investigators probe cause of deadly blast

Investigators are trying to puzzle out what caused an explosion and fire that killed two people and tore through a residential area of Indianapolis, displacing scores of residents, authorities said today.

The damage is estimated at $3.6 million, with five homes expected to be demolished and 26 more unlivable, said Adam Collins, deputy director of code enforcment for Indianapolis.

The two deceased are adults, according to fire officials.

"There's a significant number of homes that have sustained damage, including two that have been completely destroyed. No cause has been ruled out," said Marc Lotter, a spokesman for Indianapolis Mayor Greg

"The investigation is ongoing," he said. He added that seven people had been injured in the explosion, which left a large debris field. The origin of the blast was near 8415 Fieldfare Way, in the south part of Indianapolis, according to an Indianapolis Fire Department release.

U.S. Rep. Andre Carson, D-Ind., who represents the area, said he went to the church where the new donation headquarters is and area Homeland Security officials told him a bomb and a meth lab have been ruled out as causes.

The two homes exploded at precisely 11:10 p.m. Saturday, Nov 10th (a wildlife cam captured the explosion sound below) sparking fires in two others and damaging at least two dozen homes on the south side of Indianapolis, said Lt. Bonnie Hensley, a spokeswoman for the Indianapolis Fire Department.

City officials inspected more than 120 homes, with 80 of them affected to one degree or another, and 31 of those with major damage, said Collins, the code enforcement official. Of those, five will have to be demolished and 26 cannot be lived in for an indefinite period, Collins said.

"It looks like a war zone here right now," Hensley said.

Police have identified the two adults who died, a spokesman said this afternoon.
Jan Able, who lives nearby, said she believes the victims, a couple, lived in the home next door to where the blast occurred.

Just before 6 p.m. Sunday the victims of the deadly explosion were identified. Family members say Dion and Jennifer Longworth, died in the Saturday's explosion.

Jennifer Longworth was a teacher with Greenwood Schools.

A woman in her 40s and her 12 -year-old daughter who live in the home where the blast originated were in Ohio at the time, said Able.

Able's daughter and son-in-law live a few streets from Able, so she and her husband are staying with them.

Able said it’s a "very good neighborhood" full of professionals, including doctors, architects, nurses.
The blast originated near 8415 Fieldfare Way, according to the fire department release.

From his bedroom a block away, 47-year-old software engineer Chris Patterson felt the walls of his home shake. The force of the explosion shattered a glass sliding door in his home, he said.

Patterson said despite the grim situation, his spirit was bolstered by the efforts of his neighbors and first responders and has no plans to move away.

“I am freaked out, definitely, but I don’t think we want to move. We really like this neighborhood. I went to church this morning and I feel blessed because of how fast emergency people responded and the way our whole neighborhood pulled together,’’ Patterson said.

“I’m actually more inclined to stay.’’

Patterson was allowed back into his home about 1:10 p.m.

More than 100 firefighters responded to the two-alarm fire, according to a fire department statement.
Officials evacuated about 200 people to a nearby elementary school, where the Red Cross sheltered about 20 of them for the night. Others spent the night at friends' homes or with family, and officials planned to take the rest to the Southport Presbyterian Church.

As of late Sunday morning, approximately 60 cases of water and Gatorade were outside the school and a police spokesman said donations are pouring in, including toiletries, doughnuts and pizza.

Firefighters brought the fire under control by 12:30 a.m. Sunday but were still putting out hotspots afterward, Hensley said.

"It felt like something had hit our house,” Patterson said.

Patterson and his wife stepped outside, where they found other neighbors in the street and an orange glow in the distance.

Another neighbor who lives in the newer subdivision where the blast happened said his windows were blown out.

The subdivision where the blast occurred was built in 2001, said resident Steve Belt. Belt said he was in bed with his wife when the explosion nearly knocked them out of bed, he said.

Belt was later escorted by police back inside his home for medication his wife needs because of a recent surgery.

As fire officials shut off gas to the neighborhood, police came by to evacuate residents to the elementary school staging area, where officials had established a triage area. There, after checking in with authorities, stunned neighbors sat on bleachers and waited for more information.

"You had a bunch of sleepy kids and nervous-looking parents," Patterson said.

Patterson and his wife ultimately spent the night at his mother's home.

As search and investigation efforts continue today, the Indianapolis Department of Code Enforcement will assess the safety of homes affected by the explosion.

SHELBY COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) - Pieces of a log home litter a country yard in Shelby County after an explosion happened on the 5700 block of W. 1100 N.

Deputies received a call for help at the home just before 8 p.m.Tuesday.

Firefighters rushed to the scene to find a home scattered across a yard.

Four people were inside at the time of the explosion. Two made it to a neighbor's home while the other two were found in a front yard.

All four were rushed to IU Health Methodist Hospital. Their condition is unknown, however, another question remains on what destroyed the house.

Neighbors tell 24-Hour News 8 the homeowner of the destroyed house had her propane tank filled on the same day the blast happened. There are also reports her furnace was repaired earlier this week as well.

"It was like a bomb went off, it just blew up," said Kerry Estes.

Firefighters have yet to determine what caused the explosion. They were back on the scene Wednesday afternoon keeping watch of the scene.

"I'm shocked I have no idea how it happened," said neighbor Marcia Logan.

Drivers slowly passed by the scene hoping to catch a glimpse of the house that once stood.

These facts are a combination of eyewitness testimony, and a hunting down of recorded dates

1. No preparation whatsoever was done to protect the city by the government. Noaa warned New York two days in advance that the lowest subway entrances needed to be sand bagged well enough to hold back two feet of water to prevent the subways from flooding, because a storm surge of 11.5 feet was predicted, and the lowest subway entrances are at 10 feet.

Yet the people in charge there opted to not protect the subways when it would have been easy. Sandbagging against two feet of water is child's play.

That's NOTHING. Why was it not done? Furthermore, the World Trade Center site needed only 2 feet of sandbags as well. So why were the workers at that site not told to go out for a couple hours and sandbag the place? I guess Lucky Larry wanted a photo op there as well.(VN: Lets not forget who Bloomberg is, and how he is no different than the Khazar before him.... the cross dressing Ghouliani, they hate the people they represent except for their fellow Khazar and that is it and why he could join in and treasonously join those that attempted to destroy New York, except for the financial district. How convenient. Wait til you see the photos of NY that a visitor took after the storm.This is beginning to look and sound a lot like Katrina. WHERE ARE THE 375,000 PEOPLE EVACUATED?.

2. Sandy made landfall as a category 1 hurricane, yet with a barometric reading of a category 4. On top of that, Sandy made landfall at the peak of the high tide, and achieved a tide combined storm surge of 12 feet. Since timing is everything, I would like to ask how it all worked so perfect, how that hurricane hit the target so perfect at the perfect high tide with barometric readings saying it should have been rated 3 categories higher.

The category 1 reading with category 4 pressures is only possible if the hurricane is lacking humidity, which would definitely be the case if it was not natural and pumped up by HAARP technology while over cold water which should have killed it. Forget about the Gulf Stream excuse, the water was too cold for this storm to have been real, PERIOD. And it simply bulls eyed the target too perfect at too perfect a time, DEAD ON HIGH TIDE. Had it hit at low tide, less would have happened. However because it hit at high tide -

3. The coastal areas had to endure 30 foot waves, ON TOP of a 12 foot combined tide and storm surge. This devastated the entire coastal region, and laid many communities waste. But there is something else to this story that they are refusing to report.

Once inland, away from the waves and storm surge, the storm was NOTHING. The winds were not very high, and there was virtually no rain, and power remained on virtually everywhere until the power was cut, in my belief by choice.

Farther inland, homes "burst into flames", and I beg to question HOW? Do homes erupt in flames any time the wind is blowing? Obviously not, but they needed their photo ops and the same people who opted to not sand bag the subways likely went out and burned down foreclosed homes for the photos.
4. Inland, there are no broken windows, no torn off roofs, not even any collapsed car ports or anything else for the photos. People on the ground who have written to me have said that immediately by the ocean it is horrible, because the ocean tore it up, but inland there is nothing to see. Joel Skousen of the World Affairs Brief was there during the storm, and he also confirms this, as well as Mochizuki of the Fukushima Diary. So WHY IS THE POWER OUT?

5. People on the ground have been telling me that there are absolutely no repair crews going around to restore the power. And by no repair crews, I mean, NO LOCALS, NO ONE FROM OUT OF STATE, NO REGULAR GUYS NADA.

And people talk to people and the huge question is now being asked, WHY ARE THERE NO REPAIR CREWS TRYING TO GET THE LIGHTS BACK ON? Their comments basically consist of, well, I can understand there is a lot of work out there to do, and they could all be spread out thin, but why are we not seeing even ONE?.

You can forget all the stories in the press about hundreds of repair teams descending on the disaster area from out of state to fix things, My guess, to be honest? Your gonna think I am whacked, and maybe this is a missed observation, maybe they ARE there, but what if . . . .

What if the repair teams are being told to go there, meet at a central location, and then they are all diverted to a fema camp? Only, it's a worker camp you see, and they are just sitting there waiting for their orders. Probably being fed fairly well, but also rendered totally useless to their intended purpose.

THAT would keep the power out long enough for the people who opted to not sandbag the subways to delay the elections, and create a massive humanitarian crisis. And tyrants thrive on crisis. It would also prevent qualified people from going into the area, realizing the lights are out for no reason at all, and calling bullshit on the whole thing.

I believe that since New York got through the hurricane fine with the lights still on, only to have the Con Ed explosion take the lights out (highly suspicious sabotage) that in fact the power is off by choice and this is a giant crisis exercise to test the American psyche and see how much bullshit Americans will tolerate before they do the next big run which will involve the entire country. 6. In several locations along the coast, people have been given five minutes to pack their bags and leave, even if their homes are in perfect condition and they have food and water, and are able to drive out any time they want. Instead, they are being loaded onto buses and told they won't be allowed to return for MONTHS, some people are being told they won't be allowed to return for up to 8 months. (VN: Sounds just like KATRINA, and those people are still in those camps after 8 years as Greg Palast recorded and got arrested for doing so.)

Since this is ridiculous beyond belief, there is something fishy with this, and I have heard no reports of where these people are actually being taken to. One such evacuation in New Jersey left an area with 15,000 residents stripped down to fewer than 50. WTF is going on with this?

7. The shills are in overdrive, and it seems that all the comments sections everywhere are loaded with airheads telling people to cooperate with the government because the government knows best and it is all for our protection, EVEN WITH REGARD TO THE SUBJECT OF FORCED EVACUATIONS OF AREAS WHICH RECEIVED NO DAMAGE. So what is it that these shills know that is so damn good for us, that people have to leave areas that were not affected by anything other than a power outage?

8. The answer is obvious. This was obviously a pre planned October surprise. And if Americans don't begin standing up and calling total bullshit on this, they had better be prepared for a Rothschild/Rockefeller/elitist Red Dawn that will make that movie look like an adventure vacation.

This is a bullshit test, to test their ability to use shock, sympathy, and many other variables to keep Americans quiet while they commit heinous crimes, put in place an intentional siege, round people up in a big test run for the future, and most likely delay the elections.

They got their "disaster", partly real, partly not, to set a precedent for ramping up the police state ahead of election time, when they will spark riots after running scandal story after scandal story on both candidates, to make both sides totally pissed off about any possible outcome.

9. An additional significant curiosity - Many Many internet routers are down right now, and only one is in a storm affected area. HOW AND WHY?

Residents are now being told that due to the Con Ed explosion, they are going to be without power until well after election time. I have a question. Since the Con Ed "explosion" was OBVIOUSLY POWER PLANT RELATED, WHERE IS THE GRID, WHICH WOULD KEEP NEW YORK ON LINE ANYWAY?

You can't just knock out power by taking a single power plant out, there are thousands of power plants around the country. Even the relatively disconnected grid should still be able to make up for the loss of only one power station.

Watch the warning that Alex Jones gave with that reservist, at the same time he stokes the fear porn and avoids the truth, the hurricane was NOTHING and the only damage came from a HAARP induced storm surge and a few downed trees.

They are blaming apartment fires, and other home fires on the hurricane, when at least a few of those fires would have happened anyway in a population the size of New York. ALL the downed homes that were away from the storm surge went down because of fire.

There are lots of pictures of washed up boats and a couple of shipwrecks. There are lots of pictures of homes flooded by storm surge and a few torn apart by waves.

There are lots of pictures of homes destroyed by fire. But I will tell you what is lacking. There are NO pictures of homes destroyed by wind. There are NO pictures of any significant damage even a few blocks inland, from flooding or anything else.

They can't even come up with a picture of a wind broken window. None of the homes inland even lost any windows. They did not even get their picture of a termite eaten bungalow downed by wind, something even I thought they would get. Nope. All the damage was from downed trees, suspicious fires, and storm surge.

They are taking pictures of damage from other hurricanes, and throwing them into the mix. One prominent photo is of a building facade that fell more than a day before the "hurricane" arrived.

I am sure everyone has seen this photo. But this photo is not what people are being led to believe. This photo is not of hurricane damage at all. It is an apartment fire, which burned the entire apartment block.

They are taking pictures of destruction caused by other hurricanes, and framing them around Sandy. One such photo is below

I am sure that in some areas that power really was lost due to downed trees. That happens even in mild storms occasionally, but I don't for a minute believe even 100,000 people lost power for reasons beyond the flipping of a switch and a little iron thermite. They are faking devastation here, to justify martial law and a FEMA clamp down.

If the Frankenstorm aspect of this is not enough to convince you this was planned all along, perhaps a little critical analysis of the photos, where people sit down and THINK about what they are looking at rather than getting thrown by a pitch is the most appropriate way for them to get past the lies and call bullshit on this.

And if "they" are just going to cut the power so people can't even pump gas, of course aid will be needed. Of course they will get their humanitarian crisis. It's what they wanted to begin with, months ago, long before they haarp'd up something in the gulf and threw it at New York.

UPDATE: Transformer explosion is one of the keys. The behavior of various forums towards thermite being used to destroy the transformer at Con Ed is downright telling.

After Fukushima, there were pre-programmed words built into three forums that I found that tripped an auto ban. These forums were the Infowars comment section, Above Top Secret and Godlike productions. Simply typing that ONE word would trip a ban from these forums. And now, according to some of my readers there is another key word (or words) that are tripping auto bans. They are, THERMITE CON ED TRANSFORMER.

And I would like to know why?

You see,

You can type all manner of B.S. on practically any forum and never get banned, provided that B.S. is not true. But I learned with Fukushima that the word tsunamibomb, or tsunami bomb triggered bans left and right, even without any reference to Fukushima.

The word "bomb" does not trigger bans, only when the word "bomb" is used in relation to the word "tsunami". I have not checked this recently, but a year ago it led to bans, and even a WordPress account deletion. Weird. Or perhaps not.

There are certain key words that are so damaging to the elite plot for taking us down, they cannot be permitted to exist. One totally unrelated example is the word "gun", where saying it, even in the context of paint in a school will get you disciplined.

Drawing a picture of a gun will get you kicked out of school. That's telling all by itself, though totally unrelated, and the point is, they want the word "gun" removed from a child's psyche in any positive sense, with the word being only associated with bad people. And with regard to the word tsunami bomb, it says so much in a word that the word itself is not tolerated in any elite controlled forum.

The fact that mentioning thermite in context with the transformer explosion that cut power to New York will trip a ban says volumes. There is no slander there, no group being pointed to, nothing of the sort at all. Heck, it could have been Al CIADA wreaking havoc in the hurricane for all the forum mods would know, and it's still a ban. And that means it is dead on the mark, a direct hit.

When you combine this with the fact that Youtube once again chose to mess up another video - the Con Ed explosion when posted on this web site, it says even more. That is why it (should be) showing up twice down below, one with a real embedded video, and one with a picture of an embedded video that is really just a link to Youtube.

And now I will tell you the rest of the truth about that transformer, that I did not bother with yesterday

Because the bright arcing, which was unbelievably unrealistically bright even for a transformer explosion was initiated by thermite smoke, there is probably very little or no damage at that power station. They probably just flipped a switch there and faked an outage. Let me explain;

The distance an arc has to travel has an impact on how much light it will actually produce. And if that arc was actually jumping the entire distance between two power lines across the reasonably good conductive medium that thermite smoke would give it, it would draw maximum amps straight through the air, and produce an enormous amount of light, with ALL OF IT being visible.

If they wanted a light show to convince New Yorkers that the power really would be out for a long time, using conductive smoke to produce that light would be the ideal psy-op method. But then again, if the thermite was actually placed on one of the transformers, it would have burned through the top and destroyed it, so it's real hard to say what happened there, absent a good photo.

At a minimum, even if the power cut itself was a psyop, there will be a couple of leader wires that need to be replaced, to the tune of about $400. If we see any photos of destroyed transformers at a con ed station, they opted to just melt through the transformer, and iron thermite would be the right choice because it would match the chemistry of the transformer case afterward.

All this is irrelevant in their realm of BULL however, because New York is not supposed to be dependent upon local power generation. Had these elite not dismantled the grid (or if there is still enough left of it) New York City could easily just be fed by power stations elsewhere. The fact that the lights went out "because of the con ed explosion" proves that the lights DID NOT go out from hurricane damage to power lines, so they cannot use ANY excuse to keep New York in the dark, power can be rerouted from outside the city NO PROBLEM.

Hurricane Sandy was an epic fail

Bottom line? Hurricane sandy was an EPIC fail. Just like the planes were not enough to bring down the buildings on 911, and the buildings were in fact detonated just as the firefighters radioed from the towers that they had the fires under control and that they would soon be out, Sandy passed and was fading and the lights were still on. So they had to light the thermite. Now we have Fema saying the elections should be delayed because of the power outage. Now we have legal tards talking about "precedent" related to this desire of theirs.

Folks, look through the Youtube videos - that "hurricane" was so mild that people went out and played in it. Any hurricane of consequence will throw you like a rag doll when you encounter the eye wall like New York did, and knock you to death with flying debris, even a category 1. The fact that people played and even shot video during it proves it was not a category 1 at all, and there was not enough rain to destroy anyone's camera.

Any time a storm hits a city the size of New York, there will be deaths, and I would bet that most of those deaths can be attributed to Sandy's haarp induced category 4 storm surge. Sandy was in fact an impossible dry hurricane, with all the flooding attributable to storm surge.

Flooding in rivers could be attributed to opening up dams. And I predicted it would be a dry hurricane, because HAARP can't just magically put water in the air, it can only produce the updraft and negative pressure readings. If you want to convince me the flooding was caused by rain, please show me a Youtube video of real people shooting that rain while cowering in their homes. Until I see that, I will believe the Japanese guy.

He did an awesome job. Skip the video at the top of the page, and scroll down to the slideshow, where he walks around New york, taking seemingly endless pictures, showing you exactly what happened. He did this after seeing lies in the media, showing flooding everywhere.

The aftermath is similar to that of a heavy but not severe thunderstorm in the midwest, with a few medium sized branches, a couple store signs, and a dilapidated downed telephone pole. The storm was not enough to throw garbage left outside, and it did not soak everything, and he really makes a point to show you this. Kudos to Fukashima diary!

Here is the post by Mochizuki. Regardless of what you hear in the MSM, this says it all! Forget about Fox and the MSM, listen to real people who were on the ground there.

As it turned out, the only significant damage to homes happened as a result of a fire. And Hurricanes are supposed to be WET. PUT YOUR THINKING CAP ON. They made the claim that the homes burst into flames after being flooded. When have homes ever done that? WAKE UP. WATER PUTS FIRES OUT. Most likely they flamed the houses when Sandy failed, so they could at least say something happened. Homes bursting into flames in hurricanes, yes, yes indeed. Find the precedent please.

So when they tell you the election has to be stalled because of a power outage, KNOW THEY LIED.
When they tell you we need a FEMA clamp down because there is so much devastation KNOW THEY LIED.

And the next time we get a monster hurricane, building strength over 60 degree F water, KNOW IT'S A SETUP because false flag terror in the name of the environment, as I predicted in the Fukashima report, has become the new modus operandi.

Was Con Ed explosion initiated by Iron Thermite?
All events have a characteristic color, and the color of an electrical explosion is blue. And it does not start out yellow and go to blue, all you get is a bright blue flash. Magnesium burns white, Phosphor burns green, and Iron Thermite burns the exact same color as whatever initiated the blast at Con Ed.

I had suspected leading up to Sandy that "they" would sabotage the power system to knock the power out. In the video of the Con Ed explosion, New York got ALL THE WAY THROUGH SANDY WITH THE LIGHTS ON. SANDY DID NOT KNOCK OUT THE POWER LINES. As the hurricane was winding down, the power system in New York was operating business as usual. It did not get knocked out.

What I believe is going on in the video, is a giant iron thermite charge was set off in the area of some high voltage transformers. These transformers have bare wires attached to the tops of long insulators leading into them. In major power distribution systems, the wires do not have an insulating sheath, they are out in the open isolated by large insulators.

These insulators are spaced at a distance where no arc will occur even during a heavy downpour. However, because the wires are just sitting out in the great wide open you can cause an arc to start if there is enough conductive dust or smoke in the air, the type of smoke Iron Thermite produces. And that is what I believe we are looking at in the Con Ed video.

This video repeats the same event twice, there was ONE event, not two. The second repeat has the entire event, including the start of what I believe is the thermite initiation. THE THERMITE BURNS YELLOW/ORANGE UNTIL THE ELECTRICAL EVENT IS INITIATED, and that is when the color goes bluish white. This proves that there was something that triggered this electrical explosion other than an electric discharge.

Since AC is finicky about maintaining an arc, it extinguished once, only to start again by the continued burning of the thermite. The second blast was the charm, most likely there is significant arc damage to the facility, and a possible burn through of a transformer case by the thermite. This could have also triggered the explosions spoken of inside the facility.

Anyone can see that New York got all the way through the hurricane with the lights on, and only after this event did the lights go out. And this happened in the least likely place of all, right at the power station where there are no trees that can fall into lines, or other sources of debris that could blow into them. The least likely natural place happens to be the easiest un natural place. I doubt the employees there set this up, and from experience I can tell you -

The preventive maintenance on a major distribution transformer consists of reading pressure guages on the side of the transformer, which confirm the transformer has remained sealed. So what I am saying here is that no one crawled around on top of that transformer to see what was there, you just don't do that in the normal course of events. This could have been set up a week ago, a day ago, who knows when, but a thermite charge could have easily gone un noticed on top of one of these transformers. These transformers are huge and no one cares about anything but what the guages say.

Interesting it is that there was a camera perfectly focused on that facility, DEAD CENTER PERFECT to capture this from a prime angle as a hurricane was winding down. I don't believe for a minute this happened by accident at all. Notice the guy running around outside, obviously going from A to B? It was not that bad outside. To me it looked like 40 mph winds.

Oh, but they got the photo op they wanted when that transformer "blew", a nice photo op of a dead and dark New York.

I have a question here, for the "elite", and it's gonna screw you.

SINCE IT WAS OBVIOUSLY A POWER STATION RELATED EVENT, AND NOT A DOWNED POWER LINE THAT CAUSED THIS, WHY IS NEW YORK NOT RIGHT BACK ONLINE WITH THE LIGHTS ON? COULD IT BE THAT YOU INTENTIONALLY DISMANTLED THE GRID, SO YOU COULD TAKE CITIES DOWN ONE BY ONE?

A Starting Line And A Dump: Staten Island, The Forgotten Borough

The baseball field behind Egbert Middle School is pitch black as our journalist team, led by Liam (who prefers his last name not be used), a Staten Island resident who swam flood waters to rescue neighbors as the nearby ocean swallowed his community, walk down an unlit street strewn with the detritus of Hurricane Sandy’s watery rage. Liam wants to show us what the neighborhood has been abuzz over: the site of what was a makeshift morgue, in the hopes that we might challenge what many here in Midland Beach see as an official orchestrated attempt to downplay Sandy’s death toll.

Midland Beach, a tight-knit working class neighborhood on the Island, has largely been washed away. What remains are uninhabitable homes and harsh utility floodlights that pierce the inky darkness to discourage looters, as unmarked police cars patrol the shells of former neighborhoods.
It is the closest to Hell any of us have ever been.

“It was in here,” he says as he beckons us to enter.
Taking just a few steps yields the stench of death. Like this smell, the truth of what happened here isn’t easily dismissed.
As with any story that spreads through a tight-knit community, especially in a disaster, there are inconsistencies and friends-of-friends third and fourth-hand accounts to rely on. Some say the flood victims, which rumor has it are to be found within the school, broke into the premises to seek shelter from the rising waters or the cold, only to meet with tragedy. Others claim that the bodies were found elsewhere and the school was used because the nearby Staten Island University Hospital’s morgue, with a capacity of no more than 50, could not handle the intake.
Rumors are natural, but this isn’t sensational gossip.

Earlier in the day, a New York City Housing Authority administrator [name withheld] at the South Beach housing development told us how her friend, a nurse, had been relocated to Midland after her hospital in Manhattan was evacuated. When we inquired specifically about the rumored school-cum-morgues, she said she could confirm that the school had been used as a morgue, and that the actual death toll was much higher. When we tracked down her friend, the nurse, she declined our request for comment. The NYC Housing Authority administrator later recanted her assertion over the phone, after telling us she had gone out to dinner with Staten Island Borough President James Molinaro, and that she now accepted the official death toll of 18. However, the rumor was subsequently corroborated by an Egbert Middle School teacher, who wishes to remain anonymous. When questioned by us, she confirmed that the school wouldn’t open Monday morning because it was being used as a temporary morgue.

A sanitation worker and Staten Island local, holding his hands to his head in horror upon seeing the destruction on Cedar Grove Avenue for the first time, repeated again and again, “They’re lying,” – he was referring to the death toll. He told us of another New York Department of Sanitation employee, only 22 years old, who was part of a crew that “lifted 50 bodies into a front-end loader” in the Midland neighborhood just a day earlier. Workers from the Sanitation Department were a constant sight as they helped residents clean up debris.

The morgue rumor becomes even more disturbing when one takes into account the behavior of local press, such as the Staten Island Advance. In an early report, the Advance mentions a temporary morgue site off of Bedford and Mason Avenues – Egbert Middle School’s location – yet later Sandy reports in the paper make no mention of this. The Advance offered no retraction, but the makeshift morgue item was there…

And then vanished without explanation.
Contrast the reliable testimonies of Midland Beach residents with the strange behavior of the local press and adamant denials from local officials [see official statement] and one begins to see a narrative emerge: Regardless of whether Egbert Middle School was or is still being used as a makeshift morgue, the death toll in this forgotten borough that is a casualty of political expediency is likely much higher than officials would like the public to know.
We return the following day to volunteer where needed and talk to the people who call Midland Beach their home. It is the day of what was to be the 2012 New York Marathon.
“This is all Staten Island is to them – a starting line and a dump,” Chris Rich, a Staten Island firefighter tells us as he cleans up debris and mud from his gutted house. Throughout his neighborhood today, New York City marathon runners prance through decimated streets, leaping over piles of donations yet to be distributed, bringing severe congestion to a community just beginning to regain its senses after the catastrophe. To place it in even sharper relief, according to Rich, it was only that very morning that authorities had gotten around to removing three bodies floating in Bay Street Marina. One was tied to a pier to avoid it washing down shore. The person who reported the bodies was told that they would be left for the time being as efforts were to be exclusively “rescue” oriented, eschewing “recovery.” While the Staten Islanders were, and are, still counting their dead, they felt as if they were expected to indulge catastrophe tourism.

“These aren’t Christmas lights,” Rich says, appalled by runners and the attendant onlookers taking in the destruction and pausing for photographs with shell-shocked locals. “People are looking for their wedding rings…These people should be shot,” he says, referring to the vast number of runners who arrived on the island to jog the marathon despite its cancellation.
The ultimate cancellation of the New York City Marathon on Sunday, which would have started on the Island, was an empty political gesture. Michael Bloomberg, NY’s billionaire Mayor, had fought tooth and nail to satiate corporate sponsors and have the Marathon commence on time. He was forced to cancel at the eleventh hour, not out of respect for the suffering of locals or for prudent administrative reasons, but because the public outcry over the issue forced his hand.

Time and time again, we speak to residents who are disgusted by the marathon runners, who seemingly use the Islanders’ misery as a photo opportunity. Yet his decision to return at least two generators slated for use during the marathon to New Jersey once the event was canceled was the last straw for Rich. It is widely reported that these generators could have powered 400 homes – something Staten Islanders desperately need. Already their walls and floors are spawning mold and creating hazardous conditions that will likely render their homes permanently uninhabitable.
It is a cruel sort of political maneuvering. Residents in and around Midland Beach are left to fend for themselves as the Red Cross – as of last weekend – were still rejecting volunteers. Meanwhile FEMA was merely handing out business cards on Friday as they distributed food that could barely nourish families of two or more. We would later learn that fully-furnished, non-toxic FEMA trailers – at the time of this article’s publication – sit less than two hours away in a Wilkes Barre, PA lot.

One local nurse, employed by Columbia University, was denied an opportunity to volunteer by the Red Cross, ostensibly because she, an educated professional, could pose an insurance liability. “People are going to die out there tonight,” she said. When she tried to drive supplies over the Verrazano bridge, she was ID’d and then denied entry.
There is more, however, that sheds light on Bloomberg’s disconnected and cruel countenance upon those in whom he does not see a personal economic or political interest. A borough firefighter who prefers to remain nameless relates the story of how two nights ago the mayor personally ordered police at the 122 Precinct to either arrest or otherwise disperse volunteers who refused to cease relief efforts on Father Capodanno Boulevard, which runs close to the Lower Bay and was slammed by Hurricane Sandy. We ask him what he thinks the mayor’s motive is for doing so: “They [Bloomberg and his administration] didn’t want cameras coming down here and seeing people helping people, they wanted it to look like FEMA or the Red Cross was helping. The fact of the matter is, it’s not. Down here, it’s people helping people,” he says.
The 122 Precinct commander refused to obey Bloomberg’s order, instead ushering people off of the street and into a parking lot, away from any network news cameras. The consistent answer from Staten Islanders to Bloomberg’s misprision was a defiant self-sufficiency and tirelessly persistent community-mindedness.
It was clear that the only ones willing to be responsible for helping Staten Island would be its inhabitants. Local groups such as the Hallowed Sons, a collective of former firefighters and police officers, were seen on Cedar Grove Avenue, in the nearby town New Dorp, giving out hot meals. They were also organizing roving bands of teenagers, who, armed with dust masks and shovels, were helping gut uninhabitable basements and garages.

In Midland Beach, we come across Kelly, who arrived from Boston with a raft and shovels to help his uncle Mike save his home. After just four days, the garage was beginning to mold. Mike’s wheelchair-bound neighbor had died in the flood, despite the best efforts of those trying to rescue him. One of Mike’s daughters was out delivering supplies to others who, in their words, had it much worse.

Kelly offers to put us up for the night. “We have a generator and heat,” he says, as the men pass beer around. Their hospitality and determination is characteristic of Island residents. “Come back in a year, you’ll see a new house!”

Gas Bubble Leaking, About to Burst

For the past three or four years media sources in the U.S. trumpeted the “game-changing” new stream of natural gas coming from tight shale deposits produced with the technologies of horizontal drilling and hydrofracturing. So much gas surged from wells in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Pennsylvania that the U.S. Department of Energy, presidential candidates, and the companies working in these plays all agreed: America can look forward to a hundred years of cheap, abundant gas!

Some environmental organizations declared this means utilities can now stop using polluting coal—and indeed coal consumption has plummeted as power plants switch to cheaper gas. Energy pundits even promised that Americans will soon be running their cars and trucks on natural gas, and the U.S. will be exporting the fuel to Europe via LNG tankers.

Early on in the fracking boom, oil and gas geologist Art Berman began sounding an alarm (see example). Soon geologist David Hughes joined him, authoring an extensive critical report for Post Carbon Institute (“Will Natural Gas Fuel America in the 21^st Century?”), whose Foreword I was happy to contribute.

Here, one more time, is the contrarian story Berman and Hughes have been telling: The glut of recent gas production was initially driven not by new technologies or discoveries, but by high prices. In the years from 2005 through 2008, as conventional gas supplies dried up due to depletion, prices for natural gas soared to $13 per million BTU (prices had been in $2 range during the 1990s). It was these high prices that provided an incentive for using expensive technology to drill problematic reservoirs. Companies flocked to the Haynesville shale formation in Texas, bought up mineral rights, and drilled thousands of wells in short order. High per-well decline rates and high production costs were hidden behind a torrent of production—and hype. With new supplies coming on line quickly, gas prices fell below $3 MBTU, less than the actual cost of production in most cases. From this point on, gas producers had to attract ever more investment capital in order to maintain their cash flow. It was, in effect, a Ponzi scheme.

In those early days almost no one wanted to hear about problems with the shale gas boom—the need for enormous amounts of water for fracking, the high climate impacts from fugitive methane, the threats to groundwater from bad well casings or leaking containment ponds, as well as the unrealistic supply and price forecasts being issued by the industry. I recall attempting to describe the situation at the 2010 Aspen Environment Forum, in a session on the future of natural gas. I might as well have been claiming that Martians speak to me via my tooth fillings. After all, the Authorities were all in agreement: The game has changed! Natural gas will be cheap and abundant from now on! Gas is better than coal! End of story!

These truisms were echoed in numberless press articles—none more emblematic than Clifford Krauss’s New York Times piece, “There Will Be Fuel,” published November 16, 2010.

Now Krauss and the Times are singing a somewhat different tune. “After the Boom in Natural Gas,” co-authored with Eric Lipton and published October 21, notes that “. . . the gas rush has . . . been a money loser so far for many of the gas exploration companies and their tens of thousands of investors.” Krauss and Lipton go on to quote Rex Tillerson, CEO of ExxonMobil: “We are all losing our shirts today. . . . We’re making no money. It’s all in the red.” It seems gas producers drilled too many wells too quickly, causing gas prices to fall below the actual cost of production. Sound familiar?

The obvious implication is that one way or another the market will balance itself out. Drilling and production will decline (drilling rates have already started doing so) and prices will rise until production is once again profitable. So we will have less gas than we currently do, and gas will be more expensive. Gosh, whoda thunk?

The current Times article doesn’t drill very far into the data that make Berman and Hughes pessimistic about future unconventional gas production prospects—the high per-well decline rates, and the tendency of the drillers to go after “sweet spots” first so that future production will come from ever-lower quality sites. For recent analysis that does look beyond the cash flow problems of Chesapeake and the other frackers, see “Gas Boom Goes Bust” by Jonathan Callahan, and Gail Tverberg’s latest essay, “Why Natural Gas isn’t Likely to be the World’s Energy Savior”.

David Hughes is working on a follow-up report, due to be published in January 2013, which looks at unconventional oil and gas of all types in North America. As part of this effort, he has undertaken an exhaustive analysis of 30 different shale gas plays and 21 shale/tight oil plays—over 65,000 wells altogether. It appears that the pattern of rapid declines and the over-stated ability of shale to radically grow production is true across the U.S., for both gas and oil. In the effort to maintain and grow oil and gas supply, Americans will effectively be chained to drilling rigs to offset production declines and meet demand growth, and will have to endure collateral environmental impacts of escalating drilling and fracking.

No, shale gas won’t entirely go away anytime soon. But expectations of continuing low prices (which drive business plans in the power generation industry and climate strategies in mainstream environmental organizations) are about to be dashed. And notions that the U.S. will become a major gas exporter, or that we will convert millions of cars and trucks to run on gas, now ring hollow.

One matter remains unclear: what’s the energy return on the energy invested (EROEI) in producing “fracked” shale gas? There’s still no reliable study. If the figure turns out to be anything like that of tight “fracked” oil from the North Dakota Bakken (6:1 or less, according to one estimate), then shale gas production will continue only as long as it can be subsidized by higher-EROEI conventional gas and oil.

In any case, it’s already plain that the “resource pessimists” have once again gotten the big picture just about right. And once again we suffer the curse of Cassandra—though we’re correct, no one listens. I keep hoping that if we’re right often enough the curse will lift. We’ll see.

ACTION LEVELS FOR METHANE CONCENTRATIONS

1.0 INTRODUCTION

Methane (CH4) is a colorless, odorless, tasteless gas and can be referred to as natural gas, light
carburetted hydrocarbon, firedamp, and marsh gas. High methane concentrations can cause
oxygen-deficient atmospheres, flammable situations, or explosive environments.

When methane enters the atmosphere as a point source, it can be readily ignited if the
concentration exceeds 5 percent. Atmospheric methane can ignite at concentrations between 5
and 15 percent at Standard Temperature and Pressure (STP). Higher levels can quickly dilute to
flammable levels. In either case, if methane is allowed to accumulate in an enclosed area, an
explosive environment may develop. An explosive environment exists when a mixture of gases
can self-propagate a flame throughout the mixture, independent of, and away from, the source of
ignition. An ignition source can be an electrical outlet, pilot light, well pump, or match.

Occasionally, the subterranean migration of methane presents a hazard at the ground surface,
primarily in structures (buildings). Potential sources include: decaying organic matter, swamps,
abandoned/improperly constructed gas wells, natural seeps, leaking pipes, landfills, and
abandoned or active coal mines. Entry into a structure can occur through cracks in the floor,
along buried utilities, or as a dissolved component of water. When allowed to accumulate in a
structure, an explosion may result.

In addition to the danger of homes exploding, other occurrences and/or undesirable effects of
fugitive methane include: Explosion of well houses, Igniting of spigots, Igniting of well heads, Human suffocation, Gas bubbles in streams, Fires at surface cracks, Dead surface vegetation, Cracking or blistering of pavement.

The inflammable and explosive range of methane is variable and “all occurrences of the gas
should be considered dangerous.” With the right balance of oxygen, methane burns with a pale
blue flame. Atmospheric conditions with 5 to 15 percent methane and 12 percent or more
oxygen will result in an explosion. The most powerful explosive air mixture contains 9.5%
methane. Other hydrocarbon gases, including ethane and propane, can occur naturally with methane.

A major portion of mainstream media as well as alternative media continue to ignore or under report on the ongoing potentially catastrophic situation in and around the Bayou Corne (Texas Brine LLC) collapsing Sinkhole #3. DNR Incident Area Map - Napoleonville Salt Dome A quick search on Google maps above indicates the Assumption Parish, Bayou Corne Sinkhole is also within 60 miles of Waterford & Riverbend Nuclear Power Plants and within close proximity of major population areas of Baton Rouge and New Orleans LA.

Napoleonville Salt Dome is comprised of up to 23 separate caverns many used for storage of volatile materials such as Liquid Butane by companies listed on LA DNR website at (See Emergency Orders pdf). It was confirmed during a Press Conference: Cavern below sinkhole has failed… and collapsed — Collapse may be ongoing (VIDEO) and 30 to 50 feet of land was swallowed up by ever expanding sink hole as new bubbling is now being reported as far as 3 miles away.

But those collapses have sometimes had dramatic results, such as the collapse last month that pulled down a tree and a boat. Two cleanup workers in the boat escaped before it went down.

A 1,500-square-foot section of earth caved in from the edge of a slurry-filled sinkhole near Bayou Corne in Assumption Parish on Tuesday night, pulling down with it several trees and part of an access road, officials said Wednesday.

The road was built as a place for parking excavators that will be used in the pending cleanup of the sinkhole, which emerged Aug. 3 in swamps between the Bayou Corne and Grand Bayou areas on property owned by Texas Brine Co., parish officials said in a blog post.

The sinkhole — filled with a liquid mixture of brine, mud, vegetative matter and other substances — has forced the evacuation of residents in 150 households in the two communities.

Excavators were not present on the road when the collapse happened, said John Boudreaux, director of the parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.

The 4-acre sinkhole has undergone periodic edge collapses and has gradually become wider as the saturated soil on the edge falls into the slurry hole. Estimates before the most recent collapse put the sinkhole’s width at 475 feet.

State Department of Natural Resources and Texas Brine officials have said the sloughing-off process is expected to continue as the hole finds its level and becomes shallower.

But those collapses have sometimes had dramatic results, such as the collapse last month that pulled down a tree and a boat. Two cleanup workers in the boat escaped before it went down.

The latest collapse, which took down an area 30 feet by 50 feet, happened on the southeast rim of the sinkhole, which had seemed stable until part of it sloughed off Tuesday, parish officials said.

Other developments regarding the sinkhole emergency have emerged in recent days, state and parish officials said:

Sonar testing results of a damaged Texas Brine salt cavern and samples of material found in the cavern are being analyzed to better understand what happened to the cavern suspected as the cause of the sinkhole.
Testing of hydrocarbon liquids from a Texas Brine investigatory well into the cavern may provide a definite link between the cavern and the sinkhole.
Another location where natural gas bubbles to the surface of area waterways emerged and samples of its gas emissions have been captured for testing.

In announcing their cavern sustained damage, Texas Brine officials said Monday that a tool used to measure the depth of the underground cavern found its floor is 1,300 feet shallower than when it was plugged and abandoned in mid 2011. That new, shallower point is 4,000 feet underground.

The company said the findings indicated “some type of dense material has fallen to the bottom of the cavern.”
Parish and Louisiana Department of Natural Resources officials are trying to get a better idea about the nature and amount of material found Monday inside the 20-million-barrel salt cavern, said Patrick Courreges, DNR spokesman.

Also, Boudreaux said Tuesday that a sonar scan of the salt cavern has been completed but results were still being analyzed.

Sonar tests of the cavern were conducted through the investigatory well into the cavern. Texas Brine’s contract driller finished the well Saturday, enabling experts to test the cavern’s depth.

Courreges said Texas Brine and Office of Conservation personnel are conducting independent tests of samples taken from the material in the cavern. Texas Brine said the material is not consistent with brine operations.

Courreges also said the Office of Conservation is still trying to determine what link may exist between the cavern damage and the sinkhole. The underground cavern, shaped like a narrow, upside-down flower vase, extends from a depth of 3,400 feet to a depth of 5,650 feet underground. Its edge is about 200 feet southeast of the sinkhole.

DNR scientists have said they suspected that the cavern failed, allowing its brine contents to gush out and open up the sinkhole.

The cavern was hollowed out of the 1-mile by 3-mile Napoleonville Dome after nearly three decades of use for brine production. The dome is a solid salt formation that emerged from deeper deposits left by ancient seas and has been used for oil and gas exploration, brine production and hydrocarbon storage for decades.
Chris Piehler, Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality Inspection Division administrator, said this week that samples pulled from the investigatory well may enable investigators to make a connection between the cavern and the sinkhole.

After Texas Brine drillers broke through the cavern roof Saturday night, they hit natural gas and hydrocarbon liquids that Piehler said Monday were in the “diesel range.”

He said DEQ collected samples of the gas and the hydrocarbon liquids and plans to do “fingerprinting” analysis of the liquids to compare them with the diesel range hydrocarbons previously collected from the surface of the sinkhole.

A similar event in 2008 occurred when New Mexico experienced two sudden and catastrophic brine well cavern collapses within a four-month period that led to the formation of massive sinkholes. The first, at Jim’s Water Service, occurred on July 16, 2008. The second, at Loco Hills Water Disposal Company, occurred on November 3, 2008. A final report issued in 2009 on Brine Well Collapse Evaluation Report apparently using a similar drilling process known as Reverse Circulation Drilling.

United Nations False-Flag Terror Attack Planned For New York City?

SWITZERLAND, Zurich — Potentially the most high profile UN meeting ever was scheduled for September 26, 2012, in New York City. The meeting date also falls on Yom Kippur which completes the annual period known in Judaism as the Yamim Nora’im or “Days of Awe”.

The World Headquarters of the United Nations is scheduled to host the leaders of Israel and Iran and U.S. President Obama. In addition, German Chancellor Angela Merkel, French President Francois Hollande and U.K. Prime Minister David Cameron are also scheduled to attend the U.N. forum. According to reports, Iranian President Ahmadinejad and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas have allegedly threatened to use the 2012 General Assembly to advance the campaign for Palestinian unilateral statehood.

Given the current geopolitical climate, there is a real possibility that the United Nations’ World Headquarters in New York City, which is currently “under construction”, may be the site of a major false-flag terror attack. The motives for a UN terror attack would be multifaceted in that it would garner support for Obama at home, potentially create a reason to suspend the 2012 U.S. presidential election, create unprecedented racial and religious turmoil in the Middle East and give the United Nations a reason to move their World Headquarters to Geneva, Switzerland. Based on its location, convenient construction and terror drills, a high profile 9/11 style attack (plane into building, building comes down) on the UN building may be planned.

Middle East Terror Warnings

The unprecedented UN meeting comes in the wake of the U.S. embassy attack in Libya, which has recently been alleged to have been a CIA/Mossad operation. Also, a Joint Intelligence Bulletin issued by the FBI and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has warned that the violent outrage aimed at U.S. embassies spawned by the movie mocking the Prophet Mohammed could spread to America by extremist groups eager to “exploit anger” and that “the risk of violence could increase both at home and abroad as the film continues to gain attention.” On top of that, a French satirical magazine has published controversial caricatures of the Prophet Mohammed stating that the illustrations would “shock those who will want to be shocked”. It appears that a global operation to rile up Islamic hatred towards the West is being executed with the potential goal of providing cover for an impending terror attack on the West.

Simultaneous War Games

Occurring exactly at the same time as the UN meeting is the largest Western naval exercise ever held in the Middle East. The military exercise which allegedly focuses on countering the threat of Iranian anti-ship mines is unprecedented in scope and includes the U.K., France, Japan, Jordan and New Zealand for a total of more than 30 countries. The massive war drill officially started on September 16, 2012 and lasts through September 27, 2012. Coincidentally, Iran is holding a massive air defense drill in October which incorporates Iranian aerial and ground forces, the army’s air defense systems, as well as Iranian air force fighter jets and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Al Qaeda & New York

On April 3, 2012, it was reported that an Al Qaeda website published a glitzy graphic promising that Al Qaeda would be “coming soon again” to New York, New York. Set against a Manhattan skyline at sunset, the graphic stated, “Al Qaeda – Coming Soon Again in New York”. According to the report, the message initially appeared on a website classified by the NYPD as a Category 1 website, meaning one heavily used by “jihadis”. A representative of one of the forums published a message allegedly stating, “Allah-willing, [terrorists] will return soon stronger and a bigger thorn in the throats of the enemies and tyrants”.

Iran Disrespected at UN

On multiple occasions, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has been blatantly disrespected by Israeli, American and European politicians, dignitaries and ambassadors when they stood up and walked out of his speech to the United Nations’ general assembly. Although Ahmadinejad didn’t seem to mind the distraction, the individuals which left cited Ahmadinejad’s rhetoric in respect to Zionism, Israel’s genocidal policy towards Palestine and the truth behind 9/11 as the justification for their rude behavior. Should a terror attack strike the United Nations it is possible that Iran will be blamed and Ahmadinejad will be scapegoated as wanting revenge for previously being so publicly disrespected.

UN Palestinian Statehood Vote

Even before Palestine could present their bid for official statehood, predictions that Palestinians would turn violent began to circulate. Committing acts of terror prior to a U.N. vote is counterproductive and is obviously not in the best interest of Palestine. This type of propaganda only makes sense when it is understood that Israel is in fact the occupying and terrorizing force in Gaza. Israel is violently opposed to a Palestinian state and will do anything and everything in its power to destroy any notion of Palestinian statehood. If and when Palestine is rejected for statehood by the U.N., the rejection could easily serve as an alleged motive for a future terror attack on the U.N. itself. .Palestine is Israel’s #1 enemy, so if the Israeli Mossad has a chance to set-up Palestine for an international terror attack, they take it.

Palestinian Airlines Activated

On May 28, 2012, it was reported that Palestinian Airlines was resuming flights after their seven-year hiatus. According to reports, the airline will make two flights per week with just two planes and one hub. The airline will conduct biweekly flights between El Arish, a city on Egypt’s Sinai peninsula adjacent to the border with Gaza, and Marka airbase, located outside Jordan’s capital Amman. Should a 9/11 style terror attack occur, it is possible that the plane would allegedly originate from Palestine, in an attempt to further demonize the Palestinian people.

UN False-Flag Chatter

On October 31, 2011, an alternative new source stated that the U.N. could possibly be a false-flag terror target intended to take America and the world to war with Iran. According to the report, the CIA is preparing to destroy the asbestos condemned United Nations building in New York by posing as construction contractors. Just like in the controlled demolition of the World Trade Center Towers on 9/11, the CIA is preparing to place a small tactical nuke in an excavated hole in the center of the U.N. building’s basement. Like the WTC tower, the presence of asbestos has made the renovations of the U.N. headquarters too expensive with initial costs projected at $1.2 billion. The report goes on to state that the US Congress has already financed this false flag attack by providing $2.65 billion to FEMA on September 29, 2011.

UN Terror Attacks

In August of 2011, the United Nations disclosed that they were a victim of cyber terrorism. The cyber security company McAfee stated that the cyber-attack came from a “state actor” but declined to name it. Eventually, the “state actor” will be outed and chances are the nation of Iran will be implicated. More recently, on August 15, 2012, a bomb has exploded near a fuel truck outside a hotel where U.N. observers were staying in Syria. Although this was not a direct attack on the U.N., it may be an indication that the U.N. will be targeted in the near future.

The UN “Remodel”

Is the U.N. conveniently being renovated just prior to its scheduled destruction? According to a Press Core report, “Like the World Trade Center Towers the presence of asbestos has made the renovations of the U.N. headquarters too expensive and impractical. The cost to safely remove the asbestos from the ceilings of the building doubled the initial projected cost of $1.2 billion. That is the official revised cost. The actual cost is much higher. Some estimates put it as much as 10 times more expensive. Now that they have discovered that the U.N. pipes are also lined with asbestos the cost to remove and replace all of the piping in the building makes the UN building a perfect site for another CIA false flag attack.” According to Fox News, the U.N. has already used $2 billion and is asking for $3 billion more to finish the remodel, ultimately keeping the U.N. building an open construction site whereby explosives could be easily installed at any time.

WMD Drill at UN

On April 5, 2011, the U.N. building in New York City served as a staging ground for a massive terror drill with the main focus being on nuclear terrorism. The drill began at the U.N. and then moved to other locations throughout New York City. The week-long series of terror drills involved dozens of agencies and first responders and focused on one of the great concerns of the post-9/11 era: nuclear terrorism. According to report, the NYPD and 70 other law enforcement agencies tested their ability to detect radiological materials and prevent an attack orchestrated by four fictional terror cells intent on targeting New York City with a “dirty bomb”.

Conclusion

The hurried U.N. Meeting on Yom Kippur involving a majority of the world’s major leaders stinks, period. The sudden timing of the meeting is so abnormal it begs the question: Why is the United Nations in such a rush to give the world stage to the alleged nuke seeking President of Iran and the alleged terror funding President of Palestine on a Jewish holiday? Could the rising violence in the Middle East combined with the U.N. spectacle on a Jewish holiday be the recipe for new terror attacks in America? If there is any more funny terror business in New York City or America for that matter, intelligent Americans now know that Israel and their Mossad executed the 9/11 attacks and won’t be buying into the Arab/Muslim bogeyman this time around.

[The 9/11 attacks was the justification for waging war on Afghanistan on the grounds of`"self defense". Afghanistan was said to be harboring Al Qaeda and was, therefore, complicit in an outright act of war against the USA.

The fact of the matter is that the Taliban government on two occasions in the weeks following 9/11 offered (through diplomatic channels) to hand over Osama bin Laden to the US Justice system. President George W. Bush refused the offer of the Taliban government, intimating that America "does not negotiate with terrorists".

NATO went to war in support of the US, invoking Article Five of the Washington Treaty. The latter states that an "act of war" against one member of the Atlantic Alliance is considered "an act of war" against all members of NATO under the doctrine of collective security.]

Despite initial success, for a number of reasons, this war has taken longer than most anticipated. In 2002, bin Laden and his lieutenants escaped across the border and established safe haven in Pakistan. America spent nearly eight years fighting a different war in Iraq. And al Qaeda’s extremist allies within the Taliban have waged a brutal insurgency.

[The whereabouts of Osama bin Laden have always been known to US intelligence. President Obama conveys the illusion that US-NATO forces and their intelligence operatives could not find bin Laden. In the words of former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld (2002), "it is like searching for a needle in a stack of hay". The alleged Al Qaeda safe haven in Pakistan serves as a pretext for waging drone attacks against alleged terrorists in Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA).

President Obama also intimates that Al Qaeda operatives equipped with stinger missiles and Kalashnikovs had managed to outsmart the US-NATO multi-trillion dollar military machine.]

But over the last three years, the tide has turned. We broke the Taliban’s momentum. We’ve built strong Afghan security forces. We devastated al Qaeda’s leadership, taking out over 20 of their top 30 leaders. And one year ago, from a base here in Afghanistan, our troops launched the operation that killed Osama bin Laden.

[A lot has been written on this issue. No proof as to the identity of the person who was allegedly killed by the Seals Special Forces In the words of Paul Craig Roberts; "The US government’s bin Laden story was so poorly crafted that it did not last 48 hours before being fundamentally altered..." ]

The goal that I set — to defeat al Qaeda and deny it a chance to rebuild — is now within our reach.

[There is ample evidence that Al Qaeda (a US sponsored "intelligence asset") is still alive and fully operational. Officially, the goal is to "defeat Al Qaeda". Unofficially, Al Qaeda is supported covertly by US intelligence.

Since 9/11, Al Qaeda has developed into a multinational entity with "subsidiaries" in various geopolitical hotspots around the world.

In Libya and Syria, Al Qaeda brigades are the foot soldiers of the US-NATO military alliance. Wherever the US military and intelligence apparatus is deployed, Al Qaeda is present:

Al Qaeda in Iraq, Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), the Libya Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG), Al Shaabab (Somalia), Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb, Jaish-e-Mohammed (JEM) (Army of Mohammed) (Pakistan), Jemaah Islamiya organization (JI) (Indonesia) Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, etc. (See US State Department Foreign Terrorist Organizations, United Nations Security Council, List of individuals, groups, undertakings and other entities associated with Al-Qaida Al-Qaida Sanctions List)

In a bitter irony, in all these countries, US intelligence is covertly coordinating the activities of Al Qaeda affiliated groups. Officially counterterrorism consists in fighting the "Islamic jihad" Unofficially through covert operations, Western intelligence supports their "assets" including terror entities on the US State Department list.

Moreover, these various terrorist organizations are now being used in US-NATO covert military operations against sovereign countries (e.g. Libya and Syria). According to Israeli intelligence sources:

"NATO headquarters in Brussels and the Turkish high command are meanwhile drawing up plans for their first military step in Syria, which is to arm the rebels with weapons for combating the tanks and helicopters spearheading the Assad regime's crackdown on dissent. Who is or was Osama?

An “intelligence asset”, namely an instrument of the CIA used to justify the “Global War on Terrorism”.
It is worth recalling that on September 14, 2001, both the House and the Senate adopted a historical resolution authorizing the president to “go after” countries which “aided the [9/11] terrorist attacks”

The president is authorized to use all necessary and appropriate force against those nations, organizations, or persons he determines planned, authorized, committed, or aided the terrorist attacks that occurred on Sept. 11, 2001, or harbored such organizations or persons, in order to prevent any future acts of international terrorism against the United States by such nations, organizations or persons.

Today in 2012, there is ample evidence that:
1) Al Qaeda was not behind the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Centre and the Pentagon.

2) There is also detailed evidence that agencies of the US government as well as NATO, continue to support and “harbor such organizations” [Al Qaeda and its affiliated organizations]. In Libya, the “pro-democracy” rebels were led by Al Qaeda paramilitary brigades under the supervision of NATO Special Forces. The “Liberation” of Tripoli was carried out by “former” members of the Libya Islamic Fighting Group (LIFG). The jihadists and NATO work hand in glove. These “former” Al Qaeda affiliated brigades in Libya were the backbone of the “pro-democracy” rebellion.

3) There is evidence that the WTC towers were brought down through controlled demolition, raising the possibility of complicity and cover-up within the US government, intelligence and military. Who is Obama?
A political liar and a war criminal.

Obama’s scripted speeches are slanted distortions. Realities are turned upside down. Acts of war are heralded as peace-making operations…

Ironically, the text of the September 14, 2001 Congressional resolution (see above) does not exclude judiicial action and criminal investigation directed against the US-NATO sponsors of international terrorism, including president Obama, who have used the tragic events of 9/11 as a pretext to wage “a war without borders” under the humanitarian banner of the “Global War on Terrorism” (GWOT).

Obama versus Romney
In the election campaign opposing Barack Obama to Mitt Romney, Osama and the “threat of Al Qaeda” will be “center stage”.

Supported by carefully crafted public relations campaigns, each of the presidential candidates will present –within the realm of a world of sheer fantasy– their ”Al Qaeda -Global War on Terrorism platform” to the American people. In this ritual, Al Qaeda becomes the central talking point of the campaign; all real major issues including the economic crisis, poverty in America and the devastations of war will be conveniently side-stepped.

Today Stock Exchange trading went off the charts with 2000% increases instantly. This is EXACTLY what happened 2 days before 911. It's happening again!

The stock market was already on edge because of the financial crisis in Greece. Images of mobs demonstrating in Athens were fueling an underlying panic. There's a growing fear that a financial collapse in Greece could trigger a wave of financial trouble across Europe (and possibly even the world).

Early in the morning, some stocks swung wildly on unusually high trading volume, after what appeared to be technical miscues. The New York Stock Exchange said it was investigating unusual trades in 140 stocks.

Here are some of the stocks that had astronomical activity at 10AM this morning for no reason. I don't know what the abbreviations stand for, but I do know that at the top of the list is the US Government: This is the same group that increased 800% 1 day before 911 and made BILLIONS OF 911.

The SEC's Investigation

Shortly after the 911 attacks the SEC circulated a list of stocks to securities firms around the world seeking information. ¹⁶ A widely circulated article states that the stocks flagged by the SEC included those of the following corporations:

American Airlines, United Airlines, Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines, Southwest Airlines, US Airways airlines, Martin, Boeing, Lockheed Martin Corp., AIG, American Express Corp, American International Group, AMR Corporation, AXA SA, Bank of America Corp, Bank of New York Corp, Bank One Corp, Cigna Group, CNA Financial, Carnival Corp, Chubb Group, John Hancock Financial Services, Hercules Inc., L-3 Communications Holdings, Inc., LTV Corporation, Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc., MetLife, Progressive Corp., General Motors, Raytheon, W.R. Grace, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd., Lone Star Technologies, American Express, the Citigroup Inc., Royal & Sun Alliance, Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc., Vornado Reality Trust, Morgan Stanley, Dean Witter & Co., XL Capital Ltd., and Bear Stearns.

An October 19 article in the San Francisco Chronicle reported that the SEC, after a period of silence, had undertaken the unprecedented action of deputizing hundreds of private officials in its investigation:

The proposed system, which would go into effect immediately, effectively deputizes hundreds, if not thousands, of key players in the private sector.
…
In a two-page statement issued to "all securities-related entities" nationwide, the SEC asked companies to designate senior personnel who appreciate "the sensitive nature" of the case and can be relied upon to "exercise appropriate discretion" as "point" people linking government investigators and the industry. ¹⁷

Michael Ruppert, a former LAPD officer, explains the consequences of this action:

What happens when you deputize someone in a national security or criminal investigation is that you make it illegal for them to disclose publicly what they know. Smart move. In effect, they become government agents and are controlled by government regulations rather than their own conscience. In fact, they can be thrown in jail without a hearing if they talk publicly. I have seen this implied threat time and again with federal investigations, intelligence agents, and even members of the United States Congress who are bound so tightly by secrecy oaths and agreements that they are not even able to disclose criminal activities inside the government for fear of incarceration. ¹⁸

The New York Stock Exchange said it was investigating unusual trades in 140 stocks. But don't expect a different result than the SEC!
