Get marksmen level up quick
Go on one or two player on terrorist hunt, villa on normal, if on two player get your friend to attract atention by throwing a grenade by the stairs (eather one) and get your sniper ready, when they rund down shoot them, stand behind the red car so that you can get long range shots (worth +3)

Smoke and thermal
To clear a room, lean against the wall and tell your team to throw a flashbang in as many corners as you can see then switch to thermal vision and clear the room, simple yes, do people pay attention? no.

Far Cry 2 reference
Enter the Game Convention in Act 4 Scene 2-3. Go through the front door of the building. Go straight ahead and look to your right. Go forward then turn right again so that you face the arcade demos. Splinter Cell reference

Easy A.C.E.S. points
Start a Terrorist Hunt game with "Lone Wolf" off. Set the difficulty to Realistic, and use the Killhouse map. Set the amount of enemies to low-medium, then start the game. Make sure to bring C4 for the Assault points. At the start of the map, run up the stairs, and place your teammates at the top of the first flight of stairs. Immediately use the right side of the wall as cover. You should be able to see a rappel rope on the left side of the wall. Next, do one of the following things to get A.C.E.S. points in the indicated category:

Assault:
While still in cover, throw a C4 out so it lands at the bottom of the rope. Wait until someone starts to climb down, and halfway down, detonate the charge. This will get you +3 Assault points for each kill. Once you run out of C4, use explosives.

CQB:
Just blindfire the enemies rappelling down the rope. Each kill in blindfire gets you +3 CQB points. Alternatively, wait until the enemies reach the bottom of the stairs and start to move towards you. After they are relatively close, pop out from the cover and kill them. This will get you +3 CQB points.

Marksman:
Simply shoot the enemies as they are climbing down. A light machine gun is recommended as they rappel down quite often. Each kill while they are still on the rope gets you +3 Marksman points.

Secret Lab
When Jung must hack the computer to open the door to Irena, enemies rappel down from the windows. Before you tell him to hack, send your team to the far side of the room over near the fenced area. Then, run behind the computer and tell Jung to hack it. A trigger will activate and the enemies will start pouring into the room. Your team will take most of them out on the way to the computer. If one of the team goes down Jung will stop moving towards the computer and sit there (or Michael, depending on who goes down). Once there is a pause in the onslaught, tell him to heal your partner. You can then order them around as usual. During this time Jung was supposed to be hacking the terminal but killing all the enemies skips this part. Once done, tell Jung to hack it again. He will open the door to Irena. Micheal gets left behind. Watch yourself; there are enemies on the stairs above you and will pick you off as you come up, especially on under the realistic difficulty setting.

Shoot grenades
To perform this trick, take cover on any wall. Make sure your weapon is on single shot, then fire one blind shot. Hold L2 + R2 then press and release Circle. A grenade should shoot about 20 to 30 feet around the corner. Note: This works with all grenades except for C4 and breaching charges.

Easy experience
Another player is required for this trick. Start a game with 20 rounds for 20:00 minutes with 15 between matches. Use a rubber band to position both Analog-sticks so that you walk in circles. You will get 800 points for a game. which will gradually decrease over time.

Outtakes
Play the Fremont Street level and look for a ledge that has a bottle of Axe cologne. Shoot the bottle. The neon roof of the Fremont Street Experience will change to an animation of a girl in a bikini with some Axe items. This is followed by a sequence with outtakes and early animations.

"Exclusive Gone Wrong": Easier entry
As soon as you start the mission, make your squad rappel down the left part of the building. Then, order them to go down until they are able to breach. After that, go to the middle of the roof with the opening. Drop an C4, incendiary, smoke, or frag and keep shooting through the glass. After a few seconds, order your squad to breach into the building. Finally, rappel down into the building.

Shoot grenades
To perform this trick, take cover on any wall. Make sure your weapon is on single shot, then fire one blind shot. Hold L2 + R2 then press and release Circle. A grenade should shoot about 20 to 30 feet around the corner. Note: This works with all grenades except for C4 and breaching charges.

Co-op single player mode weapons
During the Co-op story in single player mode, many of the guns unlocked in Career mode will not be not accessible (for example, the Desert Eagle and SPAS 12). However, the terrorists in Co-op story mode uses them. To unlock those weapons, play a mission in multi-player Co-op mode. Pick up the terrorists' guns that are left behind after they die. Finish the level with them to unlock them at the equipment menu. You can unlock the SPAS 12, Desert Eagle, and MG36.

Select two characters for the red team but do not press X for player one. Hold PlayStation Logo to display the "Quit Game" menu. Select the "Controller Settings" options, then choose "Reassign The Controller". Change it to "3" then exit. Select a new character then press X. Make sure you have at least one player on the opposite team (for example, the blue team). Change the controller number back to "1" and start the game. 1. Go through the boathouse and the first greenhouse. Look on the wall where you shoot the helicopter to find a phone.
Go towards the mansion on the left. Look on the table with the chairs to find a phone.
2. Enter the mansion from the cellar. Look near the steps to find a phone.
3. Go through the wine cellar, and enter the black and white tiled area. Look on a table to find a phone.
4. Go through the mansion's kitchen and dining room. The next room has stairs. Look between the vases on the raised area at the base of the stairs to find a phone.

Cell phone locations: Siena
1. When the mission begins, go to the metal tables and chairs to the left. A phone is on one of the tables.
2. Climb through the house window, and enter the bedroom. The phone is next to the bedside lamp.
3. Cross the rooftops, and drop down onto a lower roof. There will be an ammunition crate to the left. Continue into the building to find a phone directly in front of you.

2. Enter the backstage area. Climb the red steps with black and yellow marks. Look to the left to find a phone.
3. Continue after the sniper, and walk across the beam without falling. Look to the right after crossing the beam to find a phone.

Cell phone locations: Sinkhole
Make your way up the spiral slope just after the area you defended with the crashed helicopter. The phone is to the left as you are moving up that slope, before defending Camile.

2. Walk across the beach, and enter the building. Continue ahead, and look on a table to your right to find a phone.

1. Turn around when the mission begins. Look near the ammunition crate to find a phone.
2. Enter the parked trailer in the alley. The phone is on a crate.
3. Continue after the parked trailer, and unlock the door. Look to the left when you enter to find a phone.
4. Enter the outdoor parking garage with a white truck and two parked trailers. The phone is in one of the trailers.
5. Get on the rooftop, and walk to the left side. The phone is next to the red pipes.

1. The phone is to the left of the first guard.
2. Clear the area with two guards to reach a walkway leading to two locked doors. The phone is on the walkway between both doors.
3. Continue forward after entering the office area. The phone is on the desk on the left.
4. Enter the room with the Access Elevator switch. The phone is in the closed office next to this room on a desk.
5. Leave the falling elevator. The phone is on a crate to the right.
6. Climb out of the elevator. From this floor, go down the stairs to the floor below. The phone at the bottom of the stairs.

1. Exit the room when the mission begins. Enter the opposite doorway. Look on the desk next to the corpse to find a phone.
2. After uploading to the second computer, enter the dark office. There is a phone in a unit near the end of the office next to the third server room.
3. After the server room ambush, enter the dark area with the white van. The phone is to the right.
4. Enter the baggage area. Walk to the end of the room in the left corner on the ground floor to find a phone.
5. Enter the other baggage area after the door shuts on you. Climb the ladder, then use the staircase on the right to reach an office. Enter the office to find a phone.

1. Go into the next compartment on your right when the mission begins to find a phone.
2. Drop down into the train car from the roof. The phone is near the ladder.
3. Jump across to the freight train, and make your way through the cars. The phone is to the right next to the first ladder you must climb.
4. Re-enter the passenger train, and make your way through the cars. The phones is on a crate in the second car.
5. After climbing to the roof of the train again and dropping down by a ladder, turn around to find a phone.

Cell phone locations: Casino Royale
1. Immediately after the mission begins, enter the room to the right. The phone is next to the television.
2. Enter the apartment. The phone is inside the bedroom on the left.
3. Enter the second apartment from the outside after the fight. Continue along until you reach a set of double doors to the left and a single door to the right. The phone is in the room on the right.

Cell phone locations: Barge
1. Immediately after starting the mission, you will find a hut on the right, with a television and a phone.
2. Rescue Vespa, then go down the stairs. The phone is on the right, next to a lathe, just before you go outside.
3. After going back outside, move directly to the left. The phone is on a crate at the far end next to a set of stairs leading on the barge.
4. Walk on the gangway to get on the barge. Directly opposite of that gangway at the far end of the barge is a large container that has a phone.
5. Continue along the right side of the ship to find a doorway, Enter it, then open the second door on the right. The phone is on a shelf.
6. Make your way up to the top deck of the barge. The phone is in a control room just before some walkways.

1. Proceed until you enter a small alleyway with clothes hung up to dry around it. Directly in front of you (before going up the stairs) is a walled area with a seat. The phone is on the seat.
2. Clear the courtyard, and the gates will open. Go through them, turn left, then take the first right. The phone is on the ground next to the door.
3. Once past the courtyard, follow Vespa, and cross the balance beam. There is a phone on a chair as soon as you cross the beam.
4. Kill the mercenaries, then cross the courtyard to reach some stone stairs (bridge). The phone is on the left of the stairs in a flower bed.

Hacking tutorial
Always work from the outside to the inside on the perimeter to avoid large shifting of gems. This will prevent cascades, which will cost time to recover from. Do not go out of your way for clock matches. Try to incorporate them into shifts that you have to do anyway to get the target pieces you need in place. Start grouping clocks in the same general area and they will match on their own without you taking extra time to align them. Always look at the next color gem so you do not have to waste time scanning for its location.

Easy Thermobaric Tank
First you must unlock the Kill Event called "Rolling Thunder," which appears between the East Village and the Lower East Side (one block from the East coast). Right next to the Event is a Thermobaric Tank. Jumping into it will activate the Event, but you can back out of it before the Event begins. Do this correctly and you'll have a free tank. Note: If you exit the tank it or use it to destroy a Hive or Base it will vanish. You can grab it again at the Event point.

Easy "Half-Truths" Trophy
An easy spot to complete "Half-Truths" is the mission in which you lead the Leader Hunter to Ragland. Complete your objectives unnoticed (shouldn't be a problem) until you are prompted to lure the Hunter. Look at the map and notice that it is mainly covered in red (infected zones) and two blue (military) zones, one on the far east and far west. There is an unclaimed area straight up the middle. Stick to this path and you won't alert the military as they have their hands full already.

Easy "The Cleaner" Trophy
"The Cleaner" Trophy requires you to destroy 10 military bases or infected hives. Choose Hives. Hives are being pummeled by the military by the time you get there, so some of the work is already done. All you have to do is finish them off. Hijack a tank and destroy it. NOTE: The hives destroyed during missions count as well.

Easy "Misconception" Trophy
The "Misconception" Achievement requires you to destroy 25 infected water towers before they hatch. Do this after you get your powers back -- when Ragland helps you -- as there seem to be more of them in abundance. Lock on to one and run up the corresponding building, jump to the roof and use the flying kick attack, causing more than half of the life bar to be depleted. Upon landing, follow up quickly with a combo. To make it a little faster, use the "claws" powers.

Easy "The Butcher" and "Speed Bumps" Trophy
To easily get "The Butcher" Trophy, which requires you to kill 50 people in five seconds (including pedestrians, military, infected etc.), wait until you have the ability to hijack a tank. Drive into a red zone that typically has a lot of fleeing normal and infected civilians and stick to driving on the side walk. Keep up with this same tactic to unlock Speed Bumps, which requires you to run over 500 people in a single tank.

Unlimited EP Exploit
On mission 22/31, where you get the first cell phone cut scene, you'll be asked to jack a Black ops helicopter. Once you have the helicopter, you are prompted to pick up a few Black Ops guys and then destroy a Hive. Do not destroy the Hive!
You now have a helicopter with unlimited missiles, no time limit, and as long as you don't destroy the Hive, you can blow up anything else without it kicking off the alert meter. This also allows you to get out of the helicopter without it ending the mission (useful for collect Memory Strands).
The easiest way to get EP in this is to switch to your Infected Vision and fly around blowing up infected water towers. You can save your game in the middle of this mission if you need a break and do the same thing. You can max out your skills and then some using this exploit.

Collectible Vision
It's sometimes difficult to spot Landmark and Hint Collectibles. Switch on your Infected Vision (or Thermal Vision) to help discern them.

Smooth Landing Speed Boost
After jumping, avoid using both of your dashes while airborne and save one to use just before landing. If timed correctly, you should hit the ground at near full speed, which is very useful when attempting to evade the military or during a timed activity. In Career mode, play the "Defend The Prize" mini-game repeatedly. Choose one prize and stand in front of it (ignore the others). Simply defend that one prize. You will easily win the mini-game every time and be able to increase your Volley skill as quickly as desired.

6. No Bears Were Harmed (Bronze): Complete a Chapter in Story Mode without losing a life.
7. The Right To Bear Arms (Bronze): Kill a trapper of each type (not achievable in Multiplayer).
8. Trophy Bear (Bronze): Collect all 10 extra life pick-ups.
9. Bear Survivor (Bronze): Score 1,500,000 points in 1 player Survivor mode.
