Having some leftover batter from my Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Muffins that I made with Wholesome Sweeteners products, I decided to make Oatmeal Raisin Bars. I added 1/4 cup of butter and 1/4 cup of water to the leftover batter, then mixed it up with my (clean) hands and pressed it into a small cookie bar pan. I baked it at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes and let the pan cool 20 minutes on a wire rack.
