This is a classic Christmas Pudding recipe made with some traditional ingredients used in British cooking. Currants (seedless variety of grape) - 5 ounces (more than half cup but less than ¾ cup)
Peel of any citrus fruit (chopped coarsely) - 1 ounce (less than ¼ cup)
Half lemon- grate the rind and keep the juice aside
Eggs - Two
Treacle ( the uncrystallized syrup made during the refining of sugar- you can also use its alternatives like dark corn syrup, honey, agave nectar, sorghum syrup etc.)- Two table spoons
Golden syrup (the pale treacle, alternatively you can use light corn syrup mixed with molasses in a 2 to 1 ratio) - One tablespoon
Stout (dark beer brewed with roasted malt or barley)- 1/8 pint or about 3.5 cups
Brandy - Two tablespoons

How to Make Quick Microwave Christmas Pudding – The Steps!

Sieve all the dry ingredients you are going to use in this quick Christmas pudding recipe.
Take these sieved dry ingredients and mix them well.
Now add all the remaining ingredients and stir well till they mix completely.
Now take a pudding basin of half a liter capacity and grease it slightly.
Put the dry mixture in your greased pudding basin bowl.

Steps for Making Santa Mask- the Perfect Christmas Craft!

Take the paper plate and hold it against your face. Take help of somebody who will mark the places where your eyes are situated.
Now cut out two small holes around the dots so that the person wearing the Santa mask can see properly.
Take the pencil and draw a face at the center of the back side of your paper plate.
Now take the red paper and cut out a triangle shape from it just like Santa's hat. Take the cotton ball or a ball of fiberfill and with the help of glue, attach it to the top of Santa's red paper hat.

Forget bigger meals. Start having smaller meals frequently. But that doesn't mean that you have to take all the fatty and full of carbohydrate foods. These can be fruits, low carb foods and cereals etc. A nexample of such diet plan is given below.

Evening snacks- you can have a fruit and if not then light snacks- something like you have in breakfast in the morning.
Dinner- have it latest by 9 PM without fail. As our digestive system gets slower in the night, you would end up storing body fat if having late dinner. Go to bed only after at least two hours after having dinner. If you feel hungry by then, have a glass of milk or a fruit.

Other Lifestyle Habits to Lose Pounds before Christmas!

Move your body- at least a little. Walk, cycle, swim or just take stairs. How much exercise you do will decide how many pounds you lose before Christmas. If you want to lose 5 pounds, walking is all you need (but it should be regular daily brisk walk of at least 40 minutes) If you want to lose 15 pounds or more, you must join gym or do yoga apart from following your Christmas diet.
