He moved out of the suburbs of Philly and continued his music even with an aspiring basketball career he was considering. He lists his influences as Kanye West and J.Cole and does not want to be confused for a simple artist. Check the lyrics, the wordplay, and the meaning behind it. I always go back and listen to my older mixtapes and it seems I always come back to this one "Best Shape Of My Career". I remember this one very vividly. I recorded this during the summer of 2006 and was getting ready for my 'life changing surgery'. We'll just say that didn't work for me but my music has continued to be consistent since then. Standout tracks to me are "Y'all Going Home", "Sneaker Money", "They Don't Wanna Get It", "Poor Cindy", "All Or Nothing", "To The Top", and I can go on and on.....

I'm sure yall will give me an opinion if I've gotten better or worse since this time but I hold this tape dear to me. I was in a zone, clearly.

So over the last few weeks I've been going through a lot of craziness. Not too much I would like to get too in detail about but it has definitely been a black cloud surrounding me, and I'm working on removing it ASAP! But this particular situation I would like to talk about. Now DS I've been "friends" with since around 2006. He contacted me through soundclick.com about using some of my beats and we've been in contact ever since. He was a part of Royaltee Ent. with Scarr, K. Smitt, 20 Grand, etc. Then he was named a member of Conglomerate Fam and my new click, Deadly Alliance. I've been nothing but true to this kid. He's eaten at my house, met many of the girlfriends I've had and we've hung out outside of the music stuff. I thought this dude was my friend, one of my close ones at that. I haven't physically seen this kid since the Stadium Status concert which we performed at. Then the D.A. put together the Blast Off At Blaggards in July and of course he was invited but wasn't able to make it because of whatever reason. The phone calls became spotty and no one could get in contact with him and the only reason given was "family issues". So moving ahead to about a week ago I contacted his cousin who has been the only person grown enough to answer a text from anyone. I was told in a nutshell that they are "feeling the effects of being 25 and not have accomplished much in they're life and have to put the hobbies to the side." So basically what was a friendship was a "hobby friendship". I can't lie I was personally hurt but more so hurt that this 24 year old man couldn't pick up the phone and tell me himself. I will never understand how people operate. I just try and keep my friends close and enemies closer. But at times, you don't know how to tell one from the other. You can feel that you've been as real as you can with someone, told them the good the bad and ugly, and have done things going out of your way to help them but they still shit on you at the end of the day. All the time and energy I've spent working on this kids album without any compensation. Making sure he had food when he was hungry. Bought him drinks and paid his admission to places when he didn't have it. Got him on stage many of places, exposure musically that he would only get by being on songs with me, and etc. I can go on and on. But Karma may be real, I do recognize the things that I have done wrong in dealing with Jordan in the past and I can just learn and move on. The Mogul Show doesn't stop until I say it does. And I can't feel bad for those who can't keep up or not built for this, cause it is not easy. I've done so much without any help or very little. All those who have come and gone in the 8 solid years I been in the game are countless. Former collaborators, producers, showcase promoters, everything. Shout out to Scarr, Krank, & K. Smitt for being here from day 1. Those are my only brothers in this music thing. Much love to Marv Dash, Hell Yeaaaah, Big Ridd, Mister Tee, Slay Back, J Zone Out, & Born Ready. Those are my new fam. See y'all at the top. To you David Santos: God speed. But thats some bitch nigga shit. I expected more from you. I've lost my brother, lost places to live but still reached out to those who were important to me. You're young and I forgive you. Life goes on.
