met up with sk and henry at 9.30 just now and go mustafa centre to see clothes.. believe it or not but this is my first time to mustafa... and as i go through the building, i had the feeling that i was in malaysia. perhaps it's the yellow lights bah, abit dark dark but not that dark feeling. At every entrance, there are 2 staff greeting people.. i was like 'wah, good CRM method'.. coz seldom see this in singapore. Thumbs up for them.

but then in the end, our bags does not contain any shirts but alot of drinks and ice cream.. coz was thirsty but then saw alot of selection, so we just see what we like and take it.

Actually not really roster.. just ji tao confirmation.. i have to be at singapore expo from 8.30am to 11+pm to help bro simon set up the computers for lan gaming and also other IT thingy.. fast fast fast.

Even right now i see the schedule i came up with also scared. whole month of march and april got guest speakers. then somemore Pastor Benny Hinn's conference is in Singapore Indoor Stadium, so may need to carry the kiosks and axs machine over to there. busy busy..

just came home from dinner outside with sk.. zzz.. he came down to my place from his tuas worksite just to collect kfc coupons and a cd from me.. ermmm..

so he came down at 5+ and we went to siglap kfc to eat. His treat.. to celebrate his completion of project.. zzz.. lol.. then i bought home 4 piece chicken meal.. strange thing is every1 in the family found it strange and ask me what happened. I was like "what the ***, i don't buy anything home, you all say i don't buy anything.. now i buy liao, you all ask me what happened.. "

The only way players usually leave Manchester United is if they have upset manager Sir Alex Ferguson or you are deemed surplus to requirements.

Henrik Larsson has left Old Trafford after his three-month loan stint and his exit is an altogether different scenario as he departs by his own accord.

The temptation to stay on at United as they challenge for another historic Treble must have reverberated through his soul but, a man of his word, he has resisted.

The agreement was to return to Helsingborg after 12 March and Larsson is sticking to it.

"I have signed a contract with Helsingborg and it's a contract I intend to honour," he said.

"Their season starts in the first week in April and I will be there. It has been a wonderful experience at a great club. It is something I'll always be grateful for."

Ferguson did not want the 35-year-old Swede to leave but for him not to do so would be in conflict with a career and reputation the striker has based on loyalty and honesty.

Such commodities are considered rare in the modern age of football but old-fashioned honour marks out Larsson and his off-pitch reputation would not be as impressive if he was still not one of Europe's most accomplished forwards.

The clamour for him to stay began as soon as his first game for Manchester United was over - when he scored a goal on his debut in the 2-1 win over Aston Villa in the FA Cup.

Since then he has added two further goals in 11 appearances, including the header against Lille in the Champions League that helped take United into the last eight.

But, while his goal tally is respectable, the statistics hide his guile and artistry off the ball, along with his professionalism and attitude in showing the way to United's younger stars.

It was much the same at Barcelona last season when his influence was telling in helping them win the Champions League and take Spain's La Liga crown.

He was brought on as a substitute against Arsenal in the Champions League final and changed the game - setting up both goals as Barcelona came back from a goal down to beat their 10-man rivals 2-1.

It seems ironic that he is leaving when United need him most, with fellow forwards Louis Saha and Ole Gunnar Solsjkaer set to be sidelined until the end of March because of injury.

Wayne Rooney is struggling for form and Alan Smith has yet to show he has fully recovered from a broken ankle well enough to make an impact.

Ferguson will be hoping his players will have learned enough from Larsson to see them through as the going gets even tougher with the season reaching a climax.

"He has been a credit to himself. His dedication to his job has never changed and it has been a real joy to have him," stated Ferguson.

"We would love him to stay but, obviously, he has made his promise to his family and Helsingborg and I think we should respect that - but I would have done anything to keep him."

missed part of the praise & worship this morning in service due to some ermmm.. unseen circumstances. but it's also today, i felt i really had a heart to heart talk with a fren. Even though it's just about 20 minutes, but during this period of time, i saw many emotions from him. something that i least expect from him. but it's also something that dissolved his anger. I know the Holy Spirit was taking over because i said something which i know i won't just anyhow say to anyone. So in the end after some 'negotiation', he came in.

IMO, service is a time for Man to worship God, not a time to have discipleship. Trust is the basis for relationships. Sy Rogers said a phrase by C.S. Lewis which i thought it was so true, "some attitudes can either drive Christians to the church or away from the church."

went to bedok interchange with sk to eat.. i ate standard 1 lamb soup with rice, then shared one herbal chicken with him. after that we went to buy tidbits. long time never walk bedok, today then i found out giant hypermart closed liao.. so bo pian we walk 1 big round to ntuc and he spent $96+ on tidbits. zzz.. ermmm 4 bagfuls somemore. then we went to search for the seletar farmway farm which 冤家路窄 got show last week. cool!

went to watch 300 with sk, hw and henry in bugis shaw cinema just now. 300 is a movie that is slightly above average. though the effects, like the blood and dropping of head does not really look real, but the rest was simply thumbs up. perhaps it's the dolby surround sound, the sound effect was mind blowing. This movie is adapted from Battle of Thermopylae of Frank Miller's 300 book in which King Leonidas and 300 Spartans fought to the death against Xerxes and his massive Persian army.

After the movie, we went to 'Ayam Penyet House' to eat and then play pool a while.

Everything God does, He always do it in His timing and when that happens , usually suddenly everything you read, everyone who you spoke seems to be like the same thing. And I experienced it again and again. This whole 2 weeks, it happened again.

I was going a phase of life where, suddenly you are at loss. Totally lost.. whether should i continue or whether should i leave. In fact i had already made a decision but i didn't act upon it. somehow when i was using my computer, i looked around my cupboard and saw the book " The GOD Chasers: My Soul Follows Hard after Thee " by Tommy Tenney.

I got it last August and I just haven't touch it since. Since I have free time now, I thought, "why not just read it?" The first chapter just blown me away. Tenney was talking about one day he went to a church and the presence of God literally swept through the whole church and that day's 8.30 am Sunday service lasted throughout the day til Monday morning, where some never even left, just to stay in His presence.

I was really convicted at their hunger and i begin to look into myself. Had i had this hunger before? Yes but not in a long time. In fact it had been a long time. When was the last time i was hungry to go for Bible Study class (talking about it.. hmmm next wed have to go liao. finally waited til Gifts of the Holy Spirit chapter 11)? Just because we are doing the Christian things like attending service, serving in ministry does not meant you know Him. One phrase that caught me.

Don't get so religious that you never become spiritual. It's so true.

Then last Tuesday's prayer meeting in Singapore Expo, Pst Kong was having a real heart to heart talk about how he felt. In my heart, there is a burning desire to get myself back on track. Then today's cellgroup really confirm everything. I need to get it back!!! Starting with prayer , then BS..

Henrik Larsson sent Manchester United into the Champions League last eight in his final game at Old Trafford.

United had two good chances in the first half but Wayne Rooney's shot was blocked and John O'Shea hit the bar.

Lille grew in confidence but failed to capitalise as Jean Makoun wasted a header from six yards and Peter Odemwingie's header rattled the post.

Larsson sealed victory in the 72nd minute when he headed home Cristiano Ronaldo's cross from the left.

It was the 35-year-old's first Champions League goal for United and will be his last as he returns to Swedish club Helsingborg on 12 March.

Larsson left the field three minutes after scoring and paused at the edge of the pitch to salute the crowd, having sealed United's passage into the quarter-finals.

United's progress looked far from assured in a tentative start to the match and, if anything, Lille had the edge in the opening stages.

The Old Trafford crowd did their best to rouse United but they had to wait 15 minutes for the home side to hit their stride and conjure two excellent chances in quick succession.

Scholes, playing his 100th European match, sailed the ball in to a waiting Rooney in the box but his right-footed volley was blocked by Mathieu Chalme.

Michael Carrick took the resulting corner and O'Shea rose for the ball only to see his header clatter the bar while Lille keeper Tony Sylva was all at sea.

A jittery Lille defence cleared their lines and soon afterwards created their best chance to peg back United.

Ludovic Obraniak delivered a pinpoint free-kick to Makoun and he should have done better from six yards, but instead opted to tamely head to Edwin Van der Sar.

United's frustration grew as Lille began to work their way back into the game.

Rooney found himself forced back to help out in defence far too often while at the other end Ronaldo was booked for diving in the box, although there was some contact from Chalme.

On the stroke of half-time Odemwingie fired another warning to United, just failing to get on the end of Chalme's cross, and Sir Alex Ferguson trudged off pensively.

Ferguson's worries continued after the break as Lille ventured forward.

Kader Keita twice tested Van der Sar and Odemwingie came close again when his header bounced off the post before Nemanja Vidic did likewise at the opposite end.

It was Ronaldo's injection of pace which turned the match on its head after 72 minutes.

Racing up the left wing, he fed the ball to Larsson, who was unmarked in the box, and the Swede
stretched to head beyond Syla.

Three minutes later, Alan Smith came on for Larsson, who after giving United the perfect farewell gift left to huge applause.

United's triumph was marred slightly as Mikael Silvestre left the field on a stretcher with a suspected dislocated shoulder in the dying minutes of the match after falling awkardly.

So Henrik Larsson had played his last game for Man Utd and ended it with a bang by scoring a goal to shut Lille's mouth. I can imagine if Larsson didn't scored and the match ended at 0-0, which means Man Utd still qualifies with an aggregate of 1-0 from first leg, Lille will continue to complain saying the first leg was unfair and stuff like that.

Anyway, Arsenal is really into trouble. Wenger ah, your team too young liao. SO with now. Liverpool, Chelsea and Man Utd are the qualifying English teams.

I loves prayer meeting because the atmosphere is somehow different. perhaps, its like what hw says the people who came are more 'on' and are those who spiritually more matured. Come to think of it.. hmmm.. ya hor. tony was kinda late for the pm, so he asked me to help organise. so i got the keys, check the kiosk and axs.. then i found out that it's not easy.. need to do alot of system thingy.. after ministry, i went to bedok interchange to eat with steves.. good ar, hw and sk go eat, never cho. but anyway, i also eat quite full, with lamb soup.

Let's go back 27 years, when Israeli construction workers were gouging out the foundations for a new building in the industrial park in the Talpiyot, a Jerusalem suburb. of Jerusalem. The earth gave way, revealing a 2,000 year old cave with 10 stone caskets. Archologists were summoned, and the stone caskets carted away for examination. It took 20 years for experts to decipher the names on the ten tombs. They were: Jesua, son of Joseph, Mary, Mary, Mathew, Jofa and Judah, son of Jesua.
Israel's prominent archeologist Professor Amos Kloner didn't associate the crypt with the New Testament Jesus. His father, after all, was a humble carpenter who couldn't afford a luxury crypt for his family. And all were common Jewish names.

There was also this little inconvenience that a few miles away, in the old city of Jerusalem, Christians for centuries had been worshipping the empty tomb of Christ at the Church of the Holy Sepulcher. Christ's resurrection, after all, is the main foundation of the faith, proof that a boy born to a carpenter's wife in a manger is the Son of God.

But film-makers Cameron and Jacobovici claim to have amassed evidence through DNA tests, archeological evidence and Biblical studies, that the 10 coffins belong to Jesus and his family.

Ever the showman, (Why does this remind me of the impresario in another movie,"King Kong", whose hubris blinds him to the dangers of an angry and very large ape?) Cameron is holding a New York press conference on Monday at which he will reveal three coffins, supposedly those of Jesus of Nazareth, his mother Mary and Mary Magdalene. News about the film, which will be shown soon on Discovery Channel, Britain's Channel 4, Canada's Vision, and Israel's Channel 8, has been a hot blog topic in the Middle East (check out a personal favorite: Israelity Bites) Here in the Holy Land, Biblical Archeology is a dangerous profession. This 90-minute documentary is bound to outrage Christians and stir up a titanic debate between believers and skeptics. Stay tuned.

seems like Lille is encouraged by what Thailand did about 3 weeks ago in Singapore --- walk off the pitch when you don't agree with referee's decision. and meanwhile Man Utd stayed composed on the pitch just like Singapore did..

So now the only factor will be if the Uefa will make decision like AFF that is to ignore this bad attitude, sweep it under the carpet and act as if nothing has happened and just give a 'serious' warning.

just reached home.. yesterday was 新年初一 and i go sentosa with family members.. but was extremely pissed by people.. we were queuing to buy tickets for the sentosa monorail and had been in the queue for 45 mins.. finally we reaching to the counter soon.. then come this group of china people.. come and cut queue...

@$%^#&*beep**beep*beep*$^%#*beep* .. am si bei tu lan lor.. tourists big ah.. can anyhow suka suka cut queues hor but then they also unfortunate to piss me when i not good feeling.. So when i near them, i just 'casually' say "插队插很好 hor".. stared at me never mind, i just reply, "我在說你嗎？"

not that i not hospitable, but then it's principles man.. other people, be it tourists or not, also queue ma.. how special are you to be able to cut queue.. not like you pay 3x.. sian 1/2.. day spoilt by this group of i**iots..

spent about 4 hours in sentosa looking at flowers.. -_-".. then we went to river hong bao to see.. but the atmosphere of new year is not there man.. it's more like a bigger scale pasar malam found near your house nia..

then went to shaw tower to meet sk, hw and henry to watch movie - norbit... a very good comedy.. was laughing from nearly start to the end.

Eddie Murphy did very well, i think, he is able to capture all the 3 characters' personalities.. the best quote will be when the life guard asked Rasputia: "Excuse me, are you wearing bottoms?".. haha..

after movie, we went to the cannery see see got anything interesting.. :P then to river hong bao, yet again for me.. then went circular road to eat..

Pastor reportedly told congregation he could repeat miracle of Jesus

An evangelist who tried replicating Jesus' miracle of walking on water has reportedly drowned off the western coast of Africa.

Pastor Franck Kabele, 35, told his congregation he could repeat the biblical miracle, and he attempted it from a beach in Gabon's capital of Libreville.

"He told churchgoers he'd had a revelation that if he had enough faith, he could walk on water like Jesus," an eyewitness told the Glasgow Daily Record.

"He took his congregation to the beach saying he would walk across the Komo estuary, which takes 20 minutes by boat. He walked into the water, which soon passed over his head and he never came back."

The New Testament records the story of Jesus walking on the Sea of Galilee as he approached his disciples in a boat.

"And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea." (Matthew 14:25)

As WND reported in April, a researcher at Florida State University believes he has a natural explanation for the account of Jesus' miraculous walk on the surface of water – ice.

Professor of Oceanography Doron Nof and the co-authors of his study theorize that a rare combination of optimal water and atmospheric conditions resulted in a unique, localized freezing phenomenon called "springs ice," according to Physorg.com, which specializes in news about science, technology, physics and space.

this week service was shifted to thursday 5.30pm and 8.00pm.. i gt lessons so have to go for 8pm one.. but anyway, i reached expo at 6.30pm.. alvin couldn't make it for service, so ask me to come take over.. found out that checking of the kiosk is not as simple as it was seen as..

anyway, Pastor Derek spoke for both services.. so i was half checking the kiosk an listening to the
sermon.. relationships.. how true is it that many a times, bitterness creeped into our hearts, forming a wall that stops communications..
