Ingredients:
fresh pasta
meat sauce
bechamel sauce
cheese

Fresh Pasta
300 g. flour
3 eggs

10 oz.(283 g.) chocolate
1/3 cup syrup

Modeling chocolate is easy to make and fun to do as long as you don't mind the mess.   It is made by melting chocolate and mixing corn syrup.  Spread  the mixture in a wax paper and let it cool down to room temperature until set (between 1 -2 hours)  knead the chocolate  until its pliable like a dough. Shape it into desired shapes.

There is something special about this burger. Flat bread stuffed with cheese. Yes, crazy as it sounds but it's a no brainer bread that is developed by accident.  The patty is ready made, i know a deli shop who makes good burger patties; well seasoned and less fatty, i can tell from the color. I like it because its not frozen which means it is freshly made for the day. All I have to do is to cook

Schenker's and Samantha's Birthday

I haven’t made cakes lately until last week, I got a message from a friend Janet in Kuala Lumpur asking if I’m around to make the birthday cake for her son and daughter to be held in one occasion and she would like to have cupcakes as well.
