Everyone I meet Croatia over the years was always talking about the natural beauty of their homeland. I always nodded in agreement because most people share the same sentiment, regardless of their origin. This says to me, that the natural beauty and grandeur is everywhere. Our planet is a beautiful place and there are countless gems such as the National Park Plitvice Lakes in Croatia, for we cherish and preserve.
Plitvice Lakes National Park was given World Heritage status by UNESCO in 1979. The beauty of this National Park is located on sixteen lake connected by a series of waterfalls, and is located in the forest inhabited by deer, bears, wolves, boars and rare bird species.
This National Park covers a total area of 300 square kilometers (116 square miles), while the whole lake if Naturalife Greenworld combined distance of more than eight kilometers (5 miles).
The sixteen lakes are separated into upper and lower cluster formed by the flow of water from the mountains, down from a height of 636 meters (2087 feet) to 503 meters (1650 feet) with a distance of about eight kilometers (5 miles), consistent with south-north direction. Lake Area as a whole covers an area of approximately two square kilometers, with water coming out of the lowest lake to form Korana River.
