Gulf Shores, ALWhen living in the upper Midwest there is nothing better than a winter trip to the beach.  We just got back from Gulf Shores, Alabama.  We left about 8" of snow on the ground and 20-35 degrees for some spring warmth.  During our drive through the middle of Alabama on the way down the temperature gauge on my car read "67 degrees"  - we where so thrilled.

I have mixed feelings about how I feel about my beloved Bengals being in the spotlight this year in Hard Knocks. A part of me really likes being able to see real personalities of the players and the drama that HBO creates with it is pretty cool.
