TREASURE IT!

I encountered the love of Jesus when I was 10. I knew that He will never stop loving me - even when, in my 20s, I drifted away.

I graduated college NBSB (No Boyfriend Since Birth) but when I started dating, my heart slowly spun on a downward spiral.

I got addicted to the highs of sexual trysts. Instead of nurturing friendships and family relationships, I unwittingly built a wall. Before I knew it, almost a decade has passed. My childhood ideals have been replaced by guilt, shame, cynicism and inner angst.

The pain of uncommitted love brought me to a place where I desperately sought the love of God for real. I took a U-turn to Jesus in my 30s.

Fast forward to today. I am in my mid-40s, walking thru life 'broke but happy'.

Broke in the sense that I have none of the material, tangible treasures that my batchmates or even people half my age already have.

Broke in the sense that I am not woke, but fully awake.

10 years of marriage hasn't tamed the shrew in me just yet. Everyday I'm still learning how not to sin when I am angry, how to exercise "godliness with contentment" and to discipline myself for the purpose of godliness.

Over the last 44 months, I've changed my son's diapers for an average of 2,640 times. I've been experiparenting (experiment-parenting) almost every single day.

My son's life and my marriage, of course, are not projects nor experiments. They are treasures entrusted to me.

When I feel overwhelmed by doubts and lies about my identity as God's child, my Heavenly Father consoles me as I pray. His timely responses to "Please help me," recharges me.

When I feel tired, angry or afraid, God's Spirit helps me remember His Word and ushers me to His presence. Or foodpanda.

Without a shadow of doubt I say, God - and His love - is real.

God's love has chipped away the guilt, shame, cynicism and inner angst which my poor choices in the past has caused.

Daily, God's love fills me with a certain kind of peace and security in who I am: a daughter perfectly flawed, eternally loved and infinitely forgiven.

God makes His pure love manifested whenever I hear the pitter-patter of tiny feet, tapdancing to nursery rhymes. TREASURE IT!

Have you ever considered that faith is a gift?

We all believe - or have faith - in something... or someone.
Throw-back to November last year, I ranted about not knowing how to "create my own beautiful world."

Today, six months forward, I still don't. But don't get me wrong. I have a better idea now than when I had back then.

When I blogged back in November, I was so desperate to make our home as habitable, baby-friendly and cat-cozy as it could be. With 7 cats and a baby on the way, I was so frustrated about having to choose between human beings and furry ones. I didn't want to choose.

December came and - call it divine providence - we found a better house to call our (temporary) home. A single-floor, 2-bedroom apartment with a garage and laundry area. Here's how I found it: Google.

The search didn't come easy. In fact, I was almost resigned to my fate, praying that if God wants us to stay in the 2-floor apartment we were in, then I had to make certain (uncomfortable) adjustments. I shouldn't let my pregnancy get in the way.

I was about to fall asleep that fateful wee-evening when I found the freshly updated ad. I took a screenshot and slept. Let Your will be done, dear God.

The next morning, I showed the screenshot to my husband and we contacted the owner. We made an appointment to visit the place, and we were even given a good rate! We moved in soon after.

Today, I am celebrating my 42nd birthday and my 36th week of pregnancy. My feet are a bit swollen, my husband and I have less than $100 in our pockets and it's 35 degrees inside the house. Talk about being one HOT momma!

As I look back at how our circumstances changed, I am learning that the blessing of God is not in a place but in His presence. Our perspectives may get influenced by what our physical eyes can see but the eyes of faith enable us to appreciate what we do have and respond in utter thankfulness - and humor!

As faith itself is a gift, my eyes of faith enable me to see TODAY for what it is: a gift to be treasured and celebrated. Because God is faithful.

TREASURE IT!

"For everything in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--comes not from the Father but from the world." 1 John 2:16

When I turned 40, the phrase "not of human pride but by God's design" was given to me. I haven't read it anywhere and nobody has used it before. To the best of my knowledge, it is entirely unique for me.

John Mason wrote, "You were born an original! Don't die a copy."

I believe all of us want to have that sense of being different from the rest of the world. Though God has created all of us "in His own image and likeness," He made us distinct from one another with the quirks and perks of our personality.

Our quirks were shaped, to a great extent, during our childhood years and whether we like it or not, admit it or not, we're all born to dysfunctional, imperfect families.

Today marks the 8th week of my second pregnancy this year. I don't want to blame my hormones but something seems askew in the way I think and act these days. I am (more) easily irritable, whiny, clingy and lazy.

Yesterday I watched an Instagram video where the lady spoke about "speaking life" into our lives and situations instead of agreeing with any negativity. I was like, that's entirely impossible and... crazy.

But then, knowing what I know to be true about who I am as a follower of Christ, it is never crazy to speak life into 'dead' or 'dead end' situations. God created the world by His mere words, didn't He?

What's crazy is to try to live my life in the eyes not of my Creator but in the eyes of the world.

This world is becoming crazier and more dysfunctional by the minute. Just Google up the statistics and you'll see crime rates, poverty, hunger, rape cases, incest, addiction of all sorts, on a rising trend. The numbers may seem to decrease for a time but in reality, it is not going any better.

I don't know about you but I am prone to compare myself with someone else and that triggers me towards a downward spiral of discontent and ungratefulness. It is an ugly feeling.

My life is actually a mess right now and my 'condition' renders me incapable of doing the things that I ought to be doing. And I can't just "speak" life to it. I have to do something.

But when I look into what I have, when I look into how incapable I am to provide for the services of a househelp, what can I do? Whom do I run to for help?

Certainly God wouldn't just rain down cleaners from heaven and clean my house in a snap of His finger. I mean, He can but He won't.

What am I trying to drive at?

I need help. I am desperate. I need to stop comparing myself with the world and create my own world, my own beautiful world. But HOW?

TREASURE IT!

No expectations except one thing: learn something.

Something.

It was breezy this afternoon when my husband and I came to Lipa City, Batangas. The sun was present but hid somewhere behind the clouds.

As my husband and I huffed and puffed with each step on the foot bridge, (ugh, we baaadly need to get back in shape!) the cool wind gently ushered us to where we needed to be.

We reached the venue early enough for the 1:00 pm registration time. The events team scanned the QR codes on our PDF tickets and handed us our handy-dandy notebooks and PayPal pens.

Once inside the tent, we were asked to write our names and PayPal emails on a sheet of paper, roll it and toss it inside the raffle fishbowl. $50 PayPal credits at stake!

The talk began at exactly 2:00pm (I think) and lasted for a good 3 hours, including Q&A.

I didn't learn something.

I learned MANY things.

------------

I'm not a techie so (pardon my ignorance), I haven't heard of Abe Olandres nor YugaTech until I saw his name in an online notification for PayPal freelancers. The first thing which caught my attention was the location: Lipa City, Batangas. The second thing? It's FREE!

Abe took us on a journey to when internet wasn't commonplace and blogging was not recognized as a legit business tool. (I started blogging 2003 but never got around to driving traffic nor monetizing it). He shared personal stories and how he maximized what he had during those days. From a 1-man team whose first successful gig paid him $25 for a tutorial project on CD format, his company has since grown to a team of - if I remember correctly - 10 and a 7-digit revenue.

I learned that "yuga" is actually an Ilonggo word for "really". I learned about grit and that pure talent nor skill isn't enough to succeed in freelancing. 'Nadadaig ng masipag ang magaling,' said YugaTech's founder and editor-in-chief. Yuga!

Another thing which got hammered in for me was the meaning of success. I like how Abe allowed us, the attendees, to define it for ourselves with the question: "Am I really, really good at what I'm doing?" and this 4-way test -

Am I happy with what I'm doing?

Am I committed?

Am I willing to fail and learn?

What is my measure of success?

It was a jam-packed 3-hour session and I can only be eternally grateful to have been equipped with the specific questions my husband and I need to ask ourselves as we slowly wiggle our merry way from being simple freelancers to being full-fledged entrepreneurs. The world moves fast, I know, but we're more inclined to pace ourselves.

Over dinner, I asked my husband, "How can we repay something that's as good as what we've gained today?" His answer: "Share it!"

For a freelancer, our time is our currency. Abe is where he is right now because he managed to maximize 30 minutes of dial-up internet each night to make a difference in his life. He persevered. He failed, he learned, he never gave up. 15 years later, he is making a difference not just in his life but in the lives of many others.

My take home: application is key. I can listen to every success story out there, attend every workshop available - whether free or paid - but if I do not apply those learnings to my own journey, I'll still remain where I am right now, with a husband and 7 cats and "just getting by."

God's design for every human being's life is not just to get by. He designed us for victory; for success. We each measure success a bit subjectively but ultimately - by God's design - success is meant to enrich not just our own lives. It is meant to overflow and enrich others.

Oh dear! We still have a long way to go, with not much time. Yet as they say, when you're down, there's no way to go... but up.

------------

My husband's 10-second elevator pitch won him our first car: "I am a tradigital illustrator. I mix traditional with digital to quickly make illustrations for games and advertising content." The car was a Mini Cooper USB 2.0 Drive. The best is yet to be!

TREASURE IT!

I am facing the screen, hands on the keyboard, grasping for words. Ahhh... it's been a while. I don't want this day to pass without unearthing my heart.

For many weeks, months even, I've pondered on the title "Confessions of an Aldub Ambassador." For me, "ambassador" is such a big word with big responsibility. I feared the commitment that came with it. I remember having shied away from it when, many years back, colleagues tagged me with it. I'd rather serve in obscurity than carry a title tied with people's expectations.

Today though, 3:46 am, Batangas City, Philippines, I have realized that titles don't really matter. True, I've been given this privilege and a lovely logo on my Twitter DP but more than the title (you too, can be an ambassador), it's an honor to be given a platform to share my greatest passion. I am humbled to be a messenger of hope to the weary, clues to the lost and love to the lonely.

So why 3 Cs of Valentine? I don't know yet but as this blog closes, we'll find out.

Cancer. This. Millions of "Why" have been asked because of this illness, this malady which knows no age, no gender, no race, no societal status. My father died of it. My uncle's life, too, ebbed away with it. I've heard many people use an F word to curse it as if cursing it would shield them from its claws. On the flip side, I've known people who have lived through it, are living with it, and are actually grateful for it because cancer have made them better than who they were before it came.

So what has cancer got to do with Valentines? It spurs you to have a different take on life. It moves you to experience a different kind of romance, a love like no other, a love that is true. Yet should we wait to be stricken with cancer before we let true love in?

Confessions. Have you seen Bad Religion's video of their 1994 song "Stranger than Fiction"? I couldn't help but notice the allusion to the burning of books in Bebelplatz during Hitler's time. That same theme was seen in the flick "The Book Thief" based on the book penned by Markus Zusak. Adolf Hitler was successful, to some extent, in spinning his own brand of truth and political agenda. But not for long. People hid and did what they could. At the opportune time, those whose voices were silenced with fear spoke and the truth came out.

In most days truth is, indeed, stranger than fiction. We hardly notice it and whether we admit it or not, lies are deeply entrenched in the world's value system. Fears and doubts abound. We get badly hurt and betrayed even by the people we love and trust. Yet with genuine confession comes forgiveness...and freedom. Why wait for another occasion? Today could be that day for you.

Christ. He might not be exactly who or what you think he is. Maybe you have heard of him, maybe you haven't. There'll be no judgment here - promise. So please bear with me on this as it unfolds.

Instead of Christ, why not Cupid? Good question.

Now let me ask you: if you could go on a trip from your country to Paris (or any destination of your liking), would you book a direct flight or go nonstop? Fasten your seat belt: a direct flight and a nonstop flight are two different things. Many travelers mistake one for the other or think they're one and the same - they're not.

Similarly, when you think of love, Cupid and Christ are not the same. Cupid takes you on a plane ride with only one kind of love on the menu: eros. Cupid is to the Greeks as Eros is to the Romans. Wikipedia hails Cupid as the god of "desire, erotic love, attraction and affection," collectively referred to as romance. That's all Cupid has for you - romance.

Christ, on the other hand, has a smorgasbord of love in the plane. He doesn't only serve eros (it can go stale after a while), he also dishes out philia, storge and agape. Renowned novelist C.S. Lewis in "The Four Loves" wrote about the four types of love which besot any living, breathing, human being at one point or another. Christ knows all about these four to a tee. If “God is love”a and Christ “is

It's now 5:51am, February 14, 2016. It's Valentine's Day as the world knows it. Love, in its many colors and shapes will be on display. Some will celebrate, some won't. I confess, I didn't know my post will come to this. Yet I am certain of' this one thing: of the three (or make that 4) Cs above, only Christ can truly put the awe back in awesome. Why not choose him over Cupid this time?

God loves you. Have an awesome Valentines' Day!
TREASURE IT!

"So many people they want to have more money, to become wealthy, to become millionaires but they don't know 'Why'. And that's why they don't have more money, they're not wealthy and they're not millionaires." - A Filipino millionaire living in Hayward, California, USA

So...

created with memegenerator

I am learning that there is great power in knowing my"Why". In my journey towards the life of my dreams, I need to constantly remind myself of the reason I do the things I do.

My Why helps me set my priorities. It helps me guard the treasures that matter to me - treasures which no amount of money can buy.

My Why keeps my faith anchored. It helps me to remain hopeful and to keep my eyes on what is ahead even when the circumstances are difficult.

My Why spurs me to keep on pushing. It helps me get out of my comfort zone and motivates me to keep on working until I see results.

If you don't know your Why, you are not alone. I, too, didn't know what my Why was until Someone led the way. I am most willing to walk with you.

TREASURE IT!

Facebook asks, "What's on your mind?" and Twitter asks, "What's happening?" Now what question can I ask on my blog without the risk of being sued for plagiarism?

Up there, beneath my blog's title, it says: A treasure chest of wisdom-filled living, blessed abundance and infinite possibilities.

What are you looking for? And...Why are you so serious?! C'mon. Twitch your lips a little bit - smile. Yup. No, not that smile. Try to remember something which made you smile lately. Anything. Done? Love it. You look awesome. Now say this aloud, "I am awesome!" No, not me, you! Haha. That's better. Say it again, I am awesome! Louder: I am awesome!

Let's take a walk down memory lane and read my very first post: "Sowing and Reaping" This was way back August 24, 2007. So this year, my blog will be 8 years old. For now, I can only imagine how we're going to celebrate it. "Imagine." For now. And I imagine, for now, your heart is smiling.

Sowing and reaping is the very heart of this blog. To sow seeds to inspire you which will ultimately reap for you a harvest which sprouted from your ability to see for yourself what real treasure is. What do you hold dear? What is most valuable to you? Something for which, no matter what happens, you will do whatever it takes, just to make sure it doesn't go to waste or get stolen?

Today I am changing my question on the right sidebar from "What does 'treasure' mean for you?" to "What is your treasure?" Please feel free to leave a message or a comment below.

MEANWHILE...

I am so <strike>awesome</strike> grateful to announce that I'll be sharing this blog with my long-lost college bestriend, Belle!

Belle is a wonderful person. If you're looking for real treasure, this woman is one. Incidentally, her banking background also makes her a credible candidate as treasurer.

Belle and I graduated from the same university and were employed in the same bank shortly after college. We're both firstborn in the family. Belle is currently based in Austin, Texas, with her rock-of-a-husband Aaron while I am in our beloved Philippines with my husband SouldierRay of sunshine. Thanks to the wonders of technology, Belle and I will be using this blog together as a platform to showcase wisdom-filled living, blessed abundance and infinite possibilities!

I am really excited for what's ahead! Belle and I have been through tough times in our friendship and in our individual lives but as God is the Repairer of Broken Walls, He came for people like us, like you, to have an abundant life. He has given us a wonderful opportunity to rebuild our wall together because He is awesome! He gave us a wall of faith and action to protect our treasure - our family, our dreams and our future, from falling into the hands of the Enemy who comes to steal, kill and destroy.

Together, we'll be sharing our journey on the road to success, little by little, bit by bit, one blogpost at a time. It will not be easy, for sure, but it will be all worth it in the end. As Arnold Palmer used to say, "The road to success is always under construction." We'll try our very best not to complain!

Say it again: I am awesome!

TREASURE IT! It was in February 2014 when my nephew Seth, "Our Little Goodness Ambassador" got his Goodness Rising origami card to support Human Nature's GK Village for Typhoon Yolanda survivors. What has happened since then? Watch this:

It is heartwarming to be a part of this cause, even indirectly. It is encouraging to see how a little help can come a long way. It is reassuring to know that even when it seems no one is looking, God knows everything.
18 Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
19 This is how we know that we belong to the truth and how we set our hearts at rest in His presence: 20 If our hearts condemn us, we know that God is greater than our hearts, and He knows everything.

May we always remember that God is good and His goodness - His love - never fails.

TREASURE IT!

I've finally decided to leave my comfort zone as a salaried employee and venture into a different arena of consumer services: health care. My mom's been in the industry for more than a decade and I have the privilege of being in her team as Group Manager. She was supposed to have left for the UK last month but it seems that God has a better plan (as always). At least I am not entirely on my own.

I am still learning about the ropes of the business and it was only two weeks ago that I attended my first business meeting with the Branch Manager (our top leader) when she ably presented the product called Caritas Combi Classic.

My non-sales mindset tells me that health care, insurance and pension are three different products that can be quite pricey and honestly, I have never heard of a health care plan that triples as a pension and insurance plan until that day. Payable only within 5 years at a minimum of only 60 pesos per day, I was just awe-struck! Take a look at this:
HEALTHCARE: Caritas Combi Classic provides coverage of the following healthcare benefits and privileges for 10 years:

A. Medical Expense Benefits

Hospitalization (in Caritas-accredited hospitals)
Room and board
Services of an accredited physician or specialist
Lab test, X-ray and other diagnostic procedures
Use of operating and recovery room
Use of ICU, dialysis and chemotherapy equipment
Administration of anesthesia and/or oxygen
Transfusion of hospital-provided whole blood or plasma
Medical supplies
Prescribed drugs/medication while under confinement
Emergency care
Special Diagnostic and Lab Procedures (in Caritas-designated diagnostic centers)
X-ray, Ultrasound, 2D Echocardiography with Doppler
MRI, CT Scan, EMG, Nuclear Test
Basic mammography, Treadmill stress test

B. Membership Privileges (in Caritas-designated clinics/diagnostic centers)

Out-Patient Services
12 Consultations per year, 10 pre/post-natal consultations per pregnancy
Treatment of minor injury or illness, Minor surgery, EENT Treatment
Annual Physical Exam
Taking of medical history / Medical examination
Fasting blood sugar, Complete blood sugar
Chest X-ray (PA), Urine and stool examination
ECG and Pap Smear (for 35 years old and above)
Preventive Healthcare
Dental Care
4 Consultations per year, Annual oral prophylaxis
Tooth extraction, Temporary filling
Treatment of oral pain, lesions, wound and burns
Other Services
4 Consultations per year for 1 pre-designated dependent
24-hour telephone (HOTLINE) assistance: 711-2411

INSURANCE: Caritas Combi Classic insures the Member with Death (Credit Life) and Disability (WIPTD) Benefits which render the pension plan fully paid should death or disability occur.

PENSION: Caritas Combi Classic comes with minimum 5 pension units (depending on the type of the plan), the Cash Value (CV) of which may be availed after 10 years. The member has the option of availing the CV of, for example, P34,029 after 10 years or wait until the plan's maturity on the 15th year, where the maturity benefit amounts to P50,000 (for Plan F, 5 pension units).

Consider this: For only 5 years to pay at a minimum of only P4,818 per quarter (or roughly P50-60 daily), each Caritas Combi Classic member can enjoy health care coverage for 10 years plus cash value any time on the 11th - 15th year of the plan! Availment of the CV, however, becomes full and final settlement of the Pension Plan. Fair enough, of course.

The Caritas Combi Classic is exclusive only to Philippines-based companies with at least 10 employees and unlike the more common health care plans, it is not company-paid but paid by the employee thru salary deduction. Each employee who signs up becomes a Member and receives a personalized Caritas Combi Classic health card that comes with all the entitlements outlined above. Since the Caritas Combi Classic plan is payable via salary deduction, the company can do monthly deductions and remit it to Caritas Health on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis. As an incentive, the company gets a 3% commission for each of its employee who signs up. Upon resignation from the company, the employee has the option of continuing the plan or not. I see this as a very good way of encouraging and nurturing long-term employer-employee relationships.

I've already sent out my first business proposal through the email but I haven't received a response yet. I am giving myself a month to prayerfully wait on that before I send out the next one. Or, it can be earlier than that. Who knows, God might have a better plan. Well, doesn't He always?

TREASURE IT!
I was going through old email as I stumbled upon two open-ended 'conversations'. One email was for a pledge for a baby who needed medical treatment and another was from a fresh college graduate who shared his compelling and well-written article on cancer and healthy eating. It is for the second email that I am blogging today. The writer is Leroy Templeton, a self-confessed health nut who is passionate about "educating people on how healthy eating can help fight certain forms of cancer." As nothing is impossible, let's read on and learn!

HEALTHY EATING FIGHTS CANCER
By Leroy Templeton

It's nothing new to hear that cancer is bad. It's nothing new to hear that you want to avoid it. I'm fairly certain most of you even know of the leading causes and risks for cancer. However, there may be something about cancer that you may be unaware of: the importance of diet in cancer prevention. As all of us eat food, we are all subject to the effects diet has on our chances for cancer. And since recent studies show 30% of all cancer diagnoses are affected by diet, it is clearly very important to lead a cancer-free diet.

Now that you know the importance of a cancer free diet, it is important to know what foods to avoid in that diet. The first rule of a cancer free diet is to stay away from unnatural and synthetic foods. Seemingly, the less natural the food you have, the more harmful it can be and the more likely it is to contribute to cancer. As the body is not designed to process the chemicals and additives used in unnatural foods, they cause for disruption. This can negatively affect the cell growth and division process. And since cancer is directly linked with irregularities in cell division and growth, these unnatural foods can prove to be very harmful.

Another thing to avoid for a cancer free diet is red meats of all kinds. Red meats have always been known as a source of health trouble. Be it for heart disease or cholesterol, recently they have been tied to colon cancer via various studies. The body has a hard time breaking down red meat so it often sits in the body longer along with bacteria which can increase likelihood of cancer. On top of that, Animal fat, which is almost always marbled into red meat, is full of carcinogens. As these carcinogens lead to cancer, it can be important to avoid red meat as much as possible.

Good foods, those which promote a cancer free body are essential to look out for. They can help your body actually ward off many forms of cancer. These foods include fruits and vegetables high in vitamin C as well as antioxidants. Natural, leafy greens and colorful citrus fruits are great sources of these elements that naturally boost the body's immune system. When the immune system is running well and the body is flushing toxins at a regular rate, cell growth runs at optimum efficiency, limiting chances for cancer. Flavonoids, which can be in bitter coffees and chocolates, have also been known to help the cell growth process. These chemicals are naturally used to repair and accelerate plant growth and have been shown to even improve recovery from cancers such as pancreatic cancer and pleural mesothelioma.

Diet is one of the most important aspects of your health. And the best part is: it is completely in your control. Make sure to stick with a cancer free diet and you'll be feeling great and kicking cancer, as well as a number of other health issues, to the curb!

It's been 2 years and 8 months since my last post and so many things have happened since then. I got a job in the call centre industry as Customer Service Professional for an inbound international account. I got engaged last October and towards the last quarter of this year I'll be getting married, Lord-willing.

My fiance has recently left his call centre job and joined the real estate industry as an agent. I am excited to share his passion with this latest development:
Her 'personal touch' and honesty make people trust her because she isn't afraid to bare it all.

Treasures in progress...
ATOM Feed:

"Test Me on This"

TREASURE IT!

I really don't know how God does it. J. Reb Materi

"Health is wealth," as the old quotation goes. You can have all the money in the world but it is of no significance to you if you're suffering from various physical illnesses. Before you know it, all the years of hardwork will boil down to nothing when a dreaded disease strikes you.

It is common for us ordinary people to think that as long as we are able to breathe, walk, talk, run, do our daily routine with much ease without having to consult a doctor regularly, we're in tip-top shape. Sure, we'll have colds from time to time, a headache, or an upset stomach, but no biggie. We get back on our toes right away.

How many incidents in the past have been documented that seemingly "perfectly fit" people suffer from stroke? Take the case of my physically active workmate who, after playing his regular basketball game, went straight home- as usual - and then, much to the surprise of his family, suffered a stroke. Dead on the spot at the age of 37.

The point I'm trying to drive at is this: How prepared are we that in case a health-related incident happens to us, we will be taken care of? In this era of "cards," are we certain that we are well-provided for?

More on this on my next posts.. Everything will take time and a lot of careful nourishment, before bearing fruit and reaping the benefits.

What's good about it is, as we go along the way, we'd already be enjoying the little perks -- however unseen -- unfolding inside our hearts.
