NRA Exposes DOJ Memo Revealing Success of Obama’s Gun Ban Measures Incumbent upon Confiscation; No Impact on Gun Violence

Australia's Gun Ban resulted in 640,00 plus firearms being confiscated, destroyed and melted down.

As reported by the Associated Press, the National Rifle Association has obtained a Department of Justice memorandum dated January 4^th , authored by Greg Ridgeway, acting director of the National Institute of Justice which states that without the confiscation of firearms from legal gun owners, Barack Obama’s gun ban measures would fail.

The memorandum also states that (a) gun buybacks are ineffective because said firearms can be easily replaced and (b) the measures proposed by Obama would have no impact whatsoever on gun violence. H/t Free North Carolina Blogspot.

“…Since assault weapons are not a major contributor to US gun homicide and the existing stock of guns is large, an assault weapon ban is unlikely to have an impact on gun violence. If coupled with a gun buyback and no exemptions then it could be effective….”

“Horsemeat-tainted food should be given to the poor, Germany's development minister Dirk Niebel suggested. The opposition dismissed the idea as absurd, but a priest said it should be considered, although horsemeat may contain drug phenylbutazone which may be harmful to people's health. Traces of horse DNA have been found in six tonnes of minced beef and 2,400 packs of lasagne bolognese seized from a company in Italy.

German Minister Niebel said there were 800 million people in the world who were hungry. ‘Even in Germany, unfortunately there are people for whom it is financially tight, even for food. I think that we can't just throw away good food here in Germany.’

The opposition has dismissed the idea and called it ‘absurd’ and an insult to poor people, but Prelate Bernhard Felmberg, the senior representative of the Evangelical Church in Germany, has backed the proposal. ‘We as a Church find the throw-away mentality in our society concerning….”

Global elites making decisions (under the dark of night) for the good of the collective yet again and now that they have been exposed, elitists respond by demanding that tainted horse meat be fed to the poor because they are hungry and “we can't just throw away good food.”

SIDEBAR: For the record, this American prefers her horse for the purposes of riding, petting and racing ONLY.

As far as the horse meat being “good food,” it is tainted with a drug called phenylbutazone.

Phenylbutazone is a NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) effective in treating fever, pain, and inflammation and for good reason; it is no longer marketed in the United States for human consumption due to its toxicity and harmful side effects.

As indicated below by the FDA, phenylbutazone is used by veterinarians to treat horses “not intended for food”:

“Phenylbutazone is known to induce blood dyscrasias, including aplastic anemia, leukopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia and deaths. Hypersensitivity reactions of the serum-sickness type have also been reported. In addition, phenylbutazone is a carcinogen, as determined by the National Toxicology Program.

For animals, phenylbutazone is currently approved only for oral and injectable use in dogs and horses. Use in horses is limited to use in horses not intended for food. There are currently no approved uses of phenylbutazone in food-producing animals….”

Europe’s global elites recommend feeding tainted horse meat to the poor because they are hungry and it’s “good food.” Well, if tainted horse meat is so great why aren’t the global elites ingesting it? Why are they in such a hurry to shove it into the stomachs of the poor and hungry?

Message to the poor from the global elites, “beef for me, tainted horse meat and GMOs for thee.”

Finally, my bet is that Europe is not the only continent where the poor are ingesting tainted horsemeat.

Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.

Dana Loesch Radio reported on the new legislation being pushed by Missouri Democrats:

Barack Obama is intentionally nudging the American people to a moment that will be forever etched in the history of our nation whereupon as predicted by our founders there will be no other alternative but for the tree of liberty to be refreshed with the blood of tyrants.

While true that many of the groups under Obama’s umbrella despise one another, their share one common goal is to fundamentally transform and crush the United States into a nation of sheep to be culled.

Thus, if during these times, these institutions suffer damages and the aid from the people living within said communities are limited, I do not object to my taxpayer dollars coming to the rescue.

UPDATE ON CHRISTOPHER DORNER:

Below is a video of the gunfight between Christopher Dorner and San Bernardino law enforcement.

A wallet was found in the cabin with Dorner's driver's license but before declaring Dorner legally dead, officials must first examine the remains.

"...Christopher Dorner, the suspect in four killings who had been on the run for six days, never emerged from the ruins, but hours later a charred body was found inside a cabin. An official briefed on the investigation tells The Associated Press that a wallet with a California driver's license with the name Christopher Dorner has been found in the burned rubble of a cabin.

'We have reason to believe that it is him,' San Bernardino County sheriff's spokeswoman Cynthia Bachman said. The LAPD said it would not consider the manhunt completed until the remains are identified. The condition of the body is unclear...."

While rogue ex-cop and murderer, Christopher Jordan Dorner was holed up in a cabin yesterday exchanging fire with San Bernardino law enforcement, LAPD was revealed over the police scanner a deliberate plan to burn the cabin down in which Dorner was trapped.

The plan becomes clear as one police officer says "...Alright Steve, we're gonna go forward with the plan, with the burner......Like we talked about."

One the one hand, it was apparent from Dorner's alleged manifesto that he had no intention of being taken alive. H/t: MFS THE OTHER NEWS

On the other hand, this is not the first time that a standoff with the police state in our country has ended with a gunshot or fire.

SIDETRACK: JUST A THOUGHT --

Am I imagining that fire is a preference when involved in a standoff with law enforcement or is it the case once law enforcement officials have declared an individual(s) a "domestic terrorist " in accordance with the Department of Homeland Security's Lexicon distributed a few years back.

Last year, it was alleged that chicken farmer, Andrew Wordes, committed suicide while holed up in his home surrounded by law enforcement in the City of Roswell, Georgia during an eviction.

Wordes allegedly committed suicide on March 26, 2012 after being forced to endure "four years of enduring illicit and seemingly-endless abuse, bullying, threats, and unsubstantiated legal action taken against him by Roswell city officials with an apparent axe to grind" all in the name of Agenda 21. "....According to reports, the standoff concluded when Wordes finally told television reporter Mike Petchenik, who he had called to the scene by phone, to have the marshals leave the property. Moments later, an explosion was heard, and Wordes' house became engulfed in flames...."

Acknowledging that these are two different situations, Dorner who alleges mistreatment by LAPD lost any sympathy he might have had once he committed murder.

Aware that many standoffs end without tragedy, note that the above incidents do not quite seem to be the exception to the rule.

It does appear of late that many perish of late during standoffs with law enforcement, which leads me to ask is it possible that so many people involved in police standoffs are actually committing suicide either by putting a bullet into their heads or engulfing their surroundings in flames?

"The Obama administration seems to have gone Jack Bauer on us, which would be okay if we were just talking about non-American enemy combatants on some far-flung battlefield.

It seems the administration danced its way around case law and the Constitution in an attempt to justify the assassination of three American citizens it refuses to acknowledge it had any part of, post execution. In September 2011, Anwar al-Awlaki, the mastermind behind the failed December 25, 2010 airplane BVD bombing, and his cohort, Samir Khan were killed. Two weeks later, in a separate drone attack, Denver native and 16-year-old son of al-Awlaki followed his father’s fate.

According to the Washington Post, 'a recently leaked ‘white paper’ from the Justice Department…permits the government to kill its citizens in secret while refusing to acknowledge, even after the fact, that it had done so.'

No matter how evil someone is, it is unnerving that any president wouldn’t hesitate to blatantly disregard an American citizen’s constitutional right to a trial and then make the decision to become prosecutor, judge, jury and executioner of that same citizen — and not man-up afterward...."

Progressives refuse to listen to the sins of Barack Obama. They close their eyes and ears to his many offenses by justifying that he loves "his Black people" and he really cares "about the children."

My son's fiancé is one such person therefore; it came as no surprise that the two images below unnerved this young woman. Angry and out of her comfort zone dream state, she asked me how is it Obama's fault that this girl's face was melted off. I responded with one word, "D R O N E S."

Even though she lives on one side of town and me on the other, at that moment, I could feel the wind chill drop ten degrees.
