Louisa is a 26 year old soprano and actress from Hertfordshire. She trained at Sylvia Young Theatre School and Tring Park School for the Performing Arts before graduating from the Royal Northern College Of Music with a First Class BMus (Hons) in Vocal Studies and Opera. Whilst at the RNCM, Louisa was awarded the Freckleton Prize & Doherty Cup for Singing. Louisa has been performing from a young age. She began singing when she was 6 years old with vocal coach Liz Harley and, at the age of 8, made her West End debut in Les Miserables at The Palace Theatre.

The album is a collection of Louisa's favourite songs and arias, accompanied by Christopher Gould.

Gruffydd Wyn Roberts is a singer who reached the Final of Britain's Got Talent in Series 12. He is from Amlwch on Anglesey, and is also a theatre assistant who spends his free time playing Rugby for his local team.

“Chapter One” features mainly popular covers that have been given a crossover treatment and it feels very genuine to Gruffydd. He has the power to sell the big moments when the music calls for it but there is something especially appealing about Gruffydd’s ability to communicate on the more intimate moments. Vaughan-Williams and Tavener: Violin Works is the third studio album by Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti.

One word unites the works on this album, and that word is 'ethereal'. The soundworld of English composer Sir John Tavener is often described as 'ethereal'; possessing an other-worldly, spiritual quality that strikes deep into the soul. Kate Royal - Kate Royal (2007)

This may be Kate Royal's first solo disc, but she has been making rather large waves in the classical music world for a while now. As the 2004 winner of both the Kathleen Ferrier and John Christie awards, with critically acclaimed Glyndebourne and Royal Opera House performances, and appearances on Paul McCartney's Ecce Cor Meum recording and Ian Bostridge's latest disc of Handel arias and duets, one would expect her to have recorded a pretty special recital. And she has.

Royal is accompanied by Edward Gardner and the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, and her recital takes the listener from French cantata to English folk song by way of Strauss. It includes old favourites such as Canteloube's Chants d'Auvergne alongside lesser-known works such as Debussy's 'Air de Lia' from L'Enfant Prodigue. Although there is no particular theme, Royal plainly has an affinity with music of and inspired by Spain. It pervades much of the recital, from Ravel's 'Vocalise en forme de habanera' to Rodrigo's gorgeous 'Cuatro madrigals amatorios'.

Royal's voice is just sublime; rich, warm and pure, it is able to be both lightly playful in Canteloube's 'Malurous qu'o uno fenno', and languorously dreamy in Strauss's 'Wiegenlied'. I could listen to it all day. What really sets her apart, though, is her ability to get under the skin of a song's lyrics to take on their emotions. She doesn't just sing a song; she becomes it. Take Delibes' party piece, 'Les Filles de Cadix'. This puts in an appearance almost too regularly on recital discs and, whilst it may be fun, unless acted convincingly it can fall flat as a pancake. There is no danger of that here though. Royal's interpretation is full of panache and fiery coquettishness. Likewise, she takes on all the wistfulness, then hope, of the jilted maid in 'The Sprig of Thyme', and the hollow loneliness of Rodrigo's beautiful madrigal, 'Â¿Con qué la lavaré?' Kate Royal is much more than just a beautiful voice. This is music and singing to savour. --Charlotte Gardner

One of the World's Great Voices Puts Her Indelible Signature On Songs By Arcade Fire, Band of Horses, Death Cab For Cutie, The Mars Volta, Muse, and of course, Leonard Cohen. Renée Fleming s new album 'Dark Hope', which the opera star describes as a visit to a new universe for her, will be released by Decca this spring. The album was recorded in close collaboration with producer David Kahne (Regina Spektor, The Strokes, The Bangles, Sublime, and countless others) in New York City, and features a diverse and adventurous track listing of songs as interpreted by one of the world s great voices. Fleming, the superstar soprano known as "the people's diva," says of the songs on 'Dark Hope': "One of the ways that you keep people interested is by taking risks and what could be a greater risk than this?" Producer Kahne was a true collaborator during the recording process, driving most of the arrangements and pushing Fleming to learn how to sing all over again. Also joining Fleming on the album are her two daughters and sister, who sing backup on several songs.

The album features a voice that's been called "superlative" (Denver Post) and "radiant" (Chicago Tribune). But Fleming says that for the recording of this album, "Singing in a small, acoustic booth, with a microphone that s very close, in this very intimate style, is the complete opposite of what I [usually] do." There were similarities to how she prepares for an opera role, however. Fleming points out that for each track on 'Dark Hope' "we found an interpretation that enabled the point of view to sound authentic coming from me. Every song has a story like that, so this whole idea of enacting or playing a role is doubly true for this music." Renée Fleming, a Fulbright Scholar and three-time Grammy award winner, is one of the world's most famous and accomplished vocalists. A New Yorker who made her professional opera debut in 1986 and her Metropolitan Opera debut in 1991, she has had star roles at great halls worldwide and last year was a featured performer at President Obama's Inaugural Celebration. Fleming has also had an interest in jazz since her college years at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY, and has recorded jazz repertoire throughout her career including 'Haunted Heart', the lauded collaboration with pianist Fred Hersch and guitarist Bill Frisell.

Scala & Kolacny Brothers is a Belgian girls' choir, conducted by Stijn Kolacny and accompanied by Steven Kolacny on the piano. Formed in 1996 and winning the Belgian 'Choir of the Year'-contest in 2000, they have made 5 studio albums, starting with On The Rocks in 2002.

Most songs are covers of well-known bands such as Radiohead, U2, Nirvana, Depeche Mode, Muse, Rammstein, etc.

Music is an art form whose medium is sound. Common elements of music are pitch (which governs melody and harmony), rhythm (and its associated concepts tempo, meter, and articulation), dynamics, and the sonic qualities of timbre and texture. The word derives from Greek "mousike", "(art) of the Muses".

The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of music vary according to culture and social context. Music ranges from strictly organized compositions (and their recreation in performance), through improvisational music to aleatoric forms. Music can be divided into genres and subgenres, although the dividing lines and relationships between music genres are often subtle, sometimes open to individual interpretation, and occasionally controversial. Within "the arts", music may be classified as a performing art, a fine art, and auditory art. And if you add beautiful voices, you'll feel how your soul is growing and enriching. Caprice is a neo-classical ensemble from Russia distinguished by Inna Brejestovskayas heavenly voice and acoustic sound (harp, flute, clarinet, violin, cello) with a touch of electronics. All music is composed by Anton Brejestovski.

David Burnham just returned from New York where he played Fiyero in the Broadway production of "Wicked" having created the role in the original Los Angeles workshop productions. David was a member of the original Broadway cast of the 6-time Tony Award winning musical "The Light In The Piazza", performing on both the "Tony Awards" and the PBS telecast "Live From Lincoln Center". David was the 2007 recipient of the prestigious "Helen Hayes Award" for best actor as well as the 2007 best actor "Garland Award" for his portrayal of Fabrizio Nacarelli in the national tour of "The Light In The Piazza".

In New York City he lent his talent to the Actor's Fund production of "On The 20th Century" at The New Amsterdam Theatre and performed his solo concert at the famed New York jazz club "Birdland" and the "Metropolitan Room".

David first gained critical acclaim when, after a two year search, he was chosen to replace Donny Osmond in the national tour of Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat" (Dramalogue Award) a role which he has subsequently played 4 more times in productions all over the country.

At Boston's North Shore Music Theatre he created the role of Tom in the new musical "Tom Jones" as well as the role of Billy (opposite Maureen McGovern) in the new musical "Letters from 'Nam", a role which he reprised at The Kennedy Center and Seattle's Village Theatre. In Chicago he originated the role of Charlie in the world premiere of "Peggy Sue Got Married", after touring the country as Peter in the national tour of "Jesus Christ Superstar" (opposite Ted Neeley).

Other stage productions include the L.A. premiere of The Road Theatre production of "The Woman In Black" (the Actor) directed by Ken Sawyer, "Assassins" (John Hinckley) at Reprise - with members of the original Broadway cast, "Children of Eden" (Caine - Robby Award) at Musical Theatre West, "Godspell" (Jesus) at the St. Louis MUNY, and "Pirates of Penzance" (Fredrick) at The Sacramento Music Circus.

On film, David was the voice of the Prince in the Warner Bros. animated feature "The King & I", and can also be heard as "Willy" in Disney's "Home On The Range". Recordings include the soundtracks to "Ghepetto", "The King & I", and "Home on the Range". Also the recordings "Strouse, Schwartz, & Schwartz", "Lerner, Loewe, and Lane" and "Lee Lessack's - In Good Company".

Listenting to Quereataro's University broadcast, I selected a classical
music section on the radio, I heard a special program of Sarah Brightman and
circumstantial guests. In that program, they presented Sarah's "Shymphony" Album.
It was wondeful and I enjoyed every single tune and I decided to re-built that splendid
musical session. I wrote the tracks and the order that they were presented, and searched them on Internet and, finally, I collected all of them. This is the whole program.
We can listen the gorgeous voice of Sarah Brightman, and we can enjoy performances from Moby, The Ten Tenors from Australia and "Libera" with their clear and pure voices.
Also featuring Amelie Shroëder.

Daniel Boys (born 26 March 1979 in Greenwich, London) is a British musical theatre actor, best known for his popular appearance in the BBC series Any Dream Will Do in 2007.

In 2008 Boys recorded a song for the CD Act One - Songs From The Musicals Of Alexander S. Bermange, an album of 20 brand new recordings by 26 West End stars, released in October 2008 on Dress Circle Records. He also has recorded a track with actor John Barrowman for his new album Music Music Music which is a version of I Know Him So Well.

His debut album 'So Close' launched on Monday June 1st 2009, something Daniel had always wanted to complete. Mixed by Grammy award-winner and cousin Jerry Boys in early 2009, each track was carefully chosen to reflect Daniel's varied taste in music (or perhaps something dear to him). The penultimate track 'Always There' features the backing vocals of friends, family and fellow cast members as a tribute to their support and friendship.

Daniel also recorded the song 'My Brother's Eyes' on Terry Pratchett's 'Only You Can Save Mankind', which was released on November 23rd, 2009.

Boys has also recorded a version of I Know Him So Well with John Barrowman for his 2008 album Music Music Music.
